The purpose of this study is to place the Russian game management system in five European game management models (Putman 2011). Furthermore, I examined the usefulness of Russian game management system for Japan. Russian game management system resembles to an European game area system of top-down approach. And the Russian government intervenes in the game management system directly. In addition, Far Eastern Agricultural University teaches practical and professional knowledge and technique to the students in collaboration with private sections and government to develop future human resources. Russian game management may system serves as a reference to promote Japanese sustained hunting resources (game meat and fur) and to construct the framework of new Japanese game management system.

本研究では、FPSにおけるプレイヤーのスキルを判断する新たな基準を提案する。上級者・初級者のプレイ動画を調査し、プレイスキルの差が検出できる要素を発見した。その要素で実際にプレイスキルの判別ができるか検証するため、制作したゲームに判別手法を組み込み、実験を行った。結果、提案した6種類の要素は一定の精度でプレイヤースキルの判定が可能であることがわかった。

1960~80年代四国3県で計画された原発立地の中で、映画「シロウオ」で描かれた徳島県阿南市椿町の蒲生田原発立地計画は、四国電力株式会社が2度目に撤退したものである。住民は個人から隣組、傍示へと反対運動を拡大し、漁村の椿泊町では漁協総会で反対の議決が行われた。市議会と県議会では推進派が多数であったが、反対派議員が活発に活動した。そして住民は集団で県知事や県議会、市長や市議会に陳情・請願を行い、県外から専門家を招いて活発な学習会を行った。つまり強力な住民運動の上に、労働組合や市外の自治体や漁協、県外の専門家や市民の支援を得て、「原子力ムラ」と対峙することを可能にしたのである。更に、スリーマイル島原発事故や四国電力株式会社の醜聞も重なり、市長・県知事は立地計画を白紙撤回した。

Yasugi City, Shimane Prefecture, and Miryang City, South Gyeongsang Province (South Korea), formed sister government ties in October, 1990, and made extensive efforts on developing friendly relations with each other. However, the interexchange was interrupted, because the Japan-South Korea relation had deteriorated after the establishment of the "Takeshima Day" Ordinance by Shimane Prefectural Assembly in 2005. After the interruption, the mayor of Yasugi visited South Korea in a personal capacity, and showed his desire to resume the interexchange to the mayor of Miryang in May, 2006. As a result, the interexchange resumed.13;The subject of this research is to clarify the process of resuming the interexchange between Yasugi City and Miryang City, and also to describe the situation after the program resumed during confrontations between Japan and South Korea. Although continuing the interexchange became difficult again in 2008, because of Japanese and South Korean provocations regarding Takeshima, an unstable interexchange has continued until now (2015). The interexchange was continued thanks to positive efforts of the mayors. However, when the mayors changed, continuation of the interexchange was threatened. The conclusion of this case study is that it is not easy to build a foundation for interexchange programs during confrontation between nations.

2001年1月31日、ドイツ連邦政府は急進右翼のドイツ国民民主党(NPD)の禁止を連邦憲法裁判所に申し立てた。その理由は、外国人への暴行及びユダヤ人施設への冒涜・破壊行為の件数が増大したからであった。本稿はホロコーストと同胞のユダヤ人にたいする西ドイツ戦後社会の態度の考察である。

_I_.はじめに 福岡教育大学では自然地理の内容に関し、1年生前期の人文地理学及び自然地理学(15/2コ)、1年生後期の地理学概論(15/2コ)、2年生前期の自然地理学講義(15コ)、3年生の自然地理学実習(30コ) と自然地理学演習(30コ)で講義等がなされる。これらの内容は学年が進むほど専門性が増すようになっている。しかしこれらは自然地理学全般の内容は網羅できず、リモセンやGISなど新しい自然地理学の内容までは十分紹介できない。それ以前に、高等学校の地理を履修していない学生数が急増してきた問題がある。これまで本学の抱える自然地理教育の諸問題を明らかにし、自然地理学実習や地理学概論などを通じて教育方法を検討し、その問題解決方法を模索してきた(黒木,2003, 2004;黒木ほか,2004)。本稿ではその検討と模索状況を紹介し、自然地理学の技能や資質を有する小・中学校教員養成の課題について述べる。_II_.本学の自然地理教育にある問題1.社会科教員を目指す学生の教科への意識 本学で社会科教員を目指す人文系学生の多くは、1)地理の内容が難しいと感じており履修を敬遠し歴史教科を選択しがちである、2)履修意識は第一に資格取得にあり踏み込んだ教科内容を敬遠する、3)泥にまみれ汗を流す自然地理の野外調査に抵抗を感じ自然地理よりも人文地理に進みやすいという特性がある。多くの学生が、1)地理は暗記科目であり、2)教科書の内容は最先端であり、3)自然地理は自然科学の一部とは思っておらず、また4)自然地理に野外調査が必須であるとはあまり考えていない。2.教育環境の問題講義等を進めるにあたり、_丸1_実習室や実験室がない、_丸2_年間履修上限42単位が設定されている、_丸3_多様なコースの学生が全学年履修する実態がある、_丸4_教育関連の実習の種類が多く、_丸5_受け入れ先の都合で五月雨式に学生が休む、などの問題もあり十分な教育環境を提供できていない。_III_.取り組みの現状(対策)_II_.の問題を背景に講義等では、1)新しい自然地理内容の学習、2)文献・資料調査や計算を伴う学習、3)野外調査を必須とする学習、4)実験・観察・解析を必要とする学習を実践させ学生の意識改革を図る。実践の中で地図及び地図帳に親しませ(技能)、時間・空間スケール、人文地理と自然地理との関係、他分野の知識が必要な自然地理的分析手法に関する理解(資質)を進めさせることを念頭におく。1) 新しい地理内容学習:自然地理学実習では、共通パソコン室にて、フリーソフト(ArcExplorer, MapWin, カシミール等)を用いた数値地図およびGIS教育を進めている。2) 文献・資料調査や計算:地理学概論では、九州の水循環をテーマにした講義を実施している。この中で気候学、水文学の内容を紹介し、地図帳などの統計資料を使って水量を計算させ、九州島(各県)の水循環を視覚化させる。ここでは統計の持つ様々な空間と時間スケールを、九州島の1年に統一させる計算過程で、地理的な時間・空間スケールの考え方の理解を進めることも企図している。3) 野外調査:社会研究基礎(初等・中等教員養成コースの社会科専攻学生の演習科目)では、キャンパス周辺の現地調査を行い、テーマ毎の地理情報を地図化し、その地図を用いた模擬授業を実践させている。レポートでは学習指導要領と模擬授業との関連を考えさせる。最終的に学生の作成した地図はGISデータ化し、地域環境マップにまとめた。4) 実験・観察・解析:自然地理学演習と卒論を通じて実験、観察、解析を経験させ、自然地理は野外調査が必要な自然科学であることを理解させる。簡易ボーリング、粒度分析や燃焼試験、活断層や火山灰の観察、岩盤節理計測などを実施させている。_IV_.まとめ自然地理が苦手・嫌いな生徒を再生産させないために、自然地理好きの学生を排出することが現在の重要な課題である。講義等を通じて、小・中学校の自然地理を教える上で不可欠な技能や資質を念頭に置く地理的スキル(学び方、調べ方、まとめ方)を理解させるための試みを表1にまとめた。

<p>Nel Paradiso della Commedia, Il Primo Mobile e il luogo d'origine dello spazio e del tempo, rappresentati come due realta causa-effetto inscindibili. La scelta dantesca di collocare il Primo Mobile come forza motrice del cosmo ha origine nelle autorita antiche, ma l'idea di conferire ad esso una funzione generatrice del tempo e frutto della conciliazione di vari aspetti di diverse correnti di pensiero, cristiane ed antiche. Il Primo Mobile dapprima viene introdotto da Tolomeo per motivi filosofico-speculativi al fine di spiegare il fenomeno della precessione degli equinozi. Prima di Dante, Sant'Agostino aveva gia affermato che il tempo e misura del moto, ma non aveva impostato l'esistenza del Primo Mobile come luogo d'origine del tempo. Solo in Dante, dunque, il Primo Mobile diventa l'elemento unificatore tra il mondo temporale e il mondo non-temporale che, in funzione del motore secondo una legge naturale-divina, regola l'eterno ruotare dell'Universo attorno all'Empireo. In vari luoghi del Paradiso (Par. X-XIII, XXIII-XXIV, XXVII-XXIX), il moto planetario si configura nei cerchi trinitari dei beati e degli Angeli. Negli studi danteschi, l'interpretazione tradizionale dei cerchi delle anime paradisiache afferma che essi simboleggiano, oltre alla sapienza divina e la fede, la perfezione dell'Universo creato da Dio. I cerchi dei beati vengono assimilati ai congegni dell'orologio meccanico nel cielo del Sole e nel cielo delle Stelle Fisse. In merito a tale similitudine, si pone pero una questione: per quale motivo i cerchi dei beati, simbolo della perfezione divina e dell'eternita, vengono paragonati all'orologio meccanico? La nostra coscienza di moderni percepisce il tempo come un concetto contrastante all'eternita. Il divario che si apre tra la natura del tempo e quella dell'eternita conduce inoltre ad un'altra questione: la rotazione dei cerchi dei beati e puro simbolo della perfezione divina? Per comprendere il rapporto tra l'eternita e il tempo in Dante, e necessario risalire agli autori antichi, in primo luogo a Platone. Il dualismo presente nella cosmologia dantesca tra mondo temporale ed eternita ha origine nel Timeo, che vede le forme del tempo come imitazione dell'eternita. Nella visione platonica, la struttura circolare del sistema planetario riporta eternamente tutti i pianeti nello stesso luogo, ed e proprio dal moto dei cieli che il tempo viene ad essere creato e misurato. In questo modo, nel cosmo platonico, la rotazione dei pianeti e il fondamento dell'Universo e garantisce la somiglianza tra l'eternita e il tempo del nostro mondo. Considerando tutto cio, si puo presumere che questo rappresenti uno dei motivi fondamentali per cui i beati danteschi compiono un movimento circolare. In Sant'Agostino l'immagine mobile dell'eternita, il tempo, non solo imita l'eternita, ma anche l'eterna uguaglianza (aequalitas) attraverso il ritmo del movimento dei numeri, i quali costituiscono ogni elemento delle creature. Il concetto platonico e ben presente nel De musica di Agostino, dove si tratta l'idea di aequalitas come legge suprema dell'ordine del creato. Solo l'aequalitas e in grado di mantenere un collegamento armonico fra tutti gli esseri, a loro volta costituiti dai numeri: tutti i numeri muovono da Dio, motore immobile, a Dio, causa finale. Per Agostino, l'aequalitas e il principio di ogni esistenza: ha origine nell'Empireo, dove rimane "eterna aequalitas", un non-luogo eterno, dove non era e non sara, ma sempre e, in un eterno presente. Secondo Dante (Convivio IV, II, 6), il tempo e "numero di movimento, secondo prima e poi" (Aristotele, Fisica IV). 近年の高精度年代測定により,始新世~中期中新世にかけ,日本海拡大に伴って日本列島の陸域では多段階のリフティングが生じ,不整合で区切られたリフト堆積盆の発達があったことが明らかになった.これらは,大陸リフト,日本海盆の拡大,大和海盆の第1期および第2期の拡大そして東北本州リフト系の活動に終わる,一連の日本海リフト系の多段階のリフティングに応じて形成された.瀬戸内区には,古第三紀の広大な堆積盆が形成されたことが明らかになった.15Maに西南日本弧は隆起し,沈降する東北日本弧とのコントラストが顕著になった.直後に外帯火成活動や瀬戸内火山岩類の特異な火成活動が西南日本弧で生じた.東北日本弧では,12Ma頃より奥羽山脈の隆起と日本海沿岸の沈降を伴う圧縮テクトニクスが生じ,半閉鎖的・還元的日本海が成立して根源岩が形成された.6Ma頃より東北日本,西南日本弧ともに圧縮場が強まり短縮変形が進んできた。
