キリスト教の内部批判として二百年以上前に誕生した「聖書学」は、歴史学と人間学に基づいた学問である。そうであれば、現段階に至って、その「批判」の対象を、キリスト教会や聖書文書だけに留まらず、人間イエス自身にも向けるのは当然と言わねばならない。教祖をあえて批判するという「不敬」こそ、今のキリスト教のキリスト論には必要と思える。それによって初めて、イエスの何が重大なのかが反省されるであろう。そもそもイエスは、人間として幾度も飛躍して最後の刑死の姿に至った。そうであれば、いわゆる公生涯の大部分において彼が語った言葉も、究極の妥当性を持ったものばかりではない。そこには、その終末論的時間感覚のごとく現在の私たちにはそのままでは通じないものもあれば、その威嚇的態度や自己使命の絶対化とも思える意味づけ等、教会が暗黙の内に真似をして悲劇的な自己尊大化を招いたものも存在する。現代の私たちは、こうした面のイエスに直線的に「まねび」の対象を見出してはならない。むしろ、そのゲツセマネの苦悩を通過した後、ゴルゴタで絶叫死するまでの沈黙から響いてくるものをこそ最も貴重な指針として全体を構成し直す必要があると思われる。

本研究では、ダチョウ抗体作製技術で抗HPV中和抗体の作製を試みた。HPVはヒトの子宮頸がんの発症に関与するパピローマウイルスである。HPVのウイルス様粒子(virus-like particle: VLP)を作製し産卵ダチョウに免疫することにより卵黄よりIgYを精製した。得られたIgYはVLPに特異的に高感度で反応することが判明した。また培養細胞での感染実験で中和活性を有することが判明した。子宮頸粘膜上皮細胞へ感染する際にウイルス表面にダチョウIgYが結合し細胞への吸着・感染を抑制出来ると考えられ、ローション等への適応によりHPV感染予防、結果として子宮頸がんの予防に貢献できると期待された。

National music is just the thing of that race in its native form.In order to be able to be accepted by other nation, it is necessary to borrow and transform the style of music that is widespread thrpughout the world.Many of Mongolia’s musical instruments represent how a horse is galloping by the operation of a quick bow of a Morin khuur. If this is a piano, it will be replaced by a single hit.By expressing a national musical elements in the style of Western music and instruments, it is possible to make it a world music.

学校保健の現状を明らかにした上で,今回大学生を対象とした学校保健の抱える取り込むべき今日的課題について抽出した。大学生は身体とこころの大事な成長期にあるといえる。ここでは最初に日本における学校保健の歴史と変遷に遡り,学校保健の意義とそのあり方について考察した。そして,健康診断のあり方,健康管理上の問題,感染予防の対策,学生への禁煙指導,保健室・学校医の役割,ならびに学校保健安全について焦点を充てる。これらの中で,日常業務において,就学時および定期健康診断の果たす役割が大きいと考える。とくに,健康診断後の結果についてはその事後措置が重要であると考える。したがって,多面的な課題を抱えていることが大学における学校保健の特徴といえるが,学校医,保健室,教職員ならびに大学各部門と連携を密にし,学校保健体制を構築して課題を解決することが必要である。大学生活における健康上の問題では,健康状態および精神状態を把握していくことが喫緊の課題であることが示唆された。

【はじめに,目的】大腿骨転子部骨折を受傷した患者の術後理学療法において,小転子骨片が転位している症例を経験する。先行研究では小転子骨癒合不良例において,日常生活動作上は支障を来たしていないとされているが,小転子骨片の転位が歩行能力の再獲得を阻害していると感じることが少なくない。今回,大腿骨転子部骨折患者において,小転子骨片の転位の有無が退院時歩行能力に影響を与えるか明らかにすることを目的とした。【方法】2012年4月から2015年7月までに当院に入院し,大腿骨転子部骨折を受傷後,骨接合術を施行した患者の中から,1.65歳以上,2.受傷前の屋外歩行が自立,3.悪性腫瘍等による病的骨折でない,4.交通外傷や高所からの転落による骨折でない,5.受傷前の主な移動手段が歩行,6.受傷前の生活拠点が施設でない,7.併存症に認知症,脳卒中後遺症がない,8.転帰が死亡および合併症の増悪による転院でない,9.診療録の記録に不備がない,以上の条件を満たす60例(男性5例,女性55例,84.5±6.3歳)を対象とした。診療録から,年齢,性別,同居家族の有無,手術から退院までの日数,小転子骨片の転位の有無(股関節の単純X線写真正面像にて骨の連続性を確認),受傷前・退院時歩行能力(補助具使用の有無及び介助者の有無にて採点するMobility scoreを使用),退院先,併存症の数について情報収集した。統計的検討として,対象を小転子骨片の転位の有無であり群となし群に分け,年齢,退院時歩行能力を対応のないt検定,手術から退院までの日数,受傷前歩行能力をMann-WhitneyのU検定にて比較した。さらに,退院時歩行能力を目的変数,年齢,小転子骨片の転位の有無,受傷前歩行能力,併存症の数を説明変数とした重回帰分析(ステップワイズ法)を行った。統計解析には,SPSS ver 22.0を使用し,いずれの検定も有意水準は5%とした。【結果】あり群は23例,なし群は37例であった。退院時歩行能力(あり群3.3±2.3点,なし群4.6±2.2点:p=0.03)に有意差を認めた。年齢(あり群84.3±7.2歳,なし群84.6±5.9歳),受傷前歩行能力(あり群5.5±2.3点,なし群6.6±2.4点),手術から退院までの日数(あり群93.9±26.1日,なし群80.4±25.9日)には有意差を認めなかった。退院時歩行能力を目的変数とする重回帰分析では説明変数として受傷前歩行能力(β=0.666),併存症の数(β=-0.217)が選択され,重相関係数R=0.701,決定係数R2=0.491であった。【結論】大腿骨転子部骨折患者で小転子骨片の転位のある者は,ない者に比べ,退院時歩行能力が低下することが明らかになった。小転子骨片の転位により,小転子に付着する腸骨筋,大腰筋の機能低下及び疼痛の増強を招き,歩行能力の低下を生じた可能性が考えられる。小転子骨片の転位の有無,併存症の数が,大腿骨転子部骨折患者の術後理学療法を進める上で,歩行能力の予後予測に有益な情報となる可能性が示唆された。

The evolvement of an imperial Chinese ruling structure comprised of territories and subjects completely integrated politically, legally and ideologically into junxian 郡県 administrative districts (neichen 内臣) and territories and people governed by foreign heads of state swearing political and ideological allegiance to China (waichen 外臣) has been studied focusing mainly on the Han China's aristocratic (feudal) and bureaucratic institutions. In contrast, the author of the present article is of the opinion that the research to date has not sufficiently explored 1) statements and writings of individuals that may offer clues to changes occurring in perceptions concerning China's "nei" and "wai" in general and 2) specifically, the unique view of "the world" (tianxia 天下) adopted during the early years of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, when the gap between ideals and realities the concerning "the world" had become greater than ever before. Consequently, this article is an attempt to point the research in a new direction by analyzing three pieces of correspondence recorded in the Jinshu 晋書 of the biography regarding Murong Wei 慕容廆 (350-385). These letters clearly reveal an attempt on the part of high level court officials and "protectors of the realm" (fanping 藩屏) to redefine the geopolitical distinction between "nei" and "wai"and to revise the Han Chinese view of "the world." The author makes the following three points in this respect.1. The first two letters (A & B) written by Murong Wei and members of his entourage argue that from the standpoint of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, the territory ruled by the Murong kings clearly lies "beyond ["wai"] its borders;" therefore, Murong Wei should be considered as a legitimate non-imperial family feudal king. 2. The fact that Letters A and B were specifically addressed to Tao Kan (259-334), the renowned Jin Dynasty military commander and provincial governor, was, according to the author, due to Tao's southern (nanren 南人) origins and his lack of support compared to northern enthusiasts,"beiren 北人,"for the Eastern Jin's official "world" view aiming at the recapture of northern China and the re-establishment of the former social structure. 3. In the third letter (C), Tao does affirm Letter B's argument for the infeudation of the King of Yan (Murong), but on the basis that his realm constitutes "nei" within the Jin Dynasty's "world." Based on the gap between the ideal of the Eastern Jin Dynasty and the de facto rule exercised in northern China by the Murong royal family, Tao's compromising attitude is in effect both anti-official and non-traditional in character. As a matter of fact, both the Murong royal family and nanren Chinese were considered as "peripheral" within the beiren Han Chinese order envisioned by the Jin Dynasty. From the arguments and responses to them appearing in the three letters dealt with in this article, the author detects a new imperial integration framework appearing simultaneously with the decline of the dynasty a core for the purpose of linking peripheral elements institutionally similar in service and allegiance to its core.

現代は利便性や効率の追求が高い優先度を持つ社会から、多様性が必要とされ、曖昧さを抱える社会へと変化してきている。我々はこのパラダイムシフトに適応していくために必要となる態度や能力としてnegative capability(ネガティブケイパビリティ)に注目する。Negative capabilityは詩人のKeats, J.によって提唱された概念であり、芸術、心理臨床、宗教、教育など様々な領域でその概念が用いられている。本論ではnegative capabilityの概念を概観し、曖昧さや待つという行為との関連を検討した。negative capabilityは曖昧さへの受容や、外見からは判断できないが、葛藤を踏み堪える過程、無私の状態、不確実性との関係の成熟の心的過程が生じている可能性について指摘した。また、多様性と曖昧さを抱える現在の社会にnegative capabilityの概念を拡張させるために、negative capabilityを「事柄や状況に対し、答えの見えなさ、相反する考えや感情、あるいは同時多発的に生じる複数の思考や感情を、有機体的な自己へ貯蔵し熟成させることができる力」と定義した。不安定で不確実、複雑、曖昧な社会で答えのない問いを立て、それを問い続けるためには、negative capabilityを発揮することが重要になると考えられる。今後はnegative capabilityを身に付ける方法の検討や評価スケールの作成が望まれる。

札幌市手稲区(43&deg;07&prime;N,141&deg;11&prime;E)で2007年11月9日に拾得されたコウモリは,クロオオアブラコウモリと同定され,日本において8番目,札幌においては4番目の報告となった.日本でこれまで報告されているクロオオアブラコウモリ標本と本拾得個体の頭骨を精査した結果,これまで指摘されてきたように,上顎第二前臼歯が消失傾向にあることが明確となった.また,キタクビワコウモリとクロオオアブラコウモリを比較すると,上顎犬歯咬頭後稜の向きおよび下顎犬歯の高さと第四前臼歯の高さの比率が種識別に有効であることがわかった.<br>

Oral biofilm-forming bacteria consist of a dense bacterial mass tightly adhering to the surface of the oral cavity. The characteristics of dental biofilm are resistant against not only host defense mechanisms but also various antimicrobial agents. The predominant bacteria forming biofilm result in persistent infection. The proteolytic enzymes, exotoxins, endotoxins, and HSPs of these bacteria play a significant role in the development of oral infectious disease and affect systemic condition.We detected DNA and antigen of Treponema denticola in atherosclerotic lesions, and also found that the 16S rRNAs of Porphyromonas gingivalis, Aggregatibacter (formally Actinobacillus) actinomycetemcomitans,Tannerella forsythia, T. denticola, and Campylobacter rectus in samples of stenotic coronary arterial plaque. We showed the invasive activity of these bacteria into human vein endothelial cells. Increasing evidence has linked the dental biofilm with respiratory infectious diseases such as aspiration pneumonia in elderly persons. We investigated the effects of oral health care for elderly persons requiring nursing care on prevention of influenza infection.In the oral care group, colony-forming cell number, neuraminidase and trypsin-like protease activities in saliva decreased. It was found that one of 98 patients was diagnosed with influenza; whereas, in the non-oral care group,nine of 92 patients were diagnosed with influenza. The finding indicates that oral hygiene is one of the effective strategies to prevent influenza infection. Periodontal surrounding cells such as macrophage possessing TLRs and CD14 that are endotoxin binding protein. Carrying endotoxin with macrophage to various tissues releases inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-αand IL-1 that produce resistance to insulin sensitivity and cause obesity and diabetes. An attempt to discover new things by studying the past through scrutiny of old, there are many evidences on the close relationship between the primary dental biofilm infectious diseases and secondly systemic diseases such as nephritis, dermatitis and arthritis.The author firmly believes that control of oral biofilm-forming infectious diseases by the surgical treatment is an essential strategy and management of such systemic conditions.

Our research project of cognitive rhetoric aims at systematically exploring a cognitive mechanism underlying the relationship between stylistic techniques of rhetoric, interpretations or meanings and its effects, and also developing a computational methodology of artistic work generation. This paper introduces the project of cognitive rhetoric and discusses its purposes and goals, related disciplines, and methodology. This paper then reviews, as case studies of cognitive rhetoric, our ongoing studies on “the cognitive mechanism of metaphor comprehension and appreciation” and “non-story type film rhetoric and its composition system”.
