最近,幼少時の麻酔暴露と学習障害の関係が出生コホート研究により指摘され,臨床麻酔学上の問題として注目を集めている.動物実験レベルではGABAA受容体作動薬などの麻酔・鎮静薬が発達過程の脳に器質的変化を伴う脳機能障害を起こすことは知られていた.一方,発達期の脳におけるGABAの作用はマルチモーダルなものである.すなわち,中枢神経系の最も主要な抑制性神経伝達物質であるGABAは,神経細胞発生期にはシナプスを介さない傍分泌的作用で発生や移動にかかわり,回路形成期には興奮性伝達物質としてシナプスの形成・強化に関与する.そして成熟後にはじめて抑制性神経伝達物質として作用する.このように,GABAには発達段階に応じた3つの役割があり,発達初期における役割は古典的概念の抑制性伝達物質とは大きく異なっている.したがって,幼少時の麻酔暴露の影響は,これらのマルチモーダルなGABA作用を増強することでもたらされる可能性がある.

Summary: Background: Our goal was to revisit the innervation of the adductor muscles of the thigh and add new evidence to currently existing knowledge. Methods: Ten thighs from five fresh frozen cadavers were dissected. Obturator nerve innervation to the pectineus, obturator externus, adductor brevis, adductor magnus, adductor longus, and gracilis was documented. Results: The adductor longus and gracilis were innervated by the anterior branch in 100%, and the adductor magnus was innervated by the posterior branch in 100%. The adductor brevis was supplied by both the anterior and posterior branches in 90%. The obturator externus was innervated by the posterior branch in 60% and a direct branch from the main trunk in 10%. No innervation of the obturator externus by the obturator nerve was found in 30%. Conclusions: The obturator externus and adductor brevis need to be explored further to clarify their innervation.

本稿では,結婚が職業キャリア形成,とりわけ無業への移動と管理職への移動に与える影響について,男女を比較しながら明らかにする.本稿の特徴は,ライフコース論の視座から,結婚の効果が時間により変わると想定し,セレクションと効果の変化に着目して分析する点にある.2005年SSM調査を用いたイベントヒストリー分析により,以下の点を明らかにした.無業への移動に関して,結婚の効果は結婚の直後から現れ,男性の移動を起こりにくく,女性の移動を起こりやすくする.ただし男性における効果の多くは結婚へのセレクションによるものである.管理職への移動に関して,結婚の効果は結婚から数年間を経てから顕在化し,男性の移動を起こりやすく,女性の移動を起こりにくくする.以上見られた男女で非対称な結婚の効果は,結婚による夫婦間の性別役割分業と,その蓄積の結果として生じる人的資本の格差によって生じているものと見られる.

Firefly emits visible yellow-green light. The bioluminescence reaction is carried out by the enzyme luciferase. The bioluminescence of luciferase is widely used as an excellent tool for monitoring gene expression, the measurement of the amount of ATP and in vivo imaging. Recently a study of the cancer metastasis is carried out by in vivo luminescence imaging system, because luminescence imaging is less toxic and more useful for long-term assay than fluorescence imaging by GFP. However the luminescence is much dimmer than fluorescence. Then bioluminescence imaging in living organisms demands the high efficient luciferase which emits near infrared lights or enhances the emission intensity. Here I introduce an idea for creating the high efficient luciferase based on the crystal structure.

The Napier Complex in East Antarctica has a complex thermal history, including ultra-high-temperature (UHT) metamorphism. Geochronology, trace element, and isotope geochemistry of zircon, apatite, and monazite in three felsic gneisses collected from Harvey Nunatak were studied using a sensitive high-resolution ion microprobe (SHRIMP) for the first time. Most zircons showed nebulous to fir-tree zoning, which is a common feature of zircons in granulite facies rocks, regardless of the core or rim. The U-Pb dating and rare earth element abundance of zircon indicated that zircon crystallization by regional metamorphism continued from 2567–2460 Ma, consistent with the previously proposed timing of UHT metamorphism. The zircon grains contained a large amount of Li (59–668 ppm). Li was incorporated with Cl at the interstitial sites of the zircon structure, and the zircons crystallized in melts with an abundant supply of Li and Cl. Monazite crystallized from apatite after the UHT metamorphism events of 2071 Ma and 1799 Ma. The U-Pb system of apatite was completely disturbed by the crystallization of monazite at 1785 Ma. In addition, the U-Pb systems of apatite and monazite were disturbed at approximately 500 Ma.

低ナトリウム血症を伴うACVIM分類ステージCの僧帽弁閉鎖不全症犬に対してアルギニンバソプレシンV2受容体拮抗薬であるトルバプタンを投与した。投与前134 mmol/lであった血漿ナトリウム濃度はトルバプタン投与から7週間後に147 mmol/lまで上昇した。トルバプタン投与に伴い,左室拡張末期径およびE/Emは29.9 mmから27.8 mm,19.0 から11.6にそれぞれ減少した。これらの結果はトルバプタンの水利尿効果により前負荷の軽減と電解質の正常化が同時に行われたことを示した。

要旨:若年脳卒中患者の社会参加,特に復職は重要なリハビリテーションの目標であり,ノーマライゼイションの理念を具現化するものである.国際生活機能分類の普及に伴い,社会参加の重要性が再認識されている.また,政府が主導している「働き方改革」に関連した「治療と就労の両立支援」施策の一つとして,脳卒中の就労支援が進められている.しかし,脳卒中患者の高齢化・重度化,非正規雇用労働などの労働態様の変化は脳卒中患者の復職に多大な影響を与えており,若年脳卒中患者の復職率は過去20 年間,40%に留まっている.脳卒中患者の復職は医療だけでなく福祉分野とも関連し,職業リハビリテーションとの連携,さらには,復職予定先の企業等との調整など様々なレベルでの対応が必要であり,医療福祉連携を超える高次の連携が必要となる.

本報告ではつくば市として大きな変化が発生していた2010年から2020年における社会の変化を捉えるために,社会地区分析を用いて,その結果からつくば市の変容の様子を記述した.分析の結果,①研究学園地区,TX沿線開発地区,周辺開発地区という区分に対応した社会地区が形成される一方で,この10年間で社会地区が多様化したこと,②特にTX沿線開発地区において大きな社会変化があったこと,③国家公務員宿舎廃止後の社会変化は,社会地区を変えるほどのものではなかったこと,④市南部で,他県に通勤する層やサービス職の増加があったことが明らかになった.
