The high flux source for the Pulsed High Density Experiment (PHDX) has been constructed, and field-reversed configuration (FRC) plasmas are being produced. To diagnose FRC plasma temperatures three kinds of diagnostic systems have been set up on PHDX; λ = 632.8 nm He-Ne laser interferometer system at the midplane for total temperature Ttotal, 16 channel spectrometer for ion temperature Ti and soft x-ray (SXR) measurement system for electron temperature Te viewed along z-axis, respectively. The SXR measurement system consists of five sets of collimators and AXUV100 photodiodes with directly deposited filters which have different bandpass regions. As a result of preliminary temperature diagnostics, the following plasma parameters are estimated during a relatively quiescent phase of FRCs; Ttotal ∼ 50 eV, Ti ∼ 50 eV and Te ∼ 25 eV. This result does not agree with the equilibrium relation of Ttotal ≈ Ti + Te, and it must be caused by plasma condition and our assumptions in the spectral analysis.

Lafutidine (FRG-8813) is a new H2-receptorantagonist that not only has a strong inhibitory effect on gastric secretion but also augments the gastric mucosa protection factor and dilate arterious in the gastric submucosa and enhances gastric mucosal blood flow via capusaicinsensitive afferent neurons.Its presence in the tongue too, suggests that lafutidine may be effective for patients diagnosed with glossodynia. This treatment was attempted with 50 glossodynia patients, who received lafutidine in doses of 10mg twice daily for 8 weeks.The pain amelioration rates (reduced and better) were 54.0%(27/50 cases) after 2 weeks, 60.0%(30/50 cases) after 4 weeks, 80.0%(40/50 cases) after 6 weeks, and 84.0%(42/50 cases) after 8 weeks. The pain level on VAS was 46.8mm on average before administration, and 12.1mm on average after 8 weeks.The administration of lafutidine exhibited good clinical efficacy, safety and utility in the treatment of glossodynia.

Electron microscopy and spectroscopy with the single-atom sensitivity enables us to obtain a direct image of the intra-molecular structure and chemical identification of individual metallofullerenes encapsulated inside single-walled carbon nanotubes, so-called peapods. By a comparison of high resolution images with a simulation to extract the relative atom positions for encaged metal atom in each molecule, distribution of molecular orientation and its interaction between adjacent molecules in metallofullerene-peapods have been statistically analyzed. Moreover the techniques described here demonstrates the possibilities to observe individual chemical reaction inside carbon nanotubes.

According to article 39 of Japan's present immigration control and refugee recognition act, it stipulates that immigration control officer may detain the suspect pursuant to a written detention order issued by a supervising immigration inspector of the office to which the immigration control officer belongs upon request by the immigration control officer. This article focuses on legal requirements of detention and detention procedure and the management of immigration detention center or detention house of those of refugees unlawfully in Japan.

Emile Durkheim pointed out that the factor of Jesuit schools' success was their revolutionary training system based on observation and competition. However, regarding the Jesuit Order's support of classical education, Durkheim's opinion is somewhat insufficient. As shown in Constitutiones, the fundamental purpose of Jesuit is amimas iuvare (helping souls), and on this account, they formulated vitae exemplum (exemplary life) and doctrina (learning) as their educational purpose. To accomplish this, the Jesuit Order issued Ratio atque Institutio Studiorum Societatis Iesu (1599) as a manual of educational practice, and attached much importance to classical education. However, they were well aware of the potential harm of pagan gods to Christianity, so it was necessary to reform classical education in order to align it with Christian doctrine. In order to accomplish this revision, the Jesuits developed the educational practice that united vitae exemplum and doctrina, or virtue and learning. It has been claimed that the Modus Parisiensis had an impact on these practices, however Thomas Aquinas' concept of habitus had become an important organizing principle in the conduct of the Jesuit program. Jesuits highly respected Aquinas as a doctor without peer. Aquinas defined habitus as virtues, ranked prudentia in the first place among them, and assumed memoria as one of its components. Memoriae Exercitatio (memory exercise) formed the core of Ratio, composed of the writing and recitation of classical texts.

1. The flesh of Lepidocybium flavobrunneum and Ruvettus Pretiosus has been analyzed, and were both found to contain approximately 20% of oil consisting primarily of wax. 2. The flesh and acetone-soluble oil of both species produce seborrhea besides diarrhea in rats, and are judged not suitable for food. 3. The acetone-soluble oil has been fractionated into the hydrocarbon, wax, glyceride and polar substance fractions by column and thin-layer chromatography, and alcohol and fatty acid constituents of wax and glyceride fractions analyzed by gas-liquid chromatography. 4. The main constituents present are: cetyl alcohol, oleyl alcohol and oleic acid in wax and oleic and eicosenoic acids in glyceride. 5. Hydroxy oleic acid is not recognized, differing from the observation of Cox and REID on the oil of R. pretiosus.

目 的 本研究の目的は,完全母乳栄養法や混合・人工栄養法の児の栄養法別による育児不安および児に対する感情との関連を明らかにすることである。対象と方法 産後1ヶ月健診に来院した褥婦148名を対象とし,質問紙調査によりデータ収集を行った。調査内容は,対象の背景,育児不安の内容,育児不安尺度(牧野,1982)対児感情尺度(花沢,2008)である。分析は,PASWVer17.0を使用し,有意水準は5%とした。結 果 育児不安について,完全母乳栄養法の女性群の方が,混合・人工栄養法の女性群より育児不安が低かった(p<0.001)。対児感情について,拮抗指数において,有意差がみられ,完全母乳栄養法の女性群の方が,児に対する肯定的,受容的な感情が高かった(p=0.039)。結 論 母乳育児は育児不安軽減に対して有効性が高く,児に対する肯定的,受容的な感情が高まった。以上より,母乳育児の奨励は望ましいことであると考えられる。

本研究では、平成13年度から15年度にかけて、フィールドワークをおこない、偽文書に関する古文書調査を全国各地で実施した。そして平成16年度は、3ヶ年の調査のデータをもとに報告書と古文書目録の作成に専念した。その概要は以下に述べるとおりである。1.主要な調査先は、長野県木曾郡大桑村定勝寺、長野県長野県立歴史館、山梨県山梨市窪八幡神社、山梨県甲府市山梨県立図書館甲州文庫、東京都文京区東京大学史料編纂所、東京都千代田区国立公文書館、などである。2.調査の方法は、史料所蔵機関の目録を検索して、古文書を閲覧、調査し、真偽を鑑定した。そのうえで関連する周辺情報を収集して、偽文書の作成者、作成時期、作成理由などを突き止めていった。3.なかでも長野県木曾郡大桑村定勝寺では、これまで未公開であった古文書の悉皆調査を実現することができた。調査した古文書は、すべて目録を編成し、デジタルカメラで撮影し、画像データを収集した。整理した古文書は総点数1551点におよび、信州大学人文学部日本史研究室編『長野県木曾郡大桑村須原定勝寺古文書目録』として刊行することができた。また調査成果の一部は、『ブックレット定勝寺』に掲載され、一般向けの啓蒙書として広く社会に還元することができた。とくに木曾地方が美濃国から信濃国に変わった時期を確定するという新発見をすることができた。4.偽文書の鑑定技術に関しては、現状記録方式による総合的な古文書調査が有効であることが確認することができた。とくに江戸時代に作成された偽文書は、関連する近世の古文書を調査することで、ほとんど作成時期や作成理由を特定できることがわかった。またデジタルカメラによる画像情報は、きわめて有効であることもわかった。5.4年間の研究成果は、学術論文8編、口頭発表1編、学術書3編、古文書目録1編として公表することができた。
