「車内では携帯電話・PHSの電源をお切り下さい」通勤電車内で見かける携帯電話のつり広告.その片隅に,申し訳程度に小さく書かれたこの文章に出会うときがある.では,電車内で何故携帯電話の利用が問題となるのだろう.飛行機なら携帯電話の電波(電磁波)が航空機の様々な電子機器に影響を与え,安全な運行を妨げることは知られている.でも,携帯電話の使用が電車の運行を妨げるという話は聞かない.マナーの問題なら,電源までオフにする必要はないだろう.

In this study, we asked participants (229 students, 87 male and 142 female) to describe experiences both in which they expressed anger to someone and in which someone expressed anger to them, and examined whether there were differences between expressing and expressed positions in the determinants of the interpersonal effects of anger expression. The results showed that, while the justice evaluation of anger expression by persons who expressed anger did not exert any influence on interpersonal effects, the justice evaluation of those who were expressed anger to had statistically significant influences on interpersonal effects. We suggested from this that the more justified the anger-expressed person evaluates the anger expression as, the more positive the interpersonal effects tend to become. It was also found that the strength and direction of the influences of expressing anger on interpersonal effects differed between anger-expressing and anger-expressed positions.

Edelwei〓piraten sind eine vergessene Protestbewegung in Deutschland, und eine noch fast unbekannte Tatsache in Japan. Die vorliegende Arbeit ist ein Versuch, das feindliche Verhaltnis zwischen Edelwei〓piraten, die meistens aus jugendlichen Arbeitern bestanden, und Hitlerjugend zu erklaren. Die Edelwei〓piraten standen der Hitlerjugend feindlich gegenuber und sie haben oftmals die uniformierte Hitlerjungen, besonders HJ-Streifendienst uberrascht und angepobelt. Ein Hitlerjunge sagte, da〓 es fur HJ-Angehorige eine Zeit lang unmoglich gewesen sei, wahrend der Dunkelheit in Uniform uber die Stra〓e zu gehen, ohne befurchten zu mussen, von Edelwei〓piraten angerempelt oder gar uberfallen zu werden. Ein HJ-Kameradschaftsfuhrer hat von HJ aus dem Grund entfernt, da〓 er von den Edelwei〓piraten uberrascht worden ist. In dieser Weise sind Edelwei〓piraten den Hitlerjugen ein gro〓es Hindernis geworden, um Hitlerjugenddienst fortzusetzen.

The number of homeless people has been increasing rapidly in Japan under the recent economic depression. Most of them finally come to a big city and choose to stay there, because they can find a black market to supply daily employment to them there. This black market is called "Yoseba" in Japanese and big cities in Japan normally have one. Kobe city, one of the biggest cities in Japan, suffered the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995. Those who lost their residences pitched camp in school yards and parks. However, homeless people could not join them easily, because they had not belonged to local communities before the earthquake. In 1995, a non-government organization was founded to support homeless people in Kobe. They negotiated with the administration of Kobe city several times until now. In this paper, I take a look at scenes of these negotiations carefully and make clear what kind of social problem is raised by the negotiations. It should be doubted that reality of homeles people which must be most important is taken into account by both sides of the negotiation.

日本の東北地方の農村地域に在住する幼児162名を対象として,1歳6か月児歯科健康診査を受診以降,2歳,3歳児歯科健康診査の口腔診査,問診結果,Dentocult^@-Strip mutansのスコアを調査項目として,同児の11歳のDMF歯数との関連性を調査・分析した。その結果,1歳6か月時の結果では間食規則性と昼間保育者の2項目で有意差(p<0.01)が認められ,間食時間未決定群でう蝕が多くなっていた。同様に2歳時では,仕上げ磨き(p<0.01),間食規則性(p<0.05),昼間保育者(p<0.01)およびDent-SM(p<0.01)との間で有意差が認められた。また,ロジスティック回帰分析からは,2歳時仕上げ磨き(4.501,p<0.01)などで有意なオッズ比が得られた。分割表分析およびロジスティック回帰分析の結果から,2歳時,3歳時のう蝕罹患(dft),仕上げ磨き,間食時間の決定,昼間の保育者,およびDentocult^@-Strip mutansスコアの各要因について,11歳時のDMFTとの関連が認められた。これらの結果から,幼児期からこれらの項目でハイリスク者をスクリーニングし,歯科保健指導を重視することが,永久歯う蝕の抑制につながると考えられた。

本稿では最古の病院のひとつに数えられるカイサレアのバシレイオスの建てた病院施設「バシレイアス」について残存する資料を用いて再構成し、さらにバシレイオスがこれを建てた理由、背景を探り、最後に彼の病貧者観について考察する。残存する資料から次のことが分かる。バシレイオスはウァレンス帝から賜ったカイサレア近郊の土地に病院施設を建てたが、そこには看護者、医者、牛馬、さらに案内人として聖職者たちもいた。これはバシレイオス自身によって「カタゴギア」、「クセノドケイオン」、また「プトコトロフェイオン」とも呼ばれている。バシレイオスは寄付によってこの施設を運営し、おそらく患者や旅人などは無料であった。また彼は定期的にこの施設を訪れ、なかでもレプラの病貧者の治療を行っていた。それは修道士たちによっても実践され、それはバシレイオスの定める修道的生活のプログラムに含まれていた。この病院はバシレイオス自身のフィランスロピア思想と受肉論に支えられていて、蔑まれていたレプラの病貧者を同じ人間として、またキリストとしてその看護・治療を行って行く場所となっていった。

In order to apply to the applications of an image processing, we have improved VM and VI of Smalltalk-80 on standard EWS. We developed operational evironment of positron CT(PET) system using Smalltalk-80 as an example of practical applications. These approach is only by adding new class for image processing. The limitation of Smalltalk-80 using standard EWS are made clear. Particulary, in the case of system extension, we are faced with the bottle neck of hardware potential of standard EWS and with the limit of real-time potential by UNIX. Then, we considered these limits of applications and developed new original object oritented machine, OOPS (Object Oriented Processing System), which is used Smalltalk-80 as operating system.

日本図書館協会では,1980年の定款と役員選挙規程の改正により,個人会員と施設会員がともに役員の選挙権と被選挙権,会議の議決権を持ち,個人会員選出と施設会員選出の役員数の比率を3:2に設定している。本稿の目的は,この両者の権利の関係をめぐる議論がどう集約され,その結果が定款や役員選挙規程の改正に反映されているかを明らかにすることである。協会に関する資料やデータ,公益法人と職能団体に関する文献を基に,議論の経過を明らかにしたのち,議論の分類を行い,各主張の内容とその理由の妥当性を検討し,議論の問題点と課題を指摘した。その結果,(1)個人会員中心運営論に対して,個人会員・施設会員共存運営論が実現したこと,(2)その理由としては,施設会員にとって会費と全国図書館大会等の開催の負担が大きいこと,(3)役員数の比率と個人会員中心の職能団体の可能性については,会員による広範な議論が行われていないことが明らかになった。

古典中国語 (漢文) 電子テキストの蓄積が進む中、自然言語処理技術の重要性は高まって来ているが実装は少ない。本論文では、MeCab を用いた古典中国語用形態素解析器のプロトタイプについて概説するとともに、本格的な古典中国語文法コーパス作成のためのワークフローについて考察する。This paper explains an overview of an experimental Morphological Analyzer for Classical Chinese based on MeCab. In addition, the paper considers a workflow to develop grammatical corpus for Classical Chinese.

論文Almost the same time of the end of the Meiji Era, the two researchers, OTOTAKE Iwazo and SAKAKI Yasusaburo published their first papers on the gifted children individually. But they are very different in specialty, how to see the gifted children and how to see the problems about them. The purpose of this paper is to try to show how the gifted children themselves and the problems about them were seen and how the relation between the capability and education was seen by comparing their view of the gifted and the gifted education.
