患者が受付をしてからお金を支払うまでの一連のステップをUMLを用いて記述し,医療機関内での患者の動きに合わせてアクセス権の変更を動的に行うシステムを提案する.電子カルテの処理ステートをチェックし,その状態と一般的な処理手順の順序情報を元に電子カルテの閲覧や書き込みのアクセス権の設定変更を行うことにより,その患者に関係しない医療従事者に対して,適切に個人情報を保護することができる.

【背景と目的】電子カルテ導入による看護情報への影響を明らかにするために, 電子カルテ導入前後に用いられた看護記録をもとに, 情報量と内容を評価した.【対象と方法】全面的に電子カルテシステムを導入した病院で調査を行った.分析対象は属性をマッチングさせた術後患者のSOAP形式の看護記録とし, 電子カルテ導入前後それぞれ13名の術後患者のデータを比較した.【結果】電子カルテ導入前後の看護診断・関連因子・看護計画・経時的問題の量的比較において, 有意差はなかった.NANDA13領域の分類では, 導入前のデータは4領域に有意に集中した.関連因子は, 導入前に統一された表現であったが, 導入後では様々な表現が用いられていた.【結語】導入による診断のワンパターン化が懸念されたが, 候補リストの表示や, 判断を伴う選択は, むしろ論理的な思考を広げ, データベースを重視した計画の立案に有用であると考えられた.

近年のインターネット技術の発展により,World Wide Web(WWW)を代表とする個人で扱えるオンラインテキストデータの量が増加している.それにともない,莫大なテキストデータ中から必要な情報を検索する機会も増え,情報検索に関する研究への関心が高まっている.情報検索システムとして,検索対象文書と検索質問を多次元ベクトルで表現するベクトル空間モデル(VSM: Vector Space Model)が広く使用されている.VSMを用いた検索システムの精度を改善する手法の1つとして,適合性フィードバック手法(Relevance Feedback)が提案されている.この手法は,VSMを用いた1次検索結果に対し,利用者が適合・不適合の判断を行いその情報をシステムにフィードバックし,再検索を行うことで検索精度を向上させている.本論文では,この利用者からのフィードバック情報を検索対象文書全体の適合・不適合の判別に用いた.判別を行う識別器として,従来手法より,判別の能力が高く,汎化性に優れたサポートベクターマシン(SVM: Support Vector Machine)を用いた.このフィードバック手法をサポートベクターマシンによる適合性フィードバックとして本論文で提案する.日本語テストコレクション(BMIR-J2)を用いた類似文書検索実験において,提案手法は従来手法と比較し,利用者が判断し,システムにフィードバックされる文書数が50の場合,24.0%の検索精度改善を得ることが可能であった.With the rapid growth of online information, e.g., the World Wide Web(WWW), a large collection of full-text documents is available andopportunity for getting a useful piece of information is increased.Information Retrieval (IR) is now becoming one of the most importantissues for handling large text data.Relevance feedback is a technique that improves retrieval performancebased on relevance judgments from the user. Here, we propose therelevance feedback method using Support Vector Machine (SVM).Experiment results on Japanese test collection BMIR-J2 show that theproposed method is useful feedback method comparing to theconventional feedback method. Especially, the proposed method improvedthe performance of IR system.

本稿では,映像中の人物の顔や身体の検出,追跡,認証および姿勢推定などの人物画像処理技術とその応用について述べる.人物は,コンピュータビジョン領域における画像監視システムやTV番組検索において,映像の中で最も関心の高いもののひとつである.よって,古くから数多くの人物画像処理に関する研究が行われてきた.顔の検出や認証は1990年代から世界で精力的に研究が進められ,近年では,歩行者の検出や認証へ関心が高まっている.我々も1995年頃から人物に関する研究をはじめ,顔位置検出・顔認証をはじめ多くの成果をあげてきた.それらの研究の軌跡をたどりながら,技術的課題と今後の方向性を考察する.

This paper introduces a interpolation Preisach model. The first step in analysis of the model is calculating a maximum of eight conditions of the Preisach diagram at the points of divided fields, which are located on both sides of the actual field changed in direction. The condition of the Preisach diagram is separated into plus or minus values by a step-shaped interface due to past magnetic history. Next, the magnetization corresponding to the actual fields is linearly interpolated using previously calculated values. Magnetic field analysis with the model becomes possible in the case of occurrence of an optional reversal field. The model is used for simple magnetic field analysis of a magnetic sample ring. The model's validity is confirmed by agreement between the analytical results and actual measurements.

This study aims to understand housing situation of Single Mother Households who are divorced or widowed in Japan. Recently, the greater rate of divorce or separation caused by changes in lifestyles and social status for women have been contributing to the growing number of Single Mother Households. However, these families are facing difficulties in seeking to be economically and socially independent As their income is just a fraction of the general households, under the profit-oriented housing provision, it is hard for many of them to own or rent housing because housing expenses for housing are still much of a burden for single mother households to bear.

TANPOPO, dandelion, is the name of a grass whose seeds with floss are spread by the wind. We propose the analyses of interplanetary migration of microbes, organic compounds and meteoroids on ISS-JEM. Ultra low density aerogel will be used to capture micrometeoroid and debris. Particles captured by aerogel will be used for several analyses after the initial inspection of the gel and tracks. Careful analysis of the tracks in the aerogel will provide the size and velocity dependence of debris flux. The particles will be analyzed for mineralogical, organic and microbiological characteristics. To test the survival of microbes in space environment, microbial cells will be exposed. Organic compounds are also exposed to evaluate the possible denaturation under the conditions. Aerogels are ready for production in Japan. Aerogels and trays are space proven. All the analytical techniques are ready.

We describe the prospects of bioinformatics for drug discovery and discuss the current status, problems, and future direction of the interface between bioinformatics and docking studies. We also describe our recent work on sequence and structure analysis using the guanidino-modifying enzymes superfamily as a good example.
