視覚障害者は,晴眼者 (視覚に障害を持たない人) と比べて視覚から得られる情報が限られている.それを補うために,スマートフォンのカメラを用いて物体情報を取得できるような補助アプリもあるが,そもそも知りたい物体の位置を把握すること自体が困難である場合が少なくない.全方位カメラは一度に全方向の情報を取得できることから,対象物にカメラを向ける必要がなく,視覚障害者支援に適していると考えられる.全方位カメラにより周辺画像を取得し,得られた画像に対して物体検出及び認識を行い,音声情報などで視覚障害者にどこに何があるのかを伝えることができるようなシステムが実現できれば,汎用性の高い視覚障害者支援システムとなる.このようなシステムを実現するためには,まず全方位画像に対する正確な物体検出及び認識と,動画において前後フレームで物体情報を保持するためのトラッキングを行う必要がある.全方位カメラから得られる画像は,通常のカメラから得られる画像とは異なった投影方法なので,通常の画像を対象とした物体検出アルゴリズムやトラッキング手法をそのまま適用することは難しい.本稿では物体検出とトラッキングを別々の投影方法で行い,結果を統合することで,全方位画像に対して高精度な物体検出とトラッキングを実現する手法を提案する.

Much emphasis is now being given to research and development of plant factories which daily produce a large volume of high-quality vegetables under artificially controlled environments. One of the important issues to be considered for the management and the daily operations of the plant factories is to find a set of suitable customers and/or markets to which the daily produced vegetables are sold and delivered. The current wholesale markets of the vegetables are not suitable for trading the high-quality vegetables produced by the plant factories, therefore, a new market is required to sell and to buy the products made by the plant factories. A new trading market system is proposed, to sell and to buy the lettuces supplied by the plant factories, based on the stock exchange mechanisms, in this paper. An estimation method of yield rate is also proposed to generate a suitable volume of sales for the plant factories. Some case studies have been carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed trading market.

The main purposes of this paper are to measure the economic benefits of higher education and to clarify the scheme of differentiation in the higher educational system. In the economics of education we have used the private rate of return to measure the economic benefits which a person gets from education. But most previous research has an error in the empirical method. The error uses in not combining the private rate of return and the actual student placements in employment for each university. I try to remedy this error. Firstly I investigate differences in employment opportunity according to industry and enterprise size relating to 33 faculties of 10 universities (Table 2). Secondly I calculate the private rate of return for each of them (Table 3). Finally, I combine both results (Table 4). I think the private rate of return calculated by this method supersedes previous research. Furthermore from the standpoint of economics. I try to explain the demand trend of higher education on the basis of the research findings. As a result it is proved that the aspiration to graduate from a higher prestige university is reasonable economically.

The Yosakoi Dance Festival started in Kouchi City in Shikoku Region in 1954 and the YOSAKOI-Soran Dance Festival started in Sapporo City in Hokkaido in 1992 are now two main dance cultures in Japan. Dance Festivals of these styles of dancing now take place in about 200 cities and towns all over Japan. In Particular YOSAKOI-Soran dance style has given to the world dance scenes two new aspects of body movements, a kind of new “groove”, which are the side-swing of the trunk of the body and revolving movement of the trunk of the body. This article reviews a short history of these two dance cultures and discusses the momenta of evolutions of these dance styles.

電子署名技術の利用にあたっては,署名者は秘密鍵を安全に管理する必要がある.一般には,秘密鍵を安全に管理することは署名者自身にとって利益となると考えられているが,署名者の状況によっては,安全に管理することが利益とならないケースも生じうる.本稿では,署名者が債務超過に近い状態にある債務者である場合を例にあげて,署名鍵の自己暴露が債権者に対する攻撃となることを指摘する.さらに債務者が鍵自己暴露の可能性を持つことが,債権者?債務者間の債務縮減交渉に与える影響について分析を行い,この問題への対策の方針と例を示す.

本稿では,秘密分散法の分散情報の更新手法について考える.著者らは [4] において,新しい分散情報の更新法を提案したが,従来,この問題に対してはプロアクティブ秘密分散法が提案されている.そこで,本稿では [4] の手法とプロアクティブ秘密分散法との比較を行い,[4] の手法にプロアクティブ秘密分散法と同等の機能を持たせるように拡張を行う.そのために,[4] の手法に検証鍵を追加し,更新情報の検証を可能にした.また通信量,計算量の比較を行った.

Autonomous Distributed Manufacturing Systems (ADMS) have been proposed to realize flexible control structures of manufacturing systems. In the previous researches, a real-time scheduling method based on utility values has been proposed and appliedto the ADMS. In the proposed method, all the job agents and the resource agents evaluate the utility values for the cases where the agent selects the individual candidate agents for the next machining operations. Multi-agent reinforcement learning is newly proposed and implemented to the job agents and resource agents, in order to improve their coordination processes. In the reinforcement learning method, an agent must be able to sense the status of the environment to some extent and must be able to takeactions that affect the status. The agent also must have a goal or goals relating to the status of the environment. The status, the action and the reward are defined for the individual job agents and the resource agents to evaluate the suitable utility values based on the status of the ADMS.

A novel, highly cardioselective ultra short-acting β-blocker, ONO-1101, has been developed for application in the emergency treatment of tachycardia and better control of heart rate in surgery. This agent is approximately nine times more potent in β-blocking activity in vivo and eight times more cardioselective in vitro than esmolol. This β-blocking drug has a short duration of activity, enabling rapid recovery after cessation of administration if side effects occur. It can be used safely in patients suffering from acute heart disease and represents a major therapeutic advance in the treatment of heart disease.

マルウェアの静的解析において,Windows APIはマルウェアの機能を効率的に読み取るための重要な情報源である.しかし,その有用性のため,マルウェア作者はマルウェアに難読化を施し,インポートしているAPIを隠蔽する傾向がある.本論文では,マルウェアが利用するAPI難読化手法とそれらを解析する既存手法を整理し,既存手法がAPIの配置場所を難読化する解析妨害に脆弱であることを示す.次に,この問題を解決するため,テイント解析により得た情報に基づき,メモリダンプ内のIATのAPIアドレス解決を行う提案する.本提案手法を用いることで,マルウェが配置場所難読化を施した場合でも,インポートしているAPIを正確に特定できることを実験にて示す.

【目的】成人では上腹壁ヘルニアはまれとされているが,小児ではよくみかける疾患である.この違いが何に起因するのかそれぞれの臨床像に焦点をあて検証した.【方法】2005 年4 月から2015 年3 月まで関連小児外科6 施設および同施設の成人外科6 施設で手術された上腹壁ヘルニア症例を対象とし,カルテ記載から比較した.【結果】今回小児76 例,成人11 例の87 例が集計された.症例は全年齢に分布していたが,幼児期が圧倒的に多かった.性別はともに女性が多かった.症状は小児では上腹部腫瘤以外ではほとんど無症状であったが,成人では11 例のうち8 例に腹痛を認めた.多くの例が診断後1,2 年以内に手術が施行されていた.ヘルニア門径は小児では10 mm 以下,成人では20 mm 以上が多かった.ヘルニア内容は小児では腹膜前脂肪,成人では大網が多数を占めた.術式は全例単純縫合閉鎖が行われ,再発例はなかった.【結論】上腹壁ヘルニアの小児と成人の報告数の差は手術適応に起因すると考えられた.小児では整容及び将来の嵌頓リスク,成人では腹痛などの嵌頓症状である.成人の有症状例の少なさを考えると,小児において将来の嵌頓リスクを高く見積もり過ぎている可能性がある.幼児期の上腹壁ヘルニアの手術適応には議論の余地があると考える.

There are two approaches toward the establishment of macroscopic spins for organic molecules. One is the exploration of persistent free radicals (S=1/2) that will have ferromagnetic interradical exchange coupling in crystalline states. While this approach has led to the discovery of well characterized organic ferromagnets, their Curie temperatures (Tc) are limited to sub-liquid-helium temperatures. Alternatively, design and synthesis of super-high-spin (S>>1/ 2) organic molecules have been studied. In principle, parallel alignment of two spins can become favored in non-Kekulé systems. One of the highlights of the oligomers and polymers obtained by repeating such units is the synthesis and characterization of a strongly paramagnetic nonacarbene (S=9). The two-dimensional network alignment of spins has been demonstrated to be most promising as high Tc molecular ferromagnets. Some non-Kekulé molecules were found by EPR spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility/magnetization measurements to violate Hund's rule, thereby being disqualified as the units for super-high-spin polymers.

症例は60 歳代の男性。突然の前胸部痛と嘔気を主訴に救急搬送された。来院時は意識清明で,明らかな外傷や神経学的異常は認めなかった。心電図にV2 〜V5 でST 上昇があり,心エコー上,前壁中隔の壁運動低下を認め,急性冠症候群と判断し,緊急心臓カテーテル検査を施行した。左前下行枝Segment 7 の100%狭窄を認め,経皮的冠動脈形成術(PCI)を施行したが,その後,ICU へ搬送中に意識レベルの低下を認めた。頭部CT で,外傷性脳挫傷,両側硬膜下血腫,外傷性くも膜下血腫を認め,PCI 時に使用した抗凝固薬により,血腫が増悪した可能性が考えられた。急性硬膜下血腫に対して,両側頭蓋内血腫除去術,および右広範囲外減圧術を施行したが,その後も意識レベルの改善はみられず,入院11 日目に死亡した。急性心筋梗塞治療後に頭部外傷が判明し,対応に苦慮した症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察とともに報告する。

This paper aims to introduce the whole life of Chiune Sugihara. In 1939, he was sent by the Japanese government to Kaunas, Lithuania, to open a consulate. In the summer of 1940, thousands of Polish Jews came to the Japanese consulate and begged Sugihara for transit visas to escape from Poland through the Soviet Union to Japan. Although the Japanese government did not agree to Sugihara's intentions, consul Sugihara did issue the visas to save Jews. So these visas are called "VISAS FOR LIFE." This is a well known historical story. However, few Japanese know that Sugihara was baptized into the Russian Orthodox Church, when he lived in Harbin. Consequently, special attention is paid to his Christian faith in this paper. Jewish Proverb states "If you save the life of one person, it is as if you saved the world entire."

片側麻痺声帯の固定位置が正中線から外側にむかって離れれば離れるほど,音声障害や嚥下障害の程度は増強する。したがって,中間位固定症例の方が正中あるいは副正中位固定例よりも障害は強い。治療法として内視鏡的または経皮的に,麻痺声帯外側にむけてシリコン,テフロン,コラーゲン,脂肪などの注入術がおこなわれ普及をみた。しかし,麻痺声帯の正中移動の程度に限界があり,加えて,麻痺声帯の厚み矯正,張力獲得,前額面における両声帯間のレベル差矯正などが期待できかねた。これらの短所を補う治療法は,恐らく披裂軟骨内転術であろう。この方法の歴史は決して新しくない。披裂軟骨に直接ふれ,これを内転固定させるという思想のもとに,喉頭截開して前方から接近する方法や,甲状軟骨後端から接近する術式が試みられた。術式が複雑である。 われわれは披裂軟骨に附着せし外側輪状披裂筋に着眼した接近法を開発した。生理学的に同筋収縮は声帯の全長にわたる正中移動を招来することが知られているゆえ,同筋をその走行方向に牽引固定すれば,同筋収縮と同じ結果をえられると推定し,38例の片側声帯麻痺に手術した。局所麻酔のもと,甲状軟骨板に在る斜線を一里塚とし,この直前に,小さな窓を開け,甲状軟骨内膜を切除して同窓内に外側輪状披裂筋を直接露出した。同筋に糸をかけ,窓の前下方に牽引固定することにより,好成績をえた。術式と結果を詳述する。
