本論文では, KDDcup 2012 track2 の商用検索エンジンの大量検索ログからの広告クリック率予測タスクを MapReduce 処理系である Hadoop 上で確率的勾配降下法 (Stochastic Gradient Descent) を用いて解いた事例を示し,大規模機械学習を実践的システムに適用したことにより得られた知見を示す.本論文の核となる貢献は,確率的勾配降下法による大規模なオンライン学習を Hive/Pig 上でそれぞれ実現した事例を示し,課題となる問題とその対処法などを明らかにすることにある.また, Hadoop 操作系として代表的な Hive と Pig について,それぞれの特徴,言語体系の違いによる学習器の実装への影響,性能差を述べる.

近年の計算機の高速化、大容量化と低価格化、さらにはインターネットの普及によって情報化が加速度的に進んでいる。今後も増加しつづけるであろう膨大な情報や知識を適切に利用するためには情報の内容に関する、より高度な処理機能が要求される。このような機能を実現するためには、情報や知識の意味を理解しなければならない。そして、そのためには意味関係が表現できる構造化およびその利用のためのアプリケーションあるいはシステムが必要である。このような要求に対して、専門用語を最小単位とした概念構造の生成とその利用のためのシステムの開発を進めている。本研究では、概念構造を生成するのためのシステムの一部である階層関係の自動抽出法における問題点の調査について報告する。

In February to March, 2004, 17 specimens of sail-fin sandfish, Arctoscopus japonicus, were collected off the Iwate area, Pacific coast of northern Honshu, Japan, during research on fishery resources by Iwate Fisheries Technology Center. Using all the specimens, a sequencing analysis of the mitochondrial control region was performed, and we found that they have a genetic composition closely approximating to the western Japan population distributed north of Oki Islands, the Sea of Japan. These specimens were estimated to be three years old, belonging the 2001 year-class. This year-class from the Akita coast area became a very large resource, and this may have led to the expansion of their distribution. The occurrence of sandfish off the Iwate area in 2004, should be an event through the enlargement of distribution area of the 2001 year-class that hatched along the Akita coast area.

150ピコ秒のインパルス波を用いた超小型地雷探査レーダを開発した。本地中レーダを地表面上で平面的に走査することにより、土中に埋設した模擬対人地雷を3次元的に映像化した。

Light wall structures with high sound insulation performance are desired to be developed for houses and fuselage of vehicles. In this paper, a new light sound insulation structure is proposed. It is constructed with light inflated membrane bound by hard wire nets. By impedance tube tests, the proposed structures were proved to have not only high but also adjustable sound insulation performance by tuning the inside air pressure, which means stiffening the membranes. This structure can also construct a light sound insulation panel with high sound insulation performance by being inserted between light double walls.

地域経済の成長と国民の健康福祉の向上を同時に実現する方策としては、健康や安全に資する先端科学バイオ技術開発と産業界・経済界への円滑な技術移転による新産業クラスターの創出が必要不可欠である。そこで、バイオ産業・企業と、機能性食品等の開発を行う食品産業・企業との融合による栄養・健康産業クラスターの構築に焦点を絞り、日本・ヨーロッパ・アジアの栄養・健康産業クラスター事例の発掘・評価ならびに国際比較を行った。その結果、オープンイノベーションの視点による研究開発支援の重要性や、機能性農産物、漢方・生薬の自給率向上による医療産業支援などの重要性が明らかとなった。

投稿論文Die traditionelle Kunstwissenschaft sieht das Kunstwerk wesentlichals eine Seinsform, in der das Kunstwerk als materielle Substanz,sei es die bemalte Leinwand, Bronze oder Eisen, existiert, unddaher mit seinem Standort eng verbunden ist.Die moderne Kunst, die den lebendig sich stetig veränderndenOrganismus und das Leben an sich als ihre wichtige selbständigebildnerische Grundlage betrachtet, verlangt nach einem neuen Konzept,um den Schaffensprozeß der modernen Künstler, die sichvielseitig mit dem Raum-Zeit-Problem auseinandersetzen, zu interpretieren,sowie die Dynamik, die das Kunstwerk in sich beinhaltet,zu begreifen. Zu diesem Zweck wird die Meteorologische Kunstwissenschaftkonzipiert. Mit dem Begriff des Wetters bezeichnetman diejenigen optischen und atmosphärischen Erscheinungen, diebeim Wechsel der Zustände von Luft und Wasser auftreten. DieMeteorologische Kunstwissenschaft nimmt dieses Wetter als einModell für die Kunstforschung und betrachtet das Kunstwerk alsein raum-zeitliches Phänomen unter dem Gesichtspunkt der prozess haften Phasenwechsel.Der vorliegende Aufsatz behandelt die moderne Architektur inder Zeit von der zweiten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts bis zur erstenHälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts, einer Zeit kulturtheorischer Paradigmenwechsel,in der der Gartenarchitekt als Vermittler zwischen deranorganischen und der organischen Welt eine der Moderne eigentümlicheStellung einnimmt.
1 0 0 0 OA 白血球の複合的薬理制御による体外循環後肺傷害に対する新たな予防法の開発
(1)骨髄由来白血球(好中球・単球)の体内動態をフローサイトメトリーで解析するカニクイザル体外循環モデルを確立した。(2)骨髄由来白血球(好中球・単球)の血中での半減期および、骨髄通過時間を指標として、これまで示唆さていた体外循環で惹起される骨髄刺激を定量的に証明した。(3)体外循環刺激により骨髄から循環血中に放出された白血球が肺に集積することを示した。(4)体外循環刺激により骨髄から循環血中に新たに放出された白血球が、体外循環術後肺傷害の病態形成に重要な役割を果たしていることが示唆された。

pleomorphic carcinomaの1例を経験した.症例は64歳.女性. 2000年9月頃から咳嗽が出現し,胸部レントゲン写真で,左下葉の著明な含気低下と左下葉に腫瘍陰影が認められ,2001年1月当科紹介人院となった.胸部CT写真では,左S^6に結節陰影が認められ,左主気管支がほぼ閉塞していた.気管支鏡検査では,左主気管支を閉塞する白色ポリープ状の腫瘤を認めた.鉗子生検を施行したが,正常気管支粘膜のみで確定診断は得られなかった.画像所見と内視鏡所見から肺癌を疑い,左肺全摘除術を施行した.切除標本の肉眼的所見は,腫瘍は左下葉から発生し,左下葉支から左主気管支,左上葉支までポリープ状に進展していたが,気管支粘膜には浸潤していなかった.病理組織学的所見では,腫瘍の大部分は腺癌であり,腫瘍の4分の1にspindle cell, giant cellを認め,pleomorphtc carcinomaと診断した.

Objective: To clarify the educational effect of a lecture on differential imaging features comparing ameloblastomas and keratocystic odontogenic tumors of the mandibles presented to dental students.Methods: Panoramic and CT images of 10 ameloblastomas and 10 keratocystic odontogenic tumors were randomly presented 114 dental students. Test scores, correct answer ratios, identification index, and understanding of the imaging features contributing to a correct diagnosis were serially evaluated before and after the lecture on the differential imaging features comparing the two types of tumors.Results: The mean and standard deviation of the scoring ratios of dental students diagnosing these lesions on panoramic and CT images were 48.8 ± 10.8% and 52.5 ± 12.9%, respectively. After the lecture on the differential imaging features comparing the two tumors, the scoring ratios improved significantly. After the lecture, both the numbers of patients whose images were correctly diagnosed and the identification indices increased. The lecture also increased the number of imaging features recognized as contributing to the correct diagnosis.Conclusion: A lecture on the differential imaging features comparing ameloblastomas and keratocystic odontogenic tumors of the mandibles contributed to the improvement of imaging diagnosis skills among dental students.

平成13年8月29日初号機打上げに成功したH-IIAロケットは,幅広い打上げ能力と柔軟な運用性を持ちながら,コストはH-IIロケットの約半分の1機85億円以下であり,世界の商業化ロケットと遜色のない経済性を備えている.このため,信頼性向上とコストダウンを目的にエンジン,機体部品点数の大幅削減によるシステムの簡素化,軽量化に関し様々な新技術を投入した.また,地上設備についても改良を行い,ロケット組立て及び打上げ作業期間を大幅に短縮した.本報では当社が担当した数多くの新技術のうち主要項目について初号機打上げ結果とあわせて紹介する.
1 0 0 0 OA 脂質二次伝達物質リン酸化酵素の神経細胞および内分泌細胞における発現局在の比較解析
野生型に比してDGKβ欠失マウスの線条体投射ニューロンの棘突起数が減少していることが明らかとなった。また、DGKβとAMPA型グルタミン酸受容体のサブユニットであるGluR2の結合が見出された。DGKεについてはDGKεが小脳プルキンエ細胞樹状突起に発現すること、またsubsurface cisterns内に局在することが明らかとなった。内分泌細胞については、ラット副腎にはmRNAレベルでDGKβおよびDGKεの発現が認められたが、DGKβは蛋白レベルでは副腎には発現していないと考えられた。一方DGKεは、副腎皮質球状帯細胞の形質膜に局在する可能性が明らかになった。
