The purpose of the present study was to analyze and describe the characteristics of speech in dysarthric patients diagnosed as idiopathic Parkinsonism, based on auditory impressions.Eight judges independently rated each of speech samples of 34 patients on each of 39 dimensions of speech using a 4-point scale of severity. The results were as follows;1) Speech of the patients was characterized by those dimensions such as“imprecise consonants”, “harsh voice”, “breathy voice”and“phoneme repeated”.2) In comparison with previous reports on the speech characteristics of cerebellar diseases, pseudobulbar palsy and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, the severity of Parkinsonian dysarthria is considered to be relatively mild. It should also be noted that Parkinsonian dysarthria was the only type in which slow rate of speech was insignificant.3) The present results showed a considerable discrepancy when compared with those reported by Darley et al., who conducted a similar study on American English speakers. It was considered that the discrepancy might be due either to the remarkable progress in medical treatment for Parkinsonism during the ten years after the report of Darley et al, or to the linguistic difference between the two languages. On the other hand, quite similar results were obtained for comparable items of a previous report on Japanese patients by Hirose.

Japanese rose bitterling, <I>Rhodeus ocellatus kurumeus</I>, is an endangered freshwater fish in Japan. Both the expansion of the habitat of an alien subspecies, <I>R. o. ocellatus</I>, and the increased chances of hybridization between the two subspecies have threatened the genetic identity of <I>R. o. kurumeus</I>. To conserve <I>R. o. kurumeus</I> in Kagawa Prefecture, 17 populations were genetically monitored in 2006. Two individuals in a pond were found to harbor <I>R. o. ocellatus</I> type mitochondrial DNA through PCR-RFLP analysis. Then the contaminated population was transplanted to a closed Bio-top water system to prevent contamination in other ponds. Three-day pond drying was found to be insufficient to eradicate <I>R. ocellatus</I>.

<p>【はじめに】</p><p>ジュニア期のサッカーにおけるスポーツ障害は膝関節が最も多いといわれている。菅原らはジュニア期のサッカー選手に圧痛検査を行い、脛骨粗面に圧痛が多かったことを報告している。臨床の中でも、ジュニア期のサッカー選手において脛骨粗面の圧痛を訴えることが多く、その要因に下肢筋の柔軟性低下があることが多いように感じる。そこで今回の目的は、ジュニア期のサッカー選手を対象に脛骨粗面の圧痛と、下肢筋の柔軟性低下が関連しているのか検討した。</p><p>【対象および方法】</p><p>サッカーのクラブチームに属している12~15歳の24 名48側(平均年齢:13.53±0.62歳、平均身長:151.11±7.31cm、平均体重:43.2±7.36kg)であった。脛骨粗面の圧痛検査を行い、圧痛有り群、無し群で下肢筋の柔軟性を比較した。腸腰筋はトーマス法(対側の膝窩から床までの距離を0.1cm単位で測定)、ハムストリングスはSLR角度(5°単位で測定)、大腿四頭筋はHBD(腹臥位で膝関節を他動的に屈曲していき軽度の抵抗で停止した位置での踵と殿部の距離を0.1cm単位で測定)、下腿三頭筋は膝伸展位での背屈角度(5°単位で測定)を測定した。統計学的処理にはShapiro-Wilkの正規性検定行いMann-Whitney検定行った。</p><p>【結果】</p><p>圧痛有り群は12膝、無し群は36膝であった。</p><p>腸腰筋では圧痛有り群5.02cm、無し群5.24cmで有意差はみられなかった (P>0.05)</p><p>ハムストリングスでは圧痛有り群57.9°、無し群62.9°で有意差がみられた(P<0.05)</p><p>大腿四頭筋では圧痛有り群7.43cm、無し群4.12cm、で有意差がみられた (P<0.05)</p><p>下腿三頭筋では圧痛有り群8.76°、無し群12.1°で有意差がみられた (P<0.05)</p><p>【考察】</p><p>梅原の報告では、中学生年代は成長期にあり、骨の成長により筋が相対的に短縮した状態となり、筋の柔軟性は低下するとされている。そのうえ、スポーツ活動の負荷が加わることで、腱やその付着部の疼痛、筋の損傷といったスポーツ障害が生じやすいとされている。武井らは大腿四頭筋と下腿三頭筋の柔軟性低下がキック動作におけるBall impact時の軸足の下腿前傾の減少、上半身重心の後方変位に影響を及ぼす傾向があり膝伸展機構障害のリスクになりうると報告されている。また、倉坪らは、キック動作時に身体重心が後方化することでハムストリングスの柔軟性が低下し骨盤後傾位でのキック動作となるため膝関節伸展モーメントが増加し、大腿四頭筋が過活動となることを報告されている。大腿四頭筋が過活動することで脛骨粗面への牽引ストレスが増加し、脆弱な成長軟骨に侵害ストレスを与え、牽引性の慢性スポーツ障害の発症の要因となりうると考える。高橋らは運動後にストレッチを行うことで痛みを有する可能性が低くなることを報告している。故にストレッチを行い、下肢筋の柔軟性を向上させることがスポーツ障害を予防する一助となると考える。</p><p>【まとめ】</p><p>中学生年代のサッカー選手は下肢筋の柔軟性が低下しやすく、脛骨粗面の圧痛の要因となり得ることがわかった。その為、ストレッチの重要性を監督、選手に理解してもらい練習の中に取り入れ、柔軟性の向上、スポーツ障害の予防につなげていきたいと考える。</p><p>【倫理的配慮,説明と同意】</p><p>ヘルシンキ宣言に基づき、監督、選手に十分な説明と同意を得て、個人情報の保護など倫理的配慮を行った</p>

本研究では、プラスチックの感性価値を高めるために、フィラー(充填材)として天然有機材料を複合し、香りを有することで質感を向上させることを検討する。具体的には、プラスチックのフィラーを複合し、射出成形のサンプルを製作し、香りを有する表現を試みる。

ネットワークのサービス品質(Quality of Service; QoS)を保証するQoS制御技術は, ネットワーク・ポリシーに基づいてトラヒックをいくつかのクラスに分類してそれぞれ異なった扱い方をする, 差別化されたサービスクラスを実現する.したがって, QoS制御に利用されるパケットの識別情報(IPヘッダやTCP/UDPヘッダの情報)は, ネットワーク上で閲覧できなければならない.しかし, ESP(Encapsulating Security Payload)やSSL(Secure Socket Layer)などのアプリケーション層に属さない, 暗号化をともなうセキュリティ・プロトコルは, 元パケットの識別情報を秘匿または隠蔽し, ネットワーク上のQoS制御を妨げてしまう.そこで本稿では, ネットワーク上のQoS制御を考慮したセキュリティ・プロトコル(ESP considered QoS, ESPQ)を提案し, その安全性と有効性を検討する.

Pharmaceutical care clinics, wherein hospital pharmacists intervene to resolve the issues of outpatients, have been established in many hospitals in Japan. The purpose of this study was to verify the usefulness of pharmaceutical care clinics in the treatment of diabetes. Between April 2014 - March 2016, among type 2 diabetic outpatients who received pharmaceutical care, 34 patients who had a glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) value ≥7.5% were included in the pharmacist intervention group and 45 patients who had been consulted only by a nurse or a nutritionist were included in the pharmacist non-intervention group. HbA1c was determined and compared for 9 months among the two patient groups. Although a decrease in HbA1c value was observed in the pharmacist non-intervention group, HbA1c increased gradually from 6 months onwards. After 9 months, a significant difference in HbA1c was found between the pharmacist intervention and non-intervention groups (P = 0.047). With the intervention of nurses and nutritionists alone, it was impossible to suppress the rise in HbA1c value in type 2 diabetic outpatients continuously for 9 months. In the pharmacist intervention group, patients with poor glycemic control and problems of adherence were extracted and instructed more firmly. Because pharmacists spent adequate time identifying patients and improving medication adherence and lifestyle, favorable glycemic control could be achieved for the long term. Therefore, hospital pharmacists play an important role in providing appropriate medication for outpatients.

後期中世の北中部イタリアには、数多くのカリスマ的な神秘体験者が出現し、生前から「聖人」とみなされた。本稿はマルゲリータ・ダ・コルトーナ(Margherita da Cortona, 1247-1297)を取り上げ、彼女に対する地域的な聖人崇敬の形成過程を分析する。マルゲリータは都市コルトーナの贖罪者であり、公然たる日常的な神秘体験によって、生前から「聖人」とみなされていた。彼女に対する死後の崇敬を推進したのは、都市共同体の霊的一体性創出・統治体制の正統化を目指すコルトーナの都市政府であった。しかし神秘体験の主観的・内面的性質のため、マルゲリータの「聖性」には常に疑念がつきまとった。彼女の生涯を描く伝記は、この疑念に対する応答として執筆されている。本稿が検討した事例は、後期中世における托鉢修道会のヘゲモニーおよび聖人伝のイデオロギー性を強調する従来の研究に対し、アクターおよび枠組としての都市の再評価を促すものである。

For the differential diagnosis of organic and functional impotence, we have used radioisotope penography to determine their rates of increase in penial blood flow at erection. In a further attempt to achieve the aim more conveniently, we recently tried to trace change in penial skin temperature concomitant with erection in 33 subjects, including 22 with impotence, 5 with Klinefelter's syndrome and 6 control cases.The trace in penial skin temperature—named as penothermocurve—was obtained after a visual sexual stimulation (V. S. S.). By way of comparison, radioisotope penography was applied in 23 of 33 test subjects.The results showed that, 6 among the 22 impotence cases who had no past ailments predisposed to organic impotence, revealed an average rise of 1.58°C in penial skin temperature after V. S. S., of 13 others with past history of trauma or others who were likely to lead to organic impotence revealed an average 0.77°C in penial skin. Of remaining 3 cases with psychotic impotence, an average temperature rise was 0.73°C. An average temperature rise of 5 Klinefelter's syndrome cases was 1.16°C after V. S. S. The 6 control cases revealed an average temperature rise of 1.28°C.In the 23 cases with radioisotope penograms, 15 B-type cases had an average rise of 1.23°C, while 6 A-type cases had an average temperature rise of 0.68°C. The other 2 cases without any responses in radioisotope penogram had an average temperature rise of 0.3°C after V. S. S.It has thus become evident that the cases with increasing penial blood flow with V. S. S. showed proportional increases in penital skin temperatures, indicating a satisfactory consistency between our tracing of penothermocurve and the radioisotope penography test in distinguishing functional from organic impotence. Our penothermocurve method, free of technical difficulties in handling R. I., simple and practicable anywhere, would be worthy of recommendation in objective differential diagnosis between functional and organic impotences.

多くのエンベロープウイルスはエンドサイト―シス経由で細胞侵入する。ヒトコロナウイルス(HCoV)229EもエンドゾームのカテプシンLを利用すると考えられてきた。本研究では、我々はHCoV229Eの臨床分離株はATCC株のような細胞順化株とは異なり、エンドゾームのカテプシンLよりも細胞表面のTMPRSS2の利用を好む事を発見した。エンドゾームはTLR認識など、自然免疫応答の主要な場所であり、本来のHCoV229Eはおそらく細胞表面からの細胞侵入によってエンドソームを飛び越えるように進化したと考えられる。ATCC株におけるこれらの性質は、長い間の細胞継代によって失われたと考えられる。

Quantum annealing is a method for finding the global minimum of a given objective function by using quantum fluctuations and is used mainly for combinatorial optimization problems where the search space is discrete. For ideal quantum annealing quantum bits which have long coherence time and scalability are necessary, and superconducting circuits are promising candidates for them. This is because high coherence is expected due to superconducting phenomena and high integration is realized by solid-state devices. In this paper quantum annealing based on superconducting parametric oscillators and related technology are introduced.

地震波海洋学において,海水中の微細な温度構造を推定するために,高速波形計算法と焼きなまし法を組み合わせたフルウェーブフォームインバージョン手法を開発した。焼きなまし法を利用することで,初期モデル依存の少ないインバージョンが可能となった。このインバージョン手法を,紀伊半島沖黒潮流軸周辺で取得された反射法地震探査データに適用した。この反射法地震探査データは,南海トラフの内部構造の解明を目的とした3次元探査の一部であり,黒潮の流軸を横切るように取得されている。インバージョンで得られた海水中の2次元音波速度構造から,海水中に高速度層と低速度層が互層状に分布し,これらの互層構造が海岸から黒潮の流軸に向かって傾いていることが判明した。経験式を用いて音波速度を温度に変換することで,最終的に海水中の2次元温度構造を得た。しかし結果の一部では,これまで知られている観測結果よりも層厚が薄く,層間の速度変化が大きい構造が卓越した。この原因を調べるために,インバージョンに対するノイズの影響を検証した。有限差分法で計算した擬似観測記録にホワイトノイズを加えてインバージョンを実施した結果,S/N比が小さい場合,速度変化が現れる深度はほぼ正しいものの,その速度コントラストは真のモデルより大きくなる傾向が認められた。シミュレーション結果の検討から,今回の紀伊半島沖のデータをインバージョンして得られた音波速度構造が,ホワイトノイズの影響によって実際の構造よりも音波速度コントラストが大きく解析されている可能性が示唆される。
