In this article the author describes the Exceptional Prosody in the Verbs of the Oga Subdialect of Akita, northeastern Japan. The prototypical complex verb with -Q/N- has the -Q/N ○'-(': nucleus) structure (B), while the normal verb with a nucleus has the ○...○'Cu prosodeme(A). (A) tao'su 'to take down' naxgu'ru 'to strike (with a fist)' (B) but-ta'osu 'to knock out'; but-<√bud- 'to beat' bun-na'xguru 'to punch out'; bun-<√bud- Every -Q/N ○'- complex verb has a nucleus, even if its latter element is originally nuke-free (C). (C) toxbasu 'to fly (something)' -but-to'xbasu 'to blow (someone) into outer space' korosu 'to kill' -buk-ko'rosu 'to kill (brutally)' The author also tries here to present a comparative complex verb list of the Oga dialect and the Kesen dialect (Iwate), quoting Dr. YAMAURA Harutsugu's introspective/descriptive data.

大阪府における新生児聴覚スクリーニング後の精密聴力検査結果を過去 5 年間にわたり検討し,本事業の評価を試みた。  対象児は聴覚スクリーニング後に要検査児として大阪府下の36精密聴力検査施行病院耳鼻咽喉科に紹介された新生児達である。  調査項目は10項目であるが,今回は上記の目的に関係の深い 3 項目について検討した。  精密聴力検査医療機関を受診した児数は平成14年度159名より年々増加し,平成18年度は372名と順調にのびていた。また,精密聴力検査を受けた児数も平成14年134名から増加し平成18年度は318名であった。  その受診児に対する精密聴力検査の結果の中,難聴児の検出数とその率は平成14年度では63名47%であったがその後,年々増加し平成18年度では194名61%であった。他方,両側性高度難聴児の検出は平成18年度でも受診児中精密検査を受けた318例中29例であった。  スクリーニング検査結果と精密聴力検査結果を比較して両検査結果が一致している割合は平成14年度の35.4%から年々上昇し平成18年度には63.5%と高まっていた。この事実から両検査施行者の検査技術の向上などがうかがわれる。  上述調査の結果は耳鼻咽喉科の観点からみると大阪府における本事業は順調に歩んでいることを示す一面と考えられる。

過酸化水素の細菌菌体内酵素におよぼす影響を大腸菌および腸炎ビブリオを用いて検討した. 過酸化水素処理菌体の各種酵素活性は低下し, とくにAldolaseおよびAconitate hydrataseの活性が強く阻害されていた. その活性阻害度は殺菌効果と同様に過酸化水素濃度のみでなく菌体量にも関連することが明らかとなった.これらの結果から, 過酸化水素は菌体内の特定酵素を阻害するのでなく, 酵素系全般に影響を与えることが明らかとなった.また, 無細胞抽出液および粗酵素を過酸化水素処理した際, 抽出菌の種類には関係なく酵素タンパク量に対する過酸化水素量の比に比例して, 酵素阻害がおこることが観察された.過酸化水素の芽胞菌体におよぼす影響を枯草菌芽胞を用いて検討した. 枯草菌芽胞は, 400mg H2O2/mg SporeNで80°, 30分の加熱処理で完全に死滅し, その際, 多量のDPAを菌体外に流出した. また, 過酸化水素処理をすると芽胞殼成分中にシステイン酸が検出され, その内層成分に質的, かつ量的に大きな変化が認められた.

大量生産·大量消費に起因する環境問題の発生に対し循環型社会の早急な実現が叫ばれている。しかし、循環型社会の実現の一つの手段である、使用済み製品の再生の効率化には製品回収と新規生産の受給バランスの確保が課題であるとされる。本研究では、回収済製品の保持状態を動的に変化させることで再生効率の向上とデッドストックの低減を実現する地層型生産システムの概念を提案する。また、開発のためのシミュレータ開発用プラットフォームの開発状況について報告する。

This paper repots and discusses for the first time the possibility for realizing an optical computer tomograpy for biological subjects using the optical heterodyne technique that has excellent sensitivity and directivity to distinguish one specific direction in highly scattering absorptive media. Employing an optical heterodyne system with a single frequency He-Ne laser, Lambert-Beer's law was demonstrated for directly transmitted beam even in highly scattering media such as milk-water solution and its mixed solution with absorptive dye. We discuss the detection system based on the antenna property of the optical heterodyne receiver for investigating the characteristics of laser beam propagation and its direction as well as image detection in highly scattering media.

We have developed the evaluation method for two performance factors to design the thermal connector: Insertion force of thermal grease and thermal conductance. The thermal connector was comprised of a thermal plug and a thermal socket, and the thermal grease which was filled into the gap between the thermal plug and the thermal socket connected the thermal plug and the thermal socket thermally. Firstly, the insertion force was theoretically calculated using the Bingham plastic model for rheology characteristics of the thermal grease and the slip model on the surfaces of the thermal plug and the thermal socket. The calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental results. Secondly, the experimental results of the thermal conductance between the thermal plug and the thermal sockets at the first connection to the 20 times connection were -1 to +26 percent greater than the theoretical value. The reason why some experimental results exceed the theoretical results is the eccentricity between the thermal plug and the thermal socket. In addition, the filling status of the thermal grease in the gap was visualized by ultrasonic testing. The results after the 20 times connections showed there were some voids in the thermal grease and the area of voids was 4 percent of the heat transfer area. Therefore, the thermal conductance was mostly not influenced by the voids. Finally, it was found that the proposed methods to predict the insertion force and thermal conductance were reasonable.

<p>Hybrid power source three level inverter is proposed as a main circuit system with energy storage device for increasing regenerative power. This paper proposes a charge and discharge control method to utilize the regenerated energy. The proposed method is verified by experimental tests with a scaled-down model and numerical simulation.</p>

The prevention of diabetic microangiopathy, especially retinopathy, is the last goal of treatment of diabetic patients. Retinopathy is found to progress following rapid control of blood glucose or surgical treatment. To investigate the deterioration of retinopathy, the changes of platelet aggregation induced by ADP, collagen, PAF and epinephrine, of the arachidonate cascade (TXB₂ and 6-keto PGF_1α), and of blood viscosity were measured during and after surgical treatment or after rapid control of blood glucose. Blood was obtained from 22 diabetics with rapid control of blood glucose and from 11 diabetics undergoing surgical treatment.<br>Platelet aggregation induced by all aggregators was increased after rapid control of blood glucose and after surgical treatment, but decreased during operation. When platelet aggregation before surgical treatment was exaggerated, retinopathy tended to be worsened after surgical treatment. Concerning the arachidonate cascade, both TXB₂ and 6-keto PGF_1α were increased and the TX/6-keto PGF_1α ratio was decreased during operation.
