The goal of this study is to develop the technology of the robot to reach the goal of a human player for more than 80 percent. To achieve this, we use high speed manipulator, high speed image processing method, real-time and high-accuracy control system. Therefore, we need to measure a puck position accurately through the image processing, estimate the motion of the puck steady with particle filter, calculate the motion of the puck with the law of conservation of momentum. In this paper, first, the position of the puck is measured by removing noise from the image processing. Secondly, the motion of the puck is estimated by using recursive least square estimation, considering the reflection coefficient and rotation of the puck. Thirdly, the trajectory of the arm is generated so as to reach the goal. Then, we show the data of experiments and verify the effectiveness of the system.

伊豆大島住民のうち15歳以上の4673名を対象としてスギ花粉症のアンケート調査を行ったところ回収率は22.3%であり, 春先 (2月中旬から3月中旬) に鼻症状を有する例は8.9%, 眼症状例は5.7%, 皮膚症状例は8.1%であった. 有症状例に行ったスクラッチテストで13.8%の例がスギ抗原陽性であり, IgE RAST score 2以上の例は33.3%であった. 平成2年2月から4月までの最高スギ花粉飛散数は北部診療所で3月7日に118個/cm^2, 南部診療所では2月28日に271個/cm^2であった. 全住民に対するスギ花粉症患者を推定すべく再度アンケート調査を行ったところ (回収率53.1%) 鼻症状3項目以上と眼症状2項目とを同時に有する例は4.7%であり, 未回答者のうちランダムに選んだ100名に対する電話での調査結果と合わせて頻度を検討すると, 全住民のうち5.64%にスギ花粉症を疑わせる例が見出された.

日本原子力研究所の大型トカマク装置JT-60は, 1996年秋,大きな目標であった臨界プラズマ条件を達成した。これは,負磁気シアモードと呼ばれる定常核融合炉に適した運転方式で得たものである。この方式は,原研が提案した動力炉概念を契機に,その後も実験および理論の両面において,原研が世界的に研究をリードしてきた定常核融合炉構想から生まれた。本稿では,これらの炉心プラズマにかかわる実験および理論の最近の進展と核融合炉開発への意義,展望を概観する。

As pyrometallurgical technologies to smelt nickel metal from the oxide ore, melting reduction process using an electric furnace (Elkem) and semi-melting reduction process using a rotary kiln (Krupp-Renn) with a saprolite ore as a raw material have been established and operated commercially. However, in the future, it is expected that it will be difficult to smelt nickel from the oxide ore because of the decline of nickel grade in the ore and it is necessary to develop a new process adaptable to lower grade ore and difficult processing ore.The authors have conducted fundamental research on the pyrometallurgical reaction of low grade and difficult processing nickel oxide ore smelting by the rotary hearth furnace (RHF). Liquefied gas burner will be supposed from points of cost, reduction of global warming gas and so on in the operation of Ni smelting. On the other hand, it is getting clearer that Fe and Ni metallization degree in liquefied gas burning atmosphere are lower than those in N2 atmosphere. The reason have been guessed effects of H2O generating in liquefied gas combustion. The results about effects of H2O to reduction reaction of low Nickel grade oxide ore is described in this report.

56歳女性. 右耳痛・右顔面痛を主訴に当院耳鼻咽喉科を受診, その後右耳介及びその周囲に水疱形成がみられ, 急性呼吸不全を呈して当科に紹介された. 血中抗帯状疱疹ウイルス抗体価は1,024倍と上昇, 神経学的に多発性脳神経麻痺を呈し, 胸部X線写真上右下肺野に浸潤影が見られた. 多発性脳神経麻痺を合併した Ramsey Hunt 症候群と診断, 急性呼吸不全の原因は反回神経麻痺による中枢部気道閉塞と嚥下性肺炎によるものと考えられた. 抗生剤と抗ウイルス剤 (アシクロビル) の併用により著明な改善がみられた. 文献的検索では, 下部脳神経麻痺を合併した Ramsey Hunt 症候群の報告は比較的少なく, さらに, 呼吸器合併症を呈した症例は稀であった.

本研究では,(1)どのような状況において現場従業員のクリエイティビティは顧客満足に負の影響を与えるのか。(2)現場従業員のクリエイティビティが顧客満足に与える負の影響はどのような要因によって緩和されるのだろうか,という2つの研究課題を設定した。研究課題を明らかにするために,初回利用の状況に着目し,調査会社のモニターを対象に,ヘアサロンをコンテクストとする場面想定法実験を行った。分析の結果,初回利用の場合,サービス組織の現場従業員のクリエイティビティは顧客満足に負の影響を与えるという仮説は支持された。しかし,類似性は初回利用時におけるサービス組織のFLEsのクリエイティビティとCSの負の関係を緩和するという仮説については支持されなかった。最後に,分析結果を踏まえた実践的示唆と今後の課題について示した。

Smart timetabling optimization is a cost-effective way to improve the quality of railway service. Partial introduction of rapid trains is one of the effective methods for improving passenger service quality. However, it is difficult to concretely perform smart train scheduling. In this paper, we apply mixed integer programming for minimizing the total travelling time of passengers to obtain optimal train scheduling for the combination of all-station and partially introduced rapid trains. This method requires higher computational time to obtain the optimal solution than other metaheuristic methods; however, the solution guarantees to be an optimal one. We also propose an appropriate method to digitize the OD (Origin Destination)-patterns, i.e., the traffic demand inputs between two stations, which are suitable for the framework of the proposed mixed integer programming method. We apply the method to a case study of a commercial subway and demonstrate the advantages of the proposed train service with the partial introduction of rapid trains.

これまでにさまざまなメソゲンを導入したデンドリマー液晶について検討を行ってきた。本研究ではフォトクロミック分子であるアゾベンゼンを世代の異なるポリ(プロピレンイミン)デンドリマー末端に付加したデンドリマー液晶を合成し、その相転移挙動と液晶構造をDSC、偏光顕微鏡、X線回折により解析した。溶液とフィルム試料での紫外光(UV)と可視光照射による光異性化について検討した。また表面レリーフを作製した。

Suppression of slip and reduction of friction between the rail and the wheel are important in railway systems. This paper proposes a novel slip re-adhesion control based on monitoring the excessive torque and the excessive angular momentum for four-axle and two-truck model. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been confirmed by mathematical analysis. In addition, the excessive angular momentum compensation of the proposed method was evaluated using real-world train test data. Furthermore, the proposed method can estimate the disturbance torque from real-world train test data.

It is an important factor for railway services to take proper train rescheduling under disrupted conditions. This paper discusses the rescheduling problem in the case of resumption of train operation, in which the train operation has been temporarily suspended by an accident. The authors propose a novel rescheduling method using selective stops schedule pattern. The proposed rescheduling problem has been formulated as a nonlinear optimization problem, and it has been solved by the simulated annealing method. Finally, the proposed methods are applied to a typical commuter line, and the efficiency of these methods has been verified through simulations.

古くからヨーロッパでは自然療法を取り入れて健康を保つ方法が一般的に行なわれてきており,特にドイツでは統合医療に補完・代替医療が積極的に導入されている。ドイツでも有名な4つの施設,ミュンヘン大学麻酔科ペインクリニック,TCM Klinik Bad Ko¨tzting, Immamuel Krankenhaus, ZenHaus Klinik を視察し統合医療の現状を報告する。各施設では,慢性疼痛に対する4週間プログラム,中国伝統医学中心の治療,自然療法主体の治療,日本伝統医学にアロマテラピーを加えた治療など,各々の施設で特徴的な治療方法が行なわれていた。ドイツでは多くの病院,クリニックで補完・代替医療が盛んに行なわれているが,その広がりの一つにドイツにおける医療保険制度が挙げられる。公的保険では治療の一部,プライベート保険では広い範囲で補完・代替医療に対する保険償還が行なわれる。歴史的背景に加え,このような制度も統合医療の広がりに影響を与えていると考える。

防犯カメラにより撮影された顕著な照明光成分の偏りを有する複合劣化ナンバープレート画像の文字認識精度を改善し,かつ人の視覚特性にも適合する輝度値補正手法が求められている.この要求に沿った輝度値補正を行うため,サポートベクター回帰をRetinexモデルにおいて適用する手法を提案する.提案手法は,顕著な照明光成分の偏りに対応するためサポートベクター回帰を用いて従来のRetinex処理よりも正確に照明光成分を推定し輝度値補正精度を改善する.提案手法の有効性を確認するため,実写画像に複合劣化を付与した画像を実験用画像とし,正規化相互相関による劣化文字認識精度実験を行った結果,提案手法における正答率は従来のRetinex処理における正答率よりも最大で約39パーセント高い値となった.また提案手法を適用した画像は従来のRetinex処理を適用した画像よりもHalo が低減し,提案手法は,少なくともHalo の観点で従来のRetinex処理よりも視覚的に自然な画像を復元した.さらに実環境で撮影された防犯カメラ画像を対象とした場合においても提案手法は従来のRetinex処理よりも優位性があることを確認した.また輝度値補正手法を畳み込みニューラルネットワークによる文字認識に応用した場合においても提案手法は従来のRetinex処理よりも有効であることがわかった.

This paper presents a manual train operation assistance method for limiting braking power to avoid regeneration cancellation and to save train operation energy. This assistance system consists of on-board computers and interface devices. The braking assistance command is generated from a "dictionary" prepared to increase regenerated energy without any extension of train running time. In order to consider the power limitation and resolve assistance operation problems in terms of the operation delay time, this method was evaluated on a revenue service line. This paper proposes a "best effort method" for energy-saving train operation that does not use the conditions of other trains since train drivers cannot obtain information on the actual status of other trains in present railway systems. On-track tests showed that the power-limiting brake was effective on energy-saving for a train operation. The practical problem of the man machine interface for driver assistance was also intensively studied.

起立性調節障害 (以下, OD) は, 小児喘息に高率に合併することが指摘されている。我々は, 成人発症の気管支喘息 (以下喘息) 患者42例 (男性14名, 女性28名) について, ODの合併頻度及び各種パラメーターの有意差について検討した。【方法】ODの診断は, OD症状についてのアンケート調査と, 起立試験の結果を総合して行った。【結果】 (1) 対象者の64.3%にODの合併を認めた。(2) OD(+)群とOD(-)群の2群間において, 喘息の罹病期間, FEV_<1.0>, %FEV_<1.0>, 血清IgE値, 血中テオフィリン濃度, 及び喘息の重症度に有意差はなかった。(3) 同2群間において, 起立試験陽性率及びその測定値に有意差がなかった。(4) 起立試験陽性者は陰性者に比べて血中テオフィリン濃度が有意に高かった。また喘息の重症度が増すほど起立試験陽性率が高い傾向があった。【結論】成人発症の喘息患者には, ODが高頻度に合併していることが明らかとなった。従って, 喘息の診断と治療を進める際には, OD様の自覚症状についても, 検討する必要があると思われた。

八丈島住民のうち坂下地区 (三根, 大賀郷) および坂上地区 (樫立, 末吉, 中之郷) における15歳以上の7946名を対象としてスギ花粉症のアンケート調査を行ったところ回収率は21.3%であり, 春先 (2月末から3月下旬) に鼻症状3項目以上と眼症状2項目とを同時に有する例は坂下地区で1.8%, 坂上地区で0.3%であり, 八丈島住民のうち1.5%にスギ花粉症を疑わせる例が見出された。有症状例に行ったスクラッチテストで9.2%の例がスギ抗原陽性であり, IgE RAST score 2以上の例は12.1%であった。平成4年2月11日から3月31日までの最高スギ花粉飛散数は坂下地区で3月6日に74個/cm^2であり, 坂下地区では同日の127個/cm^2であった。東京から290kmも離れた大海の孤島である八丈島においても, わずかではあるがスギ花粉症の存在が認められた。
