中国の出版制度においては、性的描写やポルノの書物・映像などが「精神汚染」と呼ばれ、それらを出版や販売することが一切禁止されている。ところが、そういう本や雑誌は、往々にして発禁しきれず、密かに闇のルートで販売している。日本や欧米と異なり、中国の特有な社会状況において、北京市の中学生と高校生らは、性の情報を獲得する公式ルートと非公式ルートの違いという観点から、マス・メディアの影響を検証する。そして、本研究は新しい分析方法を加えながら、学年、性別、地域の、それぞれの主効果と交互作用に着目して、新たな知見を期待する。まず、中学1年生から高校3年生までの合計6学年の1要因分散分析を行った。その結果、中学1年生は他の学年に比べて、公式ルートを通じて獲得した性の情報が最も少なく、中学生よりも高校2、3年生の方が、非公式ルートを通じて獲得した性の情報が最も多いことが明らかとなった。次に、中学校と高校を代表する中学2年生と高校2年生のデータを用いて、学校×性別×地域の3要因分散分析を行った。その結果、公式ルートを通じて獲得した性の情報は女子生徒の方が多いが、非公式ルートを通じて獲得した性の情報は男子生徒の方が多く、特に高校の男子生徒が、より一番多いことが明らかとなった。学校×地域の交互作用においては、市中心や近郊の中学生よりも遠郊の中学生の方が、非公式ルートを通じて獲得した性の情報が一層多いことが明らかとなった。上記した結果は、性的関心、性(的)行動、性に対する態度の学年、性別、地域による差の検討結果と一致するところが多く見られた。

This study investigated helping effects on helpers, focusing in particular on volunteers' psychological outcomes (e. g . , a feeling of joy or satisfaction, etc. ) . Study 1 was based on (1) 10 months of field work, consisting of participant observation of volunteer work in an institution for the elderly, and (2) one-to-one interviews of 13 volunteers to examine their helping behaviors. These results were developed into four hypotheses about the factors of helping effects on helpers and their influences. The main purpose of Study 2 was to test these hypotheses by examining the helping effects of 257 middle and elderly-aged volunteers through questionnaires. The main results were as follows : (1) volunteers obtained helping effects through volunteering, which can be divided into 3 components : altruism elevation, establishment of new relationships, and an increased appreciation for life. (2) affirmative evaluation of their own helping behaviors provided helping effects for volunteers. (3) helping effects for volunteers determined whether volunteers are motivated to continue volunteer work.

In this study, participants (623 students) were examined using two scenarios whether justifiability evaluation of anger expression would be affected by the differences in victim's position or perpetrator's position, the magnitude of damage, and perpetrator's responsibility. As a result, against the prediction, perpetrators tended to evaluate victim's anger expression as being more justifiable than victims. However, since the magnitude of damage and responsibility had significant influences on justifiability evaluation, and these influences were stronger in perpetrators than in victims, the other hypotheses were supported. Moreover, in the specific situation, it was suggested that expressing anger was evaluated as being more justifiable than suppressing anger.

183名の教師と309名の大学生が,経済状況,宗教の影響,政治,国民及び国家の安全性,家庭の機能,自然環境などに関する価値の現状あるいは過去5年間にわたる変化をいかに認識しているかを明らかにするために調査票に回答した。Schwartz(1990)の12の動機づけ領域から構成された22項目から成る価値変容尺度が邦訳されたが,その一部は,日本の文化にふさわしい内容に変更された。教師は,大学生に比べて,価値の育成と人生の諸問題を克服する技術の養成における両親の役割が衰退し,国民や国家の安全性は脅かされるようになったと一層認識し,そのためか,政治に一層関心を示していた。物質主義者は,脱物質主義者に比べて,日本人であることに一層誇りを感じ,教育,法制度およびメディア等の社会制度を一層信頼していた。他方,脱物質主義者は,相互扶助の精神が弱まってきているだけでなく,人種や宗教や考えの異なる人への寛容度が低下してきていると一層認識していた。これらの結果に基づいて,今後の研究の方向性が提案された。

塩素量測定の国際方式は標準海水を用いるMohr法銀滴定であるが,これまでそれについての詳しし滴定誤差の検討が行なわれていなかった。著者らは塩化ナトリウムと硝酸銀の濃度を種々に変えて滴定誤差を求め, Cl^-の濃度が大きくなるにつれて誤差は大きくなるが,硝酸銀の濃度には関係しないことを見いだした。この誤差が塩素量決定にいかなる影響を与えるかを見るために標準海水を標準とする場合の誤差を理論的に求めたが,それらの滴定誤差が許容誤差±O.01‰の範囲内におさまることがわかった

塩素量測定の国際方式は滴定の方法としてMohr法銀滴定を定めているが,わが国ではFajans法も採用されている。しかしFajans法による滴定誤差は広い範囲の塩素量については検討されていなかった。著者らはこの滴定誤差を種々の濃度の塩化ナトリウム溶液を用い電位差法と比較することによって求めたが,その結果精度確度ともにMohr法より高く塩素量の誤差は偏差も含めて許容値の範囲内にあることがわかった。

2008年に南西海域で養殖されていたカンパチ稚魚に,死亡を伴う疾病が発生した。病魚は左右非対称な腹部膨大と鰓の褪色を呈し,頭腎,体腎,脾臓は腫大して褪色していた。既知の主要な病原体の検出を目的とした微生物学的および分子生物学的検査の結果はすべて陰性であった。病理組織学的に,本疾病は増殖性間質性腎炎および脾炎を特徴とし,増生している単核性細胞の細胞質内に微小な類円形構造が認められた。病魚の腎臓を用いた人為感染試験で病徴が再現されたことから,本疾病は何らかの感染症であり,感染因子として微小な類円形構造が最も疑わしいと考えられ,これらは未報告の真核性微生物であることが強く示唆された。

The effects of apology and the changes of affection under four types of social predicaments were examined by canonical correlation analysis. Subjects were asked to imagine themselves as the harm-doer and the victim in one of four scenarios that were designed with combinations of high and low levels of the harm-doer's responsibility and the victim's damage. The findings were as follows: (1) a small number of apology components were used when the victim's damage was severe; (2) social predicaments were generally unpleasant, because the harm-doer and/or the victim felt aggressive affections (disgust, anger and hatred) in every situation; (3) apologies had positive and negative effects on the affection of the harm-doer and victim according to the difference of social predicaments.

The purpose of this paper is to categorize the themes of the graduation theses which were written by the students of a "social psychology on interpersonal relationships and behaviors" seminar, and to identify the history of research in interpersonal social psychology from the viewpoint of undergraduate's interests. This arrangement and analysis seems to be useful as a reference when undergraduates interested in interpersonal social psychology decide their themes of the graduation theses, and as a clue to know"fashion" of themes of interpersonal social psychology. 本稿は、「対人関係、対人行動の社会心理学的研究」ゼミナールの卒業論文のテーマを分類し、学部学生の研究関心の視点から、対人社会心理学研究の変遷を跡づけることを目的としている。このような論文テーマの整理と分析は、対人社会心理学に興味を持つ学部学生が卒業研究のテーマを決定する際の参考資料としても、また、対人社会心理学の研究テーマの「流行」を知る手掛かりとしても活用できると考える。

ブリの無魚粉飼料給与による緑肝の発症原因を、タウリン補足量の異なる無魚粉飼料で41週間飼育したブリ稚魚における、飼料タウリン含量と体内のタウリン含量、胆汁色素含量および肝臓のタウリン合成酵素活性の関連から調べた。タウリン無補足区では、飼育成績は劣り、貧血と緑肝が高率にみられ、肝臓のタウリン含量が低く、胆汁色素含量が高かった。タウリン補足区では、これら劣悪な状況は著しく改善した。肝臓のタウリン合成酵素活性は、全区で著しく低かった。ブリのタウリン合成能は著しく低く、無魚粉飼料にはタウリン補足が必要であり、無魚粉飼料給与による緑肝はタウリン欠乏に伴う胆汁色素の排泄低下と、溶血による胆汁色素の過剰産生により発生することが分かった。

Lastly, we discuss an analytical method that can support decision-making in new-product development, and explore the needs of word-of-mouth data on the Internet, such as blogs and social networking sites (SNS).

This article discusses some methodological considerations about using Text Mining technology. We interpret the result of Text Mining, based on New Institutional Theory. As a result, we made clear that sign representation is the leverage point in an understanding either isomorphism or differentiation. Moreover, we designate the diffusion of innovations as to be common sign representations. Finally, we suggest the method of Text Mining as how to analyze the diffusion process.

マダイ飼料におけるコーングルテンミール(CGM)の配合許容量を, 0歳魚(初期平均体重53g)および1歳魚(初期平均体重280g)を用いて調べた。0歳魚では15%の, 1歳魚では36%以下のCGM配合区は, 無配合区と同等の平均増重量および飼料効率であった。しかし, 0歳魚では26%以上の, 1歳魚では47%以上のCGM高配合区の平均増重量および飼料効率は劣った。試験飼料の見かけのタンパク質消化率はCGM配合率と無関係に90∿95%と優れていた。マダイ飼料におけるCGM配合許容量は0歳魚で15%, 1歳魚で36%, 魚粉代替率としてそれぞれ30%および70%と判断された。

A new bitter principle, centauroside was obtained from the whole plant of Erythraea centaurium (LINNE) PERSOON. with two glucosides. On the basis of chemical and spectral evidence, the structure of centauroside was confirmed to be a novel bis-secoiridoidal structure (III), and the others were established to be 6'-(m-hydroxybenzoyl) loganin, and secologanin dimethyl acetal arising from secologanin during the extraction process.
