近年における学術情報の急激な電子化、特に一次情報である電子ジャーナルの普及はめざましい。これらの電子情報資源へは、抄録・索引データベースやOPACのような書誌所在データベースの検索結果からリンクリゾルバと呼ばれるツールを介して、自機関で利用可能な電子ジャーナルなどの情報資源へ利用者を適切に誘導することが可能となっている。本稿では、一般的なリンクリゾルバの利用方法に加え、WebブラウザであるFirefoxから直接リンクリゾルバを利用するためのツールや、保有するデータベースから利用者が自機関のリンクリゾルバを利用する手法など、農林水産研究情報総合センターにおけるリンクリゾルバの多面的な活用事例について報告する。

The fracture of the calcaneus frequently involves the surface of the posterior talocalcaneal joint. Therefore, the Anthonsen position, which is effective for visualizing the posterior talocalcaneal joint surface, should always be indicated in patients suspected of fracture of the calcaneus. The Anthonsen I position, however, requires x-ray irradiation at an angle of 25° in the head and caudal directions and at 30° in the dorsoventral direction, which frequently results in the need for repeated x-ray examinations due to orientation errors. An alternative approach is to conduct x-ray examination using a tilting table adjusted to an angle of 25° or to carry out x-ray examination at a position of 45° heel lift. The adoption of these techniques enables relatively unconstrained visualization of the talocalcaneal joint, although x-ray examination in the heel lifting position may cause stress to patients suffering post-traumatic pain. The reproducibility of post-traumatic, preoperative and postoperative projections, however, is poor. As a solution to these problems, we have developed a new x-ray examination technique. The incident x-ray angle has been simplified by synthesizing the two angles used with the Anthonsen I position. Furthermore, the position of the foot is determined by means of an auxiliary projection device. Our simplified version of the Anthonsen I position reduces the number of projection processes and does not require the patient to adopt an awkward position. In addition, this modified technique enables the visualization of the posterior talocalcaneal joint surface as clearly as with conventional x-ray examination.

極東ロシアから日本列島に至る地域は被害地震が多発する地域である。近年これらの地震は北米・ユーラシア両プレート間の収束運動もしくはその他のいくつかのマイクロプレートが関与したプレート境界でのもの、ととらえられるようになった。相次ぐ被害地震にもかかわらず、ネオテクトニクスに関する研究はこれまで政治的・地理的・気候的制約があって進んでいない。そこで新年度に続き、極東ロシア、特にサハリン島北部地域の総合的なネオテクトニクス調査研究を実施した。具体的に以下の研究を行った。1. 航空写真による変動地形、活断層解析。特にサハリン島、中〜南部に分布、発達する活断層について変位のセンス及び変位置について解析した。2. 変動地形活断層の現地調査。特に中部及び南部サハリン。3. 地質学的調査。航空写真によって明らかになった活断層の累積変位、変位速度を明らかにするために現地で活断層露頭や、樹木成長の記録を調査した。サハリン変動帯最北部のシュミット半島にて、中生代来のオフィオライト、及び変形した堆積岩及びスレート帯について、構造解析を実施した。その結果、第三紀後期に北東南西方向の圧縮を受けて、地質体は激しく変形していることが明らかとなった。この変形様式は現在進行中の地殻変動と調和的である。従って、サハリン北部の地殻変動は第三紀以降、右横ずれの同じセンスのもが累積していることが明らかとなった。

近年, 口腔状態と種々の全身疾患との関連性について興味が持たれている. とくに, 誤嚥性肺炎は, 要介護高齢者にとって一般的かつ医療費のかかる疾患である. 誤嚥性肺炎による病死は老年者の健康の主要な問題と認識されている. 一方, 歯科医師や歯科衛生士によって行われる専門的口腔ケアは, 施設入所高齢者の誤嚥性肺炎の危険性を減少させたと報告されている. しかしながら, 専門的口腔ケアは, 在宅や施設入所の要介護高齢者に常に提供できるものではない. 高齢者の口腔自己管理能力は加齢とともに低下し, その分野における看護・介護職員の役割の重要性は高まりつつある. 看護・介護職員は, 有効な口腔ケアを提供する重要な役割を担っている. しかし, 要介護高齢者の口腔ケアをいかに提供するかに関する研究はほとんど見られない. 看護・介護職員による口腔ケアは, 時間的制約, 他人の歯を磨く技術の困難さ, 要介護高齢者の非協力性および必要性の認知の欠如により, 必ずしも適切であるとはいい難い. 加えて, 看護・介護職員による口腔ケアは不十分な視野と不適切な姿勢で行われている. ゆえに, 口腔ケアを十分行えない患者に対する単純かつ有効な口腔ケア手順(口腔ケアシステム)の開発が緊急の課題となっている. システム化された口腔ケア手順はいまだ発表されておらず, 看護・介護職員は適切なガイドラインすら提供されていない. かかる背景のもと, われわれは要介護高齢者向けの口腔ケアシステムおよび口腔ケア支援機器を開発し, その概略を本稿に記載した.

Recently, many methods are suggested to evaluate spatial resolution in MRI. However, those techniques are not simple and easy. The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) recommends a method to evaluate spatial resolution using a periodic pattern image as IEC 62464-1. IEC 62464-1 prescribes specifications and placement of phantom, and a method of analysis, but these details grounds are not clear. A purpose of this study is to examine the effect in each factor of IEC 62464-1 method and define the characteristics of this method. Nine phantoms with different plate thickness were made including prescribed specifications of IEC 62464-1. Imaging was conducted with changing the placement angle of these phantoms. Also, analysis was carried out in region of interest (ROI) of three different size. As a result, the placement angle of the phantom, measurement error was <1% on a condition prescribed by a method of IEC 62464-1. There was not the effect if the transverse diameter for the longitudinal diameter exceeded 100% fort the size of ROI. In specifications of the phantom, there was not the dependence for the thickness of the plate of the phantom in IEC 62464-1 prescribes.

PURPOSE : The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of prolonged expiration (PE) on respiratory and cardiovascular responses and autonomic nervous activity during the exercise.METHODS : Twenty-five healthy men (22±1years) were classified according to the breathing mode during the exercise : 2-second inspiration and 4-second expiration in 1 : 2 group, 3-second inspiration and 3-second expiration in 1 : 1 group and normal breathing in control group. The 6-minute exercise was performed at anaerobic threshold (AT) and 60%AT using a cycle ergometer as an exercise protocol. Respiratory rate (RR) and tidal volume (TV) were measured by the expired gas analysis. The power of low- (LF) and high-frequency components (HF) was analyzed from a Holter electrocardiogram to assess the heart rate variability. RESULTS : RR and LF/HF were significantly lower, TV and HF were significantly higher during the exercise of 60%AT and AT in the 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 groups than in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The increase of HR was significantly lower and that of HF was significantly higher during the exercise at 60%AT in the 1 : 2 group than in the 1 : 1 group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION : PE activated the parasympathetic nervous activity and consequently restrained an excessive increase of HR during the exercise at 60%AT.

According to "LES JEUX ET LES HOMMES" as a work of French Sociologist, Dr. Roger Caillois, human's plays are classified into four constituent elements, Agon (Competition), Alea (Chance), Mimicry (Imitation) and Ilinx (Giddiness). His study can also apply to the plays with amusement machines as a combination of four elements. Amusement machines provide players with four elements through human's senses of sight, hearing and touch. Images through human's sense of sight, either real or virtual ones act on Mimicry and Ilinx play most effectively among four constituent elements of play. This lacture presents NAMCO's works "Galaxian3" and "Fire Bull" as actual results of supreme real image produced with amusement machines.

本研究は,教師と児童の関係性の中にある「教える–教えられる」という非対称な関係を問題と捉え,子どもの声を聞き,それに応じる形でカリキュラムをリデザインする「カリキュラム生成」の実現を目指した。総合的な学習の時間を主とした「探求学習」におけるカリキュラム生成のプロセスを分析し,その成果と課題を明らかにするものである。アクション・リサーチによる理論と実践の架橋・往還を目指し,教師と研究者が協働してカリキュラム生成を行った。実践では,児童の声を活かした探求学習を通して,調べ学習に必要な知識・技能を獲得することや探求テーマに関する専門的知識を獲得することだけでなく,児童の意識変容や専門的知識を超えた概念形成を目指した。これらを実現するための工夫として,具体的には,本質的な問いの設定,e-カリキュラムデザイン曼荼羅を活かしたカリキュラムリデザイン,パフォーマンス課題の設定,ルーブリックを用いた評価等を行った。抽出児童5名のパフォーマンス課題や振り返り等の記述から,実践プロセスにおける児童の意識変容や概念形成の様子が明らかとなった。また,教師と研究者との協働によるカリキュラムのリデザインを通して,児童の声を活かした探求学習を実現するカリキュラム生成が行われたことが成果としてとして挙げられる。

信頼性の高い人工市場シミュレーションを行うために,人工市場が十分に実市場を近似しているか評価する必要がある.そこで本研究では,板情報に基づいて市場の時系列分析を行う手法を考案した.本手法では,板情報から注文の規模を推測し,注文規模の分布がどのように変化するかという点に注目して時系列分析を行う.時系列データの類似度に基づき市場の時刻識別を行ったところ,十分な精度で識別可能であることが確認できた.

【目的】日本には四季折々の年中伝統行事があるが、核家族化や食の簡便化が進み、行事食を受け継ぐ機会も減っている。そこで、女子大生の行事食に対する実施状況及び意識調査を行い、行事食の現状を探ることを目的とした。また、平成21~23年度に実施された本学会の特別研究「調理文化の地域性と調理科学-行事食・儀礼食-」として公表されている調査データとも比較、検討した。 【方法】平成22年7月、東京家政大学栄養学科・同短期大学部栄養科の学生377名に質問紙法による調査用紙を配布し、その場で回答させて回収した。(回収率100%)調査内容は、行事食の認知度、実施状況、意識調査(理解度や子供に教えていく必要性など)、代表的な行事食の調理実態などである。 【結果】行事食(12種類)の認知度は「夏至」「お盆」が50%以下と低く、他の行事については高い認知度であった。毎年実施している行事は「正月」(94.7%)、「大晦日」(85.9%)が高かった。行事食をいいものだと思う者は「非常に」(49.9%)、「比較的」(42.7%)で9割以上の学生が食文化としていいものだと認識しており、自分の子どもに教えていく必要性も9割以上の学生が「ある」と思っている。しかし、行事食を理解して食べている者は51.2%、あまりそう思わない者は48.0%であった。また、行事食の調理経験については作ったことが「ある」(55.2%)、「ない」(43.5%)であり、今後、行事食の伝承の仕方を考えていく必要がある。
