本稿では,情報セキュリティの構成要素に焦点をあてて,情報セキュリティの特性などを踏まえつつ,要素間の相互関係を見える化できるような構造モデルの構築を試みる。そのために,情報・セキュリティ・文化という視点から情報セキュリティ対策を見直し,情報システムの RASIS を参考に中核的な要素を抽出した。その結果,三方陣とプラトン立体との関係によりバランスのとれた構造モデルと要素間の相互作用サイクルが得られた。その考察においてはモデルの合理性はあるということが示唆された。

林木花粉の長期貯蔵試験をスギ花粉を用いて行った。花粉の含水率を調節した後,室温,5°C,-20°Cおよび液体窒素(-196°C)の四つの温度条件下で貯蔵した。また5年間液体窒素内で貯蔵した花粉(貯蔵花粉)と貯蔵していない花粉(新鮮花粉)を用いて人工交配を行った。花粉を液体窒素で貯蔵した場合,花粉の発芽率は5年間低下しなかった。人工交配によって得られた種子の100粒重,球果1個当りの種子重,種子の有胚率に関しては,花粉を液体窒素で貯蔵したことによる影響は認められなかった。

For international students seeking employment, the job placement test is a major hurdle. One type of question checking non-verbal proficiency question were designed to measure Japanese reading comprehension and so foreign students find them very difficult. The question is whether the problem lies in their reading comprehension or math ability. As a first step to check this, author propose to a test survey of Chinese students using a translation of the original Japanese version of the mathematical questions. Then, we will verify whether the difficulty of the problems is the same in both languages, and whether the order in which the problems are presented has an order effect.

本研究の目的は,女子大学生を対象にぬいぐるみ所持前後の抑うつおよび状態不安の変化を明らかにすることであった。予備調査(N=285)にて,移行対象の有無,愛着のタイプ,抑うつ得点を調査し,実験プログラムの協力者を募集した。愛着のタイプ(The xperiences in Close Relationships Inventory for The Generalized Other : ECR-GO)「恐れ型」の多さ,抑うつ得点(The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale : CES-D)の高さより,予備調査協力者である女子大学生の危機的な状況,特定の愛着対象が不在である,もしくは,その関係が不安定である可能性が伺えた。介入研究(N=10)にて,X年Y月中の3週間,1日約15分間3条件を設定して,ぬいぐるみを抱く実験プログラムを行った。日常活動をせずにぬいぐるみを抱いていた期間の抑うつ得点および状態不安得点の平均値は,介入前より後に有意に下がる(抑うつ得点:t=2.832,df =9,p<.05*),また,下がる傾向(状態不安得点:t=2.127,df =9,p<.1†)にあった。介入前後において日常活動をせずにぬいぐるみを抱くことが,抑うつおよび状態不安に影響することが示唆された。

近年がんにおいて3’UTRが短縮し(Alternative polyadenylation, APA)、miRNA結合部位が失われることで、miRNAを介した転写後制御が破たんするとの報告がなされた。肺がんにおけるAPAの全貌を明らかにするために、公開されているマイクロアレイデータベースを利用し、肺がんにおいて最もAPAを生じている遺伝子を同定した。肺がん手術検体を用いて解析すると、APAは肺がんの独立した予後不良因子となっており、さらにはPABPN1低発現と増殖マーカー高発現がAPAと相関していた。本研究により肺がんにおけるAPAの全体像が明らかとなった。

本研究では公園でのごみのポイ捨て行動について、Dark Triad(マキャベリアニズム、自己愛傾向、サイコパシー傾向の3特性を総称した概念)と呼ばれるパーソナリティ特性からの説明を試みた。大学生130名程度を対象に、実験参加者には9枚の公園の写真を提示し、その写真に対して、“どれだけポイ捨てを行いやすいか”を5件法で回答を求めた。また、Dark Triad尺度であるSD3-J(下司・小塩, 2017)を用いて、上位群と下位群に分け、Dark Triad得点の上位群と下位群における‘‘どれだけポイ捨てを行いやすいか”得点にt検定を行ったところ、サイコパシー傾向とDark Triad全体では、各上位群が各下位群よりも比較的ポイ捨てを行いやすいことが明らかとなった(t(45)=2.37 , p<.05 ; t(40)=1.92 , p<.10 )。Dark Triadの高い者は自分本位であるが故に周囲を気にせずポイ捨て行動をしやすいことが考察された。今後は紙媒体での質問だけではなく、実際のポイ捨て行動からも検討していく必要性があるだろう。

神戸市長田区と須磨区に立地する小規模な7つの都市公園を対象に, 阪神大震災による公園内に植栽された樹木の被災状況と延焼防止機能を調査した。菅原通公園, 御蔵通公園, 大国公園の植栽の被災率は, 38%, 10%, 58%であった。これらの公園における周辺の焼失地域は1~2方位で, 公園の周縁部に植栽されたクスノキなどの常緑性高木樹が火炎を遮断することで公園内部に植栽された樹木の被災率が低くなった。さらに, 公園内に設けられたオープンスペースの存在が相乗効果となり, 後背部への延焼防止「焼け止り」の現象が発揮されたと考えられた。植栽の被災率が比較的低かった公園では, 被害樹の樹勢が徐々に回復していることがわかった。

Inferior alveolar nerve and lingual nerve injury is common in the field oral surgery. Nerve injuries are induced by extraction of impacted teeth, and implant impaction, and many cases require surgical nerve repair. Partial amputation injury case and the nerves complete amputation case are adaptation of the nerves surgical repair for severe nervous part equivalent to neurotmesis of the Seddon classification, but when nerves surgical repair is not performed immediately, traumatic neuroma can develop and cause neuropathic pain; accordingly, early diagnosis and treatment are important. The gold standard of nerve surgical repair was nerve end-to-end suturing, and autologous nerve graft. Nerve repair surgery can provide a reasonable result in improving sensation in the inferior alveolar and lingual nerve. More than 80% of patients experienced some improvement in sensation, and dysesthesia did not develop after surgery in any patient who did not have it before surgery. This article will be explained not only surgical therapy but also basic research on peripheral neuropathy to clinical practice.

This paper presents and discusses the acoustic measurement results of four different alert whistles that produce sounds through airflow and the investigation results of reactions of sika deer (Cervus nippon) to alert sounds played from a vehicle mounted loudspeaker. The acoustic measurement of the alert whistles revealed that the basic acoustic characteristics of these whistles are similar, and it was confirmed that these whistles produce sounds of approximately 3 kHz, which are similar to deer alarm calls or sounds of approximately 17-18 kHz. However, none of the sounds could be confirmed in the measurement experiments while the vehicle was running. The investigation of the sika deer reaction to the alert whistles sounds confirmed that the sika deer provided a vigilant reaction to the sounds of approximately 3 kHz and to those of deer alert played back through a loudspeaker.
