Episodic memory is the important function of hippocampus, and we can't lack it for our wholesome life. But its theory and role in decision making is not clear yet. In this study, we analyze and discuss on its model that we proposed at the WBAI hackathon. As the result, an association of the episodes and the value enabled rapid action learning with small number of experiences, and takes complementary role with the strong but slow feature of Deep Learning.

本研究では,河川における137Cs動態および海域への影響を明らかにすることを目的として、福島県浜通り地域の3河川の下流域において出水時の採水を行い,懸濁態・溶存態137Csの濃度変化を記述するとともに,懸濁物からの137Cs溶脱を含めて海域への137Cs移行量を求めた.新田川原町地点,請戸川幾世橋地点,高瀬川高瀬地点において、2019年9月9~10日,2020年7月14~22日,2020年7月28~30日の出水イベント時に採水を行い、懸濁態・溶存態137Csの濃度を測定し、懸濁態137Cs流出量・溶存態137Cs流出量および懸濁物からの137Cs溶脱量を推定し,海域への137Cs移行量を求めた.懸濁物の137Cs濃度はいずれの河川においても有意な正の相関(p <0.05)を示し,溶存態137Cs濃度は新田川と請戸川で有意な正の相関(p <0.05) を示した.137Cs流出量は新田川で6.6~24 GBq,請戸川で1.9~8.8 GBq,高瀬川で2.8~13 GBqであった。このうち,懸濁態137Csからの溶脱量は0.19~2.8 GBqであり,溶存態として流出する137Csの量の0.8~15倍の値となった.海域への移行を考える上でも,懸濁態137Csの動態の理解が重要であることがわかった.

This study examines how the performance of startups during the time period up to their initial public offering (IPO) is affected by the macro environment, a topic that has not been given much consideration to date. Taking the end of 2012 (the beginning of Abenomics), when Japan’s economic environment shifted to a hot market, as the transition point, we analyzed companies that did IPOs in terms of such variables as the target market, the attributes of the companies in the sample (type of entrepreneurship), and the date of their actual establishment. We found that for those companies operating in an economically favorable environment, the average time period from startup to IPO was relatively long. This could be because an economically favorable environment and improved business conditions spurred startups that had been implementing a wait-and-see attitude. We have some reservations about using “time to IPO” naively as a performance indicator, and caution should be exercised when using it.

This study aims to examine the future expansion of Adventure Playgrounds operations by clarifying the actual operational situations and change of three Adventure Playgrounds. For this purpose, two sets of field surveys and interviews were conducted in 2004 and 2008. The results showed gradual changes in each of the three Adventure Playgrounds in terms of: 1) the cooperative ties between play leaders participating in the operation and local resident groups; 2) operational expenses, the number of play leaders available at the site, and the roles of play leaders due to changes in the size of the site; and 3) operational expenses and public relations activities due to changes in the consignment structure. These changes can be understood in terms of the facilitation of the Adventure Playgrounds' operations, the formation of a community among the local residents participating in the operation, and the development of regional activities.

最近は2次の収束性をもつ質量分析器や,従来用いられてきた一様磁場,円筒電場以外の非一様磁場やトロイダル電場を用いた質量分析器の議論が盛になってきている。このような質量分析器を設計したり理解したりするにはイオン光学の知識がなければならないが,わが国にはこれに関する入門書がほとんどないので,非才を省みずイオン光学の概要をまとめてみた。問題をできるだけ平易に解析的にとりあげるようにしたので,すこし長たらしくなったきらいはあるが,初歩の微積分と力学の知識があれば御理解いただけるものと考えている。第1篇で1次近似の結果を,第2篇で2次の収差について,第3篇で端縁場の影響について述べる予定である。

各種のオンライン上のプラットフォームは、コミュニケーションや情報入手等のための基盤としての役割を果たしている。しかし、その運営の主体は一般に私人たるプラットフォーム事業者であるため、それが行うアルゴリズムを用いた流通情報の管理(アルゴリズム利用情報管理)は、ただちに利用者の表現の自由を侵害するものとなるわけではない。むしろ、アルゴリズム利用情報管理自体が一種の「表現」としての性質を有しているため、その自由が一定の範囲で保障される。しかも、当該自由の行使可能範囲は、「表現」の内容が政治的に重要な意味合いを多分に有し得ることなどを踏まえれば、決して狭隘ではない。ただし、その広範な行使については、利用者の表現の自由に関する法益を著しく害し、又は当該表現に対する不当な差別的取扱いをもたらすなど、憲法規範内在的な利益の調整を要する場合を伴うことが予定されるため、当該行使の範囲が一定程度縮減される。ところが、実際には、プラットフォームの「支配者」としての決定(利用規約等)に対して利用者が服従を余儀なくされ、利用者の利益と事業者の利益とのバランスが崩れることも少なくない。したがって、アルゴリズム利用情報管理に関する基本的な指針の利用者への事前提示の確保等、立法を通じた適切な統制が期待される。

近年,瞑想などを取り入れたマインドフルネスに基づく心理療法が注目されている.本研究の目的は,禅的瞑想を取り入れた集団トレーニングプログラムを作成し,このプログラムが,一般健常者の精神的健康に及ぼす影響について実験的に検討を行うことであった.また,効果の媒介変数として,認知的要因を想定して検討を行った.インフォームド・コンセントに同意した20名の一般健常者が抽出され,4週間のうちにほぼ毎日の自宅練習と週1回の集団セッションが課せられた,瞑想の練習は,教示の吹き込まれたCDに従い,いつでも気軽に行えるよう工夫されていた.その結果,本プログラムは,精神的健康における抑うつ傾向の軽減と,認知的側面においては思考抑制の減少,破局的思考の緩和能力の向上,理性的思考と感情的思考のバランスの回復などの効果をもたらすことが示された.本研究の可能性と限界について考察がなされた.
