人が選択肢集合の中から最も魅力的な選択肢を選ぶときに,各選択肢の魅力は他の選択肢に何があるかに強く影響を受ける.特に,魅力効果,妥協効果,類似効果は,人の選択に影響を与える代表的な効果として知られている.ところが,標準的な選択モデルである多項ロジットモデルは,これらの効果を表現することはできず,人の選択を予測する目的において,その予測精度が問題になることがある.これらの効果を定量的にデータから学習するために,制限ボルツマンマシンを用いた選択モデル(RBM選択モデル)が最近提案された.本稿では,このRBM選択モデルをわかりやすく解説する.

The production of tannase (tannin acyl-hydrolase) was demonstrated in cultivated strains of Bacillus pumilus, B. polymyxa, Corynebacterium sp., and Klebsiella pneumoniae, with chestnut bark extract as the sole carbon source. The rapid degradation of the tannin structure was related to the production of extracellular tannase assayed by a new method. Gallic acid was the only degradation product observed with 3 of the strains, but intermediate products were detected in the cultivation broth of Bacillus pumilus. The optimum pH of enzyme activity was 5.5.

This paper presents a normalized deconvolution approach for a digital holographic particle measurement in order to decrease the elongation of the reconstructed particles along the depth direction. The performance of this approach is evaluated using numerical simulations, and its practicality is experimentally demonstrated. In the numerical simulations, the performance is evaluated mainly based on the cross-correlation between the true distribution and the deconvolution results. Tests were carried out for two types of recording systems and three kinds of reconstructed information. The results indicate that the most accurate particle images were obtained using the phase-shifting observation method and reconstructed quantities that contain phase information, such as the complex amplitude. Furthermore, the RMS error in the particle depth position is found to be improved especially for higher number density within the particle distribution. Experimental measurements with standard particles confirm that particle elongation along the depth direction can be successfully suppressed using the normalized deconvolution method. The experimental results thus confirm that this method is useful for real particle measurements.

deja luとは「すでに読んだことがあるという認識」である。テクストを読む「わたくし」が,作品Bのなかに作品Aに似た何かを発見するとき,「わたくし」が作品Aをかつて読んだことがあるというまさにそのことが事態の本質をなしている。つまり生きられた体験としての間テクスト性を観察するとき,その中核をなすのがdeja luという概念なのである。本論では立松和平『性的黙示録』にあらわれる夜汽車の場面が,サリンジャー『キャッチャー・イン・ザ・ライ』におけるホールデンとミセス・モロウとの出会いに酷似しているという発見を糸口に,deja luが間テクスト的読解へと展開していく過程を考察する。そのさい,ある種の理論家が唱える理念的な「読者」概念と生身の「わたくし」の経験の落差を記述する,という手法をとる。標準的なロシア文学研究者が『性的黙示録』のなかに認めるdeja luはドストエフスキーの諸作品の痕跡であると考えられるが,生身の「わたくし」が体験したdeja luはサリンジャー作品の上記の場面なのである。そしてサリンジャーと立松を対比させながら読むという営為もまた,両作家の作品の意義の解明に通じていることを示す。

[Purpose] Elastic therapeutic tape has been widely used for rehabilitation and treatment of sports injuries. Tapes with different elastic properties serve different treatment purposes with inappropriate tension reducing tape effectiveness. Many tapes are available in the market, but studies on tape properties are limited. The aim of this study was to examine the material properties of elastic therapeutic tape. [Subjects and Methods] Brands of elastic therapeutic tape included KinesioTex®, ATex, Mueller, 3M, and ThaiTape. The Material Testing System Insight® 1 Electromechanical Testing Systems was used to apply a tensile force on elastic therapeutic tape. Ten specimens of each brand were tested. Stress, load, and Young’s modulus at 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and maximum point were collected. One-way analysis of variance with post hoc testing was used to analyze tape parameters. [Results] Maximum elongation and Young’s modulus at all percentages were significantly different between brands. There were no differences in maximum load and maximum stress. [Conclusion] Mechanical properties are different for commercial elastic therapeutic tapes. Physiotherapists and other clinicians should be aware of mechanical tape properties to correctly apply kinesio tape.

ペルー中南部海岸沙漠のナスカ台地とその周辺の地上絵は、B.C.1~A.D.8世紀頃のナスカ期の文化遺産であり、1994年に世界遺産に指定されたが、詳細な測量図が作成されているのは動植物図像が集中しているナスカ台地の一部のみであり、ナスカ台地全域にわたる地上絵の分布の全体像については必ずしも明らかではなかった。地上絵の成り立ちの解明や今後の保全計画の基礎となる資料を整備する目的で、高精度人工衛星画像解析や現地調査によって分布図作成を行い、自然地理学、考古学、認知心理学などの観点から考察した。ナスカ台地全域の地上絵の分布図が作成されたことにより、自然地形との関係や、地上絵が制作された文化的背景、また現在進行している地上絵の破壊状況などを明らかにすることができる。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the validity of a segment variable of watching-a-game experience that crosses to now from the past called the "existing spectator", the "returned spectator", and the "new spectator" paying attention to marketing segmentation theory and the marketing strategy to each segment. In order to clarify the characteristic of each segment, the investigation in questionnaire for the fans of Vissel Kobe which belongs to J-1 League was conducted in the Univer-Memorial Stadium, and a large difference among the segments was looked at demographics, Psychological Commitment to Team (Mahony et al, 2000), Re-watching-a-game intention (Wakefield and Sloan, 1996), the Social Psychological Factor (Nakazawa et al, 2001) as a result of investigation. For example "existing spectator" showed higher score in the Psychological Commitment to Team and Re-watching-a-game intention than other segments. And "existing spectator" showed high score in "Team Preference" of the Social Psychological Factor, and other segments showed high score in "Player Preference". "existing spectator" is interested in things about Team, and other segments are interested in things about Player. From these results, the validity as a segment variable of watching-a-game and the necessity of taking a suitable marketing strategy for every segment was suggested.

無料通話アプリであるLINEは、若年層ほど利用の頻度が高く、15歳~19歳の利用者の男性77%女性87%がサービスを毎日利用している。総務省の情報通信白書からも、こうしたツールが日常的に身近な友人との会話に使われていることが示されている。一方で、いじめや誘い出しといった事件においてLINEとの関わりが報道されることも少なくない。本稿では、若年層の利用者が、LINEを安全に活用し、トラブルに自ら気づく力をつけるためのマンガ教材作成の取り組みについて紹介する。本教材を用いて首都圏および地方の中学校で授業を実施した結果、アンケートからはオンラインと対面のコミュニケーションの使い分けについて印象に変化があることが読み取れた。

We consider a discrete-type split delivery vehicle routing problem, in which delivery goods for a customer consist of a set of items, each item is required to be serviced by exactly one vehicle, and each customer is allowed to be visited more than once. In this paper, we propose a fast algorithm that constructs a set of routes one by one without any improvement procedures. The algorithm generates routes by dynamic programming based on an elaborate route evaluation function that estimates the total travel cost required to service all the remaining items by vehicles. Experimental results on real-world instances are reported.

無料通話アプリである LINE は,若年層ほど利用の頻度が高く,日常的なコミュニケーションツールとして利用されている.一方で,いじめや誘い出しといった事件において LINE との関わりが報道されることもあり,若年の利用者当事者の立場や視点に立ったリテラシー教育には難しさもあった.本発表では,LINE 株式会社と共同制作したマンガ教材の作成ならびに中学校での実践について報告する.
