肢体不自由児を持つ家族と精神薄弱児を持つ家族の障害児出生によるストレスを、障害の診断時頃から小学部入学前後時頃までの間について、アンケートにより遡及的に調査した。ストレス、特に心理的ストレスと家族内部の相互行為によるストレスの大きさとその時間的推移パターンは、両親年令、社会的地位、経済的地位、障害程度の各階級間に相違を示した。社会的地位もしくは経済的地位の高い家族のストレスは初期に小さく、次第に増大していくパターンを示すことが比較的多く、この両属性が低い家族の初期のストレスは大きく、次第に減少してパターンを示すことが比較的多い。

精神障害の予防、とくに再発予防については、日常臨床の中で常に考えられていたであろう。しかし一次予防については、わが国では「大学紛争」などの影響もあって一次予防の研究自体がハイリスクとの考えがあった。したがって「精神障害の予防」が学会等で議論されることはなかった。 第16回日本社会精神医学会学術集会(1996)において、シンポジウム「統合失調症の予防の可能性」が実施され、心配された混乱もなく終了した。最終日の夕方、日本精神障害予防研究会が発足した。筆者が代表世話人となった。第12回研究会から日本精神保健・予防学会として発展的に改組され、水野雅文教授(東邦大学)が理事長に就任し、活動は活発化し会員数も増え現在に至っている。2017年から理事長は鈴木道雄教授(富山大学)に交代となった。 この間、わが国で第1回日本国際精神障害予防学会(2001)、第9回国際早期精神病学会(2014)が開催されたが、本学会が中心的な役割を果たした。いずれの学会も成功した。 精神障害の予防を考えるさい、一次から三次まで含めて重要なことは、脆弱要因の軽減とレジリエンス(回復力)の増強であろう。そこで現在まで報告されている脆弱要因とレジリエンスを取り上げて紹介した。最後に今後の課題について述べた。

The scallop culture fishing is a major fishing in Uchiura-Bay, Hokkaido, Japan, and many small fishing boats are engaging in the fishing. As small fishing boats during fishing operation conditions generally incline from 6 to 10 degrees due to mooring to the culture facilities, it is vital for preventing the capsize to make clear roll motion during fishing operation conditions, especially for the difference of encountered angle of waves. Considering easiness of working on the fishing operation, most fishermen moor the ship to be encountered tides from her left side. We carried out tank tests and measurements by using a full-scale ship to verify the effect for the roll response during these mooring methods. Based on the roll response function and the characteristics of power spectrum generated in Uchiura-Bay, we estimated roll motion experienced in real sea and discussed the safety directions of encountered waves during the fishing operations.

The local detached housing industry is going to shift their business model toward the sustainable society.The first part of the paper is to clarify the recent business development of the detached housing industry.1. This paper identifies residential preference of child-rearing households based on questionnaire and interview survey. The results of this paper are as follows : 1) Child-rearing households tend to move in the same area, and in area well-known; 2) Single parent households tend to value the education environment and local community; 3) Working single parent households tend to value the proximity of housing, a school and a workplace to improve efficiency of commuting and taking their children to school; 4) Child-rearing households with children aged 0to2, 3to5, and schoolchildren tend to value housing performance, educational environment, and children’s school and friendship, respect.

The research identified issues in communication in the customized house planning process: while professionals ensure that client’s needs are incorporated into the plan, customers felt that needs and tastes were not sufficiently reflected. Factors that affect customer’s general satisfaction are final building, entire process, the interaction with the sales representative, and how the building is placed, as well as the precision of the design drawings/plans. In addition to the tools to share images that reflect needs and taste, an involvement of an interior decorator is found to improve customer satisfaction and reduce the burden of professional in meeting client’s needs.

[目的] 考案した等尺膝伸展筋力測定方法における検者間信頼性を検討すること. [対象と方法] 対象者は理学療法士養成校に在籍している健常成人女性の4年生15名とした.[方法]男女間の検者間信頼性の測定は1名の対象者に対してそれぞれ2回測定を行った.その後,考案した測定方法の測定値(男性検者,女性検者)と固定ベルト不使用で徒手固定のみの測定方法との測定値の3群比較を行った.[結果] 検者間信頼性ICC(2.1)は0.856であり,考案した測定方法(男性検者,女性検者)の測定値における有意差は認められず,固定ベルト不使用で徒手固定のみの測定方法と有意差が認められた.[結語] 考案した等尺膝伸展筋力測定方法の検者間信頼性は良好であり.力の弱い女性に対して有用な測定方法である可能性がある.

Betanin, a bioactive ingredient mostly isolated from beetroots, exhibits a protective effect against cardiovascular diseases. However, its effects on abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) have not been elucidated. In this study, an AAA model was constructed by infusion of porcine pancreatic elastase in C57BL/6 mice. Mice were then administered with betanin or saline intragastrically once daily for 14 d. Our results showed that treatment with betanin remarkably limited AAA enlargement and mitigated the infiltration of inflammatory cells in the adventitia. The increased expression of proinflammatory cytokines and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) was also significantly alleviated following betanin treatment. Furthermore, betanin suppressed the activation of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)/nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-κB) signaling in the aortic wall, and downregulated the levels of tissue-reactive oxygen species as well as circulating 8-isoprostane by stimulating the nuclear factor-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2)/heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) pathway. Taken together, these data suggest that betanin may attenuate AAA progression and may be used as a therapeutic drug against AAA.

In graph theory, the concept of domination is essential in a variety of domains. It has broad applications in diverse fields such as coding theory, computer network models, and school bus routing and facility location problems. If a fuzzy graph fails to obtain acceptable results, neutrosophic sets and neutrosophic graphs can be used to model uncertainty correlated with indeterminate and inconsistent information in arbitrary real-world scenario. In this study, we consider the concept of domination as it relates to single-valued neutrosophic incidence graphs (SVNIGs). Given the importance of domination and its utilization in numerous fields, we propose the application of dominating sets in SVNIG with valid edges. We present some relevant definitions such as those of valid edges, cardinality, and isolated vertices in SVNIG along with some examples. Furthermore, we also show a few significant sets connected to the dominating set in an SVNIG such as independent and irredundant sets. We also investigate a relationship between the concepts of dominating sets and domination numbers as well as irredundant and independence sets in SVNIGs. Finally, a real-life deployment of domination in SVNIGs is investigated in relation to COVID-19 vaccination locations as a practical application.

1パス型属性文法に基づくコンパイラ生成系Rie(りえ)について述べる.LR構文解析と同時に解析木を作らずに属性評価ができる属性文法のクラスにLR属性文法というものがあるが,Rieはそれに同値類を導入したECLR属性文法というものに基づいている.Rieは属性文法によるコンパイラの記述から1パスのコンパイラを生成する.Rieにより種々の言語処理系が開発されている.生成されたコンパイラは,手書きのものに比べて1.8倍程度の時間で動き,形式的な記述から生成されたコンパイラとしてはかなり効率がよいことが確認された.

India, a growing economy and world’s largest democracy, has population exceeding 1.2 billion. Out of this huge number, 63.6% form working age group. More than 90% work in the informal economy, mainly agriculture and services. Less than 10% work in the organized sector; mainly industry, mining and some services. New service industries like Information Technology (IT), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) are increasing rapidly; so is the proportion of females in the workforce. The occupational safety and health (OSH) scenario in India is complex. Unprecedented growth and progress go hand in hand with challenges such as huge workforce in unorganized sector, availability of cheap labor, meager public spending on health, inadequate implementation of existing legislation, lack of reliable OSH data, shortage of OSH professionals, multiplicity of statutory controls, apathy of stakeholders and infrastructure problems. The national policy on OSH at workplace, adopted by the government in 2009, is yet to be implemented. Some of the major occupational risks are accidents, pneumoconiosis, musculoskeletal injuries, chronic obstructive lung diseases; pesticide poisoning and noise induced hearing loss. The three most important OSH needs are: 1. legislation to extend OSH coverage to all sectors of working life including the unorganized sector; 2. spreading the awareness about OSH among stakeholders; 3. development of OSH infrastructure and OSH professionals. Other issues include integration of occupational health with primary health care.

This paper aims to clarify which characteristics influence the number of urban park visitors. The study employs a residual analysis as a heuristic approach, which is a useful approach to choose explanatory variables effectively. In fact these characteristics are difficult to identify among numerous related variables, and a big residual value may involve the significant factor. The results reveal five major factors to have influences on the number of park visitors in concern: 1) population living in park's service distance; 2) volume of tall trees; 3) number of simple amusement equipment/facilities; 4) width of streets facing to a park; and 5) park elevation relative to surrounding road level. In addition, it was found that a block park has a service distance of 250 to 350 meters.

2017年度の全国の内水面漁協の業務報告書から,各組合の主要放流種(類)とこれらの放流漁場を抽出および分類した。解析を行った470組合の中から,総収入額に占める遊漁料収入額の比率が高い47組合(上位47組合と略す)を抽出し,その遊漁の特徴を解析した。上位47組合はワカサギやゲンゴロウブナを主要放流種(類)として,湖沼に放流していることが明らかになった。上位47組合の85.1%が人口の多い都府県やその隣県に存するか,人口の多い都府県からアクセスの良い県に存することがわかった。
