斜面の安全率算定法は70年以上も前から提案されており,現在までに様々な手法が提案されている.現在実務で適用されている斜面の安全率算定法は,すべり線を円弧と仮定しているものがほとんどである.これは,すべり線が円弧であると,パラメータが少なく,安全率算定アルゴリズムが単純で,計算効率や計算の安定性が高いためである.一方で,非円弧すべりを仮定した斜面の安全率算定法にSpencer法があるが,Spencer法による安全率の算定アルゴリズムは複雑で,条件によっては計算が不安定になる場合がある.本研究では,Spencer法を用いた非円弧すべりを仮定した斜面の安全率算定における不安定性の要因を明らかにするとともに,その問題点を改善した安定性の高い斜面の安全率算定アルゴリズムを示す.

The aroma concentrates were prepared from the fresh tea flush of both var. Sayamakaori (a newly registered variety) and var. Yabukita (a popularized variety for green tea), and also from their made tea “Sencha.” Combined gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric analysis was performed on the four aroma concentrates, using a polar and a non-polar columns. By comparison of the chromatograms of “Sencha” from var. Sayamakaori and var. Yabukita, it was clearly recognized that the amount of nerolidol, cis-jasmone and indole were much larger in var. Sayamakaori than in var. Yabukita. On the other hand, linalool was much smaller amount in var. Sayamakaori of both fresh tea flush and “Sencha.” These facts seemed us to explain the aroma characteristics of var. Sayamakaori which is more heavier and lasting floral aroma.

本稿はギデンズのセクシュアリティ論を「社会理論の再ジェンダー化」という視点から読む試みである。本稿では、まずギデンズの「反省能力(再帰性)」という鍵概念について検討する。それから、ギデンズのフーコー批判の論点を整理し、ギデンズの理論の特徴を明らかにしたい。ギデンズの『親密性の変容』によれば、反省能力の高まりは、一方で性の知識の社会への浸透を促し、生殖から自律した「柔軟なセクシュアリティ」の可能性を切り開いていく。それは他方で、人間関係に「親密性の変容」を生じさせる。カップルの関係は、従来のロマンティック・ラブを理想とする異性愛関係から、「溶け合う愛」による「純粋な付き合い」へと変わっていく。純粋な付き合いはパートナー同士の対等な関係であり、その意味で民主的な関係である。このような民主的な関係の可能性をフーコーは見落しているとギデンズは言う。ギデンズのセクシュアリティ論には、反省能力を通じてジェンダー関係を民主化する戦略が読み取れる。反省能力がどう作用して、どう社会が変容していくかは常に不確定性をもつという意味では、ギデンズの戦略がうまくゆく保証はないが、私は彼の意図をイデオロギー批判として評価したいと思う。

"Jeongeub-sa," the only Baegjje song in existence today, depicts a wife's anxiety about her husband going away on a peddling tour. Similarly, the chapter, "Izutsu" of The Tale of Ise, is wellknown for describing a couple's deep love for each other ; the couple are childhood friends and used to play together around the village well. In this chapter, the wife also composes a poem depicting her anxiety about her husband going away on a peddling tour, although in this case the husband actually goes to visit the house of another woman. It seems possible that the "Izutsu" chapter of The Tale of Ise was influenced by "Jeongeub-sa" in some way. Containing stories of the main male character's various love affairs, The Tale of Ise is recognized as one of the first works of Japanese literature in the country's history to express "miyabi" (courtly elegance), a typical Japanese aesthetic sense. However, it is necessary to consider the fact that the male character, Ariwara no Narihira, was a descendant of the Baegjje King. Narihira loved not only hunting with falcons, but also "hunting" for women. The Baegjje King's family were experts in falconry and their skills were passed down through the family generations. Narihira frequently visited Katano to practice his falconry, and Katano was where many exiles from Baegjje lived after the kingdom was overthrown in the 7th century. This could suggest that here was a place where these immigrants disseminated their Baegjje songs as valuable assets inherited from their ancestors.

下顎歯肉癌に対する手術は, 従来より区域切除を主体として行われ, 良好な治療成績が得られているが, それを基本としつつ患者のQOLを考慮し辺縁切除の適応の拡大に努めてきたので報告した。下顎骨吸収深度 Grade2 (骨体部, 下顎管上の骨吸収) で, 骨吸収様式が平滑型 (Pressure type) の症例までは下顎辺縁切除が可能であった。腫瘍の軟組織進展範囲別では頬側進展型に原発巣再発の頻度が高く, 区域切除の適応が多かったが, 下顎歯肉癌全体で術前治療後の縮小手術は14.9%に行われた。画像診断特に Dental CTにより, 下顎下縁の保存に関する判断が容易となった。

X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (X-SCID) is an inherited genetic disorder. A majority of X-SCID subjects carries point mutations in the Interleukin-2 receptor gamma chain (IL2RG) gene. In contrast, Il2rg-knockout mice recapitulating X-SCID phenotype lack a large part of Il2rg instead of point mutations. In this study, we generated novel X-SCID mouse strains with small insertion and deletion (InDel) mutations in Il2rg by using Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats (CRISPR)/Cas9. To this end, we injected Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9 (SpCas9) mRNA and single guide RNA targeting the exon 2, 3 or 4 of Il2rg into mouse zygotes. In the F0 generation, we obtained 35 pups and 25 out of them were positive for Surveyor assay, and most of mutants displayed dramatic reductions of T and B lymphocytes in the peripheral blood. By amplicon sequencing, 15 out of 31 founder mice were determined as monoallelic mutants with possible minor mosaicisms while 10 mice were mosaic. Finally, we established new strains with 7-nucleotide deletion and 1-nucleotide insertions in the exon 2 and the exons 3 and 4, respectively. Although no IL2RG protein was detected on T cells of exons 3 and 4 mutants, IL2RG protein was unexpectedly detected in the exon 2 mutants. These data indicated that CRISPR/Cas9 targeting Il2rg causes InDel mutations effectively and generates genetically X-SCID mice. Genetic mutations, however, did not necessarily grant phenotypical alteration, which requires an intensive analysis after establishing a strain to confirm their phenotypes.
