The Rawh al-arwah, written by an erudite preacher Shihab al-Din Ahrnad-i Sam'ani (d. 534/1140), is the first complete commentary in Persian on the Divine names (al-asma' al-husna). In this significant Sufi treatise, the author has emphasized on the superiority of the human being to the angels by arguing that the heart of human beings, unlike those of the angels, is the treasure of love and pain.Although some of the points that Sam'ani discussed are traceable to Maybudi's Kashf al-asrar (written after 520/1126), a well-known -Persian Qur'anic exegesis with mystical inclination, the originality of his thought and style of preaching (wa'z) in the Rawh al-arwah is evident. This text unquestionably forms a decisive element for formation of Persian Sufi literature in its historical development.It seems that Sam'ani, an eloquent preacher with great talent as poet and tradition narrator (muhaddith), was under the influence of the Ash'arite school of theology. In this treatise, he extensively discusses such topics as acquisition of the predestination (kasb-i taqdir), the omnipotent power of God (qudrat), beatific vision of God in the Hereafter (ru'yat), and inner speech (kalam-i nafsi). This author concludes that Ash'arite doctrines informed the framework of Sam'ani's mystical thought and that his various discourses, tinted with mysticism in the text, were formed mainly under the influence of these theological dogmas.This author's investigation into the mysticism of the Rawh al-arwah makes it clear that this treatise constituted an important work that marked a turning point in the development of Persian Sufi thought during the 6th/12th century. The beauty of God (jamal) causes an aesthetic sense (dhawq) in the heart of an ascetic (zahid), and the sense transforms him a narrator of the divine beauty. The aesthetic sense gifted by the Divine beauty is one of the main characteristics by which one can distinguish tasawwuf (Islamic mysticism) from zuhd (Islamic asceticism).Sam'ani's thought had an extensive impact on the Persian mystical literature. Particularly, the poetry of Farid al-Din 'Attar (d. 627/1229 or 618/1221), one of the most gifted Sufi poets, can be considered as the one that shares the same characteristics as Sam'ani's Rawh al-arwah.

設計・試作したアンテナの動作解明や,不要な電磁波放射源の特定及び評価・対策のために,金属線上の電流分布を推定する技術が求められている.このような電流分布推定の要求は,例えば付属回路の動作不良のような実用の過程で起こる問題によるものであり,計算における理想状態のシミュレーションだけでは解決できず,測定による検討が欠かせない.しかしながら,金属線にセンサなどを接触させれば本来の振る舞いを妨げることとなるため,直接的に測定することが難しい.本論文では,近傍磁界の測定結果からアンテナがある一定周波数で励振された場合の電流分布の振幅と位相あるいは実数部と虚数部(複素電流分布)を推定するための手法を提案し,具体的な検討をシミュレーション計算と測定により行い,推定法の有効性を確かめることを目的としている.本論文で用いる複素電流分布推定法の基本原理は,% 方程式より導かれる微小電流要素がつくる近傍電磁界の式に基づく.対象とする電流を,均一な電流分布を持つ微小セグメントの集まりとすれば,近傍磁界はそれぞれのセグメントがつくる磁界の和として表わされ,電流とその近傍磁界は連立- 次方程式の形で関係付けられる.よって,近傍磁界の振幅と位相の分布を測定すれば,電流と磁界の関係式を解くことで複素電流分布を推定できる.この推定法では,電流と磁界の関係式の逆問題を安定に解くために,できるだけ誤差の少ない磁界データを適用することが重要となる.そこで,近傍磁界測定のための磁界センサとして,シールデッドループ構造の. 出力磁界プローブを新たに導入する.この微小ループプローブは,ループ面内でほぼ無指向性であることから,電流分布推定の目的に適している.さらに,このプローブの計測用アンテナとしての特性である磁界複素アンテナ係数"" % ' & ( # の新しい決定法を提案する.磁界複素アンテナ係数は,到来磁界とアンテナの出力の比であり,この係数を正しく決定することは,磁界を適切に測定し正確な電流分布を推定するために重要である.提案する方法は,プローブ全体の等価回路表現に基づき,ループ部の実効長を計算し,出力ポートの反射係数を測定することにより,簡単にアンテナ係数を決定できる.電流分布推定を実際に行うにあたり,検討の第- 段階として単純な構造の線状ダイポールアンテナのアンテナエレメント上に存在する電流を対象とした推定について述べる.特性を決定したシールデッドループ構造の. 出力磁界プローブを用いて近傍磁界の測定を行い,複素電流分布を推定した.近傍磁界の測定に際し,プローブは対象とする電流に影響を及ぼさず,かつ十分な感度の出力を得られる位置で走査する必要がある.その適切な走査位置や間隔を,プローブ形状を考慮し実効長の定義より磁界分布を求めるシミュレーション計算により検討し決定した.推定した電流分布に対し,分布の形状だけでなく絶対的な値を含めた妥当性の確認を,モーメント法による理論的な電流分布(理論電流分布)との比較より行った.このとき,近傍磁界の測定にネットワークアナライザを用い,ダイポールアンテナの励振電圧を理論電流分布と等しい条件で比較できるようにする手法を開発した.比較の結果,本論文で提案した電流分布推定法が,複素電流分布の実数部・虚数部の形状のみならず絶対的な値まで推定できることを確認した.さらに,複素電流分布推定法の妥当性を確認できたことをふまえ,ダイポールアンテナの給電線路の外導体上に漏洩する電流の推定を行った.これより,本推定法が漏洩電流のような微弱な電流に対しても適用可能で,アンテナの動作解明や不要電磁波の放射源の特定に有効であることを明らかにした.最後に,本推定手法の対象を. 次元的に分布する電流に拡張するための検討を,. エレメント八木アンテナを対象に行った.近傍磁界測定において微小ループ構造の磁界プローブに多方向から合成された磁界が到来しても,ループを垂直に貫く方向の磁界成分のみが測定されることを考慮すれば,本推定手法が適用可能であり,各エレメント上の複素電流分布を求められることを示した.この結果は,プリントアンテナなどを対象とする一般的な. 次元電流分布推定の基礎となり得るものである.

自己免疫性てんかんが近年注目されているが,抗神経抗体以外の特異的な診断法は確立していない.今回我々は最初に病歴・臨床症候,次に検査成績と2段階で自己免疫性てんかんを診断するアルゴリズムを作成し,臨床的有用性を予備的に検討した.自己免疫性てんかんが疑われた70名に後方視的にアルゴリズムを適応した.MRI,髄液,FDG-PET検査のうち,2項目以上異常所見があれば診断に近づく可能性が示された.一方で抗体陽性13名のうち2名は,第一段階の臨床症候で自己免疫性てんかんの可能性は低いと判断された.包括的抗体検査のもと診断アルゴリズムの更なる検証,改訂が望まれる.

Moderately vigorous shoots of mature rabbiteye blueberry ‘Tifblue’ bushes were pruned in summer to clarify the effects on vegetative and reproductive traits. Treatments included un-pruned, 25% pruned (removing 25% of the shoot length), 50% pruned (removing 50% of the shoot length) and 75% pruned (removing 75% of the shoot length). Vegetative and flower bud number per shoot decreased with increasing pruning severity. Consequently, the number of laterals per shoot dropped. However, lateral length increased with increasing pruning severity. Shoots pruned at 75% produced a small number of laterals, but they were the most vigorous. Pruning severity induced the transition of vegetative buds to reproductive buds in areas lower than the cut position. The flower bud number per shoot decreased with increasing pruning severity. However, yield per shoot was not affected due to a compensatory increase in berry weight. Total soluble solids content and titratable acidity of the berry juice, as well as, the number of berries per flower bud were not affected. Hence, to reduce the unproductive parts of the plant, and to produce bigger berries, September removal of either 50% or 75% of the length of mature rabbiteye blueberry shoots under conditions similar to the Kanto region of Japan is recommended.

Axillary buds of broccoli (Brassica oleracea L. var. Italica) develop and produce lateral heads after the apical heads have been harvested; however, lateral heads are not used because of their small size, and only one apical head is generally harvested from one plant. In this study, we aimed to establish a new method to harvest two heads of 12 cm diameter from a plant by pinching the apical bud and growing two axillary buds (“V-shaping” process) in autumn cropping. First, we measured the probability of axillary bud generation (PA) at each leaf axil and calculated the integration of the PA (IPA). The PA from the 5th to 8th true leaves was especially high, and the IPA reached 4.7. Next, we investigated the period of harvest and yield of heads at different times (3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, and 15th leaf stage) of V-shaping in Field 1 (Ibaraki Prefecture, Tsukuba City). In V-shaped plots from the 7th to 11th leaf stages, the number of marketable heads significantly increased in comparison to that of the control. It increased by 61% of that of the control at the 11th leaf stage. However, the period of harvest was delayed, and the quality of heads deteriorated by cold injury when V-shaping was conducted from the 11th stage onward. Finally, we assessed the applicability of V-shaping cultivation in other fields. V-shaping was conducted from the 9th to 11th leaf stage. The number of marketable heads increased by 69 and 62% in Field 2 (Ibaraki Prefecture, Tsukubamirai City) and Field 3 (Nara Prefecture, Uda City), respectively. However, it only slightly increased in Field 4 (Mie Prefecture, Tsu City). Comparison of cultivation conditions at these 4 fields revealed that early transplantation, to allow an approximate 300°C day increase in effective heat unit summation for harvesting before the daily minimum temperature fell below approximately 0°C, was important. In addition, improving the drainage of the field seems important, and the input of manure compost (long-term fertilizer effect) may improve the quality and yield of heads. Thus, we concluded that V-shaping cultivation enabled the harvesting of two heads by V-shaping and increased the number of marketable heads by more than 60% in a wide area.

東京湾沿岸部、高度成長期の遺構とも言うべき構造物が、その痛ましい姿をまざまざと見せつけている。 首都高速1号羽田線東品川桟橋部。幅17mの4車線、全長1200mのこの橋は、東京五輪前年の1963年に開通した。細部に目をやれば、海からの塩害によってはげ落ちたコンクリートから、腐食した鉄筋がむき出しになり、各所のひび割れには生々しい補修の跡が残る。

Es indudable que César Vallejo, José María Arguedas y Mario Vargas Llosa son escritores que representan la literatura peruana en el siglo XX. Cada uno de estos tres autores escribió una o dos historias ambientadas en escuelas, es decir, Paco Yunque de Vallejo, Los ríos profundos de Arguedas, y "Los jefes" y La ciudad y los perros de Vargas Llosa. Este artículo analiza la función de las escuelas que aparecen en sus obras. La escuela se describe como un sitio lleno de violencia y corrupción, y al mismo tiempo como un microcosmo de la sociedad y el ejército de entonces. Los autores criticaron a la sociedad y al ejército a través de una descripción crítica de escuela. El marxismo tenía una gran influencia sobre ellos. La familia tiene una naturaleza opuesta a la escuela, la sociedad, o el ejército, y defiende al niño contra la violencia, pero desde que este empieza a ir a la escuela, él debe alejarse de su familia y echarse al mundo violento. Tres tipos de salvación se muestran en estas obras: la reconciliación, la lucha, y el retorno a la familia. La primera corresponde a las obras de Arguedas y Vargas Llosa. La segunda a Vallejo y Arguedas. La tercera solo aparece en la novela de Vargas Llosa. La escuela funciona como un sitio útil para expresar una crítica a la violencia y una salvación ante ella.特集 ラテン文学大学院生・学生論文

Similar to higher animal cells, ameba cells of the cellular slime mold Dictyostelium discoideum form contractile rings containing filaments of myosin II during mitosis, and it is generally believed that contraction of these rings bisects the cells both on substrates and in suspension. In suspension, mutant cells lacking the single myosin II heavy chain gene cannot carry out cytokinesis, become large and multinucleate, and eventually lyze, supporting the idea that myosin II plays critical roles in cytokinesis. These mutant cells are however viable on substrates. Detailed analyses of these mutant cells on substrates revealed that, in addition to "classic" cytokinesis which depends on myosin II ("cytokinesis A"), Dictyostelium has two distinct, novel methods of cytokinesis, 1) attachment-assisted mitotic cleavage employed by myosin II null cells on substrates ("cytokinesis B"), and 2) cytofission, a cell cycle-independent division of adherent cells ("cytokinesis C"). Cytokinesis A, B, and C lose their function and demand fewer protein factors in this order. Cytokinesis B is of particular importance for future studies. Similar to cytokinesis A, cytokinesis B involves formation of a cleavage furrow in the equatorial region, and it may be a primitive but basic mechanism of efficiently bisecting a cell in a cell cycle-coupled manner. Analysis of large, multinucleate myosin II null cells suggested that interactions between astral microtubules and cortices positively induce polar protrusive activities in telophase. A model is proposed to explain how such polar activities drive cytokinesis B, and how cytokinesis B is coordinated with cytokinesis A in wild type cells.</p>

Two cases of rhinoliths in a male aged 18 years and a female aged 52 years who complained of nasal obstruction with mucopurulent and sometimes, bloodstained discharge were reported. The fresh specimens of nasal calculi removed in the former case weighed 4.5 grammes and 3.0 grammes in the latter.<BR>In the scanning electron micrographs the core like as nucleus with furrow and polous structure were found.<BR>Electron probe X-rays microanalysis showed that S element was concentrically detected in the core and furrow, while Ca, P, Mg, Si, Al and Na levels were recognized much more highly in the surrounding polous or solid parts compared with that of the nuclei.<BR>From these ultrastructural characteristics and chemical composition, the genesis of rhinoliths were discussed.
