計算機を介してしかコミュニケーションをとることができない分散環境下で,マルチメディア(画像+音声+テキスト)を用いてコミュニケーションをとることができる発想支援グループウェア郡元を用い,分散協調型KJ法学生実験を18回行った.過去に行ってきた評価は結果から得られる定量的なパラメータだけによるものだったが,今回は作業過程を考慮した評価を行った。作業過程を考慮するたるに操作を時刻とともに記録したログデータを利用した.コミュニケーションをとるために音声が主として用いられた実験とコミュニケーションをとるためにテキストが主として用いられた実験に分けて実験結果を比較した.その結果,コミュニケーションをとるためにテキストが主として用いられた実験では,操作権を3人で協同してとりながら行う実験が多いこと,そして,KJ法の実験結果にかかわる島の数,まとめ文字数が多くなることが分かった.GUNGEN,a groupware for a new idea generation support system,equipped with multimedia communication functions(movie,voice,and text based chat),was implemented on a network consisting of three personal computers which are set in distributed environment (i.e.in different rooms on different floors).We tried experiments involving students as subjects on a distributed and cooperative KJ method 18 times.We have used the quantitative parameters in order to estimate the results of experiments.We also used time sequence of operations in order to estimate the results of experiments,in this time.The time sequence data consisted of operation data and voice data.We distinguished the results of experiments,mainly using voice based communication from the results of experiments,mainly using text based communication.The results of experiments suggested as follows:When subjects mainly used text based communication,they cooperated with one another very much in the most of experiments and the nubmer of islands and the number of characters of a conclusion were increased.

少年非行をめぐる現代の社会的状況について,大人と子どもの関係性に着目して検討する.現代において子どもや若者は,コミュニケーション能力の規範化,SNSの普及などに伴う人間関係の極度なまでの洗練,個性や自己選択を重視する学校教育,貧困や生活苦の前景化などを通じて,性急に「大人になること」を迫られている.その背景には,大人の成熟が遅くなって「子ども化」し,彼らは子どもを子どもとして保護したり教育したりする責任を放棄している状況がある.このような大人が少年非行について語るとき,非行の「新しさ」や非行少年の「強さ」が殊更に強調されるが,実際の非行の多くは伝統的な形で起こっており,非行少年の多くは「弱い」存在である.彼らの社会復帰や更生を可能にする支援として,就労支援など福祉的なそれが強調される傾向があるが,生活の基盤を整える福祉的支援はあくまで必要条件であり,自律的に更生の道を歩み続ける「力」をつけるための教育的支援が十分条件として不可欠である.

Background: Blood eosinophil measurements may help to guide physicians on the use of inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Emerging data suggest that COPD patients with higher blood eosinophil counts may be at higher risk of exacerbations and more likely to benefit from combined ICS/long-acting beta2-agonist (LABA) treatment than therapy with a LABA alone. This analysis describes the distribution of blood eosinophil count at baseline in Japanese COPD patients in comparison with non-Japanese COPD patients.Methods: A post hoc analysis of eosinophil distribution by percentage and absolute cell count was performed across 12 Phase II–IV COPD clinical studies (seven Japanese studies [N=848 available absolute eosinophil counts] and five global studies [N=5,397 available eosinophil counts] that included 246 Japanese patients resident in Japan with available counts). Blood eosinophil distributions were assessed at baseline, before blinded treatment assignment.Findings: Among Japanese patients, the median (interquartile range) absolute eosinophil count was 170 cells/mm3 (100–280 cells/mm3). Overall, 612/1,094 Japanese patients (56%) had an absolute eosinophil count $150 cells/mm3 and 902/1,304 Japanese patients (69%) had a percentage eosinophil $2%. Among non-Japanese patients, these values were 160 (100–250) cells/mm3, 2,842/5,151 patients (55%), and 2,937/5,155 patients (57%), respectively. The eosinophil distribution among Japanese patients was similar to that among non-Japanese patients. Within multi-country studies with similar inclusion criteria, the eosinophil count was numerically lower in Japanese compared with non-Japanese patients (median 120 vs 160 cells/mm3).Interpretation: The eosinophil distribution in Japanese patients seems comparable to that of non-Japanese patients; although within multi-country studies, there was a slightly lower median eosinophil count for Japanese patients compared with non-Japanese patients. These findings suggest that blood eosinophil data from global studies are of relevance in Japan.Keywords: COPD, blood eosinophil count, percentage blood eosinophil, Japan

It is a great pleasure for us to hold the 10 th Annual Meeting of the Japan Association of Breast Cancer Screening in the year 2000. In this memorial year, it is important and significant to leave on record &ldquo;the history of breast cancer screening in Japan&rdquo;. Although the cancer screening program in Japan was started for stomach and uterine cancers in approximately 1960, breast cancer screening began almost five years later. However, several years before this, a few tentative programs of breast screening were performed by very small groups in rural regions between 1961 and 1964. From then until now, the history of breast cancer screening can be divided into the following three stages : 1) the &ldquo;dawn&rdquo; period, the time of individual and regional projects (1961-1974) ; 2) the period of the Japan Cancer Society and the Japanese Breast Cancer Society (1974-1990) ; 3) the period of the Japan Association of Breast Cancer Screening (1991-present date)<BR>During each of the above periods, breast cancer screening projects in Japan have gradually matured and extended to large-scale projects throughout the country, together with the introduction of basic guide-lines, a data-analysis system and academic annual meetings.

1)凍結乾燥したビフィズス菌,乳酸菌を復水して生菌数を測定する際,復水温度によって生菌数回収能が異なり生理食塩水を用いる場合では,30℃で復水すると良好な生菌数回収が得られた.2)乾燥菌の経時的な生残率の変化は,保存日数を経るに従ってゆるやかになった.生残率の対数座標に対して,時間座標をt^<0.5>としてプロットした生残曲線はほぼ直線となり,求めた死滅速度定数kは保存温度に依存し,アレニウスの式に従った.3)乾燥菌の生残性に及ぼす最適a_wは0.1付近であり,また温度感受性を示すEaの値は,a_w 0.1付近で最小となった.4)乾燥菌をコーンスターチ,脱脂粉乳,乳糖等に混合倍散しても,その生残性はa_wの影響を受けることが認められた.したがって,粉末素材に乾燥菌を添加混合する場合は,a_wに基づいた安定性の管理が重要である.

<B>In recent years, it has been clarified that aldosterone can directly damage various organs, such as the heart, blood vessel, and kidneys, <I>via</I> non-epithelial mineralocorticoid receptors, independent of changes in blood pressure. Anti-aldosterone drugs have been clinically reported to be useful for their organ-protecting effects. The fact that these effects have been considered important for almost 10 years seems to indicate that aldosterone-induced organ damage can develop as a consequence of plasma aldosterone levels being in disproportion to salt status. In a previous study, cardiac fibrosis could not be induced in an experimental model of hyperaldosteronism with a low-salt diet. It is, therefore, extremely important to understand the relationship between plasma aldosterone level and inappropriate salt balance when considering diseases or states for which an anti-aldosterone drug is called for. In this paper we review the fundamental and clinical studies reported to date, mainly to investigate the pathology of organ damage induced by aldosterone and excess salt. Aldosterone-induced direct organ damage mediated through vasculitis essentially requires salt, which is inappropriate for plasma aldosterone level, and studies performed from this standpoint may provide a clue to the clarification of the involvement of salt in the actions of aldosterone <I>via</I> non-epithelial mineralocorticoid receptors. In humans, it is also strongly suggested that organ damage may occur, even at a plasma aldosterone level within a normal range, if salt intake is imbalanced to the aldosterone level. This means that the new aldosterone blocker eplerenone may also have significance as a drug inhibiting inflammation, possibly serving as a trigger of organ damage. 昨今,情報処理技術の発達にともない,パーソナルコンピュータや携帯電話端末をはじめとした,高度な情報処理を実行することのできる機器が社会に広く普及し,人と機器との間に,従来の「使う」に加えて「対話する」という新たな関係が生まれはじめている.本研究では,集団における人の振る舞いを取り扱う領域において共通して重要な概念であるミクロマクロループと,そのループ構造を持つ例である拍手という行為に注目する.また,実際の人との間に同ループ構造を形成するように拍手を協創するシステムを実装し,それを用いた実験から,人と社会的相互行為を図るシステムにとって同ループ構造が重要であることを示す.Recently, the equipment that can execute advanced information processing including the personal computer and the cellular phone widely spreads to the society as information processing technology develops, and a new relation "Dialogue" in addition to "Use" arises between the person and the equipment. In this research, we focus on the concept "micro-macro loop" that is important to discuss about group interaction and the act of applause that is the example with micro-macro loop. We implement the system that collaborate applause with actual human as building micro-macro loop structure, and sustain that this structure is important for the system aims social interaction with human.

User context and user location in particular play an important role in location-based services (LBS). The location can be determined by various positioning methods. These are typically evaluated with average positioning error or percentile values, which are not the most suitable metrics for evaluation of how a positioning method functions in the semantic space. Therefore, we propose a new method for evaluation of positioning accuracy in the semantic space. We focus on two types of semantic user locations that are widely available in urban areas: the street address and the categories of the surrounding points of interest (POIs). We demonstrate its use on ten different positioning methods: a standalone satellite navigation device, GPS module on a smartphone, two versions of Foursquare positioning service, Google positioning service, a positioning service of the local mobile operator, and four other possible variants of mobile operator-based positioning methods. The evaluation suggests that approach with the street addresses is more promising approach due to either sparse or unevenly distributed POIs. Furthermore, some of the positioning methods that are less accurate in Euclidean space, such as a combination of the GPS data with the mobile operator-based method that relies on the propagation models, performed comparably well in the semantic space as the methods that are using more accurate technologies, such as Google and Foursquare.

柔軟な脊椎を持つ全身腱駆動ヒューマノイド腱太は, 96モータと88張力センサ・8姿勢センサ・62アナログ触覚センサなどを持つ多入力・多出力システムである。遠隔のホスト上の上位レベルソフトウェアからこの多入出力システムを扱うための情報通信システムの構成法が課題である。本稿では, この問題を解決するための, 分散プロセッサ, マルチCPU高速組み込みバス, 組み込み用リアルタイムOS, マルチシリアルカード, マルチCPUマシンによるマルチスレッド通信などを用いた, 腱太の通信システムの構築に関し述べる。

The stress induced during visual display terminals tasks in various environments was researched. One subject was made to do visual display terminals. The stress induced during visual display terminals tasks was evaluated using concentration of cortisol in saliva, sensory value, and work efficiency. In addition, the correlation between them was studied. New indices concerning stress and work efficiency were derived by means of the multivariate analysis. It was found that two new indices were enable to design a comfortable working environment.

The mechanical thermometer using a bimetallic strip coil was developed for the Tanpopo mission. The Tanpopo mission is a multi-year passive exposure experiment for astrobiology exposure and micrometeoroid capture onboard the Exposed Experiment Handrail Attachment Mechanism (ExHAM) at the Japanese Experiment Module 'Kibo' (JEM) Exposed Facility (EF) on the International Space Station (ISS). The Tanpopo mission apparatuses were launched by the SpaceX-6 Dragon CRS-6 on April 14 2015, from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in the U.S.A. Since its microbial exposure experiment requires recording the maximum temperature that the Tanpopo exposure panel experiences, we have developed a mechanical thermometer with no electric power supplied from the ExHAM. At a given time and orbital position of the ISS, the thermometer indicator was video-imaged by the extravehicular video camera attached to the Kibo-EF and controlled from the ground. With these images analyzed, we were able to derive the maximum temperature of the Tanpopo exposure panels on the space pointing face of the ExHAM as 23.9±5 °C. Now this passive and mechanical thermometer is available to other space missions with no electric supplies required and thus highly expands the possibility of new extravehicular experiments and explorations for both human and robotic missions.
