【目的】グルクロン酸抱合酵素(UGT)は、生体外異物代謝の第Ⅱ相抱合反応を担い、各動物の化学物質感受性決定に関与することが報告されている。食肉目ネコ亜目(Feliformia)では環境化学物質や薬物等の代謝に関与するUGT1A6の偽遺伝子化が報告されており、この偽遺伝子化に伴いアセトアミノフェン等の薬物の毒性作用が強いことが知られている。一方、食肉目に属する鰭脚類(Pinnipedia)では、環境化学物質の高濃度蓄積が報告されているが、感受性に関与するUGTについての研究はほとんど行われていない。そこで、鰭脚類を中心とした食肉目において、肝臓でのUGT活性の測定と系統解析を行った。<br>【方法】食肉目に属するネコ(<i>Felis catus</i>)、イヌ(<i>Canis familiaris</i>)、鰭脚類であるトド(<i>Eumetopias jubatus</i>)、キタオットセイ(<i>Callorhinus ursinus</i>)、カスピカイアザラシ(<i>Phoca caspica</i>)及び対照としてラット(<i>Rattus norvegicus</i>)の肝臓ミクロソームを作成し、1-ヒドロキシピレン(UGT1A6、UGT1A7、UGT1A9)、アセトアミノフェン(UGT1A1、UGT1A6、UGT1A9)、セロトニン(UGT1A6)を基質としてUGT活性を測定した。また、NCBIのデータベースからUGT1A領域の系統解析およびシンテニー解析を行った。<br>【結果及び考察】1-ヒドロキシピレン、アセトアミノフェン、セロトニンに対するUGT抱合活性を測定した結果、ラットに比べ食肉目では極めて低い活性を示した。また、系統解析及びシンテニー解析より、解析した全ての食肉目において、UGT1A分子種は特徴的な2遺伝子であるUSP40 とMROH2の間に保存されていることが明らかになった。さらに、食肉目は齧歯目に比べUGT1A領域が短く、UGT1A分子種数が少ないことが確認された。以上の結果から、鰭脚類を含めた食肉目はUGTによる異物代謝能が低く、環境化学物質に対する感受性が高い可能性が考えられた。

We are faced with three problems which are interrelated, when we try to construct the sociology of gender-problems. First, what areas does it cover, and what position does it occupy in the system of sociology? Second, how can it be constructed systematically? Third, how can gender-inequalities be analysed, which is one of central problems in it? This paper discusses these problems and comes to some conclusions as follows while centrally referring to recent works of Anthony Giddens, who is one of the most important sociologists in modern British sociology. First, the sociology of gender-problems deals with making of gender, patriarchy, gender-inequalities, sexuality, AIDS, and prostitution, etc. Second, it covers every area in the system of sociology, and it has the system which is from action and interaction to structure and change in various social areas. Third, when we analyse gender-inequlities, we must focus on how sexuality, gender, and inequality are interrelated.

We have investigated a regime change in the aggregate structures of a suspension composed of magnetic cubic particles in thermodynamic equilibrium, by means of Monte Carlo simulations. In concrete, we have addressed the dependence of the regime change on a variety of factors such as the magnetic field strength and the magnetic particle-particle interaction strength. The orientational distribution function and order parameters have been focused on for quantitatively discussing these characteristics. The main results obtained here are summarized as follows. If the magnetic interaction strength is sufficiently large for cluster formation, closely-packed clusters are formed under the combination and expansion of a cluster unit composed of 8 particles. A regime change in the internal structure of aggregates appears in a narrow range of the magnetic interaction strength, which is clearly exhibited by the order parameter employed here. A closely-packed configuration can be clearly characterized by the orientational distribution function; 8 high peaks appear in the orientational space in the case of the closely-packed structure. As the magnetic field is increased, the closely-packed clusters are collapsed and transformed into wall-like clusters along the magnetic field direction. This is because the magnetic moment of each particle has a strong tendency to incline in the magnetic field direction in the situation of a strong magnetic field.

A great deal of research has been done on the legal system in Mongolia during the Ch'ing period. But most of it is concerned with interpreting the Mongol Code (meng gu li 蒙古例) enacted by the Ch'ing government and tries to understand the judicial system in Mongolia in that way. There is no research which utilizes any actual judicial precedents. So there has been no way to see, except by speculation, (1)which code was actually effective, (2)how judgment was actually achieved, or (3)how leagues (cirulran) and banners (qosiru) actually functioned as judicial organs. In this paper the author collects and analyzes materials on judicial precedents in order to determine the actual process of the judicial system. He uses a collection of official documents (dang an 〓案) written in Mongolian. It was transcribed into the Cyrillic alphabet, titled as The oppression of Mongolian females in the period of the Manju invaders, and published at Ulan-bator in 1958. He also uses some other official documents photoengraved and introduced by K.Sagaster. The second chapter of The oppression of Mongolian females contains three documents exchanged between banners and leagues concerning an attempted murder which occurred in the left-wing-right-end (zuo yi you mo 左翼右末) banner of the Han-uul league in the Halha region. Looking at them, we can see the actual process of judgment. The outline of this incident is as follows. Two brothers stole three horses from a tayiji, but the bannerhead (jasar) ignored the Mongol Code and judged them by himself without reporting to his superiors. A daughter of the younger brother was given illegally to the tayiji in return for the stolen three horses and became a slave of the banner-head afterwards. Six years later she attempted to murder the banner-head and his wife, after she was incited by a man who had a grudge against the banner-head. The banner court of law sat again. Because she disclosed the illegal action of the banner-head in the second court of the league, the incident involved the banner-head himself and was reported to the emperor Qianlong (乾隆) by way of the minister dealing with the affairs in Huree (ku lun ban shi da chen 庫倫辧事大臣) and the board of foreign affairs (li fan yuan 理藩院). Finally the banner-head was deposed because of his illegal procedure and failure to report to his superiors, while the daughter was exiled to Canton, and the principal offender of the theft, her uncle, was sent to Hunan or Fukien. From these incidents, we can point out many legal facts which have not yet been appreciated. The first significant fact is the positive proof that the Mongol Code was applied in Mongolia during the Ch'ing period. And the second is the major principle that the Penal Code (xing lu・xing li 刑律・刑例) of the Ch'ing Code (da qing lu li 大清律例) was to be applied if there were no appropriate regulations in the Mongol Code. We can also bring out some other valuable facts : (1)the requirement that serious criminal cases had to be reported from banners to leagues and then to the board of foreign affairs, (2)the actual conditions at each level in which courts sat and the decisions were made and (3)the process of transporting criminals and witnesses from banners to leagues and then to Huree.

牛胚移植技術の普及を目指し,多くの酪農家と共に種々のETに取り組んだ.非過排卵処置牛からの採卵は供卵牛にホルモン剤を投与しない為、比較的容易に酪農家に受け入れられ,ET技術を理解して頂く上で有効であった.また,高泌乳牛群を用いたETは農家のET技術への偏見を払拭し,ET技術の素晴らしさを再認識して頂く上で効果的であった.特に,2頭のET牛は乳量日本記録を更新し,多くの酪農家の注目を浴びると共に,優良牛を用いてのET普及に大きく拍車をかけた.更に,優良未経産牛群を用いたETは,供卵牛を所有しない一般酪農家のET取り組み方法として有効であると共に,改良の世代間隔を短縮出来る効果的な手段であった.胚の切断2分離技術は,人為的な1卵性双子の作出により,高価な胚を効率的に移植し,回収胚からより多くの産子を獲得できた.またETS子牛の正常性も明らかとなった.
