In order to synthesize well-crystallized magadiite and kenyaite as a single phase in a short reaction time, amorphous silica was hydrothermally reacted with alkaline solutions in the temperature range from 150°C to 200°C. From a suspension containing SiO2 and NaOH with molar ratios of H2O/SiO2=18.5 and NaOH/SiO2=0.23, magadiite was formed after a reaction time of 48 h at 150°C or after 18h at 170°C. The formation of Na-kenyaite, however, required 6h at 200°C. Then, KOH and K2CO3 were used to lower the formation temperature of kenyaite. K-kenyaite was synthesized after 16h at 185°C from a suspension with molar ratios of H2O/SiO2=18.5 and KOH/SiO2=0.23. Furthermore, (Na, K)-kenyaite was formed after 48h at 150°C or after 24h at 170°C from suspensions with molar ratios of H2O/SiO2=18.5, NaOH/SiO2=0.23 and NaOH/K2CO3=0.95-23. Magadiite and kenyaite were formed through a difinite induction period after dissolution of amorphous silica.

[Purpose] This study compared the activity of the quadriceps femoris muscle according to the angle of ankle abduction during a lunge exercise. [Subjects and Methods] Fifteen male healthy volunteers participated in the study. All participants performed the lunge exercise with different angles of ankle abduction (0°, 20°, 40°, 60°). The activity of the rectus femoris (RF), vastus lateralis (VL) and vastus medialis oblique (VMO) muscles were recorded for the four angles by using a surface electromyography system. [Results] There were significant differences between the rectus femoris (RF), vastus lateralis (VL) and vastus medialis oblique (VMO) with every angle of the ankle joint. The most significantly increased muscle activity was evident in the vastus medialis oblique (VMO) when the ankle abduction was 60°. [Conclusion] These findings suggest that as the ankle abduction angle increases during the lunge exercise, the muscle activity of the quadriceps femoris muscle increases and this could be helpful in the selective muscle strengthening of the vastus medialis oblique muscle (VMO) with the ankle in the 60° abduction position.

Response spectrum analysis method is widely used for the seismic design of equipment and piping systems of nuclear power plant, or other industrial facilities. Some of the equipment and piping systems are multiply supported with plural floors, or several different points. In these cases, conservative design methods, such as uniform response spectrum (URS) method that envelopes all of the individual response spectra, or independent support motion (ISM) method are commonly accepted. These design methods are not practical, but often mislead to design with unnecessary conservatism. This paper presents the practical seismic analysis methodologies considering the correlation coefficients of seismic responses with multi-directional excitations, which is extended to apply the correlations between modal responses and between support motions, called cross-oscillator, cross-floor response spectrum by Asfura, A. and Kiureghian, A,D., and numerical examples are also presented to examine the validity for the seismic analysis method of multiply supported secondary systems, with simultaneous three directional excitations of each X, Y, Z axis.

地域社会は少子高齢化や人口減少など多種多様な問題を抱えている。財政縮減の中、すべての課題を解決することは難しい状況にある。地域社会にとって地域課題解決プロジェクトの選択は投資そのものであり、投資以上の価値を生むプロジェクトの選択が重要となる。プロジェクトの選択には、地域社会の価値創造の方向性を示したビジョンと、それを実現するための具体的な戦略が示されなくてはならない。本研究では、実行プログラムの起点となる「全体使命」において、3Sモデルに準じた「価値の発見」、「価値の実現」、「価値の獲得」の価値創造プロセスを導入し、ビジョンの設定と戦略を示した。この結果、複合的な地域課題の解決に有効な事例を得ることができたため報告する。

本研究の目的は,日本人女性の公費助成対象外HPV(human papilloma virus)ワクチン接種許容に関連する要因を抽出し,今後の対策と研究の方向性を考察することである.2006年1月から2013年6月までに公表された原著論文を医療文献データベース(医学中央雑誌,MEDLINE)で検索し,15件の量的研究を分析した.HPV/HPV関連事項の認識状況,HPVワクチン接種の認識状況/許容状況は,日本国内で多様であった.接種啓蒙活動において「女性間でHPV関連知識の程度に相違がある」「HPVが自分に関連すると認識していない」「HPVワクチンの有効性と安全性に懸念を抱いている」に対応し,活動標的を女性の周囲の人たちにも拡大する必要がある.さらに「自己負担の減額」「接種実施方法・場所の明示」「接種しやすい施設環境の整備」「多様な広報媒体の利用」が必要である.HPVワクチンの安全性の確保は当然のこととして,今後の研究は信頼性・妥当性のさらに高い調査が実施される必要がある.(著者抄録)

退職金にかかる税金(退職所得)は、給与などほかの所得とは切り離して計算される分離課税。退職所得の計算方法は73ページの表に記したが、勤続年数20年を境に計算方法が異なるため注意が必要。この数式を使って計算した退職所得を、所得税の速算表(55ページ)に当てはめたものが税額となる。

In this article, I analyze comparatively two litigation movements, Minoo <i>chukonhi</i> war memorial case and Osaka enthronement ceremony and <i>daijosai</i> Shinto ritual case, from the perspective of A. Melucci's theory of 'new socialmovement'. Through this comparative analysis, I clarify that a dynamism that generate in the tension between a formation of social movement identity and a conduct of lawsuit, impacts upon develop and decline of the movement as whole. On the one hand, when the litigation is conducted without taking into account on the moment of formation and/or affirmation of the collective identity, there is the risk that the collective identity, and therefore the movement as such, may collapse, even though some fruits are acquired through the litigation. On the other, when the lawsuit is conducted taking into account on the moment of formation and/or affirmation of the collective identity, there is a potential for generating new movements through legal technical refinements in that lawsuit, even if the lawsuit is end up with losing.

<p>教師は,自分の内なる自己(「ゲシュタルト」)を教師にとって望ましい形で育成する必要がある。この目的のために,教師を養成し指導する機関はどうすればよいのか? この課題に対し,自己の内面を教師として望ましい姿に育て続けているY氏を対象として,Y氏の内面に構築された「思考様式」の形成過程を追究した。その結果,教師の養成と指導に3つの手掛かりを得た。1点めは,指導技術と教育観についての学修の順序に関すること,2点めは,教師(教師になろうとする者も含む)と教師教育者の両者が「ゲシュタルト形成に関わる成長史」について理解すること,3点めは,他者との関わりも含め,学修内容の相対化を意識させることである。</p>

デザイン対象の機能は,デザイン対象とその周辺環境である場の関係に依存するといわれている.デザインという創造的行為における法則性の解明と,デザイン行為に関する知識の体系化を目指すデザイン科学を構築するためには,デザインにおける場について,デザイン場としての学術的な概念を確立する必要がある.場の概念は,デザインだけではなく様々な学術領域で用いられている.デザイン場構築の際に,これらの場の概念が参考になると考えられる.本研究では,デザイン場の構築を目指し,デザイン行為を包括的に論じることができる多空間デザインモデルを用いて,他の学問領域(物理学,生物学,ゲシュタルト心理学,社会心理学,生命関係学,組織論)における場の概念について,学問領域間の比較を行った.その結果,4つの場の類型を得た.

サッカレイが書いた様々な作品のうちでも、とりわけ『虚栄の市』を読めば、彼の抱えていたいろいろな問題に突き当る。ガンジス河のほとりに幼年時代を送り、その後イギリス本国へ戻って学校に入り、少年から青年に成長する。サッカレイは多感で神経質で、そのうえ母親にべったりなところがあったから、明るく楽しい思い出というような類は少ない。更に、成人して一家を構えるようになると、生活の重圧がもろに彼の肩に掛る。幼女の死、妻の精神異常、家庭崩壊、正しく悲運が悲運を呼ぶという具合だが、そんな生活の裡側でサッカレイの文学はゆっくりと熟していった。『虚栄の市』に彼の過去が揺曳していることは云うまでもない。サッカレイは自分の過去を凝視した人である。そこから人生を空と見る態度や、諷刺とか皮肉とか愛の精神、或は人物や事象の表裏を読む眼が鍛えられたものと思われる。『虚栄の市』ではそれらが作品を操る意図となり技法となって強く働いている。本稿ではそのあたりを出来るだけ作品から離れないで述べてみることにした。資料の勢いに流されることなく、作品の具体的な生命に触れるにはどうすれば良いか。そうなるとやはり、立返ってゆく所は作品そのものを措いて他にない。これは文学作品を扱う場合に常に重要な問題である。

Copenhagen大学動物博物館所蔵のマレーシア産クロバエの標本を調べる機会を得た。同定の結果マレーシアからは未記録であるニセミヤマキンバエLucilia bazini Seguy, 1934の1♂を見出したので新記録として発表する。なお, 本新記録種を含めたマレーシア産全7種の改訂された検索表を付した。

マトリックス支援レーザー脱離イオン化質量分析法(MALDI-MS)や液体クロマトグラフィー大気圧化学イオン化質量分析法(LC-APCI-MS)を用いて,水系溶液におけるポリエチレンオキシド(PEO),ポリメタクリル酸メチル(PMMA),及びPEOとポリプロピレンオキシド(PPO)コポリマーの超音波分解の研究を行った.28 kHzホーン型の低周波超音波装置を用いてそれぞれの高分子を超音波分解し,その照射時間による分子量分布の変化及び分解物の末端構造を詳細に解析した.その結果,平均分子量が異なる2, 6, 20, 2000 kDaのEOに対して,最終的には末端基の異なる5種類のオリゴマー分解物(分子量約1000 Da)が生成し,それらの分解経路を推定した.単分散PMMAの超音波分解では,キャビテーションによるOH · やH · の生成によるラジカル(化学)反応に加えて,キャビテーションバブルの崩壊による力学(物理)的な切断が高分子鎖の中央付近で起こることが示唆された.PEO-block-PPOの超音波分解では,分解生成物の詳細な構造解析から結合の最初の切断は,PEOとPPO鎖の結合部付近の主鎖で起こることが分かった.更に,酸素が付加した分解物が検出され,ヘリウム中の熱分解生成物との比較からその酸素源は水又は溶存酸素の可能性が示唆された.PEO-block-PPOの超音波分解は,力学的な切断だけでなくラジカル反応も関与していることが示された.

Bacterial contamination was observed in a platelet concentrate obtained by apheresis using COBE SPECTRA and stored for 45 hours with agitation at 20 to 24°C. The platelet product was contaminated with 107 CFU/ml of Bacillus cereus. The contamination was likely attributable to bacteria on the skin at the phlebotomy site, because 1) apheresis was performed in a closed system and 2) Bacillus cereus are known to exist ubiquitously including the skin surface, and to be resistant to the chlorohexidine-ethanol that is routinely used for disinfection of phlebotomy site in our blood center. In a spike experiment with apheresis platelets, the growth of Bacillus cereus was vey rapid, with a doubling time of 6 hours to reach 107 CFU/ml in 2 days.Leukocyte depletion resulted in reduced phagocytic activity and allowed rapid growth of the contaminating bacteria in platelet products. There findings enpharize the importance of preventing as far as possible. In addition, platelet recipients, largely comprising leukemia patients, are vulnerable to infection.
