日本の道徳教育は大きな転換点を迎えようとしている。小中学校において, 今まで領域とされていた道徳の授業が, 「特別の教科 道徳」として教科として位置付けられ小学校では平成30年度(2018年度), 中学校では平成31年度(2019年度)から実施されることとなった。道徳教育, 道徳科の授業の目標が明確化され, 効果的な授業についてもより開発の必要性が高まっている。近年日本で行われた道徳性や道徳教育に関わる研究を概観しつつ, その知見が道徳教育にどのように貢献できるかについて考察を行った。その結果, 道徳的判断, 子どもの道徳性の経年比較, 感情が道徳的認知に及ぼす影響, 共感, 海外の道徳教育, 道徳の授業実践に関する研究などが行われており, そのような研究の道徳教育への応用可能性について考察した。今後の展望として, さらなる基礎, 授業に関する実践研究などの必要性が述べられた。

一般に地すべり地の地下水は複雑に流れている。この地下水の流れを把握するために, 地下水検層法が標準的な方法として普及している。筆者は, 孔内微流速計を用いたボーリング孔内水の上下方向流の流速測定に取り組んできた。そしてこの方法を2箇所の活動的な地すべりで昨年実施した。測定結果は, 孔内水の明瞭な流速結果をとらえており, 各透水層の透水係数や水圧を算定することが出来た。これらの透水性の情報は, 地すべり地の地下水流動機構の解明を容易にした。結論としては, 孔内微流速計は, 地すべり地の地下水調査に有力な機器といえる。

平成27年3月17日に、学校教育法施行規則及び小学校学習指導要領、中学校学習指導要領、特別支援学校小学部・中学部学習指導要領の一部改正が行われ、それに伴う学校教育法施行規則で、「特別の教科 道徳」(道徳科)が正式に位置づけられた。特別の教科である道徳科で、何がどのように変更されるのか、先ずその設置経緯について述べてみた。道徳科の誕生により小学校は平成30年度から、中学校では平成31年度から道徳科教科書が使用されることになる。どのような教科書が使用されかの予想は難しいものの、現在小中学校で使われている副読本に類した教科書が発行されるであろう。そこで次に、現在の小中学校における道徳における指導上の問題点を踏まえながら、望ましい指導のあり方について、道徳教育及び道徳の時間の目的、価値指導、資料の取り扱いを中心に論考を進めていった。The School Education Act Enforcement Regulations and guidelines on elementary and junior high school curricula,including those for children requiring special support, were partially revised on March 17, 2015. In line with this, moral education was defined as a 'special course of study' in the School Education Act Enforcement Regulations.This paper outlines the circumstances that led to the incorporation of such education into the school curricula, with the aim of clarifying possible related changes in actual educational settings. For the newly established moral course, the use of new textbooks will start from FY2018 and FY2019 in elementary and junior high schools, respectively. Their contents are still unclear, but it is likely that textbooks similar to supplementary readers currently being used in these schools will be issued. Considering the challenges elementary and junior school teachers currently face, the paper subsequently discusses appropriate teaching methods, covering the purposes of moral education and classes, moral values for students, and material utilization.

Through the history of art education in Spain, the current Spanish Educational System,the legislative framework in the field of art education, the social reality surrounding Spanish children and the experience of teachers who form them in Art as a compulsory subject: we will approach the reality of the current art education in the country. Taking the assessment as a key theme of our consideration, we will present a study of cases by teachers located in a specific area, in a specific socio-economic, cultural context of high-medium level, describing how they apply in practice, the different methods, of evaluation of Arts Education given by the Spanish government and what are the main tools for evaluating teachers in this field, which in turn is subdivided, in Plastic and Visual Education and Music Education.

医療のあり方として「できるだけ長く生命の維持をはかる」ことを重視するのは当然であるが,それと並行して「その時その時今現在を人間らしく自分らしく生活する」ことも重視されなければならない.病気を有し治療を続ける中でもどんな毎日を送っていきたいかという患者の思いが尊重され,実現できることが望ましいが,それに関わる家族の思いや医療者の考えは,それぞれの立場もあり微妙に異なることが多い.臨床においては,個々のケースを検討していくことが重要になるが,状況を整理し問題を明らかにしていくには,「倫理」的な視点が重要となる.白浜雅司は「日常診療の場において,医療を受ける患者,家族の関係者,医療者間の立場や考えの違いから生じる様々な問題に気づき,分析して,それぞれの価値観を尊重しながら,関係するものが納得できる最善の解決策を模索していくこと」が臨床倫理であるとし,個々の事例をジョンセンが提唱した4分割表を用いて倫理検討することを広めた.倫理検討の基盤となる医療の倫理としては,ビーチャム&チルドレスが「自律尊重」「善行」「無危害」「正義」の4つの原則を提示している.4つの原則は医師はじめ医療者全体の共通倫理である.それらの原則の意図することを日本のことわざに例えてみれば,自律尊重=「かわいい子には旅をさせよ」「失敗は成功のもと」,善行=「長いものには巻かれろ」「老いては子に従え」,無危害=「転ばぬ先の杖」等と考えられる.このように考えると,これらの原則は,臨床の場面では4つとも同時に満たすことができない,(原則間の対立:関わるそれぞれの人の価値観が異なり,どうすればよいか意見が異なり対立・衝突している状況)ことは当然起こりうることである.また,ジレンマ:どのことも等しく重要であり, 2つ以上の選択肢のどれを選択するか判断がつかずに悩む状況も,当然ありうることである.特に看護師は,患者・家族と医療者との間をとりもったり,治療の影響で変容している生活の営みを再構築するという調整役やゲートキーパー的な役割を有することより,患者や家族,医療者の価値観のズレに気づき悩むことが多く,ジレンマを有しやすい立場にある.

The effect of phosphoric acid pre-etching on enamel bond fatigue durability of universal adhesives and two-step self-etch adhesives was investigated. Four universal adhesives and three two-step self-etch adhesives were used. The initial shear bond strengths and shear fatigue strengths to enamel with and without phosphoric acid pre-etching using the adhesives were determined. SEM observations were also conducted. Phosphoric acid pre-etching of enamel was found to increase the bond fatigue durability of universal adhesives, but its effect on two-step self-etch adhesives was material-dependent. In addition, some universal adhesives with phosphoric acid preetching showed similar bond fatigue durability to the two-step self-etch adhesives, although the bond fatigue durability of universal adhesives in self-etch mode was lower than that of the two-step self-etch adhesives. Phosphoric acid pre-etching enhances enamel bond fatigue durability of universal adhesives, but the effect of phosphoric acid pre-etching on the bond fatigue durability of two-step self-etch adhesives was material-dependent.

【目的】本研究の目的は,がん患者の家族が,終末期における治療中止の何に,どのような理由で後悔をしているか記述的に明らかにすることである.【方法】がん患者の遺族37名を対象に,意思決定当時と現在の2時点にかけての心理的プロセスに関する半構造化面接を行った.結果は,内容分析によって整理した.【結果】約40%の遺族に何らかの後悔についての発話がみられた.後悔の内容は,8カテゴリーに分類され,決定当時の4カテゴリーから,現在は7カテゴリーに多様化した.後悔に関連する理由は43カテゴリーに分類された.後悔がない理由は,患者や家族の要因や医療者との関係といった当時の状況に関するものが多かった.後悔がある理由は,意思決定のプロセスや選択肢,心理的対処といった意思決定の仕方と医療者との関係が多かった.【結論】後悔の性質と機能的な心理的対処の関連を理解することで,遺族の後悔制御方略を提案できる可能性が示唆された.

The quadrotors are useful for periodic inspections of tunnels and bridges. However, the conventional quadrotor has a problem such that it is impossible to control the rotational motion and the translational motion independently. Therefore, if the camera is attached on the bottom of the quadrotor, it is difficult to observe its upward direction. In this paper, we develop a novel quadrotor that has a parallel link to tilt itself. By increasing one degree of freedom of the quadrotor, we resolve the problems described above. And we derive a model of the developed quadrotor. Then, we consider a PID controller for the stabilization of the quadrotor at a specified hovering state. We derive gain parameters of the PID controller by which the controlled quadrotor is stabilized.
