経済学では組織を契約の集まりとみなす.これは経済学が個人主義を方法論として取るからである.ここでの契約の概念は,インセンティブ契約やまた暗黙の契約を含んで考えられる.最近では,契約では細かく行動を定めるのではなく,誰が決めるかを決めたり(不完備契約),あるいは相互関係のルールを決める(ゲーム・プレイング・エージェント)ことも,契約の果たしている役割として注目されてきている.

Wenn man einmal einen positiven oder negativen Pfeinform dem TragFlügel gegeben hatte, so wurde es sich hauptsachlich um die Stabilitat handeln. Der EinFlüss des Winkels auf den Auftrieb und Widerstand, mit Ausnahme von einigen besonderen Fallen, wurde noch nicht geklart.Also versuchte ich eine approximative Berechnung zu vervollstandigen, um die wegen des mit beiden Winkeln versehenen Flügels entstehende, allgemeine Tendenz von Auftrieb und Widerstand klar zu machen, indem ich einen Versuch an den rechtwinkeligen, mit einer positiven oder negativen Pfeinform versehenen Flügel von Clark-Y Profil, in einem Einmeterkanal machte.Nach meiner Betrachtung wird die Verteilung der Zirkulation unbedingt um die Gestalt des ebenen Flügels bei der Berechnung sich handeln, weil er mit einer positiven oder negativen Pfeinform versehen ist. Folglich berucksichtigte ich die in der Flügelsbreiterichtung sowohl als in der Flügelssehnerichtung entstehende Verteilung und ich bemuhte mich daraus eine Berechnungsmethode zu verwirklichen.

Taishu horses are a native Japanese breed, of which only 41 individuals remained on Tsushima Island in 2018. Their genetic diversity is considered lower than that of other Japanese native horse breeds; thus, it needs to be investigated for sustainable conservation of this breed. Historical records revealed that several Taishu individuals were released areas off-Tsushima Island in mid-1980s. At present, Taishu horses living outside of Tsushima Island, hereafter referred to as Non-Tsushima Taishus (NTTs), are tagged. However, the genetic structure of the NTT individuals remains unclear, and such individuals are not included in the current mating plans for Taishu horses. Herein, we examined the genetic structure of 18 NTT individuals by comparing their genomic (SNP) information with that of individuals on Tsushima Island (TT), four other native Japanese breeds, and one Anglo-Arabian breed by using ddRAD-seq. We found that all individuals related to the Taishu can be grouped in one cluster, which was separated from other horse breeds. Patterns of specific and shared SNPs in NTT individuals closely resembled those of TT individuals, suggesting very minor genetic differences. Meanwhile, the heterozygosity of NTT individuals was slightly higher than that of TT individuals, and many NTT individuals were of fertile age, suggesting that the pedigree of NTT individuals would be useful in breed conservation plans for Taishu horses. Based on their genomic information, we also reconstructed the pedigree structures of four NTT individuals with no family information. The inclusion of NTT individuals in future mating plans on Tsushima Island may be an effective and feasible method for conserving the Taishu horse breed in Japan.

本稿ではまず、日本語教育用映像教材をいくつか紹介し、その問題点について論じる。著者らはどのテキストを使っていても利用できる、汎用性が高い映像教材を制作したいと考えた。その第一段階として国内外の日本語教育機関で使用されている初級教科書・補助教材に関しての実態調査とニーズ調査を行った。その結果、多くの現場で映像教材が使用されているにも関わらず、なお他の教材を求める声が高いことがわかった。本稿ではGoogle Driveによるアンケートの作成方法も合わせて紹介する。

冬季季節風下における中部日本周辺の雲分布について,地形が原因で生じる気象票素分布の特徴によって受ける影響(地形効果)を考察した.その結果,地形効果は, 800~850mbの風がほぼ西から吹く場合と,ほぼ北西から吹く場合の,二つに集約して説明される.前者の場合,地形性の高山高気圧が閉曲線に囲まれた形で解析されず,日本海側の帯状雲は福井平野から金沢平野にかけて分布し,太平洋側の雲バンドは冷気の吹き出しによって発生する.後者の場合,中部山岳の風上に高山高気圧が閉曲線に囲まれた形で発生する.敦賀には低気圧が解析され,この低気圧の位置に日本海の帯状雲がかかる.太平洋側でも,中部山岳の風下に四日市低気圧や三宅島低気圧が発生し,これらを伴う風の不連続線に沿って雲バンドが発生する.

The explanation which the village itself moved is generally recognized about the movement of the villages in Kujukuri-Hama coastal region, Boso Peninsula. That is, in this region the villages consist of three types, the Furumura village which was situated on the hill, the Shinden village and the Naya village, and they are different from each other in the time of the establishment, so that the Furumura village was established in the middle ages, the Shinden village was established by the middle of the modern ages and the Naya village was established in the last time of the modern ages, one hundred and several decades ago. In the history of those establishments the villages have the relationship with each other, which the Furumura village cultivated the Shinden and there the Shinden Village was established afresh, and moreover both the Furumura village and the Shinden village moved to the Naya village.In this paper, the new materials which were unable to be pointed out in the former explanation are reported, based on our investigation of the villages. It is as follows. In the history of the sardine fishery along. Kujukuri-Hama coast since the begining of the modern ages, 5 heavy catch periods of the sardine fishery and 5 poor catch periods of it between the heavy catch periods are found. Through its history the Naya village was formed at the 2nd heavy catch period of the sardine fishery, 300 years ago and thereafter it was forced to move to the place nearer the coast by the Shinden village at the following 2nd poor catch time and at the same time the Shinden village developed at the former trace of the moved Naya village. Such movement of the Naya village may be explained by such way that the Naya village itself moved from the former site to the later site. On the other hand, the Naya village greatly developed at the 3rd and 4th heavy catch periods of the sardine fishery and has got the present form. This development of the Naya village is owing to the movement of the villagers from the Furumura village and the Shinden village at the latter period of the modern ages. This development of the Naya village is mostly unable to be explained by the movement of the village itself, but by the movement of the villagers which means not only the movement of the number of the villagers but the movement of the social combination of the village community. Thus, the villages along Kujukuri-Hama coast have got the present form, repeating the changes that they changed into the fishery village at the heavy catch period of the sardine fishery and changed into the farm village at the poor catoh period.

The organ procurement team must evaluate whether the organs such as liver, small intestine, pancreas, kidney can be procured or not by the donor conditions, past history, present illness, blood chemistry and ultrasonography. Before donor operation, multiorgan procurement teams should discuss about the order of organ procurement, crossclamp, blood drainage, perfusion technique and the division of the vessels. Donation of the abdominal organs from brain-dead donor is performed with the procedure of multiorgan donation technique. In the abdominal organs, small intestine is first extracted followed by the extraction of the liver and pancreas separately or en bloc. When the liver is solitary procured, en bloc procurement of pancreas and kidneys is popular in Japan. In the back table, the pancreas was isolated from the kidney grafts followed by the separation of both kidney grafts. Both kidneys are divided by the division of the aorta, the vena cava and the connective tissues. The kidney grafts are perfused with UW solution before packing on ice.

ハイリスクの妊婦にキシリトールを用いて介入し、う蝕原性菌の母子伝播予防効果について検討した。得られた結果は以下のとおりである。1.介入前の妊婦の実態調査について(1)唾液中のMS数がハイリスクであった者は半数以上であった。(2)「現在、歯科医院を受診中である」と答えた者は1割未満だった。(3)喫煙習慣がMS菌数を増加させる可能性が示唆された。(4)ハイリスクの妊婦は、特定の食品の摂取頻度が高かった。(5)半数以上の妊婦が初産であった。第2子目以降の妊婦の方が初産の妊婦より有意にハイリスクであった。2.キシリトールによる介入研究について(1)介入3か月後の対照群では7人に1人、Xyl群では2人に1人がローリスクであった。キシリトールを摂取すると、母親はローリスクに転じやすい。(2)キシリトール摂取による副作用(下痢等)は、ほとんど生じなかった。(3)母親が妊娠期からキシリトールガムを摂取すると、子が9か月時以降にMS菌を保有する割合は、対照群よりも有意に低かった。以上の結果から、う蝕原性菌の母子伝播を予防するために、妊娠中から母親がキシリトールを摂取することは、primary-primary preventionの一方法として有効であることが示唆された。

本稿では「協調性」をAgreeablenessとCooperativenessの両方を含む概念(非利己的で,他者に対して受容的,共感的,友好的に接し,他者と競い合うのではなく,譲り合って調和を図ったり協力したりする傾向)としてとらえ,この特性の起源に関する文献を展望した。これらの文献からは,AgreeablenessもCooperativenessも遺伝と環境の両方の影響を受けること,協調性は社会的絆の形成・維持に関連する親和性等の気質と自己調整に関連する気質と関係があることが示唆された。また,親和性と,同じく社会的絆の形成・維持に関係があり協調性との関連が深いと考えられる共感性には神経生物学的基盤があることが示唆された。これらの基盤が協調性の遺伝的起源の一部となっている可能性がある。協調性の要素間の関係やパーソナリティ特性としての成立過程,環境的起源については,さらに詳細に検討する必要がある。協調性の尺度についても再検討が必要である。
