水に対する溶解度を増加させる目的で1,2-シクロヘキサンジアミン(dach)および2-(アミノメチル)シクロヘキシルアミン(amcha)を担体配位子とする一連の白金(IV)錯体を合成し,これらのマウス白血病L1210に対する制がん性試験を実施した。いずれの錯体も制がん活性であり,またdach自金(IV)錯体の方がamcha白金(IV)錯体よりも制がん効果が高く,かつ前者の錯体ではl-dachを担体配位子とする白金(IV)錯体が他の異性体白金(IV)錯体よりも高い制がん活性を示す傾向にあった。とくに,trans-PtCl2(oxalato)(l-dach),trans-PtCl2(malonato)(l-dach)およびtrans-PtCl2(oxaloto)(dl-trans-amcha)が高い制がん効果を示し,第二次制がん性試験を実施する資格を十分に備えているものと考えている。一般に,白金(IV)錯体は白金(II)錯体と比較して反応性が低いことから,白金(IV)錯体は生体内で白金(II)錯体に還元されてはじめてその制がん活性を発現するとも考えられているので,とくに光,およびアスコルビン酸による還元反応についてHPLCにより検討した。その結果,dach白金(IV)錯体は水溶液中で容易に白金(II)錯体に還元されることを見いだした。

Since the discovery of the antitumor activity of cis-dichlorodiammineplatinum (II) (=DDP) by B. Rosenberg et al. in 1969, various diamino Pt complexes have been synthesized and their antitumor activities were tested, in order to prepare more potent Pt complexes, with least toxicity. cis-DDP was found very effective and it had been approved by the Food and Drug Administration, U.S.A. in December, 1978 as an antitumor agent for the treatmet of bladder cancer, ovarian cancer, testis cancer and, head and neck cancer. The problem is the kidney toxicity and severe nausea and vomiting, when DDP was administered to the patients. Ototoxicity is also another problem.Various Pt complexes were synthesized by replacing carrier ligands, and mono- and bi-dentate leaving groups. 1, 2- Cyclohexanediamine (= dach) is considered to be one of the useful carrier ligands. Dach has two geometrical isomers, cis and trans, and the latter is resolved into two optical isomers, d and l.Among the Pt complexes prepared in my laboratory, D-glucuronato and D-gluconato Pt (II) complexes of trans-1-dach are water-soluble and potential antitumor agents.2- (Aminomethyl) cyclohexylamine and stilbenediamine were synthesized. The former has two geometrical isomers, each of which has two optical isomers, while the latter has three isomers, meso, trans-d and trans-l. Preparation of their Pt (II) complexes and their antitumor activities are described.

映像作品においては,編集によって「違和感」あるいはその前段階としての「戸惑い」を認知時に生じさせることができ,それが映像への没入度と関係している.本発表では、近年の代表的な映像作品における「戸惑い」の認知を分析すると共に、それが物語的な切断を意図した映像編集の有無によって変化することを立証する.

オンライン市場において、最低価格保証という価格戦略を表明する事業者が増えている。最低価格保証制度にはいくつかのバリエーションが存在するが、それらの戦略的優位性についてゲーム理論による分析を行う。最低価格保証制度は独占価格を均衡価格として持ち、価格競争を抑制する効果があるとされるが、最低価格保証のルールによってはさまざまな均衡の存在が知られている。本稿では、これらの関係についてまとめ、近年のオンライン市場に見られる価格競争の動向について考察を加える。

On the basis of previous studies of the glass formation range of borate systems and the relation of composition, refractive index and Abbe's number of borate glass, optical region of lanthanum borate glasses on nD-ν diagram and its possible limit of high refractive and low dispersive side were investigated. These lanthanum borate glasses contained oxides of Ti, Zr, Th, Nb, Ta, W, Ba, and Al, and their glass formation range of 4- or 5-component systems were studied. Then the refractive index and Abbe's number of lanthanum borate glasses were measured and from their data and following equations the component factors were calculated.nD=1.445+Σiai+Σibixi2ν=(nD-1)/(0.521+Σikixi)nDai, bi, ki and xi are component factors and molar fraction of MinOm.As a result, it has been proved that caluculated values show good agreement with experimental values. On the basis of this result, then, optical region was researched on nD-νdiagram. And the resulted limiting line of high refractive and low dispersive side passes every point of nD=1.70, ν=55; nD=1.80, ν=50; nD=1.90, ν=40 and nD=2.00, ν=35.

This paper proposes to paste non-magnetic materials on the rotor surface of a cylindrical brushless DC motor and to use the model including the extended e.m.f. for sensorless control. In the proposed method, the inductance changes depending on the rotor position because of eddy currents, which flow on the non-magnetic material at high frequency. The rotor position can be estimated at standstill and at low speeds. The simulation results show that the proposed method is very useful.
