無線LANとPDAを用いた柔軟な授業支援システムSEGODON-PDAを開発した.従来の固定型の授業支援システムは,計算機室などの計算機を設置した教室のみでしか実施できず,管理に手間がかかるという問題があった.PDAは比較的安価であり,携帯性に優れるため,柔軟なシステムの運用が可能である.SEGODON-PDAは,内容の異なる2つの授業に対する支援を行う.講義形式の授業では,学生が授業中に演習問題を授業用のウェブサイトからPDA上にダウンロードし,そこで解答する.学生は,PDAを持ち,画面上の解答を見ながら板書する.また,宿題をPDA上にダウンロードし,次回の授業までに教室外で解答を行う.発想法を学ぶ実習形式の授業では,PDAを用いたアイディア収集や発想法の結果を無線LANとPDAを利用して口頭発表を行う.開発したSEGODON-PDAを大学3年生の2種類の授業へ適用した結果,以下のことが分かった.(1)無線LANとPDAを用いたSEGODON-PDAは,講師と学生との対話性のある支援が行え学生から高く評価された.(2)様々な授業内容に対する支援が可能であり,教室外での宿題や予習などにも利用可能であった.We have developed a flexible lecture support system using PDAs and wireless LAN, named SEGODON-PDA. A conventional fixed lecture support system has been carried out only in the classroom such as a computer room. The problem is the trouble of management. PDAs are comparatively cheap and their portability is good. A flexible system can be built using PDAs. The system can support two types of lectures. We applied SEGODON-PDA to a lecture-type class. Students could download the contents for the lecture using a wireless LAN in class and could write something on a blackboard while carrying and seeing a PDA. They could do their homework outside of the classroom. We applied SEGODON-PDA to an exercise-type class. Students could collect ideas for the exercise of an idea generation method. They make a presentation about results of the exercise using their PDA with a wireless LAN. We have applied the system for third year students. The results of the applications are shown below. (1) The results of the application show that SEGODON-PDA is effective and highly evaluated. The class became interactive between the lecturer and students. (2) The system could support several types of lectures. The system could also support the homework or the preparation outside of the classroom.

2004年7月16日。3日前に梅雨明けした途端、真夏日に襲われた関東地方は、その日も朝からうんざりするような日差しが照りつけていた。 午前11時過ぎ、永野の机の電話が鳴る。電話の向こうの男はやや甲高い口調で、まとまった量の明星食品株を取得したので大株主として千駄ケ谷(東京都渋谷区)の明星本社にお邪魔したいなどと、まくし立てた。

チエノピリジン系抗血小板薬であるクロピドグレルは,経皮的冠動脈インターベンションのステント留置例において,亜急性血栓性閉塞の予防に寄与する重要な薬剤である。しかし,クロピドグレルは肝臓において薬物代謝酵素の1 つであるCYP2C19 により代謝され薬効を発揮するため,その代謝活性が低い場合効果を示さないことがある。今回われわれは,クロピドグレル服用中でステント留置後に亜急性血栓性閉塞を繰り返した症例を経験した。この症例に対し,VerifyNow®P2Y12 を用いてチエノピリジン系薬剤に特異的な血小板凝集活性を測定したところ,クロピドグレルの薬効がまったく認められなかった。そこで,本患者のCYP2C19遺伝子多型解析を行ったところ,クロピドグレルの代謝能力が低いタイプであることが判明した。この結果をふまえ,クロピドグレルをチクロピジンに変更し,VerifyNow®P2Y12 により抗血小板活性を測定したところ,薬効が認められるようになった結果,合併症を出現せずに経過している。今回の知見で示したように,VerifyNow®P2Y12 とCYP2C19 の遺伝子多型解析の組み合わせは,今後のクロピドグレル適正使用に貢献できるものと考える。

Warum ist die "Kunst" in der Philosophie Heideggers in letzteren Jahren ein wesentliches Problem? Welche Bedeutung und Frage hat seine Seinsfrage fur die Kunsttheorie? Das sind meine Hauptthemen. Heidegger will sich von αληθε〓 ον aus die Seinsfrage nochmals uberlegen. Die Wahrheit des Seins ist im bisherigen metaphysisch-begrifflichen Denken unter dessen Grunde selbst verborgen und vergessen. Daher kann sie nicht durch solches Denken gedacht werden, sondern sie muss durch das "Dichten" als ein neues eingentliches Denken gedacht werden. Wenn Heidegger von der "Kunst" spricht, meint er damit das "Dichten", das Singen und Denken unterhalt und in die Wahrheit des "Seyns" reicht. Also stellt sich diese Theorie auf die grundlichste Dimension, die von den bisherigen Kunsttheorien schon in ihrem Ansatz ubersprungen wurde und die Geschichte erst geschehen lasst. Gerade darin, meine ich, besteht die tiefste Bedeutung der Seinsfrage Heideggers fur die Kunsttheorie. Die Geschichte, d. h. die Seinsgeschichte tragt zwar einen eigentlichen Charakter der Kunst, aber in ihr kann alles Wollen des Menschen beim Kunstschaffen nicht einbegriffen sein, wo das Kunstwerk gedeiht. Nach Heidegger sind Dichter nur bestimmte Gesellschaft des Gesprachs, um eigentliches Denken zu vollziehen. Deshalb ist es fur ihn kein Zweck, Gesprach mit allen Kunstlern in jedem Genre und jeder Zeit, d. h. Kunstgeschichte zu haben. Der Aesthetiker soll sich weitere Frage nach dem Kunstwerk, die Heidegger in seiner Seinsfrage nicht aufnehmen durfte, zur Aufgabe machen.

食物の噛みごたえ量や食べ方, 保護者の食事づくりに対する態度などが, 幼児の咀嚼能力や歯の擦り減りとどのように関連しているかについて検討した。<br>1) 歯の擦り減りが観察された幼児は22.8%であり, むし歯や不正咬合が観察された幼児の割合より多かった。<br>2) 歯の擦り減りは4歳児より5歳児, そして1~2歳の頃にタオルしゃぶり癖のあった幼児に多かった。<br>3) 擦り減りは, 口腔機能の発達を考慮して離乳食を与えられたり, 現在, 手づくりの食事を心がけられている幼児に多かった。<br>4) 擦り減りは, 外食の多い幼児に少なかった。<br>5) 歯の擦り減りあり群の幼児の咬合力は, 擦り減りなし群に比較し, 大きかった。<br>6) 外食の少ない幼児, 市販食品の使用頻度の少ない幼児の咬合力は, そのような状況にない幼児に比較し大きかった。<br>7) 咬合力に影響を及ぼす食品として, いか (煮), 豚ヒレ肉, 油揚げ, ほうれん草が選出された。<br>8) 咬合力は, 食物繊維摂取量と有意な相関関係がみられた。<br>9) 母親の離乳食の与え方や食事づくり, 食事の食べさせ方に関する態度と食物繊維摂取量に関連がみられた。

'Sleep' behavior of butterflies at night was observed in 46 individuals belonging to 13 species in 1999 at my house garden. The main sleeping place of Papilio xuthus receives little sunshine, having a high humidity, and is windless compared with the other areas. This species slept hanging from a twig of the tree or at the top of a grass stem 60-150cm high, and usually kept its wings closed. I observed two cases that seemed to be the same individual spending two nights on the same spot. Argyreus hyperbius slept with its wings closed and selected a twig 150-200cm high. This species probably spent two nights at the same spot like P. xuthus. Therefore, I believe that those species had an exact memory of the sleeping place of the previous night, hence they came back to sleep the next evening. Eurema hecabe always slept with its wings closed and hanging from the underside of a leaf of short grass. They preferred a rather dry and open place. Zizeeria maha always slept with both wings closed at the top of a short grass stem 40-50cm high.

[Purpose] This study aimed to assess the effect of a virtual reality exercise program accompanied by cognitive tasks on the balance and gait of stroke patients. [Subjects] Twenty stroke patients were randomly assigned to two groups 10 to an experimental group that performed a virtual reality exercise program accompanied by cognitive tasks and 10 to a control group. The control group performed a proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation exercise program. Balance was measured with the Berg Balance Scale. Gait was assessed using the Timed Up and Go Test. The paired t-test was used to compare groups before and after the experiment. The independent t-test was conducted to assess differences in the degree of change between the two groups before and after the experiment. [Results] Within-group comparison in the experimental group showed significant differences in the Berg Balance Scale and Timed Up and Go Test. In a comparison between groups, the differences in the Berg Balance Scale and Timed Up and Go Test in the experimental group appeared significant compared with the control group. [Conclusion] The results of the experiment indicate that a virtual reality exercise program accompanied by cognitive tasks has a positive effect on the balance and gait of stroke patients.
