近年,雪国では大スパンの建物や超高層建築物などが増えており,建物の屋根上雪荷重や吹きだまりによる積雪の評価が設計上重要である.そこで模型雪を用いた風洞実験(吹雪風洞実験)が,その性状や評価を行なう手段として用いられている.ここでは,吹雪風洞実験の概要と吹雪風洞実験について実際の建物への応用例を中心に紹介する.

ビデオ会議システムは,対面状況と同等なコミュニケーション環境を遠隔地間につくり出すことを目標の一つとしている.本稿では,遠隔地と空間共有を目指すt-Roomを取り上げ,同システムがこの目標を満たしているかどうかを評価した.本稿では評価法に関するロジックと,実際に評価を行った結果について報告する.評価の結果,必ずしも対面状況と同等の結果が得られるわけではないが,t-Roomでは対面状況と同様に平等的な選択がなされやすいことがわかった.また,地点間の人数の不均衡によるバイアスは発生せず,その点においては対面状況と同等であるとみなせることがわかった.

ビデオ会議システムの究極の目標の一つは,対面状況と同等な環境を遠隔地間に作り出すことにあると言える.本研究は,遠隔地間で利用者の相対位置を共有することのできるビデオコミュニケーションシステムt-Roomを取り上げ,同システムがこの目標を満たしているか確かめることを目標とする.本稿では評価法に関するロジックと,実際の評価について説明し,先行実験の結果を確認するための追加実験のデータを報告する.追加実験の結果,先行実験の結果がおおむね再現され,t-Roomは対面状況と同様な合議結果がもたらされやすいことがわかった.

企業ではソフトウェア開発を行うに当たり短納期で開発を行うために、複数のプロジェクトを同時期に行うことが一般的になってきた。そのため、各作業で必要となる作業要員が複数のプロジェクトに共有される。これによって作業者は自分の所属するプロジェクトの各作業に優先順序を付けて、時間配分をして作業を進める必要がある。しかし、この場合、作業に優先順序を決定することが容易でないことが多い。なぜならば、作業者が優先順序を決定するためには作業者が所属する各プロジェクト、各部署における作業の情報とその関連をすべてチェックしたうえで行わなければならない。そのチェックしなければならない情報が非常に膨大で、考慮不足などにより誤った優先順序の設定を行ってしまうと、重要な作業に遅延が生じればプロジェクト全体にまで影響が波及してしまう。そういったリスクに対処するためんに優先順序の設定を人の頭の中だけで行うのではなくシステムによって自動的に設定を行い作業者の優先順序の設定を支援することが本研究の主題である。また、古宮、小坂らによって作業優先順序自動設定システムにおける手法が提案されているが、本研究ではそれに不足した手法であるボトルネック工程を考慮した作業優先順序の設定手法を提案する。また、先行研究で提案された手法に従って作業の優先順序の設定を行うと、作業者個人では優先順序の決定ができない場合が生じてくる、そのような特殊なケースにおける優先順序の設定手法を提案する。Doing two or more projects in the enterprise at a simultaneous period when the software development is done to development by the quick turn has become general. As a result, the worker should distribute putting the priority order on each work of the project that I belong at time and proceed work. However, it is not easy to decide the priority order to work in this case. Because after all information and the relation of work in each project and each post to which the worker belongs are checked, it is necessary to do so that the worker may decide the priority order. The influence spreads even to the whole project if the delay is caused in the heavy-duty work if the priority order very huge information should, and mistaking the check due to consideration shortage etc. is set. It is a subject of the present study in not straightening for the doing system to set automatically and to support the setting of the order of giving priority to the worker only by person's head that deals with such a risk as for the setting of the priority order. Moreover, it proposes a set technique of the order of giving priority to work to consider the bottleneck process that is a technique in the present study insufficient in it though the technique in the automatic work priority order setting system is proposed by komiya and ksaka. Moreover, if the order of giving priority to work is set according to the technique proposed by the previous work, it proposes a set technique of the priority order in such a special case where the case where the worker individual cannot decide the priority order is caused.

Les freres Goncourt n'aiment pas l'operette. Ayant vu Croquefer, d'Offenbach, ils en condamnent la frivolite. Selon eux, l'abrutissement des Francais gagne meme la Cour de l'Empereur, ou "les distractions, les plaisirs tombent au plus bas avilissement de la betise". On y a joue, precisentils, "une charade ou le mot<fourbu>a ete le pretexte pour rapporter a ces oreilles, qui ne peuvent s'en souler, le<Bu qui s'avance>". Allusion a certain passage de La Belle Helene, relatif au roi barbu qui s'avance. Pourquoi l'operette d'Offenbach connait-elle un prodigieux essor sous le Second Empire? Et pourquoi son declin est-il consecutif a l'ecroulement de l'Empire? Si l'opera est represente essentiellement dans les theatres royaux, pour l'aristocratie, l'operette, genre comique, s'adresse au peuple. Or, le rire accompagne aisement la satire sociale, il en garantit le succes. L'operette en arrive done a viser les puissants, ou ceux qui leur sont soumis, et finit par susciter une sorte d'esprit revolutionnaire. L'apparente legerete du divertissement n'est pas sans danger pour un pouvoir dictatorial. Le Second Empire a d'ailleurs un point faible dans son origine, plutot douteuse. Ce regime provoque lui-meme la satire, offre des materiaux particulierement convenables a l'operette. Entreprenant le travestissement de l'antiquite grecque, Offenbach ridiculise toutes les autorites existantes. Le Second Empire, qui ne possede qu'un pouvoir incertain, doit sans cesse donner le change, cacher le vide en multipliant parures splendides et decorations eblouissantes: c'est le seul moyen pour griser la classe bourgeoise ainsi que la classe ouvriere. La modernisation de Paris par Haussmann s'inscrit dans cette politique, de meme que les Expositions universelles et les guerres successives, qui permettent d'enivrer constamment le peuple afin de maintenir l'Empire. Un tel jeu de dupes cree une atmosphere fort semblable a celle de l'operette. La Belle Helene, passionnante parodie de l'epopee grecque, montre un Agamemnon qui, vetu d'un maillot de bain Second Empire et muni d'une ceinture de natation en caoutchouc, entre en scene pour danser un cancan. Les Parisiens rient d'autant plus qu'ils reconnaissent sur la sene le monde de la Cour, ou Napoleon III s'ingenie a consolider son pouvoir. L'amour d'Helene, le pressentiment de la Guerre de Troie, l'habilete des puissants a rejeter toute responsabilite sur les autres: evocation, sur le mode de la derision, du Paris d'avant la guerre franco-allemande, attendant l'effondrement de l'Empire. La Vie Parisienne fait certes la satire des cocodes, de la boheme mondaine ou des viveurs du boulevard, mais ils ne sont, avec la parodie de la fausse aristocratic jouee par des domestiques, que le negatif des puissants. Ainsi les Parisiens se moquent-ils, a tous les etages, de cette societe ou se manifestent les signes annonciateurs de la chute. Il est permis de percevoir chez Offenbach une tendance a favoriser la prefiguration de l'esprit democratique. En 1867, annee de l'Exposition Universelle, Hortense Schneider est a l'apogee de sa gloire. Tous les princes d'Europe en visite a Paris vont voir La Grande-Duchesse de Gerolstein. Et Bismarck, enchante par l'operette, declare: "C'est tout a fait cela." Veut-il parler de la faiblesse de l'empereur? N'a-t-il pas deja formule le jugement qu'il porte sur Napoleon III: "l'incapacite meconnue"? Ce Paris plonge dans l'ivresse, cette Hortense qui regne sur un monde insouciant, tout confirme, aux yeux du chancelier, le recul de l'esprit militaire en France. Les troupes en papier mache du general Boum ne tarderont pas a lui montrer la realite meme de l'armee francaise. La fin de l'Empire marque celle de l'operette. Les concessions faites par le souverain ont restreint la portee de la satire. La France est assez demoralisee pour considerer le regime imperial avec pitie. En fait, c'est le reve republicain qui l'a emporte sur l'operette. Le role d'Offenbach est terming, mais le compositeur va conserver la celebrite sous la Troisieme Republique. Son opera, Les Contes d'Hoffmann, n'ajoute guere a sa gloire; il en constitue le dernier eclat.

The "Argentina Maru" is the first motor passenger and cargo ship to be constructed under the special Shipbuilding Subsi〓y of the first grade gr〓nted by the Japanese Government, and this magnificent Round-the-Wor1d Liuer is wholly of Japanese construction aud materia1s. In vi〓w of these circumstances, it seems to be appropriate to make some reference to the ship ; therefore a general description of the vast design, construction, equipment, etc., is given in this paper.

自律神経系の機能異常に基づく各種アレルギー性肺疾患病態における肺肥満細胞の役割を解明する目的で, 酵素処理法, percoll遠心法, 付着細胞除去法によって得られた高純度ヒト肺肥満細胞のアセチルコリンに対する反応性を, ヒスタミン遊離率を指標として検討した. その結果, 肥満細胞からのヒスタミン遊離はアセチルコリンの濃度に依存し, 10^<-5>で有意に亢進していた (p<0.05). また, アセチルコリンは抗ヒトIgE家兎血清によるヒスタミン遊離を相対的に増加させた. なお, かかるヒスタミン遊離はアトロピンでは部分的にしか抑制されなかった. 一方, ヒト末梢血好塩基球はかかるアセチルコリンに対する反応性が認められなかった. 以上の結果より, ヒト肺肥満細胞はIgE受容体のみならず, アセチルコリン受容体を介する反応により自律神経系の標的細胞として各種アレルギー性肺疾患の発症機構の一端を担っていることが示唆された.

It is next to impossible at this distance to fix the date of the compilation of the Prefaces to Tao-Yuan-Ming-Ji (陶淵明集) and Wen-Xuau (文選). It seems highly probable, however, that the Prince wrote them sometime in his twenties. They werc all written by himself and his courtiers had nothing to do with them. It is reasoably assumed that his gentle character, his love of nature and his intimate acquaintance with Confucianism are well reflected in Wen-xuan. All well-known poems in Shi-Pin (詩品) are represented there, but it is not influenced by Wen-xin-Diao-Long (文心彫龍). It contains some of those interary criticisms which teh prince was reading then, and he seems to have been under the influence of Yi-Jing (易経), the preface to Shi-jing (詩経) and Lun-Yu (論語). The prince set a particular value on a writer's humanity, as is the case of Tao-Yuan-Ming. He is rather conservative in his literary theory, while at the same time he does produce a number of new ideas. The prince is simply silent on the Buddhistic aspect and musical quality of literature then much in vogue.

Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) is an inheritable connective tissue disorder with a broad clinical heterozygosis, which can be complicated by other connective tissue disorders like Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS). OI/EDS are rarely documented. Most OI/EDS mutations are located in the N-anchor region of type I procollagen and predominated by glycine substitution. We identified a c.3521C>T (p.A1174V) heterozygous mutation in COL1A1 gene in a four-generation pedigree with proposed mild OI/EDS phenotype. The affected individuals had blue sclera and dentinogenesis imperfecta (DI) was uniformly absent. The OI phenotype varied from mild to moderate, with the absence of scoliosis and increased skin extensibility. Easy bruising, joint dislocations and high Beighton score were present in some affected individuals. EDS phenotype is either mild or unremarkable in some individuals. The mutation is poorly conserved and in silico prediction support the relatively mild phenotype. The molecular mechanisms of the mutation that leads to the possible OI/EDS phenotype should be further identified by biochemical analysis of N-propeptide processing and steady state collagen analysis.

The purpose of this study is to clarify some factors connected with careers and works of technical high school teachers. What is made clear are as follows. 1) We investigated how many careers had technical high school teachers experienced. Technical course teachers have experience in many works than general course teachers. Also most of them graduated technical high schools. 2) We defined a concept of technical high school teacher from a viewpoint of teacher's career. 3) We analyzed some subjects which are tought at technical high schools. What is important is how technical high school teachers teach practical exercise to their students. From mentioned above, we proposed improvements of technical teacher's training.
