An Intact form of lactoferrin (LF) is known to be absorbed from the small intestine and transported into the blood circulation. We reevaluated the cellular uptake and release of LF using an enterocyte model of human small intestinal cells derived from the Caco-2 cell line. In contrast to a previous report, we observed that intact bovine LF was taken up into seven and 21 d-cultured Caco-2 cells and successfully released back into the culture medium, even though the human intestinal LF receptor, intelectin-1, was not immunochemically detectable. Similar observations were made for human LF and its derivatives (the N-terminal half of LF designated N-lobe and Fc fusions). These observations regarding the uptake and release of intact LF in Caco-2 cells were consistent with in vivo observations. Therefore, we propose that the uptake and release of intact LF by Caco-2 cells should be assessed as a potential in vitro model of in vivo LF absorption in human intestines.

自然とのつながりの希薄化による様々な弊害が懸念され,自然と関わる文化の再構成は,現代社会において大きな課題となっている。日本国内では,早くから森林文化論が提起されてきたが,政策論にまで十分に展開してこなかった。そこで,本稿では食用植物・キノコの採取・利用を題材として,文化的要素を抽出し,さらに利用文化の盛衰を解釈することを試みた。採取前・採取時・採取後の過程にわけ,それぞれいくつかの側面に分けて文化的要素を抽出した。その結果,多様な文化的要素が抽出でき,そのいくつかが対象資源の意味付けに結びついていることが見出された。戦後における食用植物・キノコ利用の盛衰を整理したところ,幅広い意味づけを与えられたものが現代に残り,さらに,レクリエーションとして親しまれるようになっていると解釈された。また,それとは無関係に,自然環境および社会環境の変化により衰退・消滅を余儀なくされたものがあった。森林文化を再構築するには,人々による森林への意味付けを醸成する内からのアプローチと,それを取り巻く自然環境や制度を整える外からのアプローチがありうる。

恋人間の愛着行動 (いわゆる 「いちゃいちゃ」 ) は,幸福感を得るためや相手との関係をより良いものにするために重要な行為である.愛着行動はデリケートな行動のためプライバシが確保された場所で行うのが一般的であり,公共の場では行われない傾向にある.公共の場では,周囲の目が障壁となるため,カップルは愛着行動を行うことが困難になると考えられる.そこで我々は,公共空間内での対面状況において,周囲に不快感を与えることなく愛着行動を行えるメディアの研究開発を進めている.本稿では,裏腹的愛着行動を伝えあう対面コミュニケーションメディアである 「ちんかも」 を提案し,その有用性をユーザスタディによって検証する.

Museum Act in Japan is amended 19times from 1952 to 2017. But these Amendments are notmeaningful from the viewpoint of museum system in Japan. Because the purpose of discussion oflegal reform about Act is not clear.And present economic, social and political situation will not make the amendment meaningful.Now what needed is not amendment. It is the discussion about Intellectual Freedom in"Museums". We, museums in Japan should be study the precedent of the Libraries-Intellectualfreedom in Libraries-.
