<p>【緒言】動物の訪問による動物介在療法や動物介在活動は,本邦の一般病院にも広く導入されてきている,一般病院の緩和ケア病棟(以下PCU)での活動に関する報告は少ない.【方法】当院PCUで,2013年6月より,NHO日本アニマルセラピー協会の協賛により,犬が病院訪問を開始した.今回われわれは,緩和ケアの一環としてこの活動の効果や問題点を検討した.【結果】3名のセラピストが,セラピー犬3頭をつれて月2回病院を訪問し,2016年9月末までに計73回の会に,のべ487名の患者が参加した.開催後には患者家族は癒しを感じ,医療者とのコミュニケーションの改善が得られた.安全衛生面でとくに有害事象は生じなかった.【考察】セラピー犬の訪問は,介入動物の調教や安全衛生が確保されれば,一般病院PCUにおいても支障なく導入できた.アニマルセラピーは患者や家族だけでなく,職員にとっても癒しを実感することができる.</p>

We previously showed that the promoter region of the human epidermal growth factor receptor (hEGFR) gene elicits high transduction efficiency, with transgene expression restricted to canine breast tumor cells. However, it was unclear whether this promoter induces tumor cell-specific transgene expression in canine urothelial carcinoma cells. Furthermore, compared with studies in human cancer cells, the utility of the telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) gene promoter for therapeutic transgene expression in canine cancer cells has not been evaluated thus far. Here, we compared the activity of these promoters in canine mammary tumor and urothelial carcinoma cells. Our results showed that compared with the TERT promoter, the hEGFR promoter was more useful as a tumor-specific promoter to induce efficient transgene expression in canine tumor cells.

日本の少子化が進行している背景の一つには、「リプロダクティブ・ライツ」が保障されていないことが挙げられる。また、何故それが保障されていないのかといえば、「リプロダクティブ・セキュリティ(性と生殖の安全保障)」が確保されていないからであると考える。女性やカップルは、子どもを「産まない」という理由だけではなく、「産めない」(産みたいのに産めない・産んでも育てられない)という事情がある。安心して産める・生んで育てられる社会とはどのような社会なのか。リプロダクティブ・ライツやリプロダクティブ・セキュリティの観点から明らかにする。

大字典データベースの主な改善点として,収録範囲を『大字典』のすべての掲出字に拡大したこと,JIS漢字の範囲内で「異体字」を追加したこと,字種コードの設置の三点がある。異体字関係にある複数自体をひとつにまとめ,字体の上位概念として字種を設定してコード化する。字種コードは,大字典データベースに漢字シソーラスの機能を与えるとともに,漢字字体処理にとって有益である。字種コードを利用した漢字字体処理の事例として,「石塚漢字字体資料」のデータベース化について解説する。There are the three main improvements in Daijiten database. The first, all the characters of Daijiten are recorded Daijiten database. The second, it adds some kanji variants within JIS X 0208:1997. The third, it has JISHU-code. JISHU is put on a higher rank of every kanji variants having the same meaning and pronunciation. And JISHU-code gives Daijiten database the functions as "kanji Thesaurus". So it is expected that Daijiten database added JISHU-code processes kanji characters and kanji variants usefully. Also, this paper reports the example of using. Daijiten database for the graphic database of writing and printed kanji characters in East Asia by Prof. ISHIZUKA.

本研究の目的は、九州大学女子バレーボールリーグ戦を対象として、リーグ戦の成績に影響を与えている要因を明らかにすることであった。研究対象は、2003年度に行われた春季九州大学女子バレーボール2部リーグ戦5試合、10セットと2003年度秋季九州大学女子バレーボール1部リーグ戦7試合、27セットであり、すべて NK チームとの試合であった。本研究では、1部リーグの上位グループと下位グループおよび2部リーグに分類して分析を行った。主な結果は以下の通りである。1)リーグ戦のレベル差については、1部リーグ下位グループ(TL-LG)と2部リーグ(SL)のレベル差の方が1部リーグの上位グループ(TL-HG)と下位グループ(TL-LG)の差と比較して大きいことが明らかになった。2)リーグの成績によってサイドアウト能力とサービスキープ能力にレベル差があることが明らかになった。3)1部リーグの上位グループ(TL-HG)と下位グループ(TL-LG)の差は、攻撃力よりも守備力にあることが明らかになった。4)1部リーグの下位グループ(TL-LG)と2部リーグ(SL)の差はトランジッションよりもサーブレシーブからの攻撃の方が大きいことが明らかになった。The purpose of this study was to clarify factors that affected the results of the games in Kyushu University Women's Volleyball League. Samples were taken to observe from 10 sets of 5 games in the 2003 Spring Kyushu University Women's Volleyball Second League, and 27 sets of 7 games in the 2003 Fall Kyushu University Women's Volleyball Top League,all of which were fought against the NK University women's volleyball team. In this study, I classified them into the higher group(TL-HG)and the lower group(TL-LG)of the top league, and the second league(SL)group in analysis. Main findings were as follows:1)It was clarified that the level difference between the TL-LG teams and SL teams was larger than that between the TL-HG teams and TL-LG teams. 2)It was clarified that there were level difference in the side-out ability and the service-keep ability by the results of the league. 3)It was clarified that, between the TL-HG teams and TL-LG teams, there was more difference in defensive skill than in attack power. 4)It was clarified that, between the TL-LG teams and SL teams, there was more difference in service-reception attack than in transition attack.

The “Idea” is, according to Hegel, the unity of the subject and object. However, as often in Hegel, his explanation of the role of the “Idea” is extraordinarily dense, and it is hard to understand what he means. In this paper, I will attempt to reveal the meaning of Hegel’s “absolute Idea” by focusing on his notion of dialectic and his favorite analogy of the circle.Robert B. Pippin argues that Hegel’s logic is the completion of Kant’s transcendental philosophy, and therefore, a kind of epistemology in itself. James Kreines, however, criticized this view in his recent book. Hegel, says Kreines, criticizes any attempt to start with the assessment of our epistemic faculties; so according to him, Pippin’s interpretation cannot be valid. I take Kreines’ critique seriously. Hegel cannot begin his philosophical system with an epistemological argument.However, it is also incorrect to start with a metaphysical argument. If we read Hegel’s argument on dialectic carefully, we can see that it is impossible for him to start with either epistemology or metaphysics. Rather, we must not fixate on where to start.Prohibiting this fixation, in Hegel’s view, shows us how to solve the problem of the gap between subject and object. And it is because of this insight, I believe, that Hegel emphasizes the analogy of the circle when he argues for a genuine method of philosophy.
