In this article, I analyze comparatively two litigation movements, Minoo <i>chukonhi</i> war memorial case and Osaka enthronement ceremony and <i>daijosai</i> Shinto ritual case, from the perspective of A. Melucci's theory of 'new socialmovement'. Through this comparative analysis, I clarify that a dynamism that generate in the tension between a formation of social movement identity and a conduct of lawsuit, impacts upon develop and decline of the movement as whole. On the one hand, when the litigation is conducted without taking into account on the moment of formation and/or affirmation of the collective identity, there is the risk that the collective identity, and therefore the movement as such, may collapse, even though some fruits are acquired through the litigation. On the other, when the lawsuit is conducted taking into account on the moment of formation and/or affirmation of the collective identity, there is a potential for generating new movements through legal technical refinements in that lawsuit, even if the lawsuit is end up with losing.

<p>教師は,自分の内なる自己(「ゲシュタルト」)を教師にとって望ましい形で育成する必要がある。この目的のために,教師を養成し指導する機関はどうすればよいのか? この課題に対し,自己の内面を教師として望ましい姿に育て続けているY氏を対象として,Y氏の内面に構築された「思考様式」の形成過程を追究した。その結果,教師の養成と指導に3つの手掛かりを得た。1点めは,指導技術と教育観についての学修の順序に関すること,2点めは,教師(教師になろうとする者も含む)と教師教育者の両者が「ゲシュタルト形成に関わる成長史」について理解すること,3点めは,他者との関わりも含め,学修内容の相対化を意識させることである。</p>

デザイン対象の機能は,デザイン対象とその周辺環境である場の関係に依存するといわれている.デザインという創造的行為における法則性の解明と,デザイン行為に関する知識の体系化を目指すデザイン科学を構築するためには,デザインにおける場について,デザイン場としての学術的な概念を確立する必要がある.場の概念は,デザインだけではなく様々な学術領域で用いられている.デザイン場構築の際に,これらの場の概念が参考になると考えられる.本研究では,デザイン場の構築を目指し,デザイン行為を包括的に論じることができる多空間デザインモデルを用いて,他の学問領域(物理学,生物学,ゲシュタルト心理学,社会心理学,生命関係学,組織論)における場の概念について,学問領域間の比較を行った.その結果,4つの場の類型を得た.

サッカレイが書いた様々な作品のうちでも、とりわけ『虚栄の市』を読めば、彼の抱えていたいろいろな問題に突き当る。ガンジス河のほとりに幼年時代を送り、その後イギリス本国へ戻って学校に入り、少年から青年に成長する。サッカレイは多感で神経質で、そのうえ母親にべったりなところがあったから、明るく楽しい思い出というような類は少ない。更に、成人して一家を構えるようになると、生活の重圧がもろに彼の肩に掛る。幼女の死、妻の精神異常、家庭崩壊、正しく悲運が悲運を呼ぶという具合だが、そんな生活の裡側でサッカレイの文学はゆっくりと熟していった。『虚栄の市』に彼の過去が揺曳していることは云うまでもない。サッカレイは自分の過去を凝視した人である。そこから人生を空と見る態度や、諷刺とか皮肉とか愛の精神、或は人物や事象の表裏を読む眼が鍛えられたものと思われる。『虚栄の市』ではそれらが作品を操る意図となり技法となって強く働いている。本稿ではそのあたりを出来るだけ作品から離れないで述べてみることにした。資料の勢いに流されることなく、作品の具体的な生命に触れるにはどうすれば良いか。そうなるとやはり、立返ってゆく所は作品そのものを措いて他にない。これは文学作品を扱う場合に常に重要な問題である。

Copenhagen大学動物博物館所蔵のマレーシア産クロバエの標本を調べる機会を得た。同定の結果マレーシアからは未記録であるニセミヤマキンバエLucilia bazini Seguy, 1934の1♂を見出したので新記録として発表する。なお, 本新記録種を含めたマレーシア産全7種の改訂された検索表を付した。

In view of safety design against fatigue failure in cylindrical storage tank of low temperature use, low cycle and low temperature fatigue behaviour of shell to annular tee-fillet welded joint in tank was investigated experimentally and analytically, in case of liquefied propane gas tank, using a displacement-controlled bend test of model specimens. The experiments and analyses were done either by strain and displacement measurements around weld toe in annular plate under cyclic deformation or by finite element analysis mainly to clarify quantitatively the effects of type of weld joint as well as dimensions of weld joint, including the effects of annular plate thickness, on the fatigue crack initiation life of tank. Principal results obtained are as follows. (1) In bend test of model specimen, a distribution of strain range in front of weld toe indicates that its maximum value is found at weld toe as far as the deformation range examined, although maximum value of strain distribution is found at 5-10mm distant from weld toe under large extent of deformation. (2) Experiments and analyses show that there is no difference practically between fillet weld joint and full penetration joint in cyclic deformation as well as in fatigue strength. (3) The expression of evaluating the fatigue crack initiation life in the displacement controlled bend test of model specimen was derived in terms of weld joint parameters, which is [numerical formula] where N_c,._p, t. SL denotes fatigue crack initiation life, weld toe radius, displacement range at the loading point, annular plate thickness, and leg length of shell plate respectively. (4) By introducing a parameter _<s-A>, an angle which defines an extent of deformation around weld toe, the fatigue crack initiation life in tank is predicted from the results on model specimen. (5) The finite element analysis shows that as to the bend test on model specimen, the increase of annular plate thickness decreases the initiation life in displacement controlled test, and increases it in load controlled test. However, the incorporation of the results on model specimen to the behaviour in deformation of the tank indicates that these two express-ions are essentially the same as far as the fatigue crack initiation in tank concerned. As of now, it seems that the thicker the annular plate becomes the longer the fatigue crack initiation life in this type of tank.

トラピッチェ(Trapiche)とはスペイン語でサトウキビの搾り機の意味である.その歯車に似た6方向に広がる放射状結晶の呼称に用いられ,トラピッチェ・エメラルドが特に有名である.しかし近年,ミネラルショーなどで「トラピッチェ」と呼ばれる3方向に放射状模様を示す薄片状のダイヤモンドが販売されており話題を呼んでいる.ダイヤモンドは等軸晶系に,エメラルドは六方晶系に属すことが知られており,その結晶系の違いから明らかに外観や構造が異なる.これらのことからダイヤモンドがトラピッチェと呼ばれることの是非についても議論を呼ぶところである.今回はこれらの模様が見られるダイヤモンドについて拡大検査や幾つかの分析を行ったので簡略に報告する.また最近観察された珍しいダイヤモンドについても言及する.

It has been said that "A Lemon" is a difficult work for teaching in class, because there are some students who never have the same sensibility as author's and they cannot understand the story. But this view depends upon the author's sensibility too much. We should analyze the structure and words of the story in detail. The fist words "a mysterious and ominous soul" have an important meaning, and the whole structure of the story is related to the relevancy between those words and a daydream of a bomb in Maruzen. This point of view is significant for both comprehention of the story and teaching in class.

日本の道徳教育は大きな転換点を迎えようとしている。小中学校において, 今まで領域とされていた道徳の授業が, 「特別の教科 道徳」として教科として位置付けられ小学校では平成30年度(2018年度), 中学校では平成31年度(2019年度)から実施されることとなった。道徳教育, 道徳科の授業の目標が明確化され, 効果的な授業についてもより開発の必要性が高まっている。近年日本で行われた道徳性や道徳教育に関わる研究を概観しつつ, その知見が道徳教育にどのように貢献できるかについて考察を行った。その結果, 道徳的判断, 子どもの道徳性の経年比較, 感情が道徳的認知に及ぼす影響, 共感, 海外の道徳教育, 道徳の授業実践に関する研究などが行われており, そのような研究の道徳教育への応用可能性について考察した。今後の展望として, さらなる基礎, 授業に関する実践研究などの必要性が述べられた。

平成27年3月17日に、学校教育法施行規則及び小学校学習指導要領、中学校学習指導要領、特別支援学校小学部・中学部学習指導要領の一部改正が行われ、それに伴う学校教育法施行規則で、「特別の教科 道徳」(道徳科)が正式に位置づけられた。特別の教科である道徳科で、何がどのように変更されるのか、先ずその設置経緯について述べてみた。道徳科の誕生により小学校は平成30年度から、中学校では平成31年度から道徳科教科書が使用されることになる。どのような教科書が使用されかの予想は難しいものの、現在小中学校で使われている副読本に類した教科書が発行されるであろう。そこで次に、現在の小中学校における道徳における指導上の問題点を踏まえながら、望ましい指導のあり方について、道徳教育及び道徳の時間の目的、価値指導、資料の取り扱いを中心に論考を進めていった。The School Education Act Enforcement Regulations and guidelines on elementary and junior high school curricula,including those for children requiring special support, were partially revised on March 17, 2015. In line with this, moral education was defined as a 'special course of study' in the School Education Act Enforcement Regulations.This paper outlines the circumstances that led to the incorporation of such education into the school curricula, with the aim of clarifying possible related changes in actual educational settings. For the newly established moral course, the use of new textbooks will start from FY2018 and FY2019 in elementary and junior high schools, respectively. Their contents are still unclear, but it is likely that textbooks similar to supplementary readers currently being used in these schools will be issued. Considering the challenges elementary and junior school teachers currently face, the paper subsequently discusses appropriate teaching methods, covering the purposes of moral education and classes, moral values for students, and material utilization.
