現在,数時間以内の降水量の予報は,雨域を観測しその移動を補外する方法によって行われている.これは補外法が,数時間以内の予報においては,物理法則に基づき大気の状態変化を計算を行う方法に比べ,同程度の精度を得るのにかかる計算時間が短いためである.一方,近年多発している都市型水害をもたらす集中豪雨を早期に発見し予報を行うには,現在気象庁が予報に用いている気象レーダーでは解像度および観測頻度ともに十分とは言えない.これに対し,より高解像度かつ高頻度な観測データを得るため,現在の気象レーダーより高性能なレーダーの配備が進んでいる.しかし現在,そのような高性能レーダーを用いた降水量の恒常的な予報は行われていない.そこで本稿では,高性能レーダーの観測結果を用いて分単位の降雨予報を行う手法を提案する.提案手法は複数の時刻の観測データを基に,ブロックマッチングアルゴリズムを用いてオプティカルフローを検出し,それ以後の雨域の予報を行う.評価の結果,気象庁が提供している予報情報であるナウキャストと比較し,5分後から1時間後の以内の予報において,25%以上高い精度が得られることを確認した.

大阪大学では,高いセキュリティレベルと標準的なインタフェースを兼ね備えた認証技術として注目されている公開鍵基盤(PKI: Public Key Infrastructure)に基づく全学IT 認証基盤を導入した.本学で導入した全学IT 認証基盤システムでは,署名・暗号化,学内認証,グリッドシステム認証,という異なるポリシに対応する複数のCA を導入・共存させている.これら複数のCA 向けの証明書発行を自動化することにより,安全性と利便性を両立した証明書発行サービスを実現している.また,PKI に対応したシングルサインオン(SSO)機能を導入し,学内ユーザが各システム間で統一的なインタフェースにより認証を行えるようにした.アプリケーションWeb サーバに認証機能を組み込むエージェント型のSSO 機能の導入により,1 度アプリケーションをSSO 対応させてしまえば,アプリケーションを変更することなくシームレスにパスワード認証からPKI 認証へ移行・共存することが可能となった.さらに,ユーザID 体系として,公開用に変更を許容するユーザID と,システム間連携用に1 人に1 つ決まる不変のユーザID とを設け,それらの対応付けを内部的に行うことにより,安全性・柔軟性ある運用を可能とした.本稿では,本認証基盤の設計と実装について述べるとともに,システムの導入により得られた技術的ノウハウや今後の展開についても述べる. # In Osaka University, a campus-wide IT authentication infrastructure based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), which is regarded as a technology providing high security and standard interface to many applications, has been adopted. In this authentication infrastructure, multiple CAs for the different purposes such as signing and encryption, intra-campus authentication and grid system authentication coexist. To realize security and convenience, we developed an online certificate issuance service for those multiple CAs. We also introduced PKI enabled Single Sign-On (SSO) system to provide unified authentication interface. Since the SSO system supports ‘SSO agent’, which provides SSO functionality for web applications by installing a web server module, it is possible to migrate from password authentication to PKI authentication without modifying applications. Furthermore, we established secure and flexible identity management by separating changeable, public user ID and static, internal system ID. Internal system ID is used for managing and federating user profiles among the systems. The mapping between those two IDs is done by the SSO system. In this paper, we describe design and implementation of our authentication infrastructure, know-how of system establishment and future works.

頭皮マッサージのストレスや快適感に及ぼす影響を生理学的指標,心理学的指標を用いて検討した。その結果,頭皮マッサージにより,唾液中のコルチゾール濃度は有意に低下し,分泌性免疫グロブリンA濃度は有意に上昇した。Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)を用いた検討では頭皮マッサージの前後で身体的疲労の軽減,リラックス度の上昇が認められ,POMS短縮版ではネガティブな感情を示す指標の低下が認められた。ストレスに関連した唾液成分濃度の測定およびVASやPOMS短縮版の結果から,頭皮マッサージにはストレスを軽減させる作用や快適性を向上させる作用があることが示唆された。

若者へのエイズ予防啓発活動に重要な役割を果たす媒体に着目し,無関心期の若者に受け容れられるパンフレットを作成し,C大学1回生計82名(男性46名,女性36名)を対象として,作成したパンフレットの評価を自記式質問紙を用いて実施した。パンフレットの評価は,(1)大きさ,(2)形,(3)デザイン,(4)字の大きさ,(5)内容の分量,(6)内容の分かりやすさについて行った。結果は,(1)大きさ,(2)形,(3)デザイン,(6)内容の分かりやすさは高い評価を得た。パンフレットを読んで今後,性行為時にコンドームを使用しようと思うと答えたのは,男性95.7%,女性91.7%であった。しかし,保健所の存在,レッドリボンの認識は低く,更なる啓発活動の必要性を強く感じた。

MPIに基づいて並列化したジョブでプロセス数が多いものを富岳で実行したときの挙動を調べた.特に,ジョブのメモリ消費量の変化に注目する.MPIプロセス数が大きい場合,MPIの初期化の実行で少なくないメモリ消費が発生,増加していく.並列化度がさらに大きくなると,ジョブは最終的にメモリ枯渇に至る.その結果我々は,富岳で全系実行を行う場合でも実現できるMPI並列数は最大で約350万であることを明らかにした.MPIの並列度数は使用する計算ノード数に応じて設定する必要があるが,富岳の大規模ジョブとして実行する場合,ユーザーのコードに明示的に記述して利用できるメモリがかなり制限されることに注意が必要であることも明らかにした.

This study investigated synergic effects of phosphoric acid(H3PO4), amino-propyltriethoxysilane(3-APS)and ammonium metavanadate(NH4VO3)in a conversion coating on electro-galvanized steel(EG)to clarify EG corrosion suppression by these substances.Results showed that the ratio of white rust during salt spray testing(SST)was lessened when a coating was formed with 3-APS and H3PO4. The phenomenon was explained: adding 3-APS into H3PO4 causes the decrease of corrosion resistance by suppressing salt water uptake in the coating because the coating itself became compact. Moreover, a coating formed with NH4VO3, 3-APS, and H3PO4 exhibited higher corrosion resistance in SST than a coating with 3-APS and H3PO4. Results show that NH4VO3 changed more into tetravalent or trivalent vanadium by oxidation reaction of zinc when the coating was formed together with 3-APS and H3PO4 on EG. These vanadium compounds in the coating were estimated as dissolved easily in the case in which salt water permeated into coating. The compounds were then deposited at the corroded area to reduce EG corrosion. These findings suggest that NH4VO3, 3-APS, and H3PO4 in the conversion coating contributed both to the high barrier and to self-protective effects of the coating.

Usually, analysis of a conventional symmetrical 3-phase feed-back control system can be done using a single-phase conventional transfer function. However, analysis of 3-phase system having rotating coordinate transformations is difficult by the conventional transfer function. Because, the conventional transfer function cannot deal with the control system having the rotating coordinate transformation inserted in the feed-back loop. Therefore, in this paper, the authors propose a novel extended transfer function with the rotating coordinate transformations and analyze the system having a rotating coordinate transformations.

Electrodeposition of Cu was conducted in a synthetic electrorefining solution to investigate the effect of gelatin, thiourea and chloride ions on the polarization curve for Cu deposition, morphology, texture, surface roughness and the throwing power of the deposited Cu. In a solution containing both gelatin and chloride ions, the cathode potential for Cu deposition was significantly polarized at current densities above 200A/m2, while the thiourea depolarized the potential for Cu deposition at 200 to 1000A/m2. In a solution containing the three additives, i.e. gelatin, thiourea and chloride ions, the potential for Cu deposition was polarized at 500A/m2. It is supposed that the synergistic effect of gelatin and chloride ions on the polarization prevailed over the depolarization effect of thiourea. In the Cu deposited at initial stage, the chloride ions promoted the field-oriented texture with the orientation of direction. However, Cu deposited at initial stage from the solution containing gelatin, thiourea and chloride ions was composed of both the inclined texture type and the epitaxial growth type of crystals. The surface roughness and throwing power of the deposited Cu was most improved in the solution containing gelatin, thiourea and chloride ions, showing the synergistic effect of three additives. The thiourea had an effect on decreasing the surface roughness of the deposited Cu, and chloride ions improved the throwing power of Cu.

In recent years, elderly patients with dementia have been increasing in Japan. It is currently estimated that behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) occur in approximately 80% of the elderly patients with dementia. As BPSD occur more frequently in elderly patients with dementia, the caregivers burden increases. Although non-pharmacological interventions can reduce BPSD in patients with dementia, antipsychotic medications have been used to treat severe BPSD. Physicians should be particularly careful in the use of antipsychotic medications in the elderly, which have been associated with dangerous adverse effects. Donepesil not only improves the cognitive dysfunction of Alzheimer disease patients, but may also relieve BPSD in these patients. Moreover, the effects on BPSD of yokukan-san, Kampo medicine, have been reported in elderly patients with dementia. A multicenter randomized crossover study, which we participated in, confirmed that yokukan-san is effective in the treatment of BPSD and that no rebound related deterioration occur after withdrawal of yokukan-san. The effects of yokukan-san on BPSD have been reported to influence gamma-amino-n-butyric acid and serotonin receptors.

A市B区における3ヶ月児,1歳6ヶ月児,3歳児の核家族世帯の母親300人を対象に,人的環境面が育児不安にどのように影響しているかについて検討した。母親の育児歴や育児の協力者の有無,児の年齢などにより母親の抱える悩みは様々であった。育児を行うにあたり多少の悩みを持つこと自体は問題ではなく,悩みの程度や育児環境,協力者の有無,協力者の精神的なサポートが得られるかどうかが大切である。それ故,近年の社会情勢を加味し,地域特性を捉えた上で母親だけでなく,父親も含めた妊娠期からの継続した関わりが必要である。そのためには,保健師は子育ての情報や知識の提供だけでなく,育児者間の交流が図れる場や,いつでも悩みを打ち明けられる場の提供などの精神面のフォローが必要である。

ラクトビオン酸(LA)はラクトースから合成されるアルドビオン酸で,ビフィズス菌増殖活性をもち,溶解性の高いミネラル補給剤として利用可能であるなど,用途に富んだ糖質素材である.しかし,現在までは,実用に耐える大量生産方法がなく,日本では化学合成法により試薬として少量市販されているのみであった.筆者らは,ラクトビオン酸の安価な大量生産方法の開発をめざし,Burkholderia cepaciaの1菌株を用いた発酵生産条件を検討した.その結果,回分培養では,4日間の培養により,2009/Lのラクトビオン酸が生成した.また乳糖と炭酸カルシウムの逐次添加を行う流加培養では,10日間の培養により,培養液中に4009/Lのラクトビオン酸を蓄積した.いずれの場合も,原料の加水分解や副生成物の生成を伴わず,収率は100%であった.得られた発酵培養液上清にエタノールを加えエタノール濃度75%とすることで,純度100%のLAが収率98%で得られた.
