テーマ辞典をもとにフレーズ開始の音程がアナクルーシスを形成するものを選び出し、これを音程、音長別にわけて分析した。その結果、音程で上行4度と1度、音長で1:2と1:1が双璧をなすアナクルーシスであることが明らかになった。(両者の組み合わせから実際には4つの典型的パターンが抽出される。)これを基に、典型的アフタクトの音程2種類と、そうでない音程1種類、これに典型的な音長2種類とそうでない音長1種類の3種類を組み合わせることによって合計9つのパターンを作り出した。これらのアナクルーシスは、そうでないパターンと演奏上どう区別されるだろうか。パターンの違いによる違いはどうか。さらに、音長間係の楽譜からの逸脱を示す一般的な演奏傾向との関係はどうか。本研究は、以上の一連の研究の途中報告である。

結晶の光励起による協力的構造相転移の簡単なモデルとして、局在電子-格子系の解析を行った。特に1 つの単位胞を光励起した場合に誘起される構造相転移について考察し、断熱極限と透熱極限の双方で、短距離力で適当な強度を持つ相互作用の場合に、大域的な構造相転移を引き起こすことがわかった。そのダイナミクスは「ドミノ倒し」であり、断熱極限では「決定論的ドミノ倒し」、透熱極限では「確率論的ドミノ倒し」と称される質的に異なる過程から成る。

MRI検査に伴い被検者はしばしば一過性の不安や恐怖に見舞われる3〜5,11,12)。時には不安や恐怖は恐慌にまで至り,検査を中断せざるをえない場合もある3,5,8,9)。また,検査後に閉所恐怖7)や空間恐怖10)が生じ,長期間持続したとの報告もある。このようにMRI検査の心理的侵襲性が最近注目されているが,被検者をMRI検査と類似の状況におくCT検査の心理的侵襲性については報告がない。ここで提示するのはCTおよびMRI検査が空間恐怖の結実ないし増悪の契機となったと考えられた症例である。この症例の一部はすでに紹介している3)が,本稿では両検査の空間恐怖の結実・増悪の過程への関与を詳しく報告する。また,両検査における空間恐怖的状況を比較したい。

Marlen Haushofers Roman "Die Wand" (1963), der in den sechziger Jahren keine grosse Resonanz fand, erregte bei der Neuauflage im Jahre 1983 Aufsehen, was zu einer Wiederentdeckung der in den siebziger Jahren fast in Vergessenheit geratenen osterreichischen Autorin beitrug. Dieser Roman, in dem die namenlose Erzahlerin als einziger Mensch hinter der undurchdringlichen Wand nach der Moglichkeit des Uberlebens sucht, erinnert an Doris Lessings Roman "Die Memoiren einer Uberlebenden" (1974), der ebenfalls eine alptraumahnliche Katastrophe der Menschheit unter dem sozialkritischen Asptkt der Ich-Erzahlerin beschreibt. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, durch den Vergleich der beiden Romane historische Kontexte der Haushofer-Wieder-entdeckung zu beleuchten und damit einen Einblick in die situation der Frauenliteratur in den achtziger Jahren zu geben. In "Memoiren" betritt die Erzahlerin durch die geoffnete Wand ihres Wohnzimmers einen anderen, mysteriosen Bereich. Dem Leser wird nahegelegt, diese ihr fremde und zugleich unerklarlich vertraute Welt "als metaphorische Darstellung ihrer Psyche, als Ausdruck ihres Unbewussten in raumlichen Bildern zu betrachten" (A. Maack). Aus der Einsicht, dass der Zerfall der politischen und sozialen Ordnungen fur das Aufbauen einer neuen, individuellen Existenz nicht genugt, sondern die Auflosung der Sitte und Moral im Unterbewussten dafur auch notwendig ist, richtet die Erzahlerin sich sowohl an die Aussenwelt als auch an die Innenwelt. Dagegen scheint die Erzahlerin der "Wand" auf den ersten Blick durch Zufall zu einer hermetisch isolierten Existenz gezwungen zu sein. Aber bei naherer Untersuchung wird es deutlich, dass sie sich schon langst danach gesehnt hat, ihre bisherige weibliche Identitat abzuwerfen. Der Ort, aus dem sie ihren Bericht schreibt, kann deshalb als ihr lang ersehntes Versteck, ihre eigene, exterritoriale "Mansarde" angesehen werden, wo sie alle geltenden, gesellschaftlichen Normen in Frage stellt, wie die Protagonistin der "Memoiren" es hinter der Wand tut. Daraus konnte man folgern, dass die beiden Erzahlerinnen durch die Wans in ihre innere Welt eintretten und dort versuchen, durch Infragestellen von Sitte, Moral und Weltanschauung den Bann der uberkommenen, sozialten Denkmuster zu brechen, die aus der von Mannern dominierten Gesellschaft stammen, selbst in Katastrophen immer wieder entstehen und sich verhangnisvoll wiederholen.

サイトメガロウイルス(CMV)はヘルペスウイルスに属し,免疫健常な宿主に感染した場合,無症候性または軽症の症状を呈するのみで,初感染後宿主の体内に潜伏感染し,生涯宿主と共存するという特徴を持つ.CMV 感染で問題となるのは胎内感染と,免疫不全に陥った場合における感染,再活性化である.聴覚障害は胎内感染によるものが主体である.CMV 胎内感染症は,先天性ウイルス感染症の中で,最も頻度が高いと言われ出生時無症候であっても,聴覚障害,精神発達遅滞などの障害を遅発性に引き起こすことが知られている.胎内感染に伴う神経症状では聴覚障害の頻度が高く,先天性高度難聴の原因としてCMV 感染が高い割合を示すことが明らかになってきた.本稿ではCMV の特徴とCMV 感染による聴覚障害の疫学,感染モデルにおける検討,治療に関して解説する.

<p>Whether in terms of external or internal criteria, the Sixth Eclogue has been regarded as a poem which owes least to the Theocritean pastoral. This general opinion, however, seems to be inconsistent with the introductry statement in which the poet decides to return to his early manner of bucolic composition. The use of Hesiodic Dichterweihe, which may follow Callimachean example in Aetia, recalls also the application of the same idea to the Seventh Idyll by Theocritus. So this paper attempts to find another principle of unity in the frequent appearance of the.motif of labor and to show in this thematic adaptation from Id. VII Virgil's deep understanding of an important aspect of the Greek pastoral tradition. The Eclogue can be divided into three sections. In the main part, the Song of Silenus, the labor-motii is presented in various types of myth. The opening cosgomonical passage, emphasizing the autonomic movements of the elements in contrast with a similar account in Ovid's Met. I. 5 ff., represents the existence of labor at the origins of the world, while the Pyrrha-episode and the theft of Prometheus mark respectively, with a happy age (Saturnia vegnd) intermediate between them, the beginning and the aggravation of human struggle with nature. In the next stories, where the passions of love are depicted as cause of labores, the realistic description of Pasiphae's painful wandering is enclosed by brief allusions to the sufferings of Hercules and the suitor of Atalanta. The following two sketches can be also paired as failure and success of labor: Phaethon falls to the ground in his dangerous attempt but Gallus ascends on the top of Helicon after a bitter trial as love poet. Lastly, Silenus pictures Scylla and Philomela enduring through adversity even after their transformations into animals. Thus interpreted, the Song will be closely related with the framework. In the introduction, where Virgil talks about his poetics, stress is laid on the special effort to be spent to make a fine work(ludere-deductum dicere carmen-meditabor), and that this artistic labor should not be disjoined from the poet's own painful experiences is suggested by the scene in which Silenus passes a symbolic bondage. These two aspects of poetic creation, recapitulated and integrated by a phrase Phoebo meditante in the ending lines, explain the reason not only for the stylistic refinement but also for the thematic selection of Silenus' Song. Now, this interpretation will invite comparison with Id. VII. Structural affinities and topical resemblances are observed as in the following: (1) The relation between poetic creation and ponos, hinted at first by the opening mention of Burina and Chalcon, finds its full expression in the words of Lycidas : το μελυδριον εζεπονασα. And this locution, with a preceding phrase βουκολικα&b.sigmav;……αρζωμεθ' αοιδα&b.sigmav;, corresponds to agrestem tenui meditabor harundine Musam in Eel.VI. (2) But Lycidas is not thinking of his ponos solely from the artistic point of view, because the first part of his song is clearly concerned with his personal experience of ponos. The deliverance from this predicament, as in the case of Silenus, makes it an essential condition for the second subject of his poem. (3) Mythical ponoi which are narrated in this part (αμφεπονειτο : Daphnis, εζεπονασα&b.sigmav; : Comatas) reflect the former situation of Lycidas himself and remind us of various stories sung by Silenus. In the song of Simichidas, too, the bitterness of love is expressed in the form of fantastic and real trials. (4) The ending description of Thalysia, in which the close connection between bucolic poetry and ponos is symbolically summarized, fulfils the function analogous to the conclusion of Eel. VI. Despite Rosenmeyer's view, recent critics tend to estimate the importance of the ponos-motif in 'Theocritus' larger</p><p>(View PDF for the rest of the abstract.)</p>

訪問看護師が行っている,在宅で生活する認知症高齢者に対する疼痛マネジメントの内容を明らかにすることを目的とし,10名の訪問看護師を対象に半構造化インタビューを実施,質的帰納的に分析した.その結果24のサブカテゴリー,8のカテゴリーが得られた.訪問看護師は標準的な認知症高齢者の疼痛マネジメントに加え,在宅看護のヘルスアセスメントの特性から生活全体を視野に入れた疼痛マネジメントを実施していた.また自らの訪問時の情報に加え,家族や他職種から得た情報から,利用者の生活全体を想像し総合的にアセスメントする視点が重要であり,多職種でアセスメントの視点と情報を共有する工夫が求められていることが示唆された.さらに訪問看護師は疼痛の存在が明確でなくとも,疑われる場合は薬物・非薬物療法を実施し,平常時の日常生活の行動変化から疼痛評価を実施していた.今後全国調査により疼痛マネジメントの実際を明らかにする必要がある.

Cymbals are percussion instruments that vibrate and radiate sounds when hit with a stick or when used in pairs. The sound radiated from a cymbal depends on its vibration characteristics. Cymbals are made through spin forming, hammering and lathing processes. The spin forming creates the domed shape of cymbals, determining the basic vibration characteristics. The hammering and lathing make specific sound quality adjustments by changing the vibration characteristics. In this paper, we focus on how the hammering affects the cymbal's vibration characteristics. The hammering produces many shallow dents over the cymbal's surface, generating residual stresses in it. These residual stresses change the vibration characteristics. We perform finite element analysis of the hammered cymbal to obtain its vibration characteristics. In the analysis, we use thermal stress analysis to reproduce the stress distribution and then with this stress distribution we perform vibration analysis. The results show that the effects of thermal load (i.e., hammering) vary depending on the mode: an increase or decrease in the natural frequency. As a result, the peak frequencies and their peak values in the frequency response function change.

異物による小腸穿孔は稀であり術前診断も困難である.今回魚骨,義歯, press through package (PTP)による小腸穿孔の3例を経験したので報告する.症例1は腹部CTで小腸壁の肥厚像を認めたが診断には至らず急性虫垂炎を疑い手術を行った.開腹すると空腸壁に魚骨(2.3cm)が貫通し,魚骨を抜去した後腸管壁を縫合閉鎖した.症例2は汎発性腹膜炎となっており, X線・CTで腸管内に異物陰影を認めたため義歯による小腸穿孔と診断できた.手術所見では義歯(6cm)のブリッジ部分が回腸壁を穿孔しており,回腸部分切除を行った.症例3はイレウスのため入院,腹膜刺激症状なくX線・CTでも小腸拡張像のみであった.保存的治療で改善したが小腸造影で回腸遠位部が狭窄していたため手術を行った.手術所見では回腸末端より50cm口側でPTP (1.5×1.5cm)が回腸壁を穿孔し大網が被覆していたため回腸部分切除を行った.

The aim of this study is to clarify the spatial composition of contemporary Japanese urban houses in terms of relations between interior rooms and exterior rooms. Exterior rooms are defined as exterior space limited by architectual compositional elements. First relations between fellow exterior rooms are analyzed in two levels of composition: arrangement and connection of fellow exterior rooms. Secondly relations between interior rooms and exterior rooms are analyzed in two levels of composition: arrangement and connection of interior rooms and exterior rooms. Then we found 13 types of comnosition. Comparing every type, characters of composilion are clarified From these considerations, we found that expression of composition, which network interior rooms and exterior rooms in three dimensions, formed in contemporary Japanese urban houses.

沖縄県読谷村の集落(字)は、強い共同性を有し、高い自治能力を有している。沖縄戦と米軍統治下の基地接収により、集落の壊滅の危機に面した。各集落は、僅かに返還された土地で、集落の再建を行っていった。この集落の再建を可能にしたのは、歴史的に形成されてきた集落の共同性である。集落領域の土地は、集落の共同資源(コモンズ)として存在してきた。さらに、米軍から解放された土地を分け合って集落を再建したこと、村と集落とが、土地の返還を求めて団結してきた。基地接収された土地を回復されるべきコモンズとして認識してきた。また、集落が得る高額の軍用地料が住民の行事、福利に用いられていることも、コモンズの側面として捉えられる。米軍から返還され、国から払下げをうけ村有地となった読谷補助飛行場跡地の利用は、関係集落ごとに作られた農業生産法人が利用主体となった上で、法人の所有権取得が計画されている。この事業が集落再生の萌芽となるのかを検討する。

<p>ウサギの不正咬合では,臼歯の棘の切削処置のために頻回の麻酔が必要となる個体があり,頻回麻酔の影響が懸念されている.今回,当院で歯科処置のために1個体当たり39~103回の頻回の麻酔を実施したウサギ11例について,麻酔回数及び年齢に対する回復時間について検討を行った(頻回麻酔群).また,頻回麻酔群に含まれない同様の歯科処置を行ったウサギ67例について,初回麻酔時に同様の項目について調査を行った(コントロール群).頻回麻酔群では,麻酔回数と回復時間に相関がほとんどなかった.一方,加齢に伴い回復時間が有意に延長し,コントロール群でも同様の結果が得られた.両群の同じ年齢区分の比較で有意差はなかった.したがって,歯科処置などの侵襲の少なく,短時間の麻酔では頻回麻酔の影響よりも,加齢に伴う影響の方が大きいと推察された.</p>
