SSRマーカーを用いて,集団内,地域,全国の空間スケールでショウロ(Rhizopogon roseolus)の遺伝解析を行った。集団内ではショウロのジェネットは小さく(平均0.6 m,≦1.6 m),頻繁な更新があること(1年で95.8%)から有性生殖に依存した繁殖戦略を持つことが示された。また,空間自己相関解析の結果,老熟して融解した子実体から埋土胞子化する近距離(0~4 m) において正の空間遺伝構造が検出された。次に,鳥取県内の7集団の遺伝的特徴を比較したところ,鳥取砂丘の5集団は高い遺伝的多様性を持ち,他の2集団との間に有意な遺伝的分化を示した(例32.2 kmでFST=0.234)。日本国内のサンプルについてSTRUCTURE解析を行ったところ,地理的位置に対応した四つの遺伝的クラスターに分類された。以上から,地域間の遺伝子流動が長期間にわたり制限されたことで,集団間の遺伝的分化が進行していると示唆された。分化した集団に特有の遺伝変異はショウロの育種において有用な遺伝資源となる可能性がある。

涙囊由来の腫瘍はまれであるが,その約70%が悪性腫瘍である。流涙や涙囊部腫脹を主訴として眼科を初診することが多い。今回,慢性涙囊炎を発生母地とした涙囊癌症例を経験し,眼窩内容摘出・皮膚を含めた上顎部分切除,耳下腺全摘術・頸部郭清術と術後放射線照射を行った。病理検査で唾液腺導管癌に相当する涙囊原発腺癌と診断された。涙囊癌の手術治療においては,涙囊,鼻涙管,涙囊周囲骨,眼窩内容,鼻副鼻腔を含めた切除術が必要であり,頭頸部の解剖に精通している耳鼻咽喉科医が担当する必要がある。

火星衛星Phobosからのサンプルリターンに挑む火星衛星探査計画 (Martian Moons eXploration: MMX) は,現在,宇宙航空研究開発機構 (JAXA) プリプロジェクトとして,2024年の打ち上げと5年の往還期間を設定し,精力的な検討・初期開発が進められている.MMXは,サンプル分析,Deimosを加えた火星衛星の近接観測,そして火星大気および火星圏のモニタリング観測を組み合わせることにより,惑星に寄りそう衛星という切り口と視座から,太陽系における大気と水を湛えたハビタブル惑星の形成と進化の解明に迫ろうとしている.

症例は56歳男性.来院5年前に十二指腸癌で十二指腸切除を受けていた.見当識障害,両下腿浮腫,歩行障害で脳外科から紹介された.心拍数120/分で胸部X線ではうっ血と胸水を認めた.心エコー図では収縮能の低下は認めなかった.末梢神経障害を認め,脚気心を疑い,血中ビタミン濃度測定提出後,総合ビタミン剤を含んだ点滴を開始した.翌日には下腿浮腫は消失した.長谷川式簡易知能評価スケールは入院時の21点から第4病日には25点に改善した.入院時のビタミンB1は11 ng/mLと低値であった.持参MRIでは両側乳頭体と中脳水道周囲が軽度high intensityを呈した.以上より,十二指腸切除後5年で発症したWernicke-Korsakoff症候群を伴った脚気心と診断した.腸管切除後,同時期にWernicke-Korsakoff症候群と心不全を伴った脚気心の両者を発症した例は稀なため報告する.

近年のアパレルでは, 顧客である若者にむけて販売員のイメージなどを重視した販売戦略をとっている企業が増加している傾向がみられる.本論では若者にとって衣料品の購入時における顧客満足とはどのような要因によってもたらされているかを明らかにすることにある.手法としては, 顧客とのリレーションシップを発展させることで相互にベネフィットを得ることを目的としたマーケティングの理論を応用し, 共分散構造分析を使って消費者の内面的プロセスを明らかにしている.調査の結果, 若者が衣料品を購入する際の「顧客満足」には, 「販売員の態度」や「店舗環境」が, 「商品品質」と並んで重要であることが明らかになった.さらに「顧客満足」は「信頼」や「再購買意図」に対しても影響を与えることが分かった.

In 1996, I observed some significant differences between the attitudes of people in Christchurch and those of people in a multicultural city, Melbourne, in Australia, where I lived for about nine years before coming to New Zealand. At that time it seemed that many Christchurch residents were unaccustomed to contact with foreigners and were strongly influenced by British culture. However, significant changes in relation to ethnic and cultural issues have occurred in the city during over the last eight years. Although the number of Asian tourists, students and migrants dropped due to 9/11 and the SARS epidemic, the figures for Asian migrants are still dramatically higher compared with those of the 1980's. In addition, refugees have come from African countries such as Somalia and Ethiopia. as well as from some Asian countries. In 1981, according to the Press, the local newspaper in Christchurch, out of every 40 residents in Christchurch, 38 were "Pakeha" (this means European New Zealanders in the Maori language), 1 person was Maori and 1 either a Pacific Islander or a Chinese or an Indian. At present 35 out of every 40 residents are "Pakeha", 3 are Maori and the remaining 2 are Asians. There are now also numerous Asian restaurants and shops, and it is possible to meet people with a variety of ethnic backgrounds in the city. However, some serious racial and ethnic conflicts between Asian migrants and local New Zealanders have occurred in this city recently. In order to solve such ethnic conflicts, on 4 May 2004 Christchurch's Mayor, Garry Moore, organised a public hearing, inviting a previous Minister of Immigration, councillors and representatives from ethnic groups in Christchurch. However, about 2000 people demonstrated against racism on 8 May 2004. Racial issues in Christchurch have now become an important matter of public interest in New Zealand, and a number of articles about these issues appeared in May, 2004. The Press also conducted a telephone survey of the opinions of 500 Christchurch residents and 300 Auckland residents in relation to racial and ethnic issues in both cities and New Zealand in general. The survey showed that Auckland residents seemed to be more accustomed to cultural diversity than those in Christchurch. On 1 June 2004 Prime Minister, Helen Clark held a community forum in Christchurch, and presented some significant policies on ethnic issues to representatives of ethnic groups in New Zealand. The New Zealand Government has now begun to make a serious effort to tackle ethnic and multicultural issues in the same way as the Australian government did in the 1980's.

In order to reduce the tidal errors in the shallow water region, we established a global ocean tide model (NAO.99b) representing major 16 constituents with a spatial resolution of 0.5°. The key feature of this model is a fine-scale along-track tidal analysis of the TOPEX/POSEIDON data, the results of which are assimilated into a barotropic hydrodynamical model which account for the self-attraction and the loading effect accurately. Also we developed a high-resolution (1/12°) regional ocean tide model around Japan (NAO.99Jb) by assimilating both the TOPEX/POSEIDON data and the data of 219 coastal tide gauges. These models with a computer code for tidal loading calculation have been freely distributed via a web site to whomever interested including eodesits and ocennogrnnhers.

SELENE Main Orbiter (KAGUYA) has separated two small sub-satellites; (1) the Relay Satellite "OKINA (Rstar)", and (2) the VLBI Radio Satellite "OUNA (Vstar)". These sub-satellites started to perform 4-way Doppler measurements using Relay Satellite Transponder (RSAT) and multi-frequency phase-delay differential VLBI using VLBI Radio Sources (VRAD) for lunar gravity mapping. We have developed the frequency conversion system, multi frequency S/X-band vertical dipole antenna, and light weighted S-band patch antenna to perform these missions. Simple structured release mechanism has also been developed and confirmed its performance by ground test and orbital demonstration using micro-Lab Sat.<BR> Initial check out were executed and properties of satellite bus equipments, onboard mission instruments, and observation systems including ground stations were evaluated. Electric power and thermal control subsystems have shown that they conduct as designed and inspected in the ground tests. The release mechanisms have given the spin which can maintain the stability of the satellite attitudes. Communication functions of mission instruments conform to the link budgets. These results suggest that OKINA and OUNA have enough performances to produce efficient data by RSAT/VRAD gravity observations.

無線通信端末だけで無線マルチホップネットワークを構成した場合と, 無線通信端末をアクセスポイントに収容しアクセスポイント間通信に無線マルチホップネットワークを利用し階層化した場合について, FTPとTFTPのスループットとその時間変動に注目し, 屋内テストベッドにて実験を行った.その結果, 無線通信端末だけで構成する場合には各クライアントでのスループットにばらつきがあること, アクセスポイントで階層化するとそのばらつきが抑制されること, および, アクセスポイント間の経路が不安定になることが確認された.これらの現象とその解析結果, および, 無線マルチホップネットワーク上のアプリケーションに与える影響について報告する.

紫外線照射により胞子落下量が元株(野生型)の1/10,000程度に低下したシイタケ胞子欠損性変異体B682を分離した.SEM観察において変異体ヒダ表面には成熟胞子がほとんど認められず,未熟な球状胞子が観察された.変異体の子実体ヒダ組織をギムザ染色したところ,担子器の多くで8個の核が観察され,減数分裂後の担子器内4娘核の体細胞分裂が推察された.検定集団(98115A population)を用いた遺伝性解析で,本変異形質は一因子性の顕性変異によるものと推察された.次世代シーケンス解析に基づく元株と変異体ゲノムの配列比較により,変異体の推定遺伝子領域にナンセンス変異を生じる一塩基多型(SNP)を見出した.本SNP特異的なPCR増幅の有無は検定集団(32D population)の表現型と完全に一致した.B682はシイタケで初めて確認された顕性の胞子欠損性変異体であり,育種利用を進める上で本SNPはマーカーアシスト選抜を可能にする有効な変異点と考えられる.

栽培きのこの一種、ウスヒラタケ(Pleurotus pulmonarius)で見出された子実体が発生後、正常に傘と柄の分化を行うことができない(子実体の奇形化)自然突然変異の原因遺伝子を連鎖地図、ゲノム配列情報、発現解析等により探索し、候補を1遺伝子に絞り込んだ。この成果は栽培現場で偶発的に発生する子実体奇形化の説明につながる可能性がある。今後相補あるいは破壊実験などにより検証し、当該遺伝子の変異検出用DNAマーカーを開発する予定である。

唾液腺導管癌は局所再発や遠隔転移を生じやすいが,再発・転移例に対する確立した治療法はない。また,アンドロゲン受容体(AR)の発現が高率に認められる特徴を有する。今回,唾液腺導管癌の局所再発・多発骨転移に対し,抗アンドロゲン療法が奏功した1例を経験したので報告する。症例は64歳,男性。右顎下腺癌T3N2bM0に対し手術加療を行い,唾液腺導管癌と診断され,病理学的にARの過剰発現を認めた。術後に化学放射線療法を施行したが,6ヶ月後に局所再発を認めた。17ヶ月後には多発骨転移が出現し,ビカルタミド(80mg/日)内服投与を開始した。腰痛に対して30Gy/10Frの緩和照射も行った。ビカルタミド投与6ヶ月後のPET-CTで局所の腫瘍は消失し,7ヶ月後の腰椎造影MRIでも大部分で腫瘍の造影効果が消失した。遠隔転移から1年経過し,乳房腫脹を認めているが,その他大きな副作用はない。AR陽性の唾液腺導管癌に対して,抗アンドロゲン療法は有用な治療選択肢の一つである。

<p>「はやぶさ2」は,C 型小惑星リュウグウ(Ryugu)にランデブーし,母船からのリモートセンシング観測及び小型着陸機によるその場観測を行うとともに,最大3 回の表面物質サンプリングを行うこととなっている.サンプリング地点には,リュウグウそのものや母天体,さらには太陽系形成時の惑星集積過程と物質進化について,最大の情報を得られる場所を選定する必要があるが,選定のために必要となる情報はランデブー後取得されるリモートセンシング観測の結果を待たねばならない.そのため,限られた時間の中で小惑星の特徴を把握し,安全性と科学価値の評価(Landing Site Selection, LSS)を行う手順を確立しておくことは必須である.本稿では,はやぶさ2 プロジェクトが来年に迫ったLSS 本番に向けて実施したLSS 訓練について概説する.</p>

The Japanese lunar explorer SELENE (KAGUYA), which has been launched on Sep. 14th, 2007, utilizes VLBI observations in lunar gravimetry investigations. This can particularly improve the accuracy of the low degree gravitational harmonics. Combination of ground based VLBI observations and Doppler measurements of the spacecrafts enable three dimensional orbit determinations and it can improve the knowledge of the gravity field near the limb. Differential VLBI Radio sources called VRAD experiment involves two on-board sub-satellites, Rstar (Okina) and Vstar (Ouna). These will be observed using differential VLBI to measure the trajectories of the satellites with the Japanese network named VERA (VLBI Exploration of Radio Astrometry) and an international VLBI network.<BR>Two new techniques, a multi-frequency VLBI method and the same-beam VLBI method, are used to precisely measure the angular distance between the two sub-satellite radio sources Okina and Ouna. The observations are at three frequencies in S-band, 2212, 2218 and 2287 MHz, and one in X-band, 8456 MHz. We have succeeded in making VLBI observations of Okina/Ouna with VERA and the international network, and have also succeeded in correlating of signals from Okina/Ouna, and obtained phase delays with an accuracy of several pico-seconds in S-band.
