セレンは必須微量元素の1つで健康増進作用や疾病予防作用,とりわけガンの発生や転移を抑制することで,注目を集めている元素である。食品中のセレン含有量を水素化物発生原子吸光法を用い測定した。測定条件は,NIST SRM-1568 aの米粉を用い認証値 380±40 ppbに対し,382±17 ppbで妥当性を確認した。41種類の豆腐中セレン含有量を測定した結果,国産と中国産大豆を用いた豆腐中セレン含有量は低く,カナダ・アメリカ産大豆を用いた豆腐は高かった。きな粉を測定した結果も,大豆の原産国がアメリカのセレン含有量は高く,国産大豆のきな粉は低くかった。

目的 大阪府における2014年の麻疹の流行状況を分析し,府内の今後の麻疹対策について検討を行う。方法 2014年に大阪府内で麻疹と報告された46例に府内集団発生事例で感染者の居住地が他府県であった 1 例を加えた47例について年齢分布,週別患者発生状況,推定感染経路,渡航歴,麻疹含有ワクチン歴,ウイルス検出状況,発症から届出までに要した日数について分析を行った。結果 患者は青年層成人(20~39歳)が24例(51%)と半数以上を占めていた。患者報告数は 2 週から27週にかけてピークを形成し,47週に終息した。主な感染経路としては,感染源不明の国内感染が47例中16例(34%)と最多で,次いで家族内感染(26%),渡航や海外からの輸入事例(21%)の順であった。また患者の83%が接種歴なし,または不明であった。検出ウイルスは B3,H1,D8 とすべて海外由来株であった。15歳以上群は15歳未満群に比べ,発症から届出までの日数が有意に長かった(P=0.001)。結論 府内の麻疹を制圧するためには発症から届け出の遅れを最小限にすることが求められる。医療機関,とくに成人を診療する医療機関への啓発が必要とされる。またすべての感受性者に対する麻疹含有ワクチン接種が必要である。

Ultra-high definition (4K) imaging allows us to achieve considerably higher image quality than would high definition (HD) imaging. The present study examined how 4K and HD imaging could influence subjective impressions of movies differently, in association with the quantities of motion and fields of view of these movies. We found that stronger impressions regarding comfort and impact were evoked for 4K movies with smaller quantities of motion and medium field of view. Stronger perceptions of impact occurred for HD movies with larger quantities of motion and larger field of view. HD movies also gave stronger impression regarding dynamics regardless of motion quantities. Additionally, HD movies down-converted from 4K movies tended to induce higher impressions regarding evaluation and comfort in some situations. These results suggest that subjective impressions of movies are influenced by the differences in resolution images, as well as interactions between imaging types and characteristics of movie contents.

東北地方太平洋沖地震において関東地方を中心に前例のない広域的な液状化被害が報告されている.都市地盤における液状化現象を理解し,その対策を立てるには,液状化が地下のどこで起ったのかを同定することが極めて重要である.本報告では,千葉県浦安市舞浜3丁目のボーリングコア試料に対して,X線CTスキャン解析を実施し,非常に鮮明な地層のイメージの取得に成功した.この結果,地面下13 mまでの地層を5つのユニットに区分することができ,その中で6.15 mから8.85 mまでの間で地層のオリジナルな構造が破壊されており,液状化した層であると判定した.この手法は,今後の液状化研究に関して,大きな貢献が期待できる.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of technical innovation on marketing channels and the Yamaha Music School under the mature Japanese piano market since the 1980s. The dilemma of the piano industry (e.g., the low diffusion rate, about 25%) drastically changed due to digital technology. In this new competitive environment, Yamaha carried out the three strategic changes: releasing low cost digital instruments, recasting sales channels, and reconsidering the Yamaha Music School's management policy.In the early 1980s, newcomer Casio began producing and selling the Casiotone, a low cost digital instrument. Although Yamaha did not want to release cheap keyboard instruments which might decrease the demand for their leading products (the piano and electronic organ), in the late 1980s they launched Portasound (a Yamaha-made cheap keyboard) to compete against the Casio product. Moreover, Yamaha distributed this new product through the same mass retailers which dealt in Casiotones. Recasting their sales channel this way caused the old channel, the traditional exclusive distributor system, to struggle. However, it was important for Yamaha to maintain the traditional system, because exclusive distributors were skillful at selling expensive goods (pianos etc.) through consulting sales. Therefore, Yamaha reinforced the exclusive distributors by changing their form of profit-earning music schools from one in which the schools supported Yamaha through sales, to one in which Yamaha supported the schools through licensing. These schools became an important source of income in the face of reduced piano demand from 1980.Yamaha maintained their position as market leader through these three strategic changes in spite of the technological paradigm shift in which they lost the first mover advantage. Although the double structure of their sales channel (comprising exclusive distributors and mass retailers) resulted in lower sales capacity for their exclusive distributors, the exclusive distributors were able to change their primary focus to the music education business. Yamaha's unique sales channel, with educational facilities, continues to transform while developing new keyboard instrument businesses.

【目的】近年,筋骨格系疼痛のマネジメントにおいて,心理社会的要因に対する痛みの神経生理学的教育(以下,PNE)の有効性が示されている。今回,両側膝タナ障害と診断された対象者に対して,PNE を中心とした介入を行い,良好な経過が得られたため報告する。【方法】対象者は誘因なく両膝痛が出現した,ランニングを趣味とする20 代男性であった。生物心理社会モデルに沿った評価を行い,痛みの破局的思考,運動恐怖,身体知覚異常,疼痛に対する誤った信念の影響が示されたため,標準的理学療法に加えてPNE を行った。【結果】痛みの破局的思考,運動恐怖,身体知覚異常は軽減し,誤った信念は修正された。両膝痛は改善し,ランニングは満足いくまで実施可能となった。【結論】標準的理学療法に加えてPNE を行うことは,両側膝タナ障害と診断された膝痛に対して有効である可能性が示された。また,それらは身体知覚異常に対しても有効な可能性がある。

Suspension analysis had been done for improvement of riding comfort. The analysis had the problem in the nonlinear characteristic modeling technologies of parts. We think that a rubber bush in the suspension which the analysis had not been so done in the present study. The mechanical character of rubber Bush is the rigidity different according to how to add power. It is character of velocity dependence that the rigidity is different according to the difference of the strain velocity. The rubber bush shape is circle and the fulid (oil) is contained in inside. In this study, we think that solid-fulid interaction analysis by FEM in order to reproduce the action of a rubber bush. We consider a vibration charactor of rubber bush and it is the purpose that we develop the computational model technology.

現在, 意図しない妊娠による結婚「できちゃった結婚」が増加している。妊娠, 結婚という2つの大きなライフイベントに同時に直面するため, 母性不安が大きく, 順調な母性発達過程からともすると逸脱しやすいのではないかと考えた。そこで今回, 「できちゃった結婚」妊婦の母性不安と母性発達の現状を明らかにするため, 計画妊娠初産婦と比較する研究調査を行った。期間は2003年9月〜12月。F市産婦人科5施設の初産婦319名を対象に自記式質問紙調査を行い, 以下のことが明らかとなった。(1)「できちゃった結婚」群は計画妊娠群より母性不安度が高く(p<0.001), 特に妊娠判明時「戸惑った, 困った」と答えた妊婦が, 有意に母性不安度が高かった(p<0.001)。(2)母性不安因子は, 「薬や喫煙の影響」「経済状態」「産後の体型の変化」「世間体」「育児」「母乳」「夫の思いやり」「夫の反応」「家族の反応」の9項目において, 「できちゃった結婚」群が有意に高かった。(3)母性の発達過程(母性意識, 愛着形成)については, 両群で有意な差はみられなかった。(4)母性不安度の高い人は母性意識が低く, 特に「できちゃった結婚」群において強い相関がみられた。(5)母性不安度が高い人は対児感情が低かった。

Research integrity is the basis of scientific research practice. These days excessively competitive research environment has generated a negative impact on scientific research including the prevalence of superficial science and research misconduct. Research misconduct does cause serious damage not only to research activity but also to social activity, such as medical care and developing human resources. We could promote research integrity in two integral directions; the researchers' sincere attitude and the system in which reliable science is encouraged. In the former direction, researchers should revisit the significance of the Mertonian norms (CUDOS; Communism, Universalism, Disinterestedness, and Organized Skepticism), which represent how researchers should put the self-correction of science into practice. In the latter direction, the scientific community should consolidate the system, such as education of science history, recognition of the significance of slow science, encouragement of open science, placement of research integrity advisers, and fulfilling institutional supports.
