インターネットショッピングやオンラインストアが社会に浸透し、商品購買活動において益々重要になってきている。それに伴い、売り上げの向上を目的とする「情報推薦」への注目が高まっている。本稿では対話型商取引と電子商取引(e コマース)には基本的な違いがあると考える。対話型商取引では店員が顧客の要求に合う商品を推薦できたが、電子用取引においては課題である。本稿では、高専門性・高嗜好商品における電子商取引において顧客の要求する商品を的確に推薦するシステムを提案する。An Internet shopping and an online store permeate society and become more and more important in merchandise purchasing activity. And, attention to "information recommendation" for the purpose of improvement of sales activities is rising. In this paper, we consider that there is basic difference in interactive transaction and electronic commerce (e-commerce). A salesclerk was able to recommend merchandise in accordance with customer needs by an interactive transaction, but it is a problem in electrons commerce. In this paper, we propose a system to precisely recommend the merchandise information of high specialty and high taste merchandise in electronic commerce.

1991年12月,排砂ゲートを設けた出し平ダム(富山県黒部川水系1985年設立)から,初の直接排砂が行われ,その際,多量のヘドロが排出された.その後も1999年までに計8回の排砂が行われた.本研究において,出し平ダム湖および富山湾堆積物の特性について分析を行った.その結果,特に芦野沖にヘドロが堆積していること,そして,富山湾堆積物は他の湾堆積物と比べカオリン鉱物,スメクタイトが多く,出し平ダム湖堆積物と類似した粘土鉱物組成を持つことが明らかとなった.実験より,ニジマスのエラにスメクタイトが吸着することで,エラの変形や脱水を引き起こすことが明らかとなり,また,富山湾で採取されたヒラメのエラ表面が,微細粒子で覆われているのが観察された.以上の結果と1991年から1999年の出し平ダム排砂量とヒラメの漁獲量の変遷には密接な関係が認められ,ダム湖や富山湾底質の経時変化を観察することの重要性が示された.

紀伊半島沖で捕獲されたハンドウイルカの肛門から条虫のストロビラが排出された。生殖器の配置から裂頭条虫科Diphyllobothrium属(Diphyllobothrium Cobbold, 1858)であると推測し,COX-1遺伝子,リボソームDNA領域内のITS1領域および18S rRNAを標的とした分子学的解析を行った。その結果,DNAデータベース上のイルカ裂頭条虫と一致し,本種をイルカ裂頭条虫と同定した。本症例は,日本においてハンドウイルカからイルカ裂頭条虫が検出された初めての報告である。

潰瘍性大腸炎の寛解維持療法は,ステロイドを使用せず,サリチル酸製剤をアドヒアランスを考慮し長期に継続することが重要である.それでも易再燃性やステロイド依存性を示す場合は,チオプリン製剤が用いられる.インフリキシマブで寛解導入された症例では,特に中止すべき理由がなければ,8週間隔の維持投与が継続される.大腸癌死を減少させるために,8年ないし10年以上経過した全大腸炎型または左側大腸炎型の潰瘍性大腸炎には,サーベイランス内視鏡検査を行う.色素内視鏡と狙撃生検が今後の標準的手法となる可能性がある.

1)マウスの肝臓を用いたALDH酵素活性評価において,清酒由来の成分に阻害活性が認められた。2)清酒からALDH阻害活性を有する物質を疎水性吸着樹脂,陽イオン交換樹脂,ODSカラム,NH2カラムにより分離・精製後,LC/TOF-MSによる精密分子量測定を行った結果,α-GGが同定された。3)マルトースとグリセロールからα-グルコシダーゼを用いて合成したα-GGはALDH阻害活性を示した。4)市販の清酒に含まれるα-GGを測定した結果,約4~19 mg/mlの濃度であり,醸造アルコールを添加した清酒では低値の傾向が認められた。

蛋白分解酵素阻害薬膵局所持続動注療法(動注療法)は,重症急性膵炎に対する特殊治療として1990年代より全国で実施されてきた.最近になり,その有効性を疑問視する臨床研究の報告が相次ぎ,さらに動注療法が保険未収載であるため,急性膵炎診療ガイドライン2015[第4版]では推奨されなくなった.そのため,動注療法の有用性を検証し保険収載を見据えた多施設共同ランダム化比較試験が計画され,医師主導治験として実施された.その結果,動注療法の静注療法に対する優越性は証明されず,むしろ安全面の問題が指摘された.現在の重症急性膵炎診療の中で,侵襲的な動注療法を行うメリットはないと考えるべきであろう.

活性酸素はさまざまな疾患の原因であることが知られている. 日常生活や食事によって生体内における活性酸素の産生を抑制することは健康維持にとって重要である. 食品中には活性酸素を除去する抗酸化作用を示す物質がいくつか報告されている. 乳酸菌飲料についても抗酸化活性を有することが報告されているが, その活性物質についての知見は乏しい. 2,2- diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) ラジカル消去法により自社乳酸菌発酵液の抗酸化活性を評価した結果, 抗酸化物質として2,3-dihydro-3,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl-4H-pyran-4-one (DDMP) を初めて同定した. DDMPは糖とアミノ酸とのメイラード反応によって生成することが知られており, いくつかの食品に含まれていることは既に報告されているが, 乳酸菌飲料での報告は初めてである.自社乳酸菌飲料の製造工程において高濃度のDDMPを産生させる方法について検討を行ったところ,グルコース・ガラクトースなどの還元糖およびリジンやアルギニンなどの塩基性アミノ酸の添加によりDDMP濃度が顕著に増加した.

小脳出血により右上肢の運動失調を呈する事例に対して,箸操作の自立を目標に作業療法を実施した.事例は,麻痺側右手に過剰に力が入った状態で,箸を握り込むように把持していた.そして,右手の揺れを止めようとして箸の握り込みが強まり,操作対象からの感覚情報とその変化を知覚することが困難な状態にあった.手指の目的的な活動を促通するために,手全体で物品を握るおよび扱う活動で,手指の屈曲・伸展を連続的に誘導した.その後,切る,混ぜる,つまみ上げる,の3つの工程に分けた箸操作を実施し,箸先を整える動作を誘導した.その結果,事例は実用的に箸を使用することが可能となった.

The purpose of this article is to investigate changes in the intermarriage spheres of the inhabitants of four villages of hilly districts, throughout the past hundred years or so, with relation to the expansion of the spheres of their village life. In addition to this the writer tries to trace the tradition of old marriage customs in those villages, such as the institution of common houses for young men and women and an old form of marriage in which the husband nightly visits the wife dwelling in her parents home.

東京学芸大学は2022年5月に「東京学芸大学教育コンテンツアーカイブ」をリリースした。附属図書館が大学全体のデータベースとして構築し,他の学内部署との連携により多様なデジタルコンテンツを公開している。このことは最新かつ高機能なシステムリソースを大学内で共有することにつながり,大学にとって大きなメリットとなった。また附属図書館は,学内成果としてのデジタルコンテンツを蓄積する基盤を整えることができた。今後各種課題に対応しながら,連携部署の拡大を進めていきたい。

Introduction Le raisonnement classique du jugement est le syllogisme juridique. Il consiste à appliquer à une situation de fait, une règle de droit, dont la plupart sont établies par l'assemblée. Mais depuis quelques décennies, la mise en balance des intérêts et la proportionnalité repoussent le syllogisme comme forme du jugement. Cette étude a pour but de proposer un aperçu de cette évolution contemporaine en droit français et d'en extraire quelques suggestions pour le droit japonais. Ⅰ. La situation du droit français En France, l'histoire de la balance des intérêts et de la proportionnalité diffère en fonction des divers domaines juridiques. (1) Dans le droit administratif, la proportionnalité a une histoire relativement longue et évolutive. La compétence administrative a été dotée de la justice déléguée au début de la 3e République, et les juges administratifs, ceux du Conseil d'État inclus, disposaient ainsi du pouvoir leur permettant de constater des faits et de les qualifier. D'autre part, comme le code du droit administratif n'existait pas, le juge administratif était obligé de créer les règles jurisprudentielles sous forme de principes généraux du droit.(View PDF for the rest of the abstract.)

We examined the decomposition behavior of 1-acyl-substituted derivatives of d-lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), such as 1-cyclopropanecarbonyl LSD (1cP-LSD), 1-acetyl LSD (ALD-52), and 1-propionyl LSD (1P-LSD) through gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). It was reported previously that in methanol, 1cP-LSD completely decomposed into LSD during GC/MS. We found that in methanol, 1cP-LSD remained undecomposed during GC/MS, and the extent of decomposition varied based on the analyses performed in this study. As a result of a detailed examination, we deduced that the decomposition occurs at the inlet, regardless of the inlet temperature or the type of the inlet liner. We observed that the peak areas of 1cP-LSD decreased with the deterioration of the inlet liner, and this was considered to be a cause for the variation between different analyses. While the acetonitrile solution of 1cP-LSD provided relatively robust results, the other examined solvents showed a significant decomposition of 1cP-LSD and/or a sequent decrease in the peak area of 1cP-LSD with time after the replacement of the inlet liner. ALD-52 or 1P-LSD in acetonitrile were stable during GC/MS, however, they were unstable when methanol was used as a solvent, similar to 1cP-LSD. This suggested that a similar decomposition and/or a sequent decrease in the peaks of ALD-52 and 1P-LSD during GC/MS can be expected.

We measured the contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) and evaluated low-contrast images and streak artifacts to optimize abdominal C-arm CT imaging, and we investigated the view number, acquisition matrix, and pixel depth. To measure CNR, we filled 0.125–1.0-inch cavities in an American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) CT performance phantom with a sodium chloride solution. Five radiological technologists visually evaluated the noise, signal conspicuity at low-and high-signal density, and the overall image quality using paired comparisons based on Thurstone’s law. In a given acquisition matrix, the total view number had the greatest effect on the image noise, artifacts, and signal detectability on C-arm CT images. For a given incident dose per view on the flat-panel detector (FPD), fewer images with noise and streak artifacts resulted when a larger view number was selected.
