In recent years, SQUID (superconducting quantum interference device) technology has been developed for measuring the very low magnetic field generated from a human's physiology activity, and this technology is used for MEG (magnetencephalograph) and MCG (magnetcardiograph). In this way, the MEG and MCG have begun to be installed to the some hospitals as the medical devices. It is necessary to reduce the environmental magnetic field significantly, in order to measure the weak signals with high stability by using these devices. We developed and manufactured the magnetic shielding room for this purpose. In this paper, shielding performance of the magnetic shielding room at the low intensity and low frequency magnetic field is introduced.

How do firms adapt to technological change? The ability of firms to sense and implement new technologies and configure new processes that match new requirements is central to competitive advantage (Teece, 2014). But how do firms perform these steps? We look at the development of electric motor technologies in Japanese and German firms to explore these issues. We find substantial variety in how firms approach this change: Some firms have outsourced their electric motor production to Tier1 specialists. Other firms have kept the knowledge completely in-house. Yet other firms cooperate or outsource selectively to avoid these extremes. We offer some propositions on how the individual firm p osition and general features of the German and Japanese supplier settings influence firm strategi es.

情報通信産業の新しいビジネスモデルとして、基本機能を無料で提供し、付加機能を有料で提供する、いわゆるフリーミアムがある。フリーミアムを採用しているサービスは急増しているが、特にその中でも、非定額型のデジタル財課金のビジネスモデルであるモバイルゲームは、高収益・高成長率を達成している。しかしその一方で、実証研究は少なく、ビジネスモデルの確立途上にある部分も多い。そこで本研究では、モバイルゲームのパネルデータを用いて実証分析を行い、消費者の支払行動と長期売上高の関係を統計的に検証する。推定の結果、前期の有料ユーザ 1 人当たりの平均支払額(ARPPU)は、今期の売上高に非線形で有意な影響を与えていた。また、その極大値は約 11,754 円であった。このことから、長期売上高最大化という観点からは、ARPPU が約 11,754 円になるようにイベントやガチャの頻度、アイテムの価格を調整することが最適であることが示唆された。また、フリーミアムを採用しているサービスの大半がマネタイズに失敗し、サービス終了となっている現在、非定額型フリーミアムは成功手法として着目されている。本研究の結果はモバイルゲーム以外にもいえる可能性がある。

『全国消費実態調査』(1989・1994・1999・2004年)の匿名データを用いて家計における住居費負担の動向を把握し,所得格差と相対的貧困の拡大における住居費負担の影響を検討した。住居費負担率は経年に従って増加しており,とくに『公団・公社の借家』や『民営借家』に居住する世帯の負担増が顕著であった。また,住居費控除後所得を基準に貧困率を算出すると,住居費控除前所得を基準にした場合と比較して上昇した。さらに,低所得世帯を対象としたヒアリング調査の事例分析から,狭小・老朽で低廉な借家に居住せざるを得ない世帯や住宅を選好できず住居費負担が過重になる世帯の具体的な生活状況を把握した。

政府の新自由主義的な大学政策のために,今日の日本の大学は深刻な危機に直面しつつあり,学生の質の変化が進む中,よりいっそうの大学教育改善の努力が求められる.社会学教育は,大学進学率の上昇にともなって拡大し,1991年の大学設置基準大綱化以降,各大学で学部・学科の再編が進んだ.『学校基本調査報告書』でみる限り,「社会学関係」の学生数・占有率ともに上昇しているが,その結果,社会学中心学科が拡大しているとはいいきれない.大綱化以降,学科名称は急増し,「大学改革」の迷走ぶりを象徴しつつ,『学校基本調査報告書』の学科分類は破綻してしまった.本稿は,社会学をプロフェッションとしてとらえることの意義,社会学プロフェッションが大学ルートと学会ルートの重なりと区別という形で存在することを主張し,一般国民や政府・財界との関係や社会学分野の課題を示し,大学ルートの集約の場,大学ルートと学会ルートの調整の場がないことを指摘している.本稿はまた,学生と教員の間,教員と同僚の間,教育役割と研究役割の間の「3つのアパルトヘイト」論を紹介し,教育と研究は構造と作動原理がかなり異なる点に教育改革が困難である理由を見,社会学教育の改革のためには「アパルトヘイトの打破」「理念・目的・目標の明確化」「社会学の社会的機能への目配り」を通じて実質合理性を高めることが重要であると指摘している.

Our preferences are influenced by the presence of others. However, it is unclear how the simultaneous presence of multiple others influences preference judgment. In this study, we presented multiple happy or disgust face images around a target and examined their influence on target preference. In Experiment 1, we presented only happy or disgust faces in order to examine the influence of quantity. In Experiment 2 and 3, we manipulated the ratio of happy or disgust and neutral faces. Findings revealed that the happy face increased the target preference and its effect varied by the ratio of happy faces. On the other hand, the disgust face decreased the target preference only if there was one such face. These results indicate that although the numeric information of others’ facial expressions influences preference judgment, this influence differs with the nature of others’ expressions.

背景.数多くの健康食品が販売されており,医薬品と併用している場合も少なくない.なかでも滋養強壮を謳った「にんにく卵黄」は盛んに広告されており,愛飲者も相当数が見込まれる健康食品である.症例.69歳男性.4年前から「にんにく卵黄」を服用し続けていた.数週間前から労作時の呼吸困難と乾性咳嗽を自覚し,近医で肺炎の診断にて抗菌薬と副腎皮質ステロイドを投与されるも改善せず,当科を紹介受診した.胸部X線およびCT上,両側中下肺野,末梢側優位のすりガラス影を認めた.気管支肺胞洗浄液でリンパ球優位の細胞増加を認め,気管支肺生検ではリンパ球主体の炎症と軽症の器質化肺炎様の所見を認めた.「にんにく卵黄」の服用中止により速やかに改善し,リンパ球刺激試験でも同商品で陽性反応を示したため,同食品による肺障害を強く疑った.結論.健康食品やサプリメントの摂取歴についても,問診で詳細に聴取することが大変重要である.
