「銀行は証券マンを本気で必要としていない。そう改めて痛感しました」。昨年末、それまで働いていた銀行系証券を辞めたA氏(55歳)の背中を押したのは、会社が突然打ち出した希望退職者募集の通知だった。 1997年の山一証券の経営破綻が象徴した90年代の金融システム不安をきっかけに、証券各社は生き残りのため合併を繰り返す歴史をたどってきた。

自然言語処理において,単語認識(形態素解析や品詞推定など)の次に実用化可能な課題は,ある課題において重要な用語の認識であろう.この際の重要な用語は,一般に単語列であり,多くの応用においてそれらに種別がある.一般的な例は,新聞記事における情報抽出を主たる目的とした固有表現であり,人名や組織名,金額などの 7 つか 8 つの種別(固有表現クラス)が定義されている.この重要な用語の定義は,自然言語処理の課題に大きく依存する.我々はこの課題をレシピ(調理手順の文章)に対する用語抽出として,レシピ中に出現する重要な用語を定義し,実際にコーパスに対してアノテーションし,実用的な精度の自動認識器を構築する過程について述べる.その応用として,単純なキーワード照合を超える知的な検索や,映像と言語表現のマッチングによるシンボルグラウンディングを想定している.このような背景の下,本論文では,レシピ用語タグセットの定義と,実際に行ったアノテーションについて議論する.また,レシピ用語の自動認識の結果を提示し,必要となるアノテーション量の見通しを示す.

「ふるさと雇用再生特別交付金事業」は、どのような求人を生み出しているのか。本稿は、大阪府の2009年7月現在の状況について、行政的な手続きを確認しつつ明らかにする。本稿は、雇用創出の中間ないし最終集計の分析ではなく、「オン・ゴーイングな観察」に過ぎない。だが、次の強みを持つ―「当該企業やNPOは、なぜいまこのタイミングでこれこれの求人を出しているのか?」という文脈の解明である。これがなされてこそ、当該の雇用が事業終了後も継続するか否かの考察や、継続させる必要条件についての議論も、より深い実質を備える。本稿は、「ふるさと雇用再生」の大枠と流れを、厚生労働省や大阪府庁の資料によって概観したあと、「サポートネットOSAKA」の求人情報の任意の発効日を対象に、労働需要発生の文脈を、受託企業・NPOのホームページの閲覧等によって解明していく。得られた暫定的な知見は次の2点。 1)本事業をブレイクダウンして個別事業の実施にこぎつけるまでのプロセスは、大阪府の場合、トップダウンの傾向が見られる。 2)「ふるさと雇用再生」で生み出されている少なからぬ求人が、行政のアウトソーシングの流れに位置づくものだ、と考えられる。現時点で言えることは次の3点。 1)国から発せられる事業の具体的な推進は、トップダウンで行政中心の方法に限られるわけではない(例えば京都府)。 2)民間企業の雇用保険料が、時限的な交付金として、経常的で福祉的な業務に投入されていることは正当性を欠く。恒久化が無理なら、せめて5年の時限措置とすべき。短期的事業の受託によって露命をつないでいる状態では、経営基盤の安定化も人材育成も望めまい。 3)雇用創出のアイデア出し・グランドデザイン描き・試行錯誤は、景気の良し悪しに関わらず、地味に続けられているべきボトムアップの営みであり、これを制度的に保障すべきである。

A large number of Tursiops sp. were caught at Arikawa Bay in Goto Is. of Nagasaki pref. In this Tursions sp., the many babies immediatly after the parturition and many females which has large fetus immediatly before the parturition, were included, so it is seemed that this Tursiops sp. is group in the course of the migration of parturition. The body length of the fetus in paturition is presumed about 120 cm. On the body color, the striped dark design in the shape of the anchor was observed at the front of the rear of the head, and in this point it is same characteristic to the Pacific Tursiops sp. About the external proportion of body, in this Tursiops sp. the head part is longer, the portion of the waist and tail is smaller than the northern species of this prefecture, but is similar in these portions to Pacific spp. And the characteristics in this species is that the dorsal fin situates more forward and the breadth of the tail flake is larger than other species. About the skull proportion, the width of the middle snout in maxilla is more narrow and the length of teeth line in maxilla and mandibula is longer and the distance of the end of both temporal is shorter than other Tursiops sp. On the tooth, the distribution of its number is no small, but it has a tendency to much generally. The number of bertebrae was 64, but this value is one animale. About the change of external proportion with the progress of growing, the each values in the head part are decrease and values in the portion of the waist and tail are increase with the progress of growth, it is shown that the degree of the head growth is smaller than the other portions, and the body growth is due to that in the waist and tail mainly.

近年は国内でも無人機がかなり一般的に知られるようになってきた.マスコミも「無人航空機」あるいは「無人飛行機」などの代わりに「無人機」という用語を使いつつあるようである.おそらく福島原発での活躍や,北朝鮮の無人機,また最近は「ドローン」と呼ばれることの多いマルチコプターがしばしばニュースとなるようになったことなどの影響であろう.福島原発の例からもわかるように,過酷な環境で人間パイロットに代わって業務を行う無人機は,国内のみならず北極や南極などの極域における科学観測においても大変有用である.日本の南極観測に関しては,2004年頃から国立極地研究所の一部の研究者グループが固定翼無人機を南極昭和基地で利用することを試みたのが始まりである.筆者は偶然このグループに関わる機会を得て,南極の夏期における観測のために,国立極地研究所や福岡大学との無人機の共同開発と,南極の夏期シーズン(12月〜1月)のみではあるが,2010年から2015年まで4回の夏期シーズンにわたって実際に南極で観測・運用を行う機会を得た.本稿では,極域の特に南極における各国および日本の無人機観測の動向と,筆者が関わった観測・運用の実際と課題等について述べる.

One of the problems that the overseas operating companies face is the burden of social insurance premiums. Especially, the problem of the double load of the social insurance premiums is important. Employees who are dispatched from a company to work overseas must be enrolled in the social insurance system of the other country and bear the social insurance premiums.In other words, dispatched employees must pay social insurance premiums in both their own countries and their counterparts.The social security agreement can solve this problem. When a social security agreement is concluded, dispatched employees are not required to join the social insurance system (particularly the public pension system) of the other country during their stay in the other country, and the double burden of public pension premiums will be avoided.The purpose of this paper is to estimate how much the social insurance premiums could be saved by Japanese companies in Netherlands (as of October 2016, 483 companies) by concluding a social security agreement between Japan and Netherlands. The results of the estimates are as follows. In 2016, Japanese companies in Netherlands had reduced their public pension premiums by about 2.62 billion yen. Japan and Netherlands have also concludedagreements on public health insurance and employment insurance. A similar estimate was made about these premiums, and the amount of public health insurance premiums was reduced by approximately 730 million yen, and the amount of employment insurance premiums was estimated at 260 million yen.

The present study detected pumice grains of Kawagodaira Pumice, which was erupted at 3160‒3137 cal BP, from the >0.063 mm size fraction of cored deposits of the Upper Holocene at site 3 of Nakazato, Yaizu City. We inferred the initial stratigraphic position of the pumice at a core depth of 6.51 m (elevation −3.70 m).
