1 0 0 0 アトピー性皮膚炎患者におけるIgE bearing Lymphocytesと血清lgE値

アトピー性皮膚炎(思春期乃至成人期)患者24例および対照健常人15例に対し,モの末梢血リンパ球膜表面免疫グロブリン (IgG, IgA, IgM および IgE)保有率ならびに血清 lgE 値を測定すると共に,膜表面 lgE 保有リンパ球陽性率と血清 lgE 値との相関を検討した. 1)末梢血リンパ球膜表面 IgG, IgA および lgM 保有率は,アトピー性皮膚炎患者群と対照群との間に有意の差を認めなかったが,膜表面 lgE 保有リンパ球陽性率は有意の差 (p<0.01) をもってアトピー性皮膚炎患者群に高かった. 2)血清 lgE値も:アトピー性皮膚炎患者群に p<0.01 で有意に高値を示した. 3)全例(39例)の膜表面 lgE 保有リソパ球陽性率および血清 lgE 値(対数値)間の相関を検討し,両者間に相関係数 (r)=0.57 なる結果を得た. r = 0.57 は p<0.01, 症例数39 (n=37) に於いて有意義であり,膜表面lgE保有リンパ球陽性率と血清 lgE 値(対数値)の間には有意義な相関があるといえる. すなわち,この結果は本症に於いて活性化 lgE 産生 B-cell の増加を間接的に証明するものと考える.以上から,血清 lgE 値の検索と並んで末梢血リソパ球膜表面 lgE 保有率の検索が本症の発症機序解明のi n vitro の手段として今後さらに必要となると思われた.

Objectives We aimed to investigate the safety of zoledronic acid (ZOL) combined with acetaminophen (APAP) regarding both the adverse events and the efficacy of ZOL combined with an eldecalcitol (ELD) in a randomized clinical trial conducted in patients with primary osteoporosis. Methods A total of 109 patients were administered ZOL 5 mg and then were randomly assigned to the following groups (3:2:1): those treated with ZOL, those treated with ZOL combined with APAP and ELD, and those treated with ZOL combined with ELD. For the analyses, the groups were classified into four treatment groups: patients treated with APAP (APAP group) and without APAP (non-APAP group), and those treated with ELD (ELD group) and without ELD (non-ELD group). The incidence rates of symptomatic adverse events were compared between the APAP and non-APAP groups, and the efficacy was compared between the ELD and non-ELD groups. Results In the APAP and non-APAP groups, the incidence rates of symptomatic adverse events were 20.6% and 44.6% (p=0.009), respectively. Age and APAP use were found to be significant factors associated with adverse events. The percent changes in the bone mineral density values from baseline (ΔBMD) in the ELD and non-ELD groups at 12 months were 8.2% and 6.2% for the lumbar spine, 4.2% and 4.0% for the total hip, and 3.9% and 2.2% for the femoral neck, respectively. The ΔBMD of all sites did not differ significantly between the ELD and non-ELD groups. Conclusion In ZOL treatment, the co-administration of APAP should thus be considered as a therapeutic option to reduce the occurrence of symptomatic adverse events stemming from ZOL treatment in Japanese patients with primary osteoporosis, particularly in younger patients.

本稿は, 明治・大正期の小説文学に頻出する「赤面する青年」という形象を焦点に, 明治中期における「恋愛」の受容と青年意識の変容について考察する試みである。文学作品の中に描写された, 女性を前にして赤面・狼狽する男たちの姿を, ここでは, 男女間の関係性および (恋愛対象としての) 女性像の変容に対応した, 変調の表象として読解していく。 従来, 近代的恋愛の成立は, 近代的個人あるいは主観性の成立と相即的に論じられてきた。しかしながら, ここで読みとられた青年たちの逸脱的な様態は, 明治期における恋愛の発見と受容が, 主観性=主体性の成立の帰結というよりは, 一次的には, 新しい生活慣習と教養を身につけた女性たちとの対峙によって解発された, コミュニケーションと自己同一性の危機であったことを物語っているのである。

The purpose of this report is to introduce and discuss about the design parameters for a segment of a tactile sensor which will be used to read one dot of a braille alphabet. A single segment of a tactile sensor, consisting of a piezoelectric (PVDF) film sandwiched between two elastic materials, is designed. The design parameters, regarding the geometry and Young's modulus of the sensor are introduced. Simulations are used to investigate the influence of the design parameter on the sensor output, and to show the design criterion in order to obtain enough large sensor output. The results show that 1) for obtaining enough large sensor output, the layer, which is closer to the contact point with the dot of a Braille alphabet, should be "thinner" than and have a "similar hardness" to the other layer, 2) the output of sensor is mostly dependent on the bending effect near the PVDF layer and the Clamped structure can encourage more bending.

[目的]本研究では,体幹垂直位と体幹前傾位で測定した足趾把持力と下肢の筋活動量を比較し,体幹の肢位変化が足趾把持力に及ぼす影響を明らかにするため,測定値の再現性および最大筋力の発揮の観点から検討した。[対象・方法]健常成人男性18名を対象とした。足趾把持力の測定は,体幹垂直位と体幹前傾位の2条件で行った。測定項目は,足趾把持力および足趾把持力発揮時の大腿直筋と大腿二頭筋長頭,前脛骨筋,腓腹筋内側頭の筋活動量とした。[結果]分析の結果,級内相関係数(1,1)は,体幹垂直位がr =0.921,体幹前傾位がr=0.950であった。足趾把持力は2条件間には有意差を認めなかったものの,体幹垂直位における腓腹筋内側頭の%IEMG は体幹前傾位より有意に高値を示した。[結語]本研究結果から,体幹垂直位と体幹前傾位による体幹変化は,足趾把持力の再現性や最大筋力に影響を及ぼさないものの,腓腹筋内側頭の%IEMG に影響を及ぼすことが示された。

While 196 autopsy cases pre8enting alveolar macrophages containing. brown pigment such as hemosiderin, were examined, it was found that 148 cases, that is,75.52 of all the cases revealed the presence of so-called heart failure cells yielding a positive 'mercuryaffinity reaction. And among these cases the strong mercury-affinity reaction-positive cases presenting an iron reaction-negative or a weak iron reaction-positive pigment in alveolar macrophages, accounted for 44. cases (about 30% of 148 cases), of which 33 cases (75% of 44 cases)were found to have malignant tumors accompanied by cachexia. The remaining II cases had suffered from consum p tive diseases accompanied by an evident cachekia. Moreov er, according to the author's detailed histochemica, observations of 44 cases demonstrating the so-called heart failure cells, it has been manifested that congestive lung edema., probably due to cachexia is usually present, and that the, appearance of these, cells is ncit directly related to intraalveolar -hemorrhage and destruction of red corpuscles due to severe lung congestion, a factor which had been regarded as essential conditions for the appearance of heart failure cells. Thus, taking the above re sults into account, - the occurrence of ceroid-like -pigment 'in the so-called heart failure cells in ' autopsy cases of cachexia accompanying malignant tumors or consumptive diseases, appears to be closely related to alteration of the components of plasma protein, that is an increase in plasma protein fractions (α-globulin or glycoprotein) due to a probable 'consumption of tissue proteins and can be possibl y attributed to a phagocytosis of those, proteins carried out by macrophages. It seems reasonable to assume that the above findings pre s uppose the existence of cachectic lung edema accompanied by congestion in the so-called heart failute cell pigmentpositive cases and that origin of ceroid-like pigment in the so-called heart failure cells may be attributable to the edematous' protein-rich fluid which may contain the abnormal proteins mentioned above.

After the defeat of the Shintoists in the war between Buddhists and Shintoists in the year587CE, the Mononobe( 物部) clan was destined to run its course to ruin. But what was theMononobe clan? The word mononofu, synonym for samurai, was derived from the name ofthis clan. So, we can easily assume that Mononobe was a representative clan of ancientwarriors. Furthermore, it also means that this clan shouldered the military industry, and asa result, the majority of other industry of that period.According to the myths, Nighihayahi, ancestor god of the Mononobe clan, came to Japan,ahead of Ninighi, ancestor god of the Emperor's family. Transferring the political power tothe Emperor's family, Mononobe had maintained a certain important position within theEmperor's government. We will search for and consider the Mononobe legends and theirlegendary places which still remain in present day Osaka.In Nihon-shok(i 日本書紀), we find an impressive tale of Mononobe's vassal Tottori-noyorozu(鳥取万), who valiantly fought to the death in the above religious war and of hisfaithful dog who continued to protect his master's corpse. We visit the legendary tombs ofthe dog and of his master. Tottori is also the place name of the extreme South Osaka. Hatajinnja(波汰神社)exists as the religious centre of this district and observes the ancient ritesand festivals. The remains of Kaieji( 海会寺), a few kilometres from Hata-jinja, shows usthe Tottori people's reformation to Buddhism. In Nihon-ryoiki( 日本霊異記), we can find aninteresting episode which tells of the Tottori people's spiritual beliefs at that time.

近年,デジタル一眼レフカメラの機能や性能の進化により,ユーザーの撮影スタイルが多様化し,ファインダー撮影だけでなく,液晶モニターで映像を確認しながら撮影するライブビュー撮影および動画撮影を行う機会が増えてきている.全有効画素が撮像と位相差AFの機能を兼ね備えているCMOSセンサーを用いたデュアルピクセルCMOS AFは,ライブビュー撮影時や動画撮影時に広い測距範囲で,ファインダー撮影時と同様に最終合焦まで位相差AF が可能なため,従来のハイブリッドCMOS AFやコントラストAFに比べて,「より短い合焦時間」「動く被写体に対する優れた追従性」「動画撮影時の滑らかなAF動作」を実現しAF性能を飛躍的に向上させた.
