A brief review of the technical literature shows that numerous investigations have been made on alternating stray current electrolytic corrosion of lead, iron, copper, alminum and other metals.Alternating current corrosion on lead, iron and copper seems to be caused mainey during the anodic half cycle, but alternating current corrosion on alminum may be caused during both anodic and cathodic cycles.Alternating current corrosion may be also caused by the rectification effects of corrosion product film and or polarization.Weight loss effect of alternating current on lead, iron and copper is less than 2 percents compared with the effect of equal direct current, but its effect on alminum is very high and more than 40 percents of equal direct current.The effective remedial measures of alternating current corrosion are selective drainage method and cathodic protection by galvanic anodes.

Androidを標的とする悪性なWebコンテンツを利用した攻撃が存在する.攻撃を防止するためには,Webアクセスを観測し,攻撃の特性を調査する必要がある.ここで,AndroidにおけるWebアクセスには,Webブラウザによるもの以外に,WebViewを利用するAndroidアプリケーションによるものが存在する.WebブラウザによるWebアクセスはプラグインを用いて観測可能である.一方,WebViewを利用したWebアクセスを観測する機構は存在しない.そこで,本稿では,AndroidにおけるWebViewのWebアクセス観測機構を提案する.提案手法は,WebViewの改変により,WebViewを利用する全てのAndroidアプリケーションのWebアクセスを観測可能にする.

異常な自然現象や大規模な事故によって外部から多くの支援が必要な状態を災害という。災害が発生したときに最初にとる行動はなにか、薬剤師による適切な支援活動とは、について学ぶ機会が増えてきている。自身が関わった災害支援を振り返り、本稿では災害発生時にとるべき行動原則、国内外での薬剤師による支援活動や薬学教育で薬学生に期待することを事例とともに述べる。

本研究は, 中国・インドの巨大な人口増問題と新たな水資源制約時代を背景に, 現代における穀物需給の体制上の問題点と水資源不足の視点から, 穀物生産量の監視について, 現在の気温中心のモデルを発展させた光合成型のモニタリング法が必要であることを説いている.人口の巨大な両国における水制約の条件下では, 従来からの有効積算気温や植生現存量ばかりでなく, 日射と作物の水ストレスをも考慮した穀物生産指標を新たに開発することが必要である.本論文は, 世界気象データと衛星による植生指標を用い, 日射・有効気温・植生現存量・気孔開度を考慮した光合成型の穀物生産指標をモデル化し, 水資源不足時代における穀物生産量を早期に監視する方法を提案している.小麦・米・トウモロコシ等の穀物生産量の中で水稲を研究対象として最も重視する.その理由は, 水稲は食糧問題の中で単位面積当たりの収穫量が小麦より高いことから人口扶養力が大きく, また, 水資源を最も多く必要とし, 水配分の視点から重要な作物となっているからである.

Although a large number of studies have been made on the history of social education, what seems to be lacking is an inquiry into social physical education. In this article, I would like to examine the development of non-student physical education policy in interwar Japan, focusing on the work of “Shimin-taiiku (civic physical education)” in the City of Tokyo.   Both Ministries of Education and Interior began to show interest in social physical education and sports outside the school and army system after the First World War. Having been through a total war for the first time, they regarded the whole nation's bodies as national wealth Urban dwellers in particular were not very fit with poor physiques living in bad environments with inferior sanitary conditions, and the municipal authorities actively encouraged community physical education to make people's “bodies” healthy.   The findings are as follows. (1) The policy of “civic physical education” started in the context of positive public health, especially after the Great Earthquake of 1923. (2) Enthusiasm for health and athletics was a primary factor encouraging participation in the various works of physical training and exercises on the part of urbanites (3) These works absorbed and standardized people's enthusiasm for health and athletics, and produced “citizens” who had strong “bodies” to support urban public order of their own accord.

1994 World Figure Skating Championships was held from March 20th through 27th at the Makuhari Event Hall in China, Japan. TBS produced the international television signal as host broadcaster in this tournament,and the program was broadcasted more than 33 countries in the world. This paper reports mainly on the audio system of the field production.

<p>In this paper, we analyzed the influence that the crowd inflow in the terminal station transfer passage gave to stayed. This model is based on findings of a field survey at Nagoya Station and the past crowd accident investigations. The agent model that we developed is applied to the different cases for the validity check. Simulation is modeled on North Corridor at JR Nagoya Station, and we shows the results under the various settings. such as the in-flow co-efficiency and OD patterns. Under the realistic case setting, we analyzed the results on local crowd density on the corridor of Nagoya station.</p>

In human forearms, the radius and the ulna are geometrically regarded as a combination of two spirals arranged in parallel, which rotate in opposite directions. I assume that the optimal curves for these spirals are geodesic curves on a surface of a cone, expressed as a formula as follows: [numerical formula] [numerical formula] [numerical formula] γ: the shortest distance from the vertex of the cone to the geodesic curve. [numerical formula], where φ is the vertex angle in developed plane of the cone. When two geodesic curves exist on a corn, the curve which is obtained by proper prolongation or reduction of one curve proves to be homothetic to the other. And all geodesic curves on a corn are symmetrical when they are prolonged to the proper extent. It is interesting that this symmetric formula is a common characteristic of hard tissues of animals. Furthermore, it seems that these geodesic curves exist in several hard tissues of many animals, as well as in humans. When two geodesic curves rotate with rolling contact at one point and at a constant angle between tangent planes of two-geodesic curves, the distance between the vertexes of two cones is kept constant. Using this geometric concept of geodesic curves on the cone, I designed a model of forearm movement. In this model, the humeral capitulum and the mid-point of the axis of the humeral trochlea are regarded as the vertexes of two cones. The above-mentioned hypothesis proposed the novel concept that morphology and functions can be generalized under the identical geometric theory with the geodesic curves on the cone.
