二人単貧民はトランプゲームの大富豪(大貧民)を簡略化した二人零和確定完全情報ゲームである.二人単貧民において勝敗のみに着目した場合,必勝プレイヤと必勝の戦略は手札の総数N に対してO(N)時間で計算できることが知られている.一方本研究では,二人単貧民において負け側の残り手札枚数を得点として扱い,できる限り相手に出させずに勝ち,逆に負けるとしてもできる限り多く出すことを競う設定を考え,検証を行った.結果として,この得点のミニマックス値と得点を最大化する提出札の必要十分な範囲のいずれもO(N) 時間で計算できることを示し,得点最大化とゲーム中のパスの回数や手数との間に密接な関係があることも確かめた.

This paper traces changes experienced by youth in Tsurukawa Village in Minami-Tama County, Tokyo Prefecture, who faced modernization as a result of mass socialization in the 1920s and 1930s. Tsurukawa Village experienced drastic changes from being an isolated farming village to a farming village adjacent to the expanding Tokyo metropolitan area. This paper focuses on how local young men reconstructed the vision of their village through their elementary school alumni magazine as a tool of public opinion formation.The youth sought for a vision of their village in the alumni magazines that could not be sufficiently covered by state logic, while making efforts to coordinate school education with societal education. Their efforts are worthy of attention because they proposed rational farming to attract urban residents to become loyal customers when Tsurukawa Railway Station was constructed as part of the Odakyu Line which opened in April 1927, and a proposed flexible citizen model (farmer) who attached importance on dialogue, discussion and public opinion. This paper reveals the process of “establishing an official ego” by young farmers in the suburbs of the metropolitan area who wavered between their adoration of the decadent urban modernist culture and the backlash against it. The final issue of the alumni magazine published in December 1937 following the outbreak of the Sino-Japanese War, showed practical farming of shiitake mushrooms cultivation during the agricultural off-season, but also included “Guidelines for National Spiritual Mobilization.” The “Guidelines” clearly urged youth to strengthen their spirit on the “home front.” The alumni magazine’s strong coordination with Tsurukawa Elementary School was initially intended to explore the future vision of the village and support revitalization of the community by positioning the school as a center of the community. In reality, however, during wartime, these efforts ended up becoming a double-edged sword that eventually allowed state logic to subvert their future vision of the village.

One of the major risk factors triggering or worsening human inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is the administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) . Since NSAIDs share inhibition of the enzyme-cyclooxygenase (COX) that catalyzes production of prostanoids, some prostanoids are formed and negatively modulate the extension of IBD. We used mice deficient in prostaglandin (PG) E2 receptor EP1, EP2, EP3, and EP4, and examined the roles of prostaglandin E2 in DSS-induced colitis model. Among the PGE2 receptor-deficient mice, only EP4-deficient mice developed severe colitis with 3% DSS treatment, which induced only marginal colitis in wild-type mice. Conversely, administration of an EP 4-selective agonist (AE 1-734) to wild type mice ameliorated severe colitis normally induced with 7% DSS, while that of an EP 4 agonist, AE 3-208, suppressed recovery from colitis and induced significant proliferation of CD 4+ T cells. In vitro AE 3-208 enhanced and AE 1-734 suppressed the proliferation and Th 1 cytokine production of lamina propria mononuclear cells from the colon. DNA microarray analysis revealed elevated expression of genes associated with immune response and reduced expression of genes with mucosal repair and remodeling in the colon of EP 4-deficient mice. We conclude that EP 4 maintains intestinal homeostasis by keeping mucosal integrity and downregulating immune response.

はじめに : 「ヨロシク~ベシ」という語法は、漢文訓読で「宜」の再読よみとして知られている。この語法の形成について、先行研究は再読という訓法の成立を考える中で他の再読よみと合わせて概括的に言及することが多いが、本稿は、漢文における「宜」の構文と用法とを分析し、それを軸にして「宜」の字訓対応の在りようを検討することで、 「ヨロシク」と「ベシ」とが共起する理由やその機能性について考察したところを述べる。

The normal anatomical structural interpretation in the panoramic radiograph is important in clinical dentistry. In this time, it is textbooks published until the present that we use for references, however, widely used anatomical terms are not unification, and there are differences within the textbooks by authors.Purpose: To help the routine dental care, it is to show that the relations of landmarks of the anatomical structures and its terms in the panoramic radiograph.Material & Methods: Using 17 representative textbooks (eleven were Japanese, and six were written in foreign language), we examined relations of anatomical landmarks of the normal image of the panoramic radiograph and the described terms.Results: Cutline in the textbooks and the used anatomical terms were various and were not uniform.

近年の温暖化の影響による農作物の品質低下に適応するために,研究機関では品種や栽培方法に合わせて地域毎に,生育予測や高温障害被害予測等の農業技術の研究が行われている.しかし,日本各地の地域でこれをすぐに普及出来るようにはなっていない. そこで本研究では,農業技術の普及を目的として,農業モデルと警戒基準,警戒情報フォーマットから農業技術を定義し,その普及方式を提案する.具体的には,農業モデルの登録・計算機能,警戒基準の登録・分析機能,警戒情報のフォーマット・通知機能を開発した.評価実験では新潟県でシステムを運用し,農業技術の利用までに要する時間の計測とアンケート調査を実施し,有効性を確認した.

本研究では,1990年代に生まれた日本と中国の大学生を対象とし,それぞれの心理的環境(測定項目:孤独感,自尊心,自己開示)と社会的行動(測定項目:対人信頼感,集団主義,向社会行動)について質問紙を用い比較的な調査を行った。日本人大学生152名と中国人大学生236名が本調査に参加した。分析の結果,(1)心理的環境:「孤独感」においては,日中大学生の間に顕著な差が見られなかったが,両方ともやや高かった。「自尊心」と「自己開示」においては,日本人大学生よりも中国人大学生の方が自分の能力や価値を高く評価し,現実的な自己に関する情報を多く提供することが検証された。(2)社会的行動:「対人信頼感」においては,日中大学生の間に顕著な差がなかったが,両方とも低かった。「集団主義」では,中国人大学生が日本人大学生よりも顕著に高かった。中国人が「個人主義的」,日本人が「集団主義的」という従来の主張と異なって逆の結果となっている。また,「向社会的行動」では,日本人大学生と比べ,中国人大学生の方が他者を助ける意欲が強いと見られたが,両方とも評価得点がやや低かった。今後,日中両国の社会や経済,文化など多様な視点からその背景的影響要因を検証することが必要となるだろう。
