(目的) 横浜市立大学医学部附属市民総合医療センター泌尿器科では後腹膜鏡下根治的腎摘除術を2002年5月から開始した. 当院で採用した術式により3名の術者が安全に後腹膜鏡手術を施行可能であったので, その手術成績を検討した.<br>(対象と方法) 2002年5月から2003年6月までに当院で腎細胞癌の診断で後腹膜鏡下根治的腎摘除術を施行した14例を対象とした. 術式は側臥位で, 6cmの腰部斜切開で後腹膜腔にアプローチ. 円錐外側筋膜を腎下極レベルまで切開, 尿管を確保し, Gerota 筋膜と腹膜, Gerota 筋膜と腸腰筋の間を鏡視下でメルクマールになるように剥離したうえで, 小切開に hand port device を装着し12mmトロッカーを3本留置し, 気腹して後腹膜鏡下に根治的腎摘除術を施行. 先の6cmの切開創から腎を摘出する. 本術式の手術成績を検討した.<br>(結果) 平均手術時間は244.4分, 平均出血量は, 217.9mlだった. 1例は出血のため, 1例は小動脈の処理が不十分と思われたために開放手術に移行したが, 輸血を施行した症例はなかった. 大きな合併症も認めなかった.<br>(結論) 本術式で3名の術者が安全に後腹膜鏡下根治的腎摘除術を施行し得た.

仁義堂のあるじ(仁義道守)撰、歌川豊国画、狂歌入り大首役者似顔絵集。色摺。享和4年(1804)孟春、江戸・万春堂、山田屋三四(良)郎刊、大本1冊。浅草庵市人の序は、似顔絵の歴史を略説する中で、豊国の画に言及し「写神の妙たること似たりや/\杜若花あやめ瓜をふたつに割こみの向棧鋪にみるこゝちす、是に仁義堂のあるし人々の狂詠を集そへられつ」とある。役者名の記載はない。背景、鼠色のつぶし。紫、紅をはじめとする極彩色を使用し、顔に胡粉を引き、目鼻口や隈取りに意を用い、衣装の文様も艶やか。演技中の緊迫した表情を伝えるものが多い。狂歌には、歌舞伎特有の「棧敷」「入り(のおちぬ)」「せり出し」「ちう(につらるる)」「敵やく」「七変化」その他の語を詠み入れる。最終の画は5世市川団十郞で、裏に自詠「君に顔見せんと夜半もねつみ木戸明て逢ふ日の檜舞台に 市川白猿(花押)」を記す。花押は「鼻」の朱1字。(鈴木淳)(2016.2)

Authors have been conducting the research on the unmanned pile loading operation by an automated wheel loader, “Yamazumi-4.”The system is a fully self-contained autonomous system. The unmanned wheel loader has various sensors to measure the self-position, the position of pile, and the position of the dump truck to be loaded. After path planning according to the positions of the pile, the truck, and loader itself, the path following control guarantees the total task completion consists of targeting the pile, scooping the pile, carrying a bucket of pile to the truck, loading the pile to the truck, and re-going to the pile. For the accurate positioning control, RTK GPS and Moving Base GPS systems are combined to the dead reckoning based on the virtual dual wheel vehicle model. The dead reckoning calculated by the wheel velocity and steering angles can not avoid accumulating the positioning errors. Although lower rate Moving Base RTK GPS system supplies more accurate global position and heading direction data, they contain time delay. Authors developed the algorithm to detect the time delay of the GPS data by comparing to the recent dead reckoning data and to re-calculate the current position and direction from GPS data. The path following feedback system is developed to follow the line part and the curve part in the planned path. The planned curve part consists of a pair of the symmetric psuedo clothoid curves. For the sure loading task, the path following control is switched to the bucket tip position control helped by the laser range finders. In the scooping task, bucket control is switched by the reaction force measured by the hydraulic pressure sensor. Totally the whole tasks were well controlled and completed.

平成29年度は、仏教絵本の表現に反映された近代仏教研究の学術的知識を読みとるというテーマのもと、1970年代の仏教絵本が表現したブッダの表象について、「変容」という観点から考察した。また、新たな着眼点として、近代文学との関連性、キリスト教からの影響といった点を視野に入れながら、古代インドの仏教説話であるジャータカ(本生譚)を題材とした絵本をとりあげ、それらの作品が近現代におけるブッダの表象形成に果たした役割を、実証主義的な歴史思想研究が創りあげたブッダ像とは異なる系譜の流れとして探究した。当初の計画では、日本真理運動本部が1950年に刊行した『佛敎聖典おしゃかさま』等の諸作品から、絵本のブッダ像に反映されたプロテスタント自由主義神学と近代仏教の影響関係、キリスト教の聖画を典拠とする仏教絵本の図像表現といった、近代における仏教とキリスト教の結びつきを浮かびあがらせようとした。しかしながら、『こどものくに別冊 おしゃかさま』に見られるキリスト教からの影響については、すでに昨年度、形の文化会機関誌『形の文化研究』第10号へ論文「仏教絵本『こどものくに別冊 おしゃかさま』にみるブッダのイメージ」を掲載することができた。そこで今年度は、日本の仏教絵本に表現されたブッダのイメージから読みとれる近代西洋仏教学の影響を明らかにするというテーマを別視点から取り組むため、仏教保育・口演童話・仏教日曜学校といった児童伝道の領域に考察範囲を設定し、仏教絵本で表現されるブッダ像の「変容」に着目した。また、仏教の教主である釈迦が、小国の王子としてこの世に生まれる以前の前世で為した善行功徳を伝えるインド説話であるジャータカの絵本で表現されたブッダの表象についても読解し、現在の近代仏教史研究で特にクローズアップされる歴史学的観点から捉えるブッダとは異なるイメージが存在していることを指摘しようと考えた。

本年(2009年)は、わが国においてハンセン病患者の公的機関への隔離・収容が開始されて丁度100年目にあたる。すなわち、政府は1907(明治40)年法律第11号「癩予防ニ関スル件」を公布し1909(明治42)年それを施行、放浪する患者の隔離・収容を開始した。</br> この小論で、わが国のハンセン病医療史において最も重要な事項の一つである、この法律の成立にかかわった医師、政治家、官僚がどのようなものであったかを検証した。するとこれは意外に少人数のエリート集団であり、一人ひとりが学閥・同門・同郷などといったしがらみで強く結びつけられていたことが明らかになった。</br> また、この法律は、二回の改正を経ながら89年間維持・継続されることになったが、この維持・継続のためには光田健輔を中心とした系類や光田イズムを信奉し続けた多くの療養所所長たちが浮かび上がって来た。</br> 全療協が主張する「100年の"記念"でも"祝賀"でもなく"総括"である」という言葉を重く受け止めたい。

Firstly this article deals with the history of sanatoriums for leprosy patients especially from the standpoint of famous leaders like Souichi Iwashita, Kensuke Mitsuda, who was called the father of leprosy patients, and Fumio Hayashi, who was a faithful disciple of Mitsuda. Secondly it analyzes the attitude of Tadao Yanaihara toward leprosy patients.He did not regard leprosy as a heavenly punishment, but as a heavenly grace and insisted on the hope of the resurrection of the body. He also esteemed the dignity of the patients and their right to live. He visited several sanatoriums likeTama Zenshoen Sanatorium, the National Leprosarium( 多摩全生園), Nagashima Aiseien( 愛生園), and Hoshizuka Keiaien( 敬愛園) and held lecture meetings for patients in each sanatorium. Thirdly this article evaluates the problems of the compulsory segregation policy and the movement of" no leprosy patients in each prefecture." How did Yanaihara respond to such compulsory segregation? Although he did not resistthe segregation policy, at least before the antibiotic Promin was invented in 1943, he did not think that leprosy was a shameful disease or that the purity of the nation should be maintained. He preferred the dignity of patients to thepurification movement. He wanted to build communities of mutual love and assistance in sanatoriums. Moreover, he even asked leprosy patients to pray for world peace.

4種類の堅果類(クリ,スダジイ,シラカシ,マテバシイ)を用い,コクゾウムシの発育試験を行った.全ての堅果に対しコクゾウムシは産卵し成虫まで発育した.成虫羽化数や発育日数はクリ,スダジイ,マテバシイの堅果間で大きな差はなかったが,シラカシの堅果は羽化数が少なく,発育日数が長かった.外果皮が無傷な堅果に対してコクゾウムシは産卵できず,次世代の成虫は羽化しなかった.

北海道の渡島半島にある七飯町の休耕田において,1990年から2014年までの間に,標識調査で捕獲された鳥類について報告する.この期間中に,のべ 37,868羽,108種が放鳥された.放鳥数が多かった鳥類種は,上位から,オオジュリン,カシラダカ,アオジ,ツバメであった.本調査地の特徴として,秋季のカシラダカ放鳥数が多いことと,オオジュリンの回収にかかわる記録が多いことが挙げられる.カシラダカは,七飯町を含む渡島半島で秋季には多く見られることから,音声誘引と地形的要因が集中を強化したものと思われる.オオジュリンは,秋季・春季ともに当地で数多く捕獲され,181個体が当地で放鳥され他地域で回収された,359個体が他地域で放鳥され当地で回収された.本調査地を通過するオオジュリンを地図上に可視化させると,初放鳥または再捕獲地点は日本海側・太平洋側を問わず日本全国(一部国外も含む)に及んでいた.七飯町は,日本のオオジュリンにとって,重要な渡りの中継地のひとつとなっていると考えられる.ツバメとショウドウツバメは当地を夏のねぐらとして利用していた.

The three dimensional grain mapping technique for polycrystalline material, called X-ray diffraction contrast tomography (DCT), was conducted in SPring-8 (Super Photon ring-8 GeV), which is the brightest synchrotron radiation facility in Japan, and the conditions of measurement and data processing procedure have been obtained. Developed technique was applied to a commercially pure iron, and an austenitic stainless steel. The shape and location of grain could be determined by DCT using the apparatus in a beam line of SPring-8. Total misorientation of an individual crystalographic plane of a specific grain during fatigue test of the steels were measured. In fatigue test of the stainless steel, thetotal misorientastion of {111} planes increased with number of cyccles. Among {111} planes, the amount of change depended on Schmid factor, i.e., the change was higher for planes with larger Schmid factor. For the commercially pure iron, the total misorientastion of {110} planes increased with number of cyccles. The amount of change, however, did not depend on Schmid factor because of pencile-glide. The effect of cross-slip should be considered
