江戸時代の文献史料をもとに,史料中に記載されるツル類の名称を整理し,現在の種との関係について検討を行った。これは,文献史料を用いた研究を進めるにあたっての基礎作業として位置付けられる。本稿では,マナヅルGrus vipioとナベヅルG.monachaに関係する四つの名称を対象とした。“真鶴”・“”と記載される名称はマナヅルを指し,方言や別名もみられた。“黒鶴”・“陽烏”は,およそナベヅルを表わす名称として用いられ,一部でクロヅルG.grusを示唆する記述もみられた。“薄墨”は淡色化個体やクロヅル,“霜降鶴”は交雑種やカナダヅルG.canadensisを示す可能性を提示したが,あくまでも推測の域を出ない範囲のものであった。江戸時代には,現代よりも多種多様な名称が存在し,一部では史料によって想定される種が異なるなどの齟齬もみられた。マナヅルとナベヅルを示す名称に関しては大きな混乱は確認されなかったが,“薄墨”や“霜降鶴”については情報が断片的あるいは曖昧であるため,種を定めることが困難であった。今後新たな情報が追加されることで,より詳細な検討を行うことが可能である。

Road lighting is best known to have the potential to improve night-time safety. The vast majority of research studies have shown that the installation of road lighting has favourable effects on the number and severity of road collisions. In addition, some evidence suggests that current road lighting practices are over-lighting the roadway. Therefore, the rapidly growing concerns about energy consumption and its related costs will force further changes in road lighting technology and practice. To date, there have been no studies that investigated the association between current knowledge and the road lighting guidelines. This article reviews and discusses CIE road lighting guidelines for motorised traffic. It then provides current knowledge in the area of lighting motorised roads leading to possibilities for intelligent lighting control. Finally, suggestions for considering dimming of road lighting based on recent developments in science and technology are provided. The three recommended approaches, static road lighting, semi-dynamic lighting levels, and dynamic lighting levels, could save energy without compromising traffic safety.

個人情報保護のため削除部分あり嘉吉の乱から応仁・文明期の頃にかけて、多くの守護大名家において、その領国支配の実質が守護の代官的被官層の手に握られてゆく状勢が目立つ。しかし、このような守護代層の行動も、当時においては、なお室町幕府=守護体制の外での自立的行動として出てきたものではなかった。かれらは、衰退期にありとはいえ未だ権威を失いきってはいなかった将軍=守護権力を利用するに最も近い位置を占め、他面、領国における在地の勢力として成長しつつある中小領主層を直接に掌握し得る在地性を、守護よりもより多くもっていた。この衰退期の幕府=守護体制の中での上部権力と下部勢力の結節点を握る中間勢力的な存在が、この時期における守護代層の姿であり、そのことがまた、かれらの権勢を大ならしめた基礎条件でもあった。このような守護代層の姿を、応仁・文明期前後の守護赤松家において中核的な勢力を形成した宿老浦上則宗の動向を通じて考察を試みた。From the Revolt of Kakitsu (1441) up to the Wars of Ohnin and Bunmei the governance of the shugo families in their territories came gradually into the hands of the stewards who were originally the clients of those magnates. Though audacious their activities came to be, they could not appeal to thier own power independent of the government of the Muromachi Bakufu with its network of shugo families. True, the shugos were declining, but their authorities were recognized as such. It is why those stewardial classes still moved in the orbit of the established order, but at the same time they were in the far more advantagious status to get in contact with the medium-sized and smaller lords who were growing in power in the remotest and robust countrysides. In short, the stewards of those shugos placed themselves in the midway of the social ladder of the time with the result of the accumulation of power in any way and other. This is to clarify one of those stewards or a protégé in the person of Norimune of the Uragami family who were in the back of shugo Akamatsu who were in turn playing a conspicuous role in the political world before and after the Ohnin-Bunmei era.

The various underlying causes of both gender differences and gender inequality were investigated by analyzing previous studies on social perspectives, gender stereotypes, heterosexuality, and marital motives. To date, researchers have used different approaches for analysis of the public and private aspects of gender differences. For public aspects, they have investigated complaints about gender discrimination as a human rights issue in social settings. Private aspects have been related to the issue of forming male-female couples, i.e. heterosexual or marital motives. All of the above approaches are considered as the field of social psychology. This study attempted to approach these issues from the perspective of developmental psychology.

ウイルス感染症の対策として、ワクチン接種による予防が最も一般的であり効果が期待される。ワクチンは生ワクチンと不活化ワクチンに分類されるが、生ワクチンは安全性の問題、不活化ワクチンは免疫原性の弱さの問題が、それぞれ短所として挙げられ、双方の短所を克服した安全で効果的なワクチンの開発は困難である。特に、生ワクチンは短期間で作出することが不可能であるため、発生頻度が増している新興感染症に対して迅速に対応するためには、不活化ワクチンの効率的な開発および接種法の改良が求められる。本研究では、ウイルス感染に広く認められる抗体依存性感染増強現象(ADE)に着目した。この現象は、ウイルスが抗体を利用してマクロファージや樹状細胞等の抗原提示細胞に効率よく感染するためのメカニズムであると考えられている。本研究では、この抗体の特性を利用して抗原提示細胞に目的の不活化ワクチン抗原を効率よく取り込ませるための手法を開発し、液性免疫および細胞性免疫の両方を誘導する安全なアジュバントとしての抗体の可能性を探る。不活化ウイルス抗原として、ショ糖密度勾配遠心によって精製したエボラウイルスのウイルス様粒子をウイルス表面糖蛋白質に特異的なADE抗体、中和抗体およびどちらの活性も示さないモノクローナル抗体とそれぞれ混合し、マウスの皮下または腹腔内接種して、経時的に血清中の抗体応答を解析し、異なる性質を持つこれらの抗体の間に差が認められるか否かを解析したが、明らかな差は認められなかった。

This article considers the definition of discriminatory language and related problems. Aspects considered are the history of discrimination which is reflected in discriminatory language, the intentional use of discriminatory language to oppose discrimination and, how the language points to the existence of discrimination. The limitations of discriminatory language being viewed as a legal problem are clarified, as is the necessity for dialog between the majority and minorities to resolve these issues. It is necessary to radically change the current social structures and social relations that cause discrimination in order to achieve a solution to this problem.

ノイロトロピン® (Neurotropin, ワクシニアウイルス接種家兎炎症皮膚抽出液) は頸肩腕症候群や帯状疱疹後疼痛に有効であり, 成人の一次性頭痛に対する効果も報告されている. 今回, 他の各種薬剤に効果が乏しかった慢性頭痛の小児2例で本剤が有効であった. いずれも中学生女子, 片頭痛を発症して2~3年後に増悪をきたし, 不登校にいたった経過で, 起立性調節障害の併存, 間欠的な四肢・背部の疼痛, MRI上の大脳白質散在性病変も共通していた. Neurotropinには他の鎮痛薬にはない下降性疼痛抑制系の増強効果があり, 小児の難治な慢性頭痛にも有効と示唆された.

目的 : 「眼疲労および眼精疲労に対する鍼治療」 に関する研究の現状を調査すること。方法 : 医中誌WebおよびPubMedを用いて、関連する研究と症例報告を収集し、本分野における研究の現状について分析した (2019年7月検索) 。結果 : 42文献が収集された。内訳は、ランダム化比較試験が4件、準ランダム化比較試験が6件、比較研究が6件、比較対照群のない研究が13件、症例報告が13件であり、システマティックレビューは報告されていなかった。2010年代の文献数が24文献であり、それ以前と比べて大幅に増加していた。介入・治療は、鍼の種類、通電、刺鍼手技、刺鍼深度、配穴、治療理論、負荷の設定などさまざまな要素の組み合わせで行われていた。収集された多くの文献で、眼疲労または眼精疲労に鍼治療が有効であることが示唆されていた。考察・結論 : 今後、本分野における質の高い研究がさらに蓄積され、より高いレベルのエビデンスが提示されることが望まれる。

東アジアにおける朝鮮儒教の位相を解明すべく、従来の性理学から実学へという通説を再検討する一方で、朝鮮王朝建国時にまで遡り、儒教的建国理念、鄭道伝と『朝鮮経国典』、『朱子家礼』の導入、徐敬徳の理気論、16世紀朝鮮儒学者の人心道心説、李退溪と朝鮮心学、李栗谷と儒教の土着化、李匡臣の理気論、韓元震の王陽明批判、李星湖の『孟子』解釈、丁若鏞の政治論、沈大允の歴史館、李炳憲と高橋亨、朴殷植の開化思想など、朝鮮儒教を特徴づける重要なテーマの抽出に尽力し、その結果として、新たな朝鮮儒学史を記述する研究成果を積み重ねることができたと考えている。
