安倍政権の「一億総活躍社会」政策では,労働者の代表としての労働組合の役割について触れられることがない。また,研究者のあいだでも,長期にわたって後退する日本の労働組合の問題への関心は乏しいものである。 そこで,この論文は,日本の労働組合の組織と活動の変貌と現況について,主要なセクターごとに――すなわち,民間大企業の中核労働者,中小企業の労働者,国家・地方公務員,専門職・技能職,そして非正規労働者にわけて――分析し,要約する。 そして,後半では,それぞれのセクターの労働組合が直面している構造的・長期的な問題と改革のための主要な課題を議論する。また,職場・産業・地域の視点から見て,雇用関係を規制するために相応しい方策を示唆する。 最後に,さまざまな階層の労働者のあいだにおける「有機的連帯」を確立する必要性を主張する。

本報告では, 安田三郎『社会調査ハンドブック』を素材に, 戦後日本の社会学における方法意識の歴史的な変容を論ずる.数量的研究/質的研究の対立の一方の典型としてではなく, むしろ調査テクノロジーの特質に焦点をあて, 読者の理解をも視野にいれた分析が必要であろう.4冊の内容構成の変遷から, 問題の設定の局面で重要な役割を果たす〈書かれたもの〉, すなわち研究論文や統計文書など文献データに対する感度が低下し, 社会調査の社会調査ともいえるような展開をはらんでいた質問分析の意味が, 単純な例示に切り縮められていったという変容が浮かびあがる.しかし, 社会調査が行われる「社会」という場それ自体が, さまざまなデータがすでに書き込まれ刻み込まれている資料空間である.このハンドブックの構想に学ぶべき可能性を3つ挙げておこう.第1には安田自身が感じた「一寸した知識」への驚きを共有するという期待が込められていること, 第2に流れ作業的なマニュアルとしてではなくフィードバックを含む複合的な認識形成のプロセスを構築しようとしたこと, 第3に戸籍の読み方や内容分析など盛り込めなかった調査テクノロジーの領域についての明晰な自覚が少なくとも始めの段階ではあったことである.『社会調査ハンドブック』を共有すべき書物として編むという実践それ自体が, 盛られた情報内容以上に, 社会という資料空間に内属しつつデータを収集し処理し再構成せざるをえない, 「方法」のもつ手ざわりをしっかりと伝えている.

This paper reviews the principles and applications of the compound-specific radiocarbon dating developed mainly during the last two decades. This methodology requires two technical challenges: 1) purification of target compounds from natural samples, and 2) small-scale radiocarbon dating with accelerator mass spectrometry. Since its establishment, the compound-specific radiocarbon dating has been successfully applied not only to geochronology of marine and lacustrine sediments, but also to various fields including biogeochemistry, environmental science, and archaeology. Here I describe some of these applications of this approach that provided unique information and revolutionized our knowledge. Variable ages of the organic compounds from the marine sediments have clearly suggested that the transport and deposition processes of the organic matter in the ocean are more complex than that had been expected. Source apportionment has also successfully conducted for organic pollutants from various environmental samples. I end this review with a call for continued efforts including technical improvements for evaluating the purity of the target compounds and extension of the target compounds to variable compounds like amino acids.

近年, 投資家は, ESG(E:環境,S:社会,G:統治)情報を投資判断において重視しており,ESG関連情報をテキストデータから抽出する技術が必要とされている. ESG関連情報は統合報告書に多く記載がある. しかし, 企業によってレイアウトや内容が異なり, 学習データの作成が困難である. そこで本研究では, まず有価証券報告書(有報)から ESG関連情報を抽出する. 有報にも統合報告書ほどではないが, ESG 関連情報の記述がある. また, レイアウトはどの企業も同じであり, さらに XBRL 形式と呼ばれるテキスト形式で配布されているので, テキスト処理を行いやすい. 次に有報から抽出したESG関連情報を学習データとして,BERTモデルをファインチューニングする. 最後に当該BERTモデルを用いて統合報告書からESG関連情報を抽出することで,統合報告書から直接学習データを作成する困難を解決できた. 実際に, 本手法で各企業の統合報告書から ESG 関連情報を抽出した.結果, E,S,Gに関する情報をそれぞれ93.3%,91.7%,77.4%の適合率で取得でき,良好な結果が得られた.

Main function of glomerulus is to filter plasma and waste products from blood. The filtration function is known to be impaired and irreversibly damaged by a disease or a drug administration. Therefore, nephrotoxicity assessment is essential for a new drug development. However, conventional animal models for drug screening cannot appropriately assess toxicity of drugs to human glomerulus. In this study, we constructed a glomerulus-on-a-chip using human podocytes and evaluated the selectivity of inulin and albumin for filtration function.

The surveying method used by Ino is called as “Dosen-Ho”,a kind of open traverse method. “Dosen”,that is to say,surveyed polygonal lines along coasts and main roads compose a net. Nodes on the net are points of bifurcation and/or points of confluence because the lines are directed. Then errors of closure would be apparent at the confluence points of the surveying lines. This paper deals with the error handling by Ino to make maps. He distributed the revealed error at the confluence point among adjacent points on the newly surveyed line and did not modify existing lines already surveyed.

本研究は,コオロギ等昆虫の発音を刺激とする場合の日本人とアングロサクソン系欧米人の音の評価とその意味について比較検討したものである.分析の結果,比較的馴染みのない刺激音であるアングロサクソン系欧米人においては,昆虫の種によって“騒音”を想起させる聴覚反応または“自然風景”を想起させる視聴覚反応として処理され評価は低い.一方,馴染み深い刺激である日本人においては,昆虫の種にかかわらず“原風景”を想起させる視聴覚反応として処理され,総じて評価が高いことが明らかとなった.本研究によって,特定の地域や場所の基調音がどのように形成されていくかを解明する新たな手掛かりを得た.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) emerged in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. Despite the recent introduction of vaccines against SARS-CoV-2, more effective vaccines and antiviral drugs must be developed. Here, we isolated five SARS-CoV-2 strains from four patients with coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and an asymptomatic individual using pharyngeal swabs, nasopharyngeal swabs, and sputum samples. Cytopathic effects in inoculated Vero cells were observed between days 3 and 7. SARS-CoV-2 infection was confirmed by quantitative reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and next-generation sequencing. Phylogenetic analyses of the whole genome sequences showed that the virus isolates from the clinical samples belonged to the Wuhan and European lineages. These findings and the isolated viruses may contribute to the development of diagnostic tools, vaccines, and antiviral drugs for COVID-19.

中国共産党の中国に対する統治メカニズムは,まず憲法・法律に基づいて国を統治し,同時に共産党の党内法規に基づいて共産党員を管理する.次に,全国人民代表大会を経由して間接統治を実行する.第三に,政治協商会議を生かし,共産党支配の広範な代表性と正当性を強化する.第四に,地方に対する統治は共産党の系列党委員会と各地方の国家機関を通じて実施する.現実には,共産党は戦略の設計と重大な方針・政策の制定に力を入れているが,国家統治の具体的な事務は各種の国家機構に責任を持って実施させており,共産党は実事求是の思想・理論を堅持し,「大衆路線」,漸進主義と実験主義,学習型政党の整備などの方法を運用して統治を実施している.一方,中国では「立憲党主論」や「党主導立憲制」などの理論を提唱し,共産党の統治体制をさらに規範化し,現代の憲政システムの中に組み入れようとする学者もいる.

Temporary use of vacant urban spaces has received increased attention during the last 20 years, especially in German-speaking countries, as a viable strategy in urban planning to revitalize unused vacant lots and buildings, which result from ongoing structural changes in industrialized countries. Particularly in the eastern inner-city districts of Berlin, a high number of vacant lots and buildings existed after the fall of the Berlin Wall. For many of these spaces, temporary uses, such as art houses, galleries, music clubs, bars, urban gardens, and alternative living spaces, were established during the 1990s and 2000s. From the end of the 1990s, in a particular area along the River Spree in Berlin’s former eastern inner-city district Friedrichshain, a high concentration of temporary uses have been observed. The reasons for this concentration have not been studied in detail. Therefore, this study clarifies the reasons for this geographic concentration by examining three case studies of temporary uses, using surveys and interviews conducted in 2013 and 2014. Additionally, this study exemplifies the characteristics of temporary uses in the surveyed area and shows what can be learned from the conflicts regarding temporary uses. The study concludes that temporary uses can be more than an interim utilization of vacant spaces and are a viable long-term alternative for sustainable urban planning in post-growth cities.

A difference of alignment of rear foot between lying down and standing in patients who have sports disorders is often observed. The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between the alignment of the rear foot and activities of ankle flexor muscles during the calf-raise. We identified an alteration of the alignment of the rear foot between the prone position to standing by measuring leg heel angle under each condition, and classified subjects into three groups (varus, neutral, valgus) according to angle alteration. In addition, we measured activities of the tibialis posterior muscle, soleus muscle, medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle and lateral head of the gastrocnemius muscle during the calf-raise with surface electromyography. The varus group showed significantly greater activation of the tibialis posterior muscle than the valgus group. Activation of the medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle displayed similar findings with an increase from the valgus group to the neutral and varus groups. These results suggest that if alignment of the rear foot in standing is more varus than in lying prone, sports disorders are potentially more likely in therapeutic calf-raise exercises and in running during training.

ニホンマムシ(Gloydius blomhoffii)による咬症受傷翌日に複視症状をきたした症例に乾燥まむしウマ抗毒素(乾燥まむし抗毒素「KMB」®,以下,抗毒素)を投与した1例を経験した。症例は87歳女性,マムシに左第3指を咬まれて受傷した。複視症状が出現したため受傷から約26時間後に医療機関を受診し,約30時間後に抗毒素を投与された。複視症状は軽快し,入院4日目に退院した。マムシ毒に含まれている酵素により出血や壊死をきたすとともに少量ながら含まれる神経毒が外眼筋の運動障害などの眼症状を呈することがある。本症例は眼症状から重症と考え,治療に抗毒素を投与したが,その理由は抗毒素の投与が重症例,かつ蛇毒咬症受傷後早期に投与が望まれるためである。しかしながら受傷に際して毒蛇の認識は困難な場合も多く,受傷後の症状経過から毒蛇咬症が判明することがある。抗毒素投与は投与前に十分な対応を行いつつ血清病発症に注意することで安全な治療が可能となる。
