インターネットの普及と文献の電子化に伴い,CiNii Articles などの学術論文検索が日常的な学習や研究で重要な役割を果たすようになった.ただし,研究者以外の多彩なユーザに,文献がどのように利用されているかは明らかではない.本稿では,学術情報検索サービスのユーザの閲覧行動を,何人が閲覧したかで重要度を示す閲覧人数と,ある論文を閲覧したユーザが他にどのくらい論文を閲覧したかで内容の普遍性を示す閲覧普遍度の2つの指標と,学術および一般出版物の種別を用いて分析する.まず,CiNii Articles のサービスの利用履歴から,ユーザが閲覧した各文献の閲覧人数と閲覧普遍度を求める.次に,計算機科学分野のクエリの検索結果を閲覧人数と閲覧普遍度で順位付けした後に,該当分野における主要3学会が発行・開催する論文誌,研究会,大会・シンポジウム,そして一般的な出版社の雑誌などの異なる特性を表す種別を付与することで,各指標の順位に伴う文献種別の傾向や特性の変化を分析する.

This paper will elucidate the planning and construction process of the Ikebukuro West General Public Station completed in 1951, and will review the 55 stations around the country that were constructed as General Public Stations. It will also classify the stations according to core planning, construction ownership, and division of construction cost burden to evaluate the status of the Ikebukuro West General Public Station, which was planned by Japanese National Railways as a pilot project for developing General Public Stations. During postwar reconstruction, since Japanese National Railways prioritized the devastated rail lines and the establishment of new railcars in order to focus on restoring the decreased transportation capacity, not enough funding was available for rebuilding the railway station buildings, and their thorough reconstruction was thus postponed. Therefore, a method for the smooth reconstruction of railway station buildings using private investment was introduced, whereby the buildings were opened to the public, and businesses such as stores, restaurants, and barbershops were incorporated to increase the convenience of the station to the extent that these businesses would not pose a hindrance to railway passengers. This was the concept of the General Public Station. Until the end of the war, the construction of railway station buildings was generally limited to private railway terminals in major cities. However, the postwar establishment of the General Public Station model allowed railway station buildings to be constructed in regional cities across Japan. The General Public Station model made possible the transition from railway station buildings being constructed at Japanese National Railway stations to railway station buildings being constructed throughout the country. A central figure in the discussion of planning the Ikebukuro West General Public Station is the Japanese National Railway architect Shigeru Ito. Ito developed the concept of General Public Stations within Japanese National Railways. After resigning from his job at Japanese National Railways, he became the vice president of Japan Railway Station Corporation, where he promoted the planning and construction of the Ikebukuro West General Public Station. In addition, the area planned for the construction of the Ikebukuro West General Public Station included the war-damage reconstruction and land readjustment project area, so construction could not be initiated until the re-plotting of the land was confirmed. Therefore, the construction of the Ikebukuro West General Public Station bears a clear relationship to the restoration of land development through re-plotting. Beyond this, this research classifies General Public Stations into two types: “Regional City Type,” “Capital Area Intra-City Transit Terminal Type” and “ Major Inter-City Transit Terminal Type.” The Ikebukuro West General Public Station is classified as a Capital Area Intra-City Transit Terminal Type.

近年では、馬搬作業は、木材搬出過程の機械化に伴いほとんどみられなくなったが、東北地方や北海道において、その技と知を地域の森林文化・馬事文化として位置付け、技能継承を図る取り組みが進められつつある。本稿では、技能継承を今後進めていくうえで必要な基礎資料の提供を目的に、北海道木古内町と上ノ国町における馬搬作業の展開事例を検証した。その結果、馬搬作業は、搬出路開設の必要がなく林地や立木にダメージを与えにくい環境保全的な集材方法であること、小規模な伐採現場ではトラクタを使用した場合に比べてコスト面で有利となる可能性が高いことが明らかとなった。今後、森林地域の貴重な文化でもある馬搬技能の継承に向けては、馬搬作業が引き続き取り組まれている地域間で人的交流と情報交換を進めていくことが必要であろう。

【はじめに】臨床上、徒手的に筋圧迫することによって関節運動時における疼痛が軽減することを経験する。このような筋圧迫が筋活動に及ぼす影響について検討した報告は少なく、筋圧迫が筋収縮や筋緊張にどのような影響を与えるかということは明らかではない。そこで本研究では、大腿直筋において徒手的な筋圧迫によって大腿四頭筋の筋活動に及ぼす影響について検証する。【方法】対象は下肢に障害のない健常男性10名(平均年齢23.7±1.3歳)とした。測定筋を右側の内側広筋、外側広筋、大腿直筋とし、十分な皮膚処置後、電極中心間距離20mmにて、各筋腹の中央に貼付した。測定肢位はサイベックスを用いた端坐位における、股関節80度屈曲位、膝関節60度屈曲位とした。まず膝伸展時最大等尺性収縮(MVC)におけるピークトルクの測定を3秒間3回行い、最大値(PT)を求めた。次に(1)60%PT時の膝伸展時等尺性収縮をおこなった場合と(2)筋圧迫を加えた上で60%PT時の膝伸展時等尺性収縮をおこなった場合について筋活動を測定した。なお、60%PTは視覚的フィードバックとし、目標値に達した時点から3秒間計測し、3回施行した。このとき足関節は背屈とし、両上肢は備え付けのハンドルを握り、可能な限り上体を動かさないよう指示した。また圧迫方法は、一名の理学療法士が一側の母指を使用し、部位は大腿直筋の電極間中心部より5横指下、強度は痛みが出現しない程度、方向は筋走行に対し垂直に圧迫を加えた。なお、実験に先立ち、課題遂行の正確性、圧迫強度の程度を確認した。解析方法は、キッセイコムテック社製BIMUTAS2を用い、各条件の収縮した3秒間のうち中央2秒間の積分値を算出、3回の平均を求めた。次に、得られた各筋におけるMVC時の積分値を基準に正規化し、%IEMGとして表した。圧迫の有無による影響を比較するためWilcoxon の符号付順位検定を用い、有意水準は5%未満とした。【結果および考察】内側広筋と外側広筋における筋圧迫の有無による差はみられなかった。一方、大腿直筋は筋圧迫を加えることよって%IEMGが有意に低下した(p < 0.05)。これは、筋圧迫により筋の形態や筋内圧が変化したことで、筋活動が抑制されたものと推察される。また大腿直筋を圧迫した場合、圧迫しない場合より低い値を示した症例が10名中9名存在したが、この中で内側広筋、外側広筋のいずれか高まった症例が7名存在した。これらのことから大腿直筋を徒手的に筋圧迫することによって大腿直筋の筋収縮は低下するとともに、内側広筋もしくは外側広筋の筋収縮が高まることによって筋出力が変化したと推察される。

軽水炉の炉心溶融事故時における原子炉圧力容器の溶融破損を回避するためのアクシデントマネジメント策の一つとして考えられている外面冷却方策の有効性を調べるため、原子炉圧力容器冠水を想定した模擬実験及び一連の解析を行った結果について報告する。

この論文が取り組んでいるのは、ある種の思考実験である。そこで著者らは、TEI P5を用いて文脈に即した人物研究や地名誌のマークアップをするのと同じような形式で、財務記録史料に含まれる財政上の特定の意味内容を表現するために利用し得る符号化システムを提案している。ここで想定されるシステムは、TEIを「拡張」するカスタマイズとして表現され、「複式簿記」と呼ばれる財務記録の一形態をも符号化できるほど柔軟なものである。「複式簿記」とは、商品やサービスと貨幣や信用貸しとの交換過程で行われる、様々なモノの移動(転位:transfer)を記録するための簿記の方法論である。マークアップの実例は、Wheaton College Digital History Projectから引用している。ODD文書の暫定的なバージョンについては、「財務記録史料の符号化」(http://www.customization.encodinghfrs.org/) で利用可能である。東京大学大学院人文情報学拠点における2014年度大学院授業「人文情報学概論 II」(下田正弘、A. 戦前の昭和期 (1930年・40年代) は戦時色が強くなる時代の特徴から、都市計画はあたかも何の進歩もなく、暗い時代であったかの印象を持たれているが、これは事実に反する。むしろ日本初の本格的な都市計画事業である帝都復興事業の完成の後、その経験を生かし、また欧米都市計画の動向を踏まえて、日本の都市計画は新たな展開が図られている。函館は1934年の大火を契機として、全市街を広幅員の防火緑樹道路によって分断する構想が樹てられ、実現をみた。またこれは都市計画事業によってつくられた初の本格的なブールバールである。札幌はすでに既成市街地の街路が完成していたが、1936年、公園系統の考え方にもとづき、広幅員の放射環状道路を配置する雄大な街路網が計画された、また合わせて風致地区も計画されたが、これらの計画は戦後廃止されてしまった。帯広では1944年、街路網が決定された。これは斜路と広場を配置するなど従来の帯広の都市形態を発展させた都市デザインであったが、この計画も戦後、ほとんど継承されなかった。これらの市街地構成の原理と街路設計の思想は今日、なお学ぶ点が少なくない。

生体は,正常では免疫寛容とよばれる機構により自己抗体の産生を回避しているが,何らかの要因によりその機構が破綻した場合,自己抗体が産生される.その破綻の機序についてはいまだ不明な点が多いが,AIRE遺伝子の異常や,アポトーシスの異常,制御性T細胞の異常,外来抗原との分子相同性機序などいくつかの機序が想定されている.自己抗体産生機序の解明は自己免疫疾患の制圧につながり,その解明が期待される.

After the discovery of new class of autoantibodies against neuronal cell surface antigens and synaptic proteins (NSA–antibodies), the concept of encephalitis has dramatically changed. Encephalitis can be divided into infectious and autoimmune (non–infectious) groups. Autoimmune encephalitis (AE) may have autoantibodies against intracellular onconeuronal antigens (e.g. Hu, Yo, Ri, CV2/CRMP5, Ma2, amphiphysin) or NSA (e.g. NMDAR, AMAPAR, GABAaR, GABAbR, DPPX). Most of the former antibodies are not pathogenic but are used as a biomarker of classical paraneoplastic neurological syndromes, whereas IgG NSA–antibodies are more likely pathogenic, and the presence of the antibodies implies that patients may respond to immunotherapy. With infectious etiologies in mind previous diagnostic criteria for encephalitis has been made based on fever, mental status changes, inflammatory CSF, and brain MRI and EEG abnormalities ; however, these abnormalities may not be present in patients with NSA antibody–positive AE. Although early initiation of immunotherapy is often emphasized in AE, antibody testing is not readily accessible in most situation, thus initiation of immunotherapy may be delayed. Therefore, in 2016, a practical diagnostic approach to AE was proposed to achieve prompt immunotherapy at 3 levels of evidence for AE (possible, probable, and definite) with several new diagnostic criteria. A recent study showed that diffuse brain atrophy in anti–NMDAR encephalitis can be reversible and does not imply a poor clinical outcome. In contrast, cerebellar atrophy was irreversible and associated with a poor outcome. First–line immunotherapy can be started depending on the severity of patients with possible AE at early stage while excluding alternative diagnosis, but the second–line immunotherapy should be carefully used after confirming the NMDAR–antibodies in CSF with appropriate testing.In this lecture, I focus on anti–NMDAR encephalitis and talk about a potential pitfall in clinical diagnosis of the disease.

A presumed old female pintail Anas acuta with masculinized plumage pattern is here reported with its photo taken by Mr. Akio Sasagawa at Shinobazu pond, Ueno Zoo, Tokyo, early February, 1974. It has rough flank markings and elongated central tail feathess.Another example of different plumage pattern also found at the same pond, photographed a 10 February 1976, by Mr. Kazue Nakamura is added.Kuroda (1929, '39) had reported another old record of the pintail and a female Mandarin duck Aix galericulata was masculinized when molted after long kept in author's aviary.
