水稲「コシヒカリ」を供試し, 気温による水稲の発育段階予測法 (DVS方式) が作期及び栽培地域の異なる条件で, どのような適合性を示すかについて検討した. 4月20日から6月1日までの移植においてはDVS方式が良く適合し, この期間の標準誤差は幼穂形成期が1.21日, 出穂期が1.48日, 成熟期が1.45日であった. しかし, 6月15日の移植においては推定値が実測値より遅くなり, 生育が進むにつれて拡大した. この理由としては日長の影響が大きく, 短日条件が発育段階を早めたものと考えられた. 富山県内における入善町, 立山町, 砺波市の3カ所において, 近隣のアメダスの日平均気温をもとにDVS方式の適合性を検討したところ, 標準誤差は幼穂形成期が2.76日, 出穂期が2.33日, 成熟期が2.55日と高い適合性を示し, 県内においてもDVS方式により水稲の発育段階を予測することが可能と考えられた.

我々は, 走運動可能なヒューマノイド賢聖ちやん2号機を開発している。全長は約120cm, 重量は約30kgであり, 片腕2自由度, 片脚5自由度, 全身で合計14自由度を持った構成になっている。上半身に工業用コンピュータ, バッテリ, モータドライバを搭載する自立ロボットである。センサにはCCDカメラ, レーザジャイロ, FSR, トルクセンサ等を搭載する予定である。また, 機構的な特徴としては, 走運動を実現させるためにエネルギー蓄積機構を膝と足首に採用している。

江戸後期の戯作者,滝沢馬琴は日記に日常生活を克明に綴っていることで著名である。馬琴は庭造りと園芸を趣味とし,日記あるいは『後の為の記』『改過筆記』等に日常生活の記述を残した。文致7年(1824)から天保7年(1836)の12年間,馬琴は神田明神下同朋町の80坪の住居に暮らし,鑑賞と実用の庭を造った。庭には多くの樹木草本類の品種が植えられた。江戸の園芸文化の一端が窺える庭であった。庭造りには実学的な植物の知識が求められるが,また,江戸後期に見られる家相学が庭造りにも影響をあたえた。馬琴も庭造りに吉凶を見ている。俗信・迷信であっても庭造りに一つの拠り所として家相が機能していたことは留意すべきことである。

本研究の目的は, 大学での半期の授業の中でさまざまな形で質問に触れる経験をすることが, 質問に対する態度や質問を考える力に効果を及ぼすかどうかを検討することであった。授業では毎回, グループで質問を作ること, 個人で質問書を書くことに加え, 半期に1回グループで発表させることで, 質問することが必要となる場面を作った。授業初回と学期の最後に, 質問に対する態度の自己評定と, 文章を読んで質問を出す課題を行った。2年度に渡る実践の両方において, 学期末の調査で質問に対する態度が全般的に向上しており, 質問量も増加していた。質問量の増加は, 事実を問う質問や意図不明の質問によるものではなく, 高次の質問の増加である可能性が示唆された。その変化がどのように生じたのかを知るために, 質問量と質問態度それぞれについて, 事前テストでの成績によって学生を4群に分けて事後テスト結果を検討した。その結果, 事前テスト上位群以外の学生の質問量および質問態度が向上していることが示された。以上の結果より, さまざまな形で質問に触れる経験をさせた本実践の効果が示された。

IL-17AエピトープDNAワクチンをDBA/1Jマウスに2週間隔で3回投与した後、II型コラーゲンを投与して関節炎を惹起させ、関節炎スコアの上昇程度をワクチン無投与群と比較した。その結果、IL-17Aワクチン群で抗IL-17A抗体の産生と、有意な関節炎スコアの抑制が認められた。DBA/1Jマウスに抗II型コラーゲンモノクローナル抗体カクテルおよびLPSを投与することにより関節炎を惹起するモデルでも同様の実験を行った。IL-17Aワクチン予防投与群で、有意な関節炎スコアの抑制が認められた。この抑制効果は抗マウスIL-17A中和抗体の治療投与群よりも有意に優れていた。

本稿の目的は,インタラクティブ・フォーカシングを用いた共感的傾聴トレーニングのプログラムを,大学院授業用に構成し実践した試みを紹介し,心理臨床初学者にとっての有用性を検討するものである.プログラムは『ハンドブック インタラクティブ・フォーカシング』を土台に,6つのステップと8つの実習で構成されている.受講者の感想からは,新鮮で意味ある実習体験として受け止められ,体験の深まりや被傾聴感を実感し,実践との繋がりを意識しながら自己研鑽の展望を得る様相が示された.心理療法における共感と傾聴という臨床実践の中核的なテーマについて,主体的な気づきによって課題が明確になり,実践への橋渡しとなる有効なトレーニング法であることが示唆された.

The primary purpose of this article is to offer a new perspective on the use of the written word by the government of the Carolingian through an examination of the "capitularies". The capitularies are traditionally recognized as "the edicts of the kings"; and it is widely accepted that their "Golden Age" occurred during the reign of Charlemagne and Louis the Pious. The research to date has concentrated mainly on manuscripts, but this method is not appropriate for an analysis of the governmental system of the Carolingian age, because manuscripts were composed some time after the initial authoring of any given text and show us only information about their later phases. In order to clarify the earliest phase, the author explores references to the use of documents in narrative sources. His results show that with some exceptions, there are only two categories of information about the use of the written word which emerge in the narrative sources; namely lex (or "texts that should be added to lex") and "texts on behalf of the church". In view of the quantity of such cases, there is little diversity during the Carolingian age, a fact that would belie the alleged "Golden Age"; moreover, references to texts for the church can also be found in the east Frankish kingdom, which historians have considered as a land where no capitulary was issued. The reason for the discrepancy between the author's conclusions and the conventional view concerning a "Golden Age" lies in the fact that many "capitularies" of Charlemagne and Louis were texts which had only subordinate functions for the communication, for in the later Carolingian age the communication system had been transformed into a face-to-face system via assemblies; and rulers had not as much need for such texts as before. There are also indications that in the west Frankish kingdom fundamental changes appeared to have occurred in the use of the written word by the government. The age of Charlemagne and Louis the Pious can be called the "Golden Age" of those texts that had only subordinate functions in communicating the wishes of the kings ; that is to say Charlemagne and Louis the Pious should be not regarded as "great legislators who issued many written edicts". Therefore, we should reexamine the use of the written word in each kingdom without considering the text category of "capitulary".

論文特集 : 宗教・障害・共同体―障害と共に生きることの宗教性本論は現状の社会福祉実践の中でスピリチュアリティ、わけてもキリスト教スピリチュアリティがどのような機能を果たしているかを探求するものである。津久井やまゆり園事件で明らかになったように、社会福祉実践現場は利用者への施設内虐待等厳しい荒廃の現実に曝されている。異なるタイプの施設に勤務する3人のクリスチャン障害福祉ソーシャルワーカーの語りが聴取、分析され、結果として仮説的ながら「バッファー」「深化」「規範提供」「エートスの実体化」の諸機能と「シフトワークとのジレンマ」の逆機能が抽出された。This paper attempts to explore functions of spirituality, especially Christian spirituality, in current social work practice. As was revealed in Sagamihara Knife Attack, the field of social work practice faces serious problems such as institutional abuse. The author interviewed three Christian social workers working at different types of facility for the mentally handicapped and analyzed their narratives. The results show hypothetical functions including "buffer," "making the profound,""providing norms," and "activating a professional and organizational ethos," as well as a "dilemma between shift work and observing spirituality" dysfunction.

高血圧患者の血圧管理基準については未だに議論が絶えない.今回のテーマであるSPRINT(Systolic Blood Pressure Intervention Trial)研究は降圧目標値に関する疑問に対して答えを求めた米国の研究である.非常にインパクトが大きく重要な研究であるが,この研究の結果を高齢者高血圧の診療にどう活かすのかを検討する必要がある.本項では高齢者高血圧治療を行っていく上でのSPRINT研究の意義の検証ならびに2017年に出された我が国の‘高齢者高血圧診療ガイドライン2017’と米国高血圧治療ガイドラインを解説し,真に望まれる高齢者高血圧の管理につき議論する.

The purpose of this research was to construct a scale to measure the “affective value” of musical pieces and examine the relations between the scale and a multiple mood scale (MMS). In this paper, affective value refers to the quality and intensity of affect. First, 209 female junior college students rated 50 adjectives relevant to the affective tone of music on a five-point scale for five pieces of music. Factor analysis yielded five major factors, and 24 items with high loading on these factors were selected to construct the affective value scale of music (AVSM). Second, 226 female students rated both AVSM and MMS for the same five pieces. Factor analysis showed factor validity of AVSM, and Cronbach's coefficient alpha showed a high internal consistency of each sub-scale of AVSM. Principal component analysis and other analyses showed that there were significant relations between sub-scales of AVSM and MMS. Third, 38 female students rated the scales twice, and test-retest reliability was examined. The results suggest the utility of AVSM.
