衛生管理を施した太巻き寿司に衛生基準を下回る量ではあるが大腸菌群が検出されたことに着目し,その原因食品を把握するためその素材の付着菌数について検討した。1.一般細菌は各素材から検出され,海苔(平均1.9×10^3個/g),桜でんぶ(平均1.8×10^3個/g),野沢菜漬(平均6.4×10^2個/g),山ごぼう(平均1.1×10^2個/g),紅生姜(平均1.5×10^1個/g),卵焼き・寿司飯(平均1.0×10^0個/g)の順に多かった。2.大腸菌群は野沢菜漬の10試料中5試料から平均2.0×10^2個/g検出されたが,他の素材からは全く検出されなかった。3.販売形態別に付着細菌をみると,「量り売り」,「袋入り(工場詰め)」のいずれからも細菌が検出され,5.0×10^1個/g以上の一般細菌の検出率は,「量り売り」では90%,「袋入り(工場詰め)」では50%であった。以上のことから,使用に当たっては洗浄や加熱による細菌の付着抑制を行う等の対応が考えられる。

It is expected in existing theories that bias suppression, known to be a procedural justice norm (Leventhal, 1980), has a positive influence on perceived fairness and that egocentric bias causes perceivers to make a positive response to favorable outcomes more than to unfavorable ones. In addition, we tend to exhibit egocentric bias when unfavorable outcomes emerge; an interaction between the favorability of an outcome and egocentric bias is therefore to be expected. That is, perceived fairness would be lower in unfavorable outcome without bias suppression than in others. For the sake of meeting expectations, we have availed ourselves of modified scenarios from Study 1 of De Cremer (2004). Sixty undergraduate students participated in this study, of whom 55 were analyzed. Almost all of the results are to meet expectations. It can be considered that procedural justice might be superior to egocentric bias in perceived fairness; however, the influence of egocentric bias should not be disregarded.

多義図形に対する図地反転知覚は,観察者の注意位置や範囲に依存して図地が反転し,この注意もまた,提示される図形に依存して変化する.本稿では,図地知覚と注意の動的な情報処理過程を説明する神経回路モデルを提案する.提案モデルは,(i)提示された図形中の輪郭情報から領域間の図地関係を決定する機構,及び(ii)視覚的注意の影響を(i)に与える機構から構成される.これら2つの機構は,図地知覚および注意の状態に応じて相互に影響し合う.数値実験により,図地反転図形を入力とした場合,提案モデルが図地反転現象を再現できること,また様々な条件下で我々の知覚と定性的に一致することを確認した.

私は第24次日本南極地域観測隊に参加し,昭和基地でのオーロラ観察から,サブストームを学んだ. 以来30年,そのとき観察したサブストームのイメージを数値シミュレーションで再現する研究を続けてきた.この研究では,まずM-I(magnetosphere-ionosphere: 磁気圏-電離圏)結合系全体を自己無どう着的に再現し,その部分としてサブストームの再現をめざした.はじめは観察されるサブストームの具体的な様相までは再現できなかったが,最近の高精度並列シミュレーションにより,当初の目標が達成された.これまでの磁気圏物理学の限界は,部分を見て全体を連想する点であったが,シミュレーション結果は3次元プラズマ,磁場,電流構造をすべて保持しており,それらの解析から,これまで連想していた磁気圏の全体構造と,それを反映するサブストームメカニズムのどこに誤りがあるか,わかるようになった.このためのキーワードはダイナモである.なお学術的な詳細は第2編に述べる.

稚内市立稚内南中学校で誕生した「南中ソーラン」は、1993年に開催された第10回「民謡民舞大賞全国大会」においてグランプリ(内閣総理大臣賞)を獲得した。それ以降「南中ソーラン」は様々なメディアやイベントで取り上げられ、2015年にはミラノ万博で演舞された。今日、「南中ソーラン」は、稚内というローカルから出発し、世界へと発信されている郷土芸能の1つである。 本稿は「南中ソーラン」を「郷土芸能(文化活動)」の1つとして位置づけ、その今日的課題の解決に向けた基礎的な方向性を提示することを目的とする。本稿では、保健体育の「ダンス領域」に留まらず、学校と地域を包摂した「地域づくり」の視点を取り入れた重層的な分析と考察を試みる第1報である。

Deterministic eruption scenarios may mislead taking countermeasures for coming hazards. Preparing the event tree covering all phenomena which may happen in future eruptions even with low probability for the volcano is important not only for forecasting eruptions but also for disaster prevention. Eruption event trees can be prepared in various concepts, for example, eruption type, scale, hazard type, impact direction or area and so on. The probability tree is the event tree equipped with probabilities for the branches. Probability trees by USGS and European scientists include the cumulative trees, trees based on scientists' elicitation and Bayesian trees. Introduction of the eruption event trees into the Japanese volcanologist community began around 2009. Then, event trees were prepared for Izu-Oshima, Miyakejima, Sakurajima, Usu, and Izu-Tobu volcanoes. Reasons for branching and time scales of events were also discussed and shown on the event trees together with probabilities. The event tree for Sinabung volcano, Indonesia, as an example of lava dome-forming eruptions was drawn in 2011, based on the geological study. On-going lava dome/flow eruption at this volcano just followed the most probable scenario. For Sakurajima volcano, a conceptual event tree was drawn for understanding the anomalies controlling the eruption scale.

As a cardiac principle of aconite root, Yokonoside had been reported by us in previous meeting, but synthesized Yokonoside did not have any biological activities. Then, separating procedure had been reinvestigated to obtain the true cardiac principle. In order to remove the inactive glycoside, the fractn. III was subjected to counter current distribution of n-buthanol-0.1N-HCl solvent system. And a crystalline matter (mp.260°), was obtained as colorless plate from the active fractn. IV as HCl-salt. The principle stimulates flog's heart even in ten billionth dilution, thus it was designated as Higenamine. Higenamine was identified as dl-demethyl coclaurine [V] from the spectral data and in comparison with synthesized authentic sample.

In this paper I describe the meaning of city marks, how their meaning and coloring are related, and points we should focus on when we express the color of marks according to the wording in statutes and regulations. For this study I created a database of all of the 1718 villages, towns and cities in Japan and included such information as the meanings of the marks, the colors of the marks, and the year they were created. By analyzing the information in the database, I discovered that different characters for the meanings of marks differ accordingly to the time of creation, that the design of the mark and the meaning of the mark have a strong correlation, and finally, the color and design of the marks are very similar. Thus, I propose that when villages, town or cities express the color of the marks through words in statutes and regulations, that the color should be expressed by using digital codes such as JIS-code or Munsell color system.

本研究で大学生を対象に行った調査結果をもとに、高校生にみられる「いじめ」に関連する出来事を抽出し、そうした出来事と、「いじめ」被害感覚との関連を高校生を対象にした調査の結果をもとにして検討した。さらに、「いじめ」被害感覚と、友人関係の在り方や学級適応感との関連についても、高校生を対象にした調査の結果をもとにして検討した。調査の結果、高校生の「いじめ」被害感覚に関連する出来事には性差がみられることが示唆された。また、「いじめ」が学級適応感に与える影響は女子の方が大きいことや、「いじめ」を行った相手との関係で、友人関係の在り方に与える影響が異なることが示唆された。

短期記憶には、"magical number"といわれる7±2項目程度の容量限界が存在することが知られている.また、反応時間に着目して、記憶項目数がある値を越えると反応時間が急激に増大するようなnew magical number4±1も提唱されている.課題の中にはこのnew magical numberが現れない課題も見られる.本研究では、このnew magical numberの発現が、視覚刺激を被験者が学習済みか未学習かに依存していることを調べるため、知り合いと知らない人物の顔画像提示による心理物理実験を行った.その結果、(1)知り合い画像提示でmagical numberの増大が見られた.このことは短期記憶保持に対する長期記憶の効果を示している.また、(2)new magical number周辺で、反応時間の増大勾配が飽和していくという現象が見られた.このことは、被験者がnew magical number4±1近辺で、直列悉皆走査から記憶の走査戦略を変えているということを示している.
