本研究では報酬系からのワーキングメモリ一機構に対する制御に着目し,ワーキングメモリーモデルの数理モデル化を行った.ワーキングメモリーを構成する機構として,情報の選択機構,保持機構,消去機構,操作機構を考え,これらの機構に対する制御を,報酬予測が可能なTemporal Difference (TD)モデルを用いて定式化した.ワーキングメモリー課題である遅延反応課題とGo-Nogo課題に対する数値実験を行った.その結果,ワーキングメモリー機能を実現するためには,報酬の他に様々な情報の予測が重要である事が示された.

近年, 移動体通信の普及により, 携帯電話等で使用されるL帯マイクロ波デバイスの小形化, 低コスト化が進んでいる.ここでは, これらデバイスを利用した低コストな移相器モジュール構成を提案する.この移相器モジュールは, GaAs SW-BANKとチップインダクタ / チップコンデンサで構成されたハイパスフィルタ / ローパスフィルタ切換え形の移相回路を低コストなガラエポ基板上に構成したものである.本構成によるL帯5ビット移相器モジュールを試作した結果, 従来のGaAs-MMIC移相器と比べ, GaAs半導体基板の総面積を約1 / 6に低減でき, また, サイズ, 性能ともに同程度の良好な結果が得られた.

New Japanese election system was a parallet system of single-member representation in the bloc. In theory, democracy rest on several principles. It assumes that citizens are interested in political affairs, discuss their government, and are motivated to participate in politics. It assumes that the citizens are well informed about government and decide how to voters have some meaningful choice between competing candidate. Perhaps, the most basic of all aspects of democracy is the very act of voting, without voting, democracy would not exit. But, some people don't vote or are actual prevented from voting. Why? Especially in Saitama prefecture, election turnout is the lowest in Japan. On the basis of aggregate data collected in 1996, election turnout is explained by the relations between political participation and voting costs. This paper focuses on the results and implications of elections, especially on its record-low turnout, in Saitama. The relationship betseen results and survey-level findings is also discussed.

生体膜モデルとしての有機-無機ハイブリッドベシクル「セラソーム」を用いて, シグナル伝達機能を有する分子間コミュニケーションシステムを構築した. 頭部にトリエトキシシリル基と四級アンモニウム基をもつ二本鎖型のペプチド脂質から作製したセラソームは, 従来型の脂質二分子膜ベシクルよりも著しく高い構造安定性を有することが, 界面活性剤に対する耐性評価から明らかになった. このセラソームを基板に用いて, 人工受容体による化学シグナル認識の応答が, メディエータとしての金属イオンを介して酵素に伝達され, 酵素活性のオン・オフを制御できる分子デバイスを作製し, その機能を明らかにした. 人工受容体にアミノ基を有するステロイド誘導体, シグナルとしてピリドキサール5'-リン酸, メディエータに銅 (II) イオン, 化学信号増幅器として乳酸脱水素酵素を用いたセラソーム系において, 顕著なシグナル伝達機能が発現した.

標準TV信号とハイビジョン信号に適用可能なビデオレート映像信号処理プロセッサLSI(HD-Picot)を開発した.本LSIは,演算器間の可変パイプライン構造,プログラム同期制御方式,プロセッサ間同期機構など映像信号処理に適したアーキテクチャを有し,映像信号処理指向の各種演算を,マイクロプログラム(最大32kワード,各48bit幅)により,37.125MHzの速度,24bit精度で行う.2個のALU,2個の乗算器に加え,アドレス演算回路を有しており,データメモリ(最大2Mbyte)の書き込み, 読み出しと同時にデータ処理を行うことができる.本LSIは,約123kゲートの回路規模でCMOSゲートアレイを用いて作られている.

During adolescence, it is known that some experiences similar to mental disorders are observed in normal people. This study empirically examined the psychological factors causing the distress of egorrhea symptoms, i. e., the feeling that the internal state is “seen through.” Possible psychological factors were identified based on previous studies. A questionnaire battery was administered to undergraduate students and a series of multiple regression analyses was conducted on the questionnaire data with the degrees of distress as the dependent variable and psychological factors as independent variables. The results indicated that the distress of egorrhea symptoms in the situation of “blushing and dismay” was led by the idea of offending, the motivation for avoiding rejection, and suspicion; and that the distress of egorrhea symptoms in the situation of “disagreeable individual” was led by the idea of offending, motivation for avoiding rejection, and secrecy. The results suggest that the ideas of offending and the motivation for avoiding rejection have a significant influence on egorrhea symptoms. Finally, the relationship between egorrhea symptoms and communication was discussed.

The purpose of this study is two folds. The first one is to investigate leadership structure of principal, vice-principal, and other subleaders at elemenntary school and junior high school. The second is to investigate relationship between leadership and teachers' morale. A mail qustionnaire survey was conducted, and 355 teachers provided usable data for the present study.<BR>The results of this study were as follows:(1) Two factors for elementary school principals and four factors for junior high school principals were found as leadership factors by a factor analysis on a leadership scale. Transformational leadership and consideration were common among elementary and junior high school;(2) Three factors (consideration, assistance of principal, management) were found as leadership factors of vice-principal at elementary and junior high school;(3) Three factors were found for teachers in charge of the general affairs concerning instruction;(4) The relationship between school leadership and teacher's organizational commitment was found at elementary and junior high school;(5) Interactive effects of transformational leadership (by principal) and consideration (by subleader) on the teachers' organizational commitment were found.

ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの成否には,リスク管理が重要な役割を果たしている.リスクの監視と対策を適切な時期に行うと,リスクの発生や影響を抑えつつ,対策に要する費用も抑制することができる.本論文では,リスクの監視項目の特定や対策時期を決定するための手順を示す.さらに兆候という概念を取り入れ,リスク要因の発生を容易に監視することができない場合における監視方法について提案する.また,本手法を実際のプロジェクトに適用し,検証を行う.
