鉛直荷重は建築構造物の耐震性能を損なうものと一般に考えられている。柱中間部浮き上がり(CMU)機構を有するロッキング架構は,鉛直荷重を活用して地震応答低減を図る構造システムである。先行研究では,浮き上がりに伴って容易に降伏するベースプレートを柱脚部に設置したロッキング架構の地震応答低減効果や地震時挙動を明らかにした。本研究では,今までの研究成果に基づき,CMU機構を有するロッキング架構(CMU架構)の耐震性能を明らかにすることを目的として,簡易解析モデルによるCMU架構の基本力学特性,CMU機構(荷重伝達+エネルギー吸収)の静加力実験に基づく性能評価,CMU架構の地震応答特性を解明する。

本研究では、室内環境要素が知的生産性に与える影響を明らかにすること、および知的生産性を評価するツールを開発することを目的とした。被験者実験および現場実測により、精神作業時の作業成績、心理量測定、生理量測定から、室内環境の質が知的生産性に与える影響を総合的に評価した。作業成績のみでなく、作業者の疲労やメンタルワークロードに着目をした点が特徴的である。1)作業成績コンピュータまたは紙面を用いた、複数の作業を被験者に課し、作業の正確さとスピードを用いて評価した。2)心理量測定室内の温熱、空気、光、音等の環境について主観的申告を行った。また、日本産業衛生協会の「自覚症状しらべ」を用いた評価を行い、室内環境が各症状群の出現にどのように影響するかを分析した。ポジティブな尺度である、活力度を測定する手法について検討した。疲労感や室内環境に対する満足度などが作業成績に与える影響について考察した。日本語版NASA-TLXを用い、作業負荷の特徴を測定した。3)生理量測定疲労やメンタルワークロードの指標として、近赤外線酸素モニタによる脳内酸素代謝状態の測定を行った。疲労測定として、フリッカー値や音声を用いた測定を行った。対象とする室内環境は、温度、気流、湿度、室内空気質、音、光環境とした。作業成績による評価はモチベーションなど心理的な影響を受けやすく、室内環境質が与える影響を評価することが難しかった。一方、室内環境質の違いは、作業者の疲労をはじめとした、心理量や生理量に与える影響が大きいことが明らかとなった。長時間作業を課す実験により、疲労や室内環境質への不満の程度が大きくなると、作業成績が低下することを明らかとした。また、近年の環境設備機器制御のオープン化にむけて、ネットワーク環境を用い、オフィス執務者の環境評価、疲労、活力、生産性に関するデータを収集するツールを開発し、コールセンター等のフィールド実測を行った。

福岡県で未利用であったアカモクについて成熟状況と加工品の品質との関係について報告する。福岡県大島地先で2005年12月から2006年4月の間に採取した原藻を時期別に加工し,出来た加工品の色調,粘性,フコイダン含量を成熟段階で比較した。その結果,粘性及びフコイダン含量は成熟と共に増加し,色調は未成熟のアカモクを用いた加工品では鮮やかな緑色をしているが,成熟に伴い緑色から褐色へと変化することが明らかになった。よって,成熟直前の藻体が加工原料として有用であることが示唆された。

損傷、変形を受けた形態の復元は、人類学や考古学などで非常に重要である。しかし、その作業の主体はマニュアルであり、精度の高い修復には多くの時間と長い作業経験が不可欠であった。そのため本研究では計算機内に3次元構築した変形化石を,形態情報に基づいて客観的に修復.復元するシステムを開発した。特に本研究では、頭蓋骨など左右対称の骨について変形形態の復元手法を開発した。左右対称な骨では,正中矢状面内の特徴点は空間の同一平面上に、その他の左右で対になる特徴点は2点を結ぶ線分が正中矢状面と中点で垂直に交わる位置に、必ず存在する。しかし、土圧などにより化石が変形するとそのような幾何学的関係が失われる。このことに着目して客観的な変形復元を行う方法を考案した。具体的には、化石の3次元表面形状データと解剖学的特徴点の座標を取り込み、特徴点の位置を上述の幾何学的制約を満たすように移動させた。そして元座標から修正座標への非線形写像を薄板スプライン関数によって記述し、それを用いて化石の表面形状全体を変換することにより変形の除去を行った。本手法を応用して、中新世化石類人猿プロコンスルの変形頭蓋骨化石の復元を試み,光造形装置により立体モデルとして実空間に取り出した。化石化の過程で形態が受ける変形は,直方体が平行六面体になるような一種な変換ではなく、部位により歪みの大きさや方向が異なる非線形変換である。しかし、本手法によれば、そのような変形を受けている化石でも、その歪みを除去することができ、本手法の有効性を確認した。このように、CT等から得られるデジタル形状情報から仮想空間内で化石や骨の3次元構築を行い、それを計算機により数理的に復元して立体形状を作成するシステムは、生物の形態分析に必要不可欠な技術であり、当該分野の今後の発展に貢献するものとなる。

In this study we analyzed alteration of teachers-space of junior-high-school, where they have changed from departmentalized classroom system to special classroom system, and got some insights of the teachers' room. Since it is essential for teachers of the same school year to have much communication and cooperation for student guidance, teachers' working space should not be separated. The teachers' room must be arranged to enable them to discuss or to hold meetings freely, regardless of the school scale or the school management method. Besides, if all members are sets, it is best from overall viewpoint of the school management.

Although sodium ions induce puddling behavior in males of some butterfly species, the role of sodium ions in the male life history is unclear. Effects of saline intake until the second mating on the mass of spermatophore and accessory substances, as well as the number of eupyrene sperm bundles and apyrene spermatozoa, were examined in the male swallowtail butterfly, Papilio xuthus Linnaeus. The virgin male transferred 6 mg spermatophore and 8 mg accessory substances with 38 eupyrene sperm bundles and 350,000 apyrene spermatozoa to a virgin female during copulation. A small spermatophore, a little accessory substance, and a low number of eupyrene sperm bundles and apyrene spermatozoa in the second mating of mated males the day after the first copulation were found. Mated males fed on both 20% sucrose solution and 0.01 M saline solution for two days after the first copulation transferred similar ejaculates at the first copulation. Saline intake recovered the ejaculate mass. Because a large spermatophore and a large number of sperm must be advantageous to the male under sperm competition in female polyandry, puddling behavior might be important to increase reproductive success in males.

Today, the Fundamental Law of Education is facing amendment. The intention of educating the Japanese to take part in the Formation of Nation and Society voluntarily is being reflected on Article VIII "Political Education". To make clear the background of this expectation for amendment, I discuss the cause of this intention mainly from a historical broad view, leading us to understand how the relationship between Nation and Individual has changed for a long history. Moreover, I analyze the details of the past studies and practices on political education from Postwar Educational Reform up to the present. Through the analysis and discussion, I can point out the following points. First, an argument on Article VIII "Political Education" originated in the process of having established the Fundamental Law of Education during Postwar Reform Period. Surprisingly, the idea of "Japanese Democracy", which does not make any contradiction between the Emperor system of Japan and Democracy, is found in the first low. Second, the interesting features exist in the process of Article VIII "Political Education" : 1) they had thought that political education should be legislated as an independent article at the stage of planning for Fundamental Law of Education. 2) they had not discussed well the contents of political education although they had argued how to control the teachers'political activities at school. 3) the meaning of the word "komin" or "seijikyouiku" had been discussed in relation with that during Prewar times. Finally, although the study about political education had been developed from the Postwar Period, "Political Education" has rarely been main concern for Education itself after 1970's. This may because that the ideas on political education have been penetrated individually into each of fields, such as human rights education, welfare education, environmental education, peace education, multi-cultural education, international understanding education, and so on, which have been recently doveloped.

ASA分類1,2の犬48臨床例に対しメデトミジンとミダゾラム(MM)を投与し,気管挿管後イソフルランと酸素で麻酔維持を行った。自発呼吸で維持し動脈血液ガスを分析した後,35症例で人工呼吸に変更し13症例では自発呼吸を維持し,15~30分後に血液ガスの分析を行った。ただし自発呼吸時にEtCO2が45 mmHgを超えた場合は,10秒に1回補助呼吸を用手で入れた。その結果,人工呼吸を行った場合pH,PaCO2,PaO2/FIO2(P/F ratio)および肺胞気-動脈血酸素分圧較差(P(A-a)O2)で有意な改善が認められた。結果よりMMを麻酔前投薬として用いイソフルランで麻酔維持を行った場合,換気能や肺の酸素化能の低下が示唆された例があった。また人工呼吸時にはこれらの症状が改善したため,MMを麻酔前投薬として用いイソフルランで麻酔維持を行った症例では人工呼吸を行う意義があると考えられた。

Misaki is one of the well-known fishing ports in Japan, and in the early part of the '60s it began to be prosperous especially because tuna landing of the port showed a marked increase. The figures in tons, for instance, of tuna landed at this port rose up from 55, 000 in 1963 to 94, 000 in 1968, and reached the peak. In 1969 the tonnage began to lower and in 1974 it went down to 53, 400. This decrease can be attributed chiefly to the inadequate facilities of Misaki as a fishing port. Before 1970 tuna had usually been sold piece by piece either by auction or by tender. But according as the fish catch increased, frozen tuna came to be transacted at so much a boat-load. In trading a great deal of tuna a large-scale system of cold storage is indispensable on the port. In this regard Misaki proved to be a failure. Most of the tuna long-line boats gradually began to keep away from Misaki in spite of its geographical merits, and to land their whole catch at other ports equipped with sufficient refrigeration.
