激しい腹痛発作を繰り返すガス症状優位型の過敏性腸症候群に対して、『医学統旨』の柴胡疎肝湯が著効した一例を経験した。 患者は31歳男性。1994年11月より2〜3ヶ月ごとに激しい腹痛発作と腹部膨満感を訴え、近医へ救急受診を繰り返していた。これまでに3回入院して精査を受けたが器質的異常は認められなかった。腹痛発作に腹部膨満感などのガス症状を主に伴うことよりガス症状優位型の過敏性腸症候群と診断した。また、腹部単純X線写真で左結腸脾彎曲部に著名なガス像を認めたことから脾彎曲部症候群が疑われた。1996年6月より当科外来で『医学統旨』の柴胡疎肝湯を開始したところ、その後症状は出現しなくなった。さらに感情不安定や立ちくらみ、皮膚症状なども軽快した。 柴胡疎肝湯の目標は四逆散証で気鬱の病態が強いことであり、ガス症状優位型の過敏性腸症候群に対して有効な処方であることが示唆された。

Effect of heparin and low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) were evaluated on 15 patients with proliferative glomerulonephritis with various degrees of sclerosing legion. Five cases were subcutaneously administered with 7000 to 11000 units of heparin for 4 weeks. Ten cases were administered with 60 unit/kg of LMWH by drip infusion for 4 weeks. Eleven cases were treated with prednisolone and all cases were treated with anti-platelet agent as well. Urinary protein excretion reduced from 3.0±1.8 to 1.8±0.6g/day in the heparin-treated group and from 2.4±1.9 to 1.8±1.4g/day in the LMWH-treated group, respectively. There were no remarkable changes in the renal functions of both groups. In one case, both heparin and LMWH brought about reduction of proteinuria. Therefore, LMWH reduced urinary protein excretion by the same mechanism as heparin. The LMWH has an advantage over heparin in that the former has less risk of causing bleeding. We conclude that heparin and LMWH reduce proteinuria in some patients with proliferative glomerulonephritis. The LMWH is beneficial in the treatment of proliferative glomerulonephritis with a sclerosing lesion.

Mid- and long- term energy balances of Japan were investigated after the Great East Japan Earthquake on the 11th of March, considering fossil fuel imports, environmental constraints, and economy as well as risks revealed by Fukushima nuclear accidents and disasters. It is concluded that i) great uncertainties on technology and economy are apprehensive about renewable energy oriented energy balance, ii) nuclear power is still an indispensable technological option, and iii) fossil fuels are necessary to meet the balance without both renewables as well as nuclear. The "energy best mix" strategy, which had long been the core philosophy in the Japanese energy policy, should not be amended with the severe nuclear accidents after the Earthquake.

4領域全体の調整・推進、わが国のゲノム研究の機動的・有機的な研究推進のシステム作り、ピーク研究を支えるための基盤研究事業の支援、すそ野を広げるための研究支援事業、社会との接点などの活動をおこなった。主なものとして以下をあげる。研究支援委員会:シーケンシングセンター委員会では、4領域のゲノム/cDNAシーケンシングについて全面的に請け負った。原始紅藻、ホヤ、ゼニゴケY染色体、メダカゲノムについてホールゲノムショットガン法をベースにプラスミド、フォスミド、BAC配列を加えて決定した。また、日本産由来のマウス亜種MSM系統についてB6標準系統との比較のためにホールゲノムショットガンを1Xまで進め、1%程度のSNPsを見出した。cDNAについては、ミジンコ、線虫C.elegans、近縁線虫、ホヤ3種(カタユウレイボヤ、ユウレイボヤ、マボヤ、ヌタウナギ、メダカ、シクリッド、ドジョウ、アフリカツメガエル原始紅藻、細胞性粘菌、ヒメツリガネゴケ、ゼニゴケ、コムギ、オオムギ、アサガオをおこなった。リソース委員会では、本特定領域研究で作成された遺伝子クローンの維持・配布支援をおこなった。対外委員会:広報委員会では、ホームページ、メールニュース、シンポジウムなどの活動をおこない、対社会、対研究コミュニティへの情報公開・発信をおこなった。社会との接点委員会では、ゲノム科学と社会との双方向のやりとりの場として「ゲノムひろば」を3年にわたり計8回(東京、京都、福岡)開催し、高校生、一般市民との交流の実をあげた。また、医科学倫理問題の検討を進めた。

漢方薬は医師の7割以上が日常的に処方しており,日本の医療の中で重要な要素となっているが,薬学の分野における漢方教育は確立の途上である。薬学生の漢方に対する認識を把握し,卒後も自主学習できる実践的な漢方教育のあり方を考えるため,本学薬学生を対象にアンケート調査を行った。その結果,漢方に関心のある学生は80.8%,大学で漢方を勉強する価値があると答えた学生は91.1%であり,学生は漢方に対して高い関心を持っていた。しかし漢方を「患者に紹介する自信はない(60.2%)」という,関心の高さに反して漢方の知識が身についていないことも明らかとなった。自由回答からは,1~4年までは生薬に実際に触れる体験型の講義を,5~6年生は症例検討会や西洋薬との薬物相互作用などの臨床に関する講義を希望していることが明らかとなった。変化する学生の興味を認識し,授業を行うことで,学生の学習意欲を向上させることができると考えられた。

本論文では,急激な都市の近代化が進むインドネシアの都市居住のあるべき姿を明らかにするため,計画的住宅地内の戸建て住宅の庭に着目して,その空間利用の実態を把握するとともに,都市居住に占める位置について考察することを目的としている。スマトラ島メダンを事例として,タイプの違う3つの戸建て住宅地において観察およびヒアリング調査を行い,住宅と庭の関係,庭の使われ方の2つの点に着目して考察を行った。その結果,庭が住居の前後に分節化されていること,前庭と後庭では住宅との空間的関係に応じて異なった役割を持つこと,前庭は公的で見せる性格が強く,後庭は私的で実用的な性格を持つことがわかった。

This thesis is focused on the activities of the second year of `aurinko tokuji talo', a project for the activation of Intermediate and Mountainous Areas in Tokuji, Yamaguchi City. As a consequence of the first year's achievements in creatingclothing design and the planning of arts managements, our research team continued developing the cooperative projects withlocal representatives in Tokuji. By inviting Tokuji people to the previous year's fashion show at Yamaguchi Prefectural University, we were requested toorganize a local fashion show at Tokuji's summer festival. It has been well-known for its dynamic fi reworks; however, this year locals decided to deliver an alternative event by adding a traditional dance festival of the area. In order to celebrate it, ourresearch team planned an outdoor fashion show utilizing the local resources of handmade Japanese paper and used Kimonomaterials. Here we describe the process of creation such as a hat, corsage, shawl, obi belt and knitting dress and pants madewith Tokuji handmade paper as well as kimono costumes for the dance festival. In addition to the fashion show, we analyze the Christmas Exhibition, which was carried out as an extention of the 'aurinko Tokuji talo' Project, at Christmas Village in Rovaniemi, Finland. We examine the entire procedures of the project.

In this study, we examined the relationships among higher brain function, trust or distrust, and gullibility in middle-aged and elderly people. It has been pointed out that the trust can be regarded the psychological frame of automatic processing in decision-making. The participants were 309 rural community dwellers (127 males and 182 females) whose mean age was 64.9 years old (<i>SD</i> = 9.9). The trust scale of Amagai (1997) and the Nagoya University Cognitive Assessment Battery were used to measure sense of trust and higher brain function, respectively. Gullibility was measured by self-report using two items. Correlation analyses showed that higher brain function positively correlated with degree of trust in others and negatively correlated with distrust. However, regression analysis demonstrated that only the relationship between category fluency and distrust was significant. Furthermore, the degree of distrust positively correlated with gullibility.

常用薬の服用に関連する緊急入院症例に対する薬剤管理指導業務の内容を検討し,今後の業務改善に役立てることを目的として,2010年1月から2012年12月までの3年間に入院した患者について発現症状と原因薬剤,薬剤師の介入などを後方視的に調査した。入院症例数は10,152例,常用薬の服用を確認できた症例は4,095例,常用薬による症状・徴候が原因で入院したと思われる症例は142例,薬剤師が積極的に原因究明に介入した症例は31例であった。主な原因の多くは副作用(疑い)で,発現症状は電解質異常,循環器障害,出血徴候などが多かった。その原因薬剤として,血圧降下薬(利尿薬を含む),漢方薬,血液凝固阻止薬,抗血小板薬,糖尿病用薬などがあった。薬剤師が介入して常用薬や服薬状況などの情報を収集・評価して医師へ情報提供することで,より的確な診断と治療を行うために有用であるとともに医師の業務負担の軽減につながると推察された。

Collective efficacy has been identified as a critical determinant of team success in sport. Many studies in sport psychology have focused on the relationships between collective efficacy and psychological variables or outcomes of interest. Although an increasing number of studies on collective efficacy have been conducted in Japan, greater attention should be given to refining the methodology for assessing the construct of collective efficacy. The purposes of this study were to confirm the factor structure and establish construct validity of the Japanese translated version of the Collective Efficacy Questionnaire for Sports (J-CEQS) with revisions to its original version (Short et al., 2005). The participants were 1244 athletes from 48 teams. We conducted a confirmatory factor analysis and found that the J-CEQS showed the same multidimensional factor structure as Short's original questionnaire. To test the construct validity of the J-CEQS, we examined correlations among its subscale scores with the Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ; Carron et al., 1985). All the J-CEQS subscales were significantly correlated with the group integration-task subscales. The unity subscale of the J-CEQS was also significantly correlated with all the GEQ subscales. These correlations were similar to those shown in previous studies (Martínez et al., 2011; Short et al., 2005). The present findings provide preliminary support for the utility of the J-CEQS as a measure for assessing collective efficacy in sport teams. We discuss recommendations for future studies using the J-CEQS.

本研究では、法と経済学に関して、法哲学を基軸としつつ経済哲学的・実定法学的な視点も導入した学際的視座から、総合的かつ多角的な考察を実施した。(1)学問方法については、効率性・正義等の基本概念の分析、経済学的法観念と法学的法観念の比較検討、経済学的人間モデルの吟味、法解釈学の射程の論定、厚生経済学の批判的精査を、(2)学問対象については、経済学的研究が従来未開拓だった公的扶助、学校教育、民事訴訟での立証責任分配に関する分析を行った。

1990年代後半が日本の都市化において時代を画する時期と位置づけられる。これを「ポスト成長都市」の到来と捉えて、持続可能な都市空間の形成に向けた都市地理学の課題を検討した。その結果、 大都市圏における人口の都心回帰、通勤圏の縮小、ライフサイクルからライフスタイルに対応した居住地移動へのシフト、空き家の増大と都心周辺部でのジェントリフィケーションの併進、中心市街地における住環境整備の在り方、市町村合併と地域自治の在り方、今後の都市研究の方向性などが取組むべき課題として特定された。

特発性脊髄硬膜外血腫16例の臨床分析をおこない,脳卒中と類似した点を検討した.初診時に片麻痺を示す症例が10例(62.5%)で,ホルネル症候群を4例(25%),無痛性の発症を1例(6.3%)みとめた.また激痛発症で迷走神経反射による意識障害をきたし,くも膜下出血様の症例もみとめた.MRI画像が確定診断に有用であり,好発部位は頸髄下部であった.横断像では血腫は,左右どちらかに偏った楕円形が多く,偏在性の脊髄圧迫が片麻痺出現の要因である.発症は活動時に多く,関連要因は,抗血栓剤内服,C型肝炎,慢性腎不全などをみとめた.急速進行例は,緊急手術の適応になるが,保存的治療も可能であり,予後も良好であった.

ポリスチレンとポリメチルメタクリレートのジブロック共重合体が持つ自己組織化現象によって構成される30~100nm程度のピラー,ポア,膜の各自己組織化ナノ構造を三次元ナノ構造として作製する技術を開発した。具体的には,(1)三次元ナノ構造表面に自己組織化構造を配置する方法,(2)ナノテンプレートを利用して三次元的に自己組織化構造の配列を制御する方法,(3)自己組織化構造をテンプレートにした多層膜を作製する技術,(4)三次元ナノフレームに自己組織化自由膜を作製する方法,(5)エネルギービーム照射による自己組織化構造のナノパターンニング技術,(6)集束イオンビーム照射による薄膜接合技術を提案し,実験により可能性を示した。

We examined the relationship between the feeling of well-being and the duration judgments by remembering of a negative (earthquake) and non negative (social) memories for 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s elderly groups. They were asked to produce the subjective time for each event and fill out the questionnaire of feeling of well-being. The results showed that female participants in 70s, 80s elderly groups decreased the subjective time of the negative event. Moreover, as feeling of well-being declined, the subjective time of the negative event were also decreased. The results suggest that less subjective time of the negative events may lead to less forgetting of them and associate with the present negative activities and imagining negative future happenings.
