現在,アルコールベースの消毒薬は手指衛生において重要な役割を担っている.しかし,臨床的なニーズを充足できていない点も有している.その一つとして,近年その感染拡大が社会問題となっているノロウイルスなどのノンエンベロープウイルスに対する薬効が挙げられる.今回,我々はアルコールに有機酸と亜鉛化合物を組み合わせた処方を用いノンエンベロープウイルスに対する薬効(in vitro)と皮膚刺激性(in vivo)に着目した検討を行った.アルコールに有機酸を添加した処方では,ネコカリシウイルスに対して接触時間30秒以内に4 log以上の不活化効果を示したが,アデノウイルスに対しては消毒用エタノールと同程度の薬効であった.一方,アルコールに有機酸と亜鉛化合物を添加した場合,ネコカリシウイルスとアデノウイルスの両ウイルスに対して30秒以内に4 log以上の不活化効果を示し,消毒用エタノールよりも優れた薬効を示した.また,ウサギ皮膚を用いてこれら処方の皮膚刺激性試験を実施した結果,アルコールに有機酸と亜鉛化合物を組み合わせた場合,刺激をほとんど示さないことが明らかとなった.このように,アルコールに有機酸と亜鉛化合物を組み合わせた処方は,ノンエンベロープウイルスに対して従来にない有効性を示すと共に,スキンケアの観点から皮膚への刺激にも配慮した新しいアルコールベースの消毒薬を創出できる可能性が示唆された.

低分子量GTP結合タンパク質RhoA(以下、RhoA)は細胞骨格形成、細胞遊走など様々な細胞内機能を制御している。RhoAが制御する細胞内シグナルが疾患については長年、研究されてきたが、RhoAおよびその下流で機能する分子の心臓での働きは不明な点が多い。本研究ではRhoAの標的分子であるRho関連キナーゼに注目し、Rho関連キナーゼの心臓内での新規標的分子を明らかにした。マウス心不全モデルでは、Rho関連キナーゼの活性化されることを確認した。Rho関連キナーゼ欠損マウスでは心不全が改善したことから、心不全発症にRho関連キナーゼが関与していることが示唆された。

Caused by cerebral damage, developmental coordination disorder (DCD) presents with extreme clumsiness when performing gross and fine motor actions. Difficulties in diagnostic consistency have been reported due to ambiguity in the definition of DCD. In the present study, we created a motor development checklist to enable assessment of potential DCD based on children's appearance during every day activities. Checklist validity was investigated through the joint application of a Developmental Voluntary Movement Test in children with intellectual disabilities aged 6 to 12 years in an elementary school special needs class. Findings showed a high correlation between the motor development checklist and developmental test evaluations of voluntary movement for 6 to 9 year olds and a low correlation for 10 to 12 year olds. Correlation was also observed between mental age (MA) and both the motor development checklist and the developmental test of voluntary movement; however, in children with suspected DCD, motor difficulties considerably exceeded those predicted by MA. These findings indicate a relationship between lack of sensory integration and difficulty with movements.

The purpose of this study is to identify the multiplier effect in elementary school students from 4th to 6th grades who had already learned multiplication, and to investigate how to overcome it. For this purpose, we set the two viewpoints of i) the consciousness about the size relation of multiplier, multiplier, and product, and ii) the relation with results of ×0 and ×1, and a questionnaire investigation for students is carried out in order to inquire the feature and tendency of their understanding. According to the questionnaire for 638 students in four elementary schools, it checked that multiplier effect was especially seen in the 4th and 5th grade students. Moreover, in order to explore the cause, the consciousness of students who show the multiplier effect was followed up by using the selection problem and case method. These results showed that (1) the students who show multiplier effect especially tends to take notice of the size relation between multiplier and multiplier. (2) leanings of ×0 and ×1 could not prevent the belief "becoming large whenever it multiply", and these suggested that the consistent consideration of supports in teaching of integer, rational numbers, proportion and ratio was required.

近年,先進運転支援システムや自動運転の普及により,車載システムのアーキテクチャおよび車載システムの研究開発が変化している.そのような車載システムの研究開発において,プロトタイプ開発では設計生産性の高い ROS2 を,製品開発では信頼性の高い AUTOSAR-AP をソフトウェアプラットフォームとして使用することが考えられている.しかしながら現状では,ROS2 を用いたプロトタイプから AUTOSAR-AP を用いた製品とする設計フローが確立していない.そこで本研究では,ROS2 から AUTOSAR-AP への移行を含む設計フローの提案,検討を行った.はじめに,設計フローの要件を提案し,提案した要件を満たすような設計フローの提案を行った.次に,設計フローの検討のために,ROS2 で作成された自動走行ロボットのデモアプリケーションを AUTOSAR-AP のアプリケーションに書き換えるケーススタディを行った.最後に,ケーススタディの結果を踏まえ,提案した設計フローのより詳細な検討を行った.結果として,ROS2 から AUTOSAR-AP への開発環境の移行は可能であるが,効率的な移行のために ROS2 での開発時に記法や使用する機能を一部制限することが好ましいと考えられる.

The Chinese Baseball Association (CBA) established the China National Baseball League (CNBL) as the new top league to replace the Chinese Baseball League (CBL) in 2019. At the opening game in August, a strategic partnership agreement was signed between the Major League Baseball (MLB) and the CNBL. In this new league, four of the six teams who were affiliated with the former league of CBL participated, each team had a regular season of 18 games, and the playoffs between the top two teams were held in a best-of-five series. The former league CBL was established in 2002 by selecting top teams from existing local teams with the aim of strengthening the national team for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The domestic league matches and the overseas expeditions by the national team selected from each team have boosted the competitiveness of top-level players, resulting in victories over Taiwan, one of Asia’s powerhouses, in the Beijing Olympics and next year’s World Baseball Classic. However, the CBL was forced to reduce its scale after the Beijing Olympics, as baseball was dropped from the Olympics. After several season cancellations, the CBL eventually folded after the 2018 season. A national team has not shown any outstanding performances on the international stage since the 2009 WBC. Under such circumstances, the launch of the new league, the CNBL, was suddenly announced in 2019. The CBA has announced that it is positioning this league as a professional league. In this paper, we review the history of baseball in China and its research history. Then we examine the influence of sports policy in China on the management of the former top league and illustrate the current condition of the newly launched league, the CNBL, in 2019. This will show the direction of the sustainability of the new professional baseball league in China.

車載ネットワークのゲートウェイに用いられるCAN-Ethernetプロトコル変換アルゴリズムの研究がこれまでに行われている.従来の手法はCANメッセージの遅れ時間とゲートウェイの処理量の低減に着目している.しかし,どちらかを低減させる手法なので,CANメッセージのデッドライン制約とゲートウェイの処理量のトレードオフを考慮して,適切にネットワークを設計することが困難である.そこで本論文では,CANメッセージのデッドライン制約を満たすことに着目したデッドライン型アルゴリズムを提案する.提案手法は,メッセージの送信周期内に通信が間に合うようにゲートウェイ内での待機時間を調整する手法である.提案手法の評価を行うために,離散イベントシミュレータOMNeT++をベースにシミュレーション環境を開発した.評価実験の結果,提案手法ではデッドライン制約を守りつつ,従来手法に比べてネットワーク負荷を低減できることを確認した.

There are few physiological reports on skyrunning (SR), a mountain running event. This study aimed to examine the physical fitness characteristics of skyrunners based on the results of a maximal exercise test on level ground and an SR time attack in the field of Mt. Fuji.Eight healthy male subjects who participated in trail running and SR competitions performed the maximal exercise test at 0 m altitude. In addition, they performed the SR Time Attack as an Mt. Fuji field test and calculated LT and OBLA by blood lactate concentration. In the SR Time Attack, blood samples were taken before and after SR, and distance, time, and heart rate during SR were measured with a portable HR monitoring device with a GPS function. Study results showed that subjects were divided into two groups according to their performance in the SR Time Attack, with the upper group compared to the lower group. The upper group had a lower body fat percentage(≈5.0%) and intensity during SR equivalent to 80% VO2max; the WBI before SR was about 1.1, which did not change after SR, but was lower in the low group. In addition, thigh flexor strength was significantly lower in the lower group after SR; the ROS generated during the time attack of SR was within the acceptable range of biological defense mechanisms.

肥満症を中心とした代謝異常,心血管病の病態には,種々のアディポカインの産生異常が関わっている.近年,アディポネクチンなど生活習慣病や心血管病に保護的作用を有している可能性が高いと思われるアディポカインが見出されている.オメンチンもその一つである.肥満症や冠動脈疾患においてオメンチンの血中濃度は低値を示す.オメンチンは,血管において血管新生促進作用やリモデリング抑制作用を有し,心臓においては心筋梗塞縮小効果や心臓リモデリング予防効果を発揮する.今後,オメンチンのさらなる機能解析や発現作用調節機構の解明が,心血管病の病態解明への新たなアプローチにつながると考えられる.オメンチンは心血管病への診断に有用であるだけでなく,今後,治療への応用にも期待される.
